The Franklin Class Starship is dedicated to Dr. Stephen Franklin of Babylon 5 Station (Played By Richard Biggs, who was born on Mar 18, 1960. He left us much too early on May 22, 2004). This class of Cruiser is a Multiple Role vessel, with the ability to adapt to certain situations with ease. The Franklin Class Cruiser is produced by the Pirate Republic. |
