Brussels Barbarians Bok and Dragon Rugby 10's Cup 2002

Great rugby, great weather, great public, great fun - these are the words we can use to describe this year's edition of the 10's Tournament.

We would like to congratulate Amstelveen Rugby Club for their victory and all the participating teams for a great day of rugby. Congratulations to James Atkins who got nominated Man of the Tournament

Thank you to our sponsors without whom we could not organize this event and also a special thanks to Mr.Freddy Thielemans who is the current Mayor of Brussels, former player and actual patron of our team, for his presence in the tournament and for delivering the trophies to the winning teams.

The tournament ended with a big party at the bar "The Bok and Dragon" where all teams participated and celebrated.

Join us next year and have some fun and some great rugby experience in the Capital of Europe!

We already have several teams interested in participating in the 2003 edition!

There is a limited number of places to participate in this tournament and it will work on a "first come first served basis".

A special thanks to Stu Dowsett, Nick and Rob Farnsworth, Pat, Martin Donaghy, Rich Taylor, Jon Pritch, Milhouse, Ivan kay, Steve Griff, Therese , Kris, all the people who helped refereeing and all the guys/girls who played . Whithout you this tournament would not have been what it was: a success!
