Radioactivity

1 Emanations from individual atoms of unstable isotopes of material elements. There are three generally recognized types of radioactivity: alpha particles, beta particles, and gamma rays. (See separate definitions for each.)

Radionics

1 Use of invisible, largely unclassified energies to create effects on biological entities. It can operate equally well at any distance, because it is using resonant forces which are inherently non-locational.

Reality

1 In Terran society, reality is strictly an agreement among people as to what is being observed or inferred. The same applies in science, although new discoveries can change the understanding of the agreement at any time.

Regauging

1 Free change of magnetic scalar potential with little or no change in force fields. This phenomenon can be a way to make over-unity devices effective. (Beardon)

Resonance

1 Vibration of one thing or force in sympathy with another, because of a similarity or mutual harmonic characteristic.

Rife, Dr. Royal R.

1 1888-1971. Terran developer of a type of electromagnetic resonant microscope and corresponding treatment equipment beginning in the mid-1920's. The treatment equipment pulsed precisely calibrated low-frequency electricity through the patient's body. Rife was harassed by the Terran Government and his laboratories were closed. Most of his equipment was destroyed. Several diagnostic and treatment devices have been named after him, although not all of these specifically use his principles.

R'ntgen's Rays

1 The fastest Aetheral life form yet recorded. The delta wing shaped creatures hunt between planets in certain solar systems and have been observed traveling at relativistic speeds between solar systems. They seem to surf on a trail of blue lightening which is suspected to be a sub-spatial rift which the creatures create by unknown means. They have never been known to attack ships or outposts. Rule of Nines

1 When two tetrahedrons are nested inside a sphere, an illustration of how natural lines of force tend to align is developed. Nine key points are formed this way. Through Synergetics, this can be extrapolated to all natural shapes and sizes, and this rule can also be used to create self-resonance in electrical and mechanical devices. (Wooten McClain)
