My boss Reto was in town again this week, and what better to round off a successful meeting with a little bit of dessert.
My colleague Bala and friend Sanjay joined me at the EPPCO station on the Hatta Road and we set of for Al Awir with a plan to go to Camel Rock in Wadi Faya.
As we aired down a guy passed riding a camel with others in tow.
It had been raining and the ground was rather nice for driving, although we took mainly tracks at the beginning we then went off piste occasionally.
Bala then let our boss Reto take over driving his Pajero, and he did rather well considering he had never driven in sand before.
We came across a mother and baby camel at one point
