Proteus Class

The Proteus Class is a variant of the Akira Class, and has some key differences in configuration and layout. One of the major differences is that the Proteus Class is much smaller than her Akira Class cousins. The Proteus Class is more heavily armed as well, taking advantage of the latest technology developed by Starfleet Command's R&D Branch.
