Scene 1 (setting: The next day Gia wakes up in Sonny's pen house. She comes down stairs to find her lunch on the table.)
Gia: Is this all for me.
Sonny: If you want it?
Gia: Thanks.
Sonny: Tough night.
Gia: Yeah, I'm sorry for intruding.
Sonny: Please, your my baby sis, you never intrude.
Gia: You made all of this by yourself huh.
Sonny: Yeah, how could you tell?
Gia: Every thing is perfect and the kitchen looks spotless. It's looks cleaner than it did yesterday.
Sonny: So have you talked to Nikolas?
Gia: No, he hasn't even tried to talk to me.
Sonny: Not true.
Gia: What do you mean?
Sonny: He came and talked to me yesterday. He told me to tell you he loves you.
Gia: Yeah, well he didn't love me when he was all over Elizabeth Webber.
Sonny: Gia, since I never try to tell you what to do, I'll tell you a story. It's about a guy named Jay and a guy name Sam.
Gia: Fake names I assume.
Sonny: Of course, so anyway this guy named Jay had this beautiful girl, I don't know if you could call them girlfriend and boyfriend, but they meant some thing to each other. One day Sam, Jay's best friend in the world slept with Jay's beautiful girl.
Gia: Ouch, sounds painful.
Sonny: It was because Sam, didn't mean to do it and neither did the girl. Of course Jay was mad, and he had ever opportunity to bail on his friend, but he didn't. He forgave and I know that he and Sam are still friends til this day. Jay is one of the greatest guys Sam knows.
Gia: So you are not telling me what to do, but your saying in a story that some one with characther can forgive.
Sonny: I'm saying do what your heart says. I mean do you really want to lose the love of your life or the friendship of a lifetime for what was obviously a mistake. I mean Nikolas didn't do nearly as much as Sam did. Not to say what he did didn't hurt, but still because of what happened Sam and Jay's relationship is strong because they know they can make it through any thing.
Gia: I guess I see that, but still, how can I be with some one that I don't trust around one of his best friends. I don't want to look back on this when Nikolas has two kids by other people and wonder why he would do that to me.
Sonny: Gia, do what your heart say. Your heart is never wrong. It can be tough, but it's never wrong.
Gia: Thanks Sonny, your getting good at this.
Sonny: Am I, I'm still not use to having a sister to advise.
Gia: Well your getting good at it. I can tell you with all these problems you're going to get a lot better.
Scene 2( Nikolas is outside of Kelly's staring in when he is spotted by Alexis)
Alexis: Is their a reason why your staring through a window instead of just going in.
Nik: There is a lot of reasons, trust me.
Alexis: Sit down and talk to me.
Nik: I hurt Gia really bad and I hurt Lucky even worst if not the same.
Alexis: What happened?
Nik: Elizabeth and I were caught kissing by Lucky and Gia. (Lucky is coming around the corner but hides so Nikolas won't see him) Alexis: I had no idea you and Elizabeth cared about each other like that.
Nik: That's the thing, it had no true feeling in it. It was a kiss between friends. But I have to admit it looked like a lot more than just a kiss. It hurts so bad Alexis. Her not being next to me when I woke up this mourning. It was horrible, I was so empty.
Alexis: As some one who has had first hand experience of how bad that feels I have to tell you that, it doesn't just stop hurting. You don't wake up one day and say, oh I am over it. I'm healed, because you have to resolve the problem in order to get to that point. What's hurting you is guilt. The guilt of hurting Gia and your brother. Listen time heals a lot of wounds, but words of apology are like band aids, it helps the process along. Nikolas, telling me how sorry you feel isn't going to help unless Gia hears it or Lucky. (Alexis gets beeped.) Oh, I'm sorry Nikolas.
Nik: No, you have work I understand.
Alexis: You are going to be ok though, I promise. (she goes inside Kelly's) (Lucky comes out where Nikolas spots him)
Nik: Lucky, how much did you hear?
Lucky: Everything.
Nik: I'm so sorry Lucky.
Lucky: I know (he hugs Nikolas)
Scene 3(Gia is staring outside Sonny's penthouse window when Carly comes in)
Carly: Hey, Gia.
Gia: Hey, Carly.
Carly: I love that view too. It's almost perfect.
Gia: Almost?
Carly: Yeah, the perfect view would be seeing you and Nikolas out there hugging and making up. I mean sure you would be a little dot, but just knowing you two love birds are together would be perfect.
Gia: What am I suppose to do? Forgive him and Elizabeth.
Carly: I'm not saying you shouldn't be angry Gia, but some time we get so intensely emotional that we forget why or how we got there. I'm not saying he wasn't a jerk for every thing, but do you truley want to feel as empty as you did last night.
Gia: You're the second who's told me I should probably talk to Nikolas so, it must be good advice. Or you and Sonny are tag teaming me.
Carly: Gia listen I would want to pull every hair out of Elizabeth's head if I were you, but really that doesn't help. I mean it would give you and I pleasure but it wouldn't help. It would ease to pain and the next day it would be hurting just like before.
Gia: You are right. I'm going to find Nikolas. He is probably at Kelly's (They hug) Thanks Carly.
Carly: No problem, hey Gia girls like us aren't victims we fight for what we want, and if you want Nikolas go get him. Don't let her ruin what you have. (Gia leaves and Carly watches. When Gia is gone Carly pats herself on the back.)
