Personality:
Despite the dearth of information available on Terrh
Ullho, it is assumed from the name that he keeps to
himself for the most part. Those times when it has
been necessary for him to interact, he has been found,
rather surprisingly, to be quite amicable, possessing
of a keen wit and intellect.
Personal History:
Again, nothing of any consequence is known about Terrh
Ullho, save that he is not welcome inside the Romulan
Empire. There can be little doubt that he has no
great love for the Federation, however, he also
recognizes that there is a safe haven for him within
it’s borders and therefore seeks to exploit the
advantage to the fullest. All that is known as to his
origins is that he arrived on Starbase 10 aboard a
Terrelian Freighter and subsequently put in for a
permit to open a shop on the Station’s promenade, an
antiquities shop from the manifest presented at the
time he put forth the request. His credentials
identify him as an expert in archaeology from many
different worlds, not all of which are Federation in
origin. As Starbase 10 is near the neutral zone, his
expertise may prove useful from time to time. His
name should tell one all they need to know about him,
whilst provoking more questions still. The first
name, Terrh, can be translated as “Darkness,” while
the second name, which in truth is probably his fourth
name as following the traditions of Romulan society,
translates as “Unknown,” or “Dark.” Indeed, this can
be said of the enigmatic Terrh Ullho, who whatever his
real motivation, is sure to create many interesting
facets to the dynamic that is Starbase 10.
