This is how a smooth mandrel bends intercooler piping looks like. As a rule of thumb, air don't like to travel on uneven diameter bends which would slow the velocity of the charge. The piping are designed to be as smooth as possible utilizing the Law of Fluid Dynamics. Air travels are then smoothen out without any unconditional restrictions. With mandrel bends, the power of the car is greatly increase because the flow is unrestricted.

TIG Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas)

We use TIG Weld for the intake piping and on the blow-off valve to eradicate any post weld dirt so that your intake to your manifold will be free of any harmful materials. TIG welding is an electric welding process that is controllable, clean, but is slow and the equipment relatively expensive. The metal to be welded has to be very clean but there is no post weld cleaning.

The is what a MAZDA FAMILIA Turbo looks like when the custom make intercooler piping were installed on the car. The intercooler was changed to a VR4 type to facilitate better flow.

Above is the custom piping for the Toyota 4AGZE. The original top mounted intercooler is relocated to the front of the fender for better cooling. Intercooler can be of your choice but we do recommend those that are high in flow and cooling properties.

The piping above is taken from a Toyota 1G-GTE Twin Turbo. Look closely to the TIG welded mandrel bends which is flow efficient and looks good.

We do hybrid conversions in our workshop. Above is a picture of a Mercedes Benz with a Toyota 1G-GTE Twin Turbo engine.

Speaking of hybrids. This is another view of a Mercedes (Model 126) with a powerful Toyota 1JZ-GTE 24V Twin Turbo engine. All mandrel piping were
custom made to fit in nicely with the contour of the Mercedes chassis.

Exhaust is an integral part of an optimum performance engine. We spend countless hours doing R&D on exhaust engineering to get the optimal in performance and sound quality on each individual car. Exhaust fabrication and installation is a highly respected work if it is done properly. Designing a very low back pressure system without sacrificing any low end power is an art by itself.

The turbo above was modified to a twin blade to aid faster spool up and to carry the boost for the whole range of the RPM. The turbo impeller blade could also be modified to certain A/R ratio to suit different cars and driving preferences.

Electronics is part and parcel of any successful engine conversions. We take great pains to make sure everything is in order and to your satisfaction without cut throat prices.

This Mazda Astina Turbo is a tried and proven modification that at 1 bar boost (14.7psi), it made obscene power. We believe that boost is not everything. It is a mixture of the right tuning and time consuming analysis to make your car run just right with the right amount of fuel and air ratio. For what is power without control and reliability?
