2377: Joined Starfleet by being accepted to Starfleet Academy.
2379: Cadet Cruise - Tango Fleet - Cadet 4th Year
2379: Promoted to Acting Ensign by Starfleet Academy for exceptional mental understanding, exceptional grades and mechanical prowess. Graduated early and assigned permanently to the USS Pegasus-D as Structural and Environmental Engineer.
2380: Promoted to Full Ensign and reassigned to Security on USS Pegasus by Lieutenant Commander Soren Montgomery, Acting Commanding Officer for exemplary service, TFA and outstanding performance on Cadet Cruise, USS Pegasus NCC 53847D. Reassigned back to Engineering as Structural and Environmental Engineer by Commander Montgomery do to an incident on a technologically less developed planet in which Plase was responsible for breaking the Prime Directive. No black mark was, however, established on his permanent record. After the mission was complete, he was named the Acting Chief of Security.
2381: Promoted to Lieutenant junior grade by now-Captain Soren Gadd Montgomery and named ‘Acting’ Executive Officer after the previous Executive Officer tried and failed at a mutiny.

2382: Stardate 58515.4. Promoted to Lieutenant Commander by Captain Soren Gadd Montgomery due to his reassignment. Bane also is given command of the Starship Pegasus on this date at the beheadst of Captain Montgomery.
Personal History: Bane Plase was born some 24 years ago during the Cardassian Occupation. For the first part of his life, Plase didn’t know anything but oppression, suffering and bloodshed. As he grew older, he fought with the Resistance and eventually drove out the Cardassian forces. Only after the Cardassians had left did Plase attend any formal schooling. Everything he had learned, he had learned on the streets. He graduated from the local school systems with honors and was able to apply to Starfleet.
Psych/Medical report: Outside of the fact that he witnessed his father mowed down by Cardassian forces and the resulting contempt toward the species, Plase is a strong willed and deeply spiritual person. Plase has been fortunate that he has never had a broken bone in his body. The only thing to note in this report is the sever head trauma he suffered as a child. This, however, will not affect his performance or duties. It is recommended that he have it checked out at least once a year, however.
Commendations:
2380 - Awarded the Act of Distinction for quick and decisive actions during an away mission in which he was directly responsible for saving the lives of all but one of the team.
2381: Stardate 58231.4 - Awarded the Citation of Valour for for administrative control of certain aspects of the USS Pegasus and cutting a Leave of Absence short to assist in all aspects.
2382: Stardate 58515.4 - Awarded the Captain's Distinguished Service Order for being an example to the crew, outstanding service to both the Captain personally and to the Pegasus as a whole, and all the many hours put into the creation and maintenance of the Pegasus website
