Head Operations Officer
This character is responsible for receiving, analyizing and controlling all mission objectives by keeping abreast of all goings on in each of the departments on the ship as they pertain to a current mission. The Ops officer is normally found on the bridge and, in some respects, is the chief bridge officer.
An example from Star Trek would be Data.
This is a bridge position that normally sees a moderate level of inclusion.
