Gia sighed as she walked out out of PC Hotel. She had just spent 3 hours doing some promotional work for the Cougars, and she was exhausted. She and Nik had decided it would be best if they stopped their meetings and ended the affair. Well, Gia had really just decided, Nik just nodded and agreed to whatever she said. She could see in his eyes that he didn't want it to end, but she knew she had to get out before she died of a broken heart. All she would have to do, is steer clear of Nik and all of the feelings would go away. Or at least she wished they would...

~*~The Cottage~*~

Nik walked through the door, and tossed his keys onto the table. He couldn't believe he had let that happen. Gia had said she wanted the affair to end, and he agreed, but it was the last thing he wanted. He was going to tell her that day that he was going to break it off with Liz, but when Gia started talking about how she loved Zander and he was never unfaithful, it just told him that Gia's feelings weren't the same as Nik's. Nik had done the worst thing he could have done...he let himself fall. Fall for her charm, her kindness, her attitude, her body....everything. But he snapped back into the harsh reality that Gia was in love with someone else, and he was supposed to be too. He was supposed to be in love with Liz, but something just didn't click. He sighed as he walked up the stairs, towards his and Liz's bedroom.

"Honey, is that you?" Liz asked from the bedroom.

Nik didn't reply, he simply walked down the hall and opened the bedroom door. His jaw dropped at the sight in front of him.

There was Liz, in black lingerie, surrounded by candles and flowers, and lots of exotic fruits. God, this is awful. Nik thought to himself. I'm cheating on her, and she spends all this time preparing something so beautiful for the two of us.

Liz's jaw also dropped when she saw Nik's standing in front of her.

"Nikolas?" Her eyes widened and her palms started to sweat, then her brain kicked in.

"Yeah, were you expecting someone else?" he asked sarcastically. He didn't know how right he was. Deep within he was praying it was true so that he would'nt feel so terrible, and so that he could actually have a relationship with Gia.

"Oh, no of course not." Liz said, a little too enthusiastically. Nik didn't notice, he seemed in somewhat of a trance. "Umm, sweetie, could you go get the whipped cream? I left it in the kitchen." Liz asked, batting her eyes.

If Nik could actually process anything that was going on around him, he would've noticed that there was a full container of whipped cream sitting on the bed. But he was in too much of a daze to notice, and due to his voice box freezing up, he just nodded and went down to the kitchen.

As soon as Nik was out of sight, Liz picked up the phone and dialed a number.

"Lucky?"

"Yeah. Liz I'm on my way. You sound weird, is something wrong?"

"Lucky, you have to turn around right now, something came up. We're going to have to reschedule. I'm so sorry baby, I was hoping we could have a private night, just the two of us."

"Yeah, me too, but okay. Call me later and we'll arrange it for another time."

"Alright baby, I love you. Bye."

Liz hung up the phone and took a deep breath as she fixed her hair. "That's was a close one." she said aloud. "But it won't happen again. All I have to do is make my meetings more discreet. As long as I have Nik, Zander and Lucky each thinking they're my one and only, I can have all three. I just have to make sure none of them find out that I'm playing all three of them." Liz said to herself with an evil giggle.
