Phillip and I are dedicated to breed the best quality, physically and mentally, of the Rare Breed Mi-Kis. We breed occasionally to produce what we believe to be quality Mi-Kis that conform to the breed standard, are intelligent, and able to be wonderful companion dogs.

All of our adults as well as prospective breeding puppies are DNA’d through the UKC, Heart checked by a Cardiologist, CERF checked by a Ophthalmologist at the University of Tennessee, and Patella checked through our local vet. We go the extra mile to have all our Mi-Kis checked by specialists, to ensure that we are breeding the best quality Mi-Kis.

Phillip and I enjoy having the opportunity to work with other ethical and honest Mi-Ki breeders who want to improve the Mi-Ki breed. We also enjoy having the opportunity to honestly educate the general public about this wonderful toy breed.

Phillip and I do our best to make sure our puppies are going to loving, and committed homes. We do our best to screen prospective buyers to ensure a good match between our puppies and prospective buyers. As much as possible we attempt to evaluate the personality of our puppies by observing them during their development. We then attempt to match the puppy that best fits to the prospective buyers and their family. After an extensive inquiry, phone interview, into the prospective buyers lifestyle and their home arrangements. I then share with the prospective buyers an overview of each of the available puppies and their personalities. We will share with them which of the available puppies will best match them and their family. We do this to ensure the likelihood of a fulfilling and rewarding relationship between the new owner and their new Mi-Ki puppy.

Before any puppy leaves our home, it has been well cared for and socialized. However, a puppy does not go to its new owner as a trained, well-mannered finished product. It is up to the puppy buyer to complete the job we have started. The new owner is responsible for the further development of the puppy’s personality, through structured discipline, training, guidance, and love.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We now have a shipping service available to us. This service is provided by two wonderful women from North Carolina. The puppy is taken on board the plane with them and hand delivered to the new owner. The new puppy owner can also choose to fly into the Chattanooga, TN. airport, where I will meet you with your new puppy and your new puppy's sire and dam. This gives the new owners the opportunity to see the sire and dam of their new puppy in person. These are the only shipping opinions, we do not ship our puppies as baggage where they would be placed in the cargo hole of the plane. We do this to ensure the mental and physical health of the puppy and so that the puppy will be hand delivered to their new owner.
