Commander Oakenshield and Commander Barker stepped out of the turbolift and into the ISS Leviathan's main shuttlebay. Usually this hanger would have been lined on either side with various shuttles and runabouts. But only five shuttles stood along one side of the hanger, plus a couple of other vessels.

One was an old Terran Empire cargo vessel captured by the crew of the ISS Leviathan and the former property of a Romulan spy. The other vessel was a large shuttle of an unknown design that the ship had discovered adrift soon after they have been dragged into this universe. The ship had one occupant, a young male who appeared to have been in a fight of some sort. When the ISS Leviathan had recovered the vessel, he had been unconscious. Captain Devore had ordered that the pilot be treated and once fit enough, interrogated.

With the Captain's demise, this human had been kept in the brig, Commander Oakenshield having no time to interrogate the prisoner. All she cared about was finding the means to get home and one day return to obliterate this universe once and for all.

One of the larger shuttles was sat in the centre of the hanger deck and the door was open, technicians loading several crates. Major Phanan was overseeing the loading and as the two officers approached, moved away from the shuttle to greet them.

"The ore is almost loaded." He reported. "We should be able to get underway within ten minutes."

"Good." Oakenshield replied firmly, walking past the Major and the crew loading the shuttle and stepping inside.

"Did you manage to fix the shuttle ?" Chu enquired.

"It's done." The Major replied.

"Excellent." Chu replied. "Should things go wrong, this could be our best chance of taking control."

"Best get inside, before the Commander starts to get suspicious." Phanan commented.

The two conspirators walked towards the shuttle and headed inside. Chu closed the door and secured the shuttle. Stepping forward into the cockpit of the shuttle he announced. "We are ready to go."

Commander Oakenshield was already in the pilot seat and had already started the pre-flight check. Within five minutes the shuttle was away from the Leviathan and heading towards the Ferengi Marauder.
