As Terry Doucet mentioned, Charlie has been involved with NDG
Baseball for many years as an umpire. While we have many umpires in
the league Charlie is truly in every sense of the word an example of
what a Little League umpire should be. Not only does he officiate a
game fairly but has encouraging words for the players when things
don't go as planned. Charlie is truly a delight for our teams and
opposing teams to be associated with. |
