One on right wrist 1 inch long, right upper leg 1 inch round, rear of lower back 3 inches long.

2368-2370: PVT, Joined Star Fleet graduated from Boot Camp, Assigned to 1st Marine DIV.
2370-2372: SGT Attended Special Ops and Recon Training.
2372-2374: SSG Assigned to embassy Duty.
2374-2377: Rebranched to Security. Attended OCS at Fleet Academy.
2377-2380: Lt. and Assigned to the USS Pegasus in Fleet as Chief of Security, Strategic Operations Officer, Tactical Officer.

EDUCATION:
He was highly educated. After High School he joined Star Fleet and went through Marine Basic Courses and Special Operations courses. Some of these courses were SERE training, Special Operations Training, (Interrogation training, Insertion/extraction, Small unit tactics and HALO, Survival training) Extensive martial arts training (Haw Rang Do, Moo Gi Gong) and Security Officers Training (OCS) Tactical Sys II, Advanced Strategic Operations, Ship Tactics and Security. He did above average on all courses. He followed in his parents footsteps.
PERSONAL HISTORY:
Blare is the first of two children. He grew up on servile starbases and Starships. His father was assigned to Diplomat Security and Special Operations detachment; he is now retired. His mother was assigned to Medical department as a doctor and she is retired. His Sister also joined StarFleet as a communications officer.
Blare found out fast it was not always fun. He got in lots of fights with other kids. He soon gained their respect and their friendship for his spirit of no surrender. He has got the best private schooling a person could get. He also learned to speak a few languages growing up: Kilngon, Vulcan, and Romulan. After his parents retired, he joined StarFleet at a young age with guidance from his Father. Taking his extensive training in martial arts and the training from his father, Blare took every course he could get his hands on. He was lucky to have some of the best instructors in StarFleet. He was assigned to the Diplomat protection department as an Embassy Guard and went to Advantest Training, where he distinguished himself. The report stated that, while seriously wounded, he managed to rescue the Diplomat and get him to safety. He has worked hard for the great reputation he has for bravery, and the call to duty. Steel has always got good reports from his Commanders. He now looks forward to his next assignment. It was do to his Actions that he got commissioned. After returning from OCS Tango Fleet Academy they assigned him to The USS Pegasus. He has a Wife, Elizabeth, 5 Kids, Sharon, Emily, Josiah, Ana-Christina and Jonathan that travel with him.
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
He has joined Starfleet and wanted to serve in the best of Starfleet tradition. He would hope that anything that He does would make his Parents very proud of his preferment’s and He strives to be the best He can. He tends to make sure that everything He does, He dose for a reason; He has a lot to learn. He refuses to be counted among the failures in Starfleet. He tends to go Strong into all situations, always weighing the possible out-comes. He always tries to see people in a positive light. But if He is in disagreement with someone, He will let him or her know. He hates incompetence, He will show that he has a competent attitude to his subordinates and his leaders. It was his promise to a 6-year-old girl that got him the commission in rescuing the diplomat on a deeper note he has had a hard time dealing with his parents devoirs. The Academy (OCS) had a humbling effect on Him. He knows that he has a long road a head of him. He does show emotions at times under extreme circumstances in times like in a death, extreme pain. In most cases it is a short out burst of anger or sadness.
AMBITIONS: To be the Commander of a ship or land.
DISLIKES: People who put down family and disrespect others.
LIKES: Martial arts, flying, ice cream, colleting ancient firearms.
HOBBIES: He loves the Martial arts especially ones from other races. He works out using this to get away from it all. Likes to read from time to time, Got to keep up on the Bad Guys.
QUIRKS: Dislikes any one who will hurt Kids, hates disobedient, disrespect of rank. His sharp attitude can get the best of him.
LIMITATIONS: Has a hard time dealing with loss of friends. Tends to be over-zealous.
TALENTS: Has a great sense for trouble, an uncanny sense of calm.
