There appears to be two sizes of sphere, the first is small and around the size of a normal Starship. This sphere has been seen used as an escape vessel from cubes and also as a scout. The second sphere is larger, almost cube sized, this type of Sphere attacked the USS Voyager when it had the 29th Century drone, One, on board and it was also the vessel which attempted to attack Earth when USS Voyager returned home. Both vessels are strong but the smaller vessel can be destroyed by a Soveriegn Class vessel with ease. The larger vessel however took a pounding for a Federation fleet and survived until Voyager used a Transphasic torpedo on it. Beware both vessels.
