After sunrise we decided to head off and travel south as fast as possible on the tracks planning to hit the coast at around As Sharq, then have breakfast. Estimated distance was around 60 Km.
The view when we reached the sea was uplifting and when we stopped just before As Sharq, we were greeted by several dozen local children who appeared very happy to see foreigners.
We continued up the coast and stopped for breakfast before hitting Gatch (Graded Road), and a tyre repair shop, at Khuwaimah, where we inflated our tyres and fixed the ones that had come off the rim. At this point the local kids were a damn nuisance and I had to move on and use my electric pump.
