Directive 001.00- Fleet Personnel
Records
Effective date: 09/16/2004. Backdated to include all current
IDF members.
Purpose: To provide the IDF administrative structure, and
DFPR, the necessary information to properly assess, maintain and utilize
current ship-crew, posting statistics, and crew information records.
Authority: Director of Fleet Personnel and Relations- IDF
Admirality.
Directive:
All Commanding officers, temporary commanding officers, and/or acting
commanding officers will provide the following information:
Regarding both current and future crewmembers. (This information should be
provided at your earliest convenience, and for each new crewmember upon their
joining your simm. Also, if and when the individual is promoted, please cc a
copy of their promotion to me for records update.)
Name: First Name and Initial of Last name
ALL Ships currently served on, Character Names and Ranks.
Email, AIM, MSN, Yahoo (If applicable)
Regarding Posting Statistics:
Please submit a copy of your statistics (i.e. how many posts
that month, and how many crewmen currently onboard) to
my email each month, this is done so that i can easily input all of that
information into the fleet records without searching for it amongst your
mailing lists. This however does not exempt you from submitting the
information to the captains list.
