This beautiful and peaceful Alabama State Park walk is in wooded areas of the park, around a lake, and all on paved roads. It is suitable for wheelchairs and strollers (a short portion is on the wide shoulder of the beach highway). This is a wonderful place to spend some time and enjoy Volksmarching. Pets Pets are not allowed in any beach areas or buildings in Alabama State Parks. Pets are allowed in all other areas on a 6 foot leash. Of course animals assisting the disabled are the exception to these rules. Amenities There are picnicking facilities in the area The beach swimming areas of the park are just across the road.
