i-T'Kul t'Rashad was born on Bajor on September 20, 2359, her parents both being on the joint Romulan\Bajorian council. Her Bajorian mother was part of the Bajorian council when the Romulans took over Bajor after defeating the Cardassians. To maintain order, the Romulans set-up the joint council and allowed the Bajorian councillors to retain their seats, adding an equal number of Romulan representatives, plus a procouncillor to oversee all Romulan interests. As t'Rashad's father had been a loyal Romulan diplomat to Bajor for over five years before the Cardassians arrived, he was elected to the post of Procouncellor.

As a Romulan/Bajoran hybrid female, she has the usual severe Romulan forehead, eyebrows and Vulcanoid ears. She was also born with Bajoran nose ridges, but these were removed surgically to make her appear more Romulan. She is 170 cm tall and weighs 60kg. Her skin is greenish-white and her hair and eyes are brown.

At the age of ten, her family fled Bajor to escape the Dominion forces which had come through the newly discovered Bajorian wormhole. They all returned to Romulus, where i'T'kul underwent surgery to remove her Bajorian nose ridges. There she remained, until at the age of eighteen she discovered that her father was actually a member of the Tal Shiar. After spending two unhappy years at the Romulan Imperial Academy, her father managed to persuade the Tal Shiar to accept his daughter into the organisation, where she spent the next five years.

However, events took a turn when the Terran Empire finally defeated the Dominion and as a final act of revenge, used a device to turn Bajor into a inhospitable planet, killing over eighty million Bajorians. Unhappy with the lost of Bajor and the fact that the Romulan Empire seemed more interested in their own affairs, t'Rashad took a scout vessel and attempted to start a resistance movement.

Recruiting from the Tal Shiar, Bajorian refugee's, Dominion forces and Klingon and Cardassian slaves, she has managed to create a force capable of striking at the Terran Empire. When she rescued a Cardassian slave named Erin Dukal, she leant of the Terran Empire's plans to invade another dimension. Realising what the Empire would do to another universe, she attempted to sabotage the inter-dimensional device.

Although her attempts were partially successful, she and her colleague Dukal were captured and interrogated by the crew of the ISS Leviathan. Whilst attempting to escape, both were somehow transported to the USS Leviathan-A, a Starfleet vessel. The USS Leviathan was attempting to enter an inter-dimensional wormhole in an attempt to return to their own galaxy. During their trip, the ISS Leviathan was somehow 'pulled' into the USS Leviathans universe and caused a collision between the two vessel, which caused extensive damage to both vessel.

t'Rashad and Dukal have been co-operating with the Federation and Starfleet in an attempt to find and destroy the ISS Leviathan.

t'Rashad is the mirror of Commander Rashad T'Kul, but because of their different upbringings are very different. Commander T'Kul having attended the Vulcan Science academy has full control of her emotions and has leant many of the Vulcan traits, such as mind-melding and the Vulcan neck pinch.

t'Rashad is far more Romulan, she has little control of her emotions and both her parents are still alive, unlike Commander Rashad who was orphaned at the age of ten.
