The Negh'Var is the most powerful Alpha Quadrant ship known to exist. The Negh'Var is built to defeat Space Stations and planetal installations. In the Mirror Universe the Alternate Negh'Var's sensors were affected by warp shadows, this meant that if a small ship got underneath the vessel it was almost impossible for the Alternate Negh'Var to  target it, thus allowing ships like the Saber and the Defiant to destroy the far-superior Negh'Var. It is unknown if this applies to 'our' Negh'Var. The Negh'Var destroyed many vessels during the Dominion War helping the war effort hugely.
