Was it a
great season
for network tv or a bad one? It all depens on who you ask.
ABC might say it was
a bad one: thanks to the cooling off of "Millionaire" it was down 11%
in
viewers and 15% in the all important adults demo. But it might also say
that it was a good season: despite the slide of "Millionaire," it still
took first place in the ratings, edging out CBS by a very, very slight
