The writing team of Michael A. Martin & Andy Mangels first contributed to the DS9 Relaunch with the novel Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Mission: Gamma Cathedral, Book Three of Four. This fall, Pocket Books will release The Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Volume Two, with the Trill story written by Mr. Martin and Mr. Mangels.
Their other contributions to the Star Trek universe include Star Trek: The Next Generation Section 31 - Rogue, The Lost Era - The Sundered, "the Excelsior story", which was the first of the six Lost Era novels, and 'The Orb of Opportunity' in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Prophecy and Change, the anthology edited by Marco Palmieri. The two men have also contributed to Star Trek: S.C.E., with Ishtar Rising, Books One and Two.
Future releases include stories in the anthologies Star Trek - Tales of the Dominion War and Star Trek - Tales From the Captain's Table, as well as Star Trek: Excelsior - Forged in Fire.
