1988 Ford Mustang GT "Cobra"

My dad bought this car as a present for my mom back in 1991. I found it in the Autotrader in Toronto and my dad came up to finalize the deal. For about the last eight years I've been bugging her to sell it to me. Finally she relented and we bought it off of her in 2002. I still had my Laser at the time but it was getting expensive having four vehicles so one had to go. It was hard to see the Laser go after 12 years of ownership but it went to a good home and I will remember knowing it was in fantastic shape when it left my hands. Having the Mustang made it somewhat easier as it's a "new" project to get involved with. I will be doing modifications to it as money and time permits.

Rear Disk Brake conversion using Thunderbird Turbo Coupe Rotors and remanufactured calipers.

Catted  MAC H-Pipe

Remove AC (doesn't work, hasn't been used in about 6 years and, it's a convertible- you don't need AC!)

Rear tail lights from '83-'86 Mustang
Rear Cobra wing
Front Cobra grille

Another stereo build up. System will be “nice” but not as elaborate as the system that was in the Laser.
