The
Discovery has put back in at Starbase 217 in preparation for
another foray into the Gamma Quadrant. Company E of the Lions
Regiment - Starfleet Marine Corps has transferred off the ship
to assist with relief efforts on a nearby system. Two squads
lead by 2nd Lt. Vonter remained. Shore leave is scheduled for
one week, and then the ship redeploys. Also of note - Lieutenant
Frost has been promoted to Lieutenant Commander. |

The
Discovery has entered the star system Yuchelon, after a five day
travel through an empty expanse. We were initially met
with some hostility from a people called the Galpladares,
however, they have left the system. Captain William
Eastwood, Commander Sadena, and Lieutenant Wes Hutton have been
invited to tour the only station in the system called Gitsah, by
the manager, Kantou. |

her slipstream trials. The Dawnstar senior staff is currently
aboard the Discovery for a staff dinner and social gathering.
