Scene 1( 20 minutes later Gia is at her house packing her bags, she carries them down stairs as Nikolas comes in)
Nik: Where are you going?
Gia: Does it matter, now you can kiss Elizabeth in the privacy of your own home.
Nik: Gia, I don't want you to go, please stop for a second. (the door bell rings) Who could that be (he opens the door)
Johnny: I'm here for Gia.
Gia: Thanks for coming Johnny, here are my bags.
Nik: Can we at least talk about what happened.
Gia: I can't talk to you right now Nikolas, I just I can't. (she leaves with Johnny)
(Nik goes and sits on the couch. The doorbell rings again. He goes and answers it.)
Nik: hi, come in.
Lucky: I don't need to.
Nik: Lucky, please let me explain.
Lucky: I didn't come to hear excuses, I came to tell you to stay away from me, don't call don't even come near Kelly's because if I see you I swear, I'll do some thing I really don't want to do.
Nik: Lucky, I love you. You came here to tell me that, it must mean something. Were brothers Lucky.
Lucky: I have no brother at least not one I trust. (he leaves)
Scene 2(Elizabeth walks into Kelly's)
Liz: Em has Lucky come in yet?
Em: No, why.
Liz: I did some thing so horrible, so unforgivable and I really need to talk to him.
Em: What?
Liz: Nikolas and I.
Em: What?
Liz: Nikolas and I were making out at L&B
Em: What, Elizabeth why would you do that?
Liz: I don't know, I was sort of upset and one thing just lead to another.
Em: I hate to tell you this, but this is exactly what Lucky needed to confirm his beliefs.
Liz: What beliefs?
Em: That you and him were over. How could you Elizabeth?
Liz: I don't know, but I have to make it up to him. I have to tell him I'm so sorry.
Em: Don't try to explain Elizabeth. Listen if it was a mistake I understand, but don't expect Lucky to be so forgiving.
Liz: Lucky is not truly who I'm so worried about. I mean he is but.
Em: What do you mean?
Liz: Gia saw us too. I mean she hated me before this and now I can only imagine what she is going to say when I bump into her. It's going to be unliveable in Port Charles for a while to come.
Scene 3 (Gia is outside of Sonny's penthouse. Carly meets her at the door.)
Carly: Hey, Gia come in. Are you ok?
Gia: (she is crying) He kissed her Carly.
Carly: Who kissed who?
Gia: Nikolas was kissing Elizabeth and if Lucky and I hadn't walked in a lot more would of happened.
Carly: Oh, my gosh come sit down, do you want some water or anything?
Gia: No, I'm ok.
Carly: Sonny told me.
Gia: He told you about the baby.
Carly: Yeah, he was so excited. Gia your shaking here, you need to calm down and relax ok.
Gia: Ok.
Carly: So what did Prince Nikolas say when you caught him with that slut.
Gia: He told me I was over reacting and that it wasn't what I thought.
Carly: Oh, please, what a jerk, I mean you being pregnant and all. What a jerk. What did he say when you told him about the baby.
Gia: I didn't get a chance to tell him.
Carly: He doesn't know, well are you going to tell him?
Gia: I don't know how to.
Carly: I'll tell that jerk and little muffet face. Please let me tell Miss Muffet face. I would love to see that embarrassed look on her face.
Gia: You don't have to do that.
Carly: No, please it will be my pleasure.
Gia: Carly, really I need to go some where and think.
Carly: Well, Laticia is taking Michael to the park, you can relax out there, get some fresh air.
Gia: I would like that.
Laticia: Michael is all ready to go to the park Mrs. Corinthos.
Carly: Laticia, Gia is going with you. She need to get her mind off of some things. I'll be there in a few minutes ok.
Laticia: Ok, Michael, look it's aunt Gia, you want to say hi Michael.
Gia: hey, Mike (She picks Michael up and leaves with Laticia)
Scene 4 (Nik is at his house when Laura arrives)
Laura: Nikolas are you ok, I came as soon as you called.
Nikolas: He was right.
Laura: What, who was right?
Nikolas: Stefan, I mean I can't change the fact that I am a Cassidine and eventually I'm going to hurt the people I love.
Laura: Nikolas, it couldn't of been that bad.
Nikolas: Elizabeth and I were caught kissing on the couch and if Lucky and Gia wouldn't of came and stopped us I'm not sure we wouldn't of stopped on our own. I mean how could I do that. How could I tell Gia I love her not even three hours before I break her heart.
Laura: You are not like them.
Nikolas: You're right, I'm worst.
Laura: No, Nikolas you are not a bad person, every one makes a mistake.
Nikolas: Yes, but I am the only one who hurt Gia. She hates me, I know it.
Laura: Well what are you sitting here for, go talk to her.
Nikolas: I don't think that is such a good idea.
Laura: Why not.
Nikolas: She is staying at Sonny and Carly's. They probably already have bodyguards who will be paid to hurt me if I get close to her.
Laura: Nikolas don't make excuses. If you love her you will get beat up a trillon times until she forgives you. Besides I know for a fact Sonny is sensible and knows how much you love Gia so maybe he can set some thing up for you two. You should go talk to him.
Nikolas: You're right.
Laura: Of course I am.
Nikolas: Thank you. (he hugs her)
Laura: Good Luck, that reminds me, how did Lucky take it?
Nikolas: He hates me and I am not his brother anymore.
Laura: Oh gosh, Nikolas.
Nikolas: I know, maybe you should go talk to him, and if you do tell him I'm sorry and that I love him.
Laura: I will Nikolas, I will.
Scene 5 (Nikolas and Laura leave to go find Sonny and Lucky, Lucky is walking in the park when he spots Gia)
Lucky: Gia.
Gia: Lucky, I really can't talk right now.
Lucky: Did you come here to clear your head.
Gia: Yeah, it's hard although. I brought little Michael out to play. He helps me forget you know.
Lucky: Lulu does the same thing for me. (Gia and Lucky go sit on the swings, Michael is sitting on Gia's lap as they swing.)
Gia: You would never hurt some one you love huh, Michael. You're a good little man. (she hugs him and kisses his head)
Lucky: Gia, as much as I hate to admit this we are going to have to face them some time.
Gia: I know, but that time can't be now. It is still so new for me. I don't think I could even talk to him right now. You know he told me I over reacted to what happened.
Lucky: I don't agree with that. If I could I would find a place away from Elizabeth, at least until I could clear my head it would be nice.
Gia: I can't believe Elizabeth could hurt you like that and I can't believe Nikolas would hurt us like this, his family.
Lucky: You mean you and me.
Gia: I mean all of us.
Lucky: Who else is there?
Gia: I can't say Lucky.
Lucky: Gia, you can talk to me.
Gia: Lucky, before that whole thing at L&B happened I got a phone call from General Hospital.
Lucky: What's wrong, are you ok. Does this have to do with what happened at Kelly's or some thing.
Gia: Yeah, Lucky, I'm pregnant.
Lucky: What, Gia are you sure.
Gia: Yes, I'm sure I mean the doctor told me himself.
Lucky: Nikolas doesn't know, does he?
Gia: That's right and I would appreciate if you would keep it that way. (She let's Michael go play)
Lucky: This is a big secret to keep from Nikolas.
Gia: I know that, but I want to tell him when I feel the time is right and this is definatly not it.
Lucky: Gia, I'm sorry.
Gia: What are you apolgizing for, you're a victim yourself.
Lucky: Yeah, but Elizabeth and I aren't having a baby.
Gia: Yeah well as far as Nikolas knows, neither are we.
