Welcome to Middle-earth wanderer. I am Gandalf and Gandalf means me. Forgive me if I do not stay for long. I am on my way to visit a dear friend in Hobbiton. I take it you are new here for I have not seen or heard of you in these lands. Feel welcome to roam as you will either on paths often traveled or on trails rarely trod. You are free to speak to anyone you meet, but be wary of those who could lead you astray. Ere i go I would like to guide you to your right road.

The west road to the Gray Havens is a pleasant one.
Mine is the Shire road. There are a strange yet happy folk there.
The east Shire road will take you through the Old Forest.
Continuing further east you will find Rivendell, a truly hospitable place.
