1.) No ships in the year 2413 can break the Transwarp barrier except for Borg ships. The Maximum Velocity that will be accepted in Warp 9.999+ 2.) No ship is to extend over 1,000 meters. The only ship that exceeds this is the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-G and that is permitted because it is the Flagship 3.) No Superships are permitted. We have a few with multiple weapons platforms (Ex. Enterprise, Voyager, Centurion) but no 50 phasers, 25 torpedo launchers on a mobile vessel. We call ships with 50 phasers and 25 torpedo launchers starbases. In addition no vessels the size of a Defiant Class Starship are permitted to hold more than 1 Fore and 1 Aft torpedo bay and more than 3 phaser arrays. 4.) We prefer to accept ships with at least 4 active members on them. If you have a good premise we may accept you with less however. In addition GMs will recruit for their ships, the First Fleet council will assist to a degree, but gathering a crew is a duty of a CO. 5.) You must have been active for at least 2 months, rule 4 may also apply here. 6.) A status report for the ship must be posted every two weeks in the Task Force First Fleet group page.
