The USS Endeavor is the Flagship of the StarFleet Tactical Command Group. The Endeavor is an Intrepid-Class ship which has been upgraded with the most recent technological developments produced by the StarFleet Technology Laboratory. It is equipped with things like Bio-Neural Circuitry, Emergency Medical Holographic Supplement and Landing Gear.

Emergency Medical Holographic Program.

The Emergency Medical Holographic Program is a holographic projection, created and controlled by the ship's computer, that can treat patients in the event that the usual doctor is not available. It contains the information of over 2,000 medical reference sources, and the experience of 47 medical officers. The controlling circuitry is a hard-coded component of the ship's computer and cannot be removed or transferred. The Holographic Doctor's program was written by Lewis Zimmerman, who based the appearance of the doctor's on himself. Lt. Reginald Barclay, of the USS Enterprise NCC1701-D, also helped some. The doctor can access entire medical databases, covering options and diagnoses that a normal doctor could not think of, making it in some ways superior. Unfortunately, the holographic doctor can not leave sickbay without the use of a holoprojector, although it's program can be transferred to a holodeck if needed. The doctor has the ability to modify his own program, adding new sections and modules to itself.

Bio-Neural Circuitry

The Bio-Neural Circuitry is an integral part of the Endeavor's computer core. It consists of bio-neural gelpacks, replacing some of the traditional circuitry. The gelpacks are packets of bioneural cells which help to organize information more efficiently, as well as speed up response time.

Warp Drive

The Intrepid-Class starships employ a folding warp nacelle system, making their warp drives more efficient and safe than previous warp drive technologies. In mid-2370, it was discovered that warp drive damages the space/time continuum. The folding nacelles are part of a system that avoids damaging the continuum, and so can exceed the warp factor 5 speed-limit imposed by the Federationto avoid this damage. The Endeavor can reach a top speed of warp 9.975.

Weapon Systems

Inaddition to a full complement of standard issue weaponry, the USS Endeavor carries a weapon system only found on one other Starfleet vessel - the USS Voyager - the tri-cobalt device. How it works is still a secret and so cannot be divulged here.

Landing Technology

The Endeavor has the capability to enter planetary atmosphere and land on a planet surface. There is a landing gear at the bottom of the ship, and the saucer section is supported by a low-intensity tractor beam.
