Location: (2004)
Rotary Park, near pond.

  • Botanical Name: Thuja occidentalis
  • Medium Moisture/Sun/Attracts Wildlife
  • Height & Spread: 5-6m x .5-2m
  • Form: upright or globular depending on cultivar
  • Leaf: scale-like; green
  • Fruit: small, brown cones
  • Use: foundation plantings, mass plantings
  • Problems: sucseptible to winter dessication especially
    on south and west exposures.
