Lai Chau province has just been devided into two parts, East part is Lai Chau Province, West part is Dien Bien province, follow its devision, Lai Chau town(100km from Dien Bien town)took name "Muong Lay", Muong Lay town has new name "Muong Tra" and Tam Duong(100km from Sapa) took name "Lai Chau", so Tam Duong will be easy be confused as Lai Chau
