This is one of the two oldest surviving ships in service. This ship is the Constitution's variant. These ships along with Excelsior class ships make up the majority of Starfleet. There are two Miranda refits. The Miranda occasionally has a deflector at the rear and occasionally relies on deflector grids. Refits are below.

Refit  Mark I: no weapons pod because they are used as transports and are cheaper.

Refit Mark 2: Made to be Combat ready. Side Torpedo launchers.
