Conclusions

The amazing thing is, although I did not deflate, the LR3 actually did not get stuck in stuff I knew my DII would have had problems in, and that impressed me no end.

Admittedly I had engaged the electronic bit for sand driving and it worked, however reliability of electronic things Land Rover is not something I would actually place a bet on, so to be honest only time will tell on this one.

The HDC worked well and the LR3 performed well beyond my expectations to the extent that I do like it more than the Range Rover, but given the AED210,000 price tag (Around USD57,377 and GBP30,000), well out of my price range, especially for off road use.

As a luxury vehicle however it is, and if some rich widow with one foot in the grave would like to make me happy …….
