I am a member of the Inupiaq Eskimo people. We Inupiaq Eskimo cover lands from around the Nome area to Greenland as you can see on this language map of Alaska which is from the Alaska Native Language Center.

I am also a member of the Inupiat Tribal Government of Barrow. I am a full time student studying Rural Development. I will be graduating in May 2001. We Inupiaq have traditional values which we cherish they are called "Inupiaqatigiigniq":
