Long, long ago in a land far, far away lived a young nobleman and two of the most

important girls in his life. Sir Miguel was the youngest nobleman in the whole land, who

was to be wed with one of the most known king in the whole land, daughter. Lady Charity

the prettiest of the four daughters of the king. With her long blonde her and big sky blue

eyes she could make any man melt with just one glance into her eyes. Miguel grown to
love

her after all the meeting there parents set for those two since birth. And Charity grown to

love Miguel too, but not cause he was rich or the most handsome young man in the whole

land. But cause of his sweet and caring heart that he had.

But there just one problem that Miguel and Charity never knew was there. Miguel
childhood

friend, lady Kay was hopelessly in love with Miguel and he didn’t know it. Kay was in

love with him since both were little children running around the court yard, playing tag.

Kay was the daughter of the house keeper, so Kay and Miguel lived in the same house

since they were both five years of age. They became the best of friends growing up that

the children from the town would bug them, cause they would spend far too much

time together.

Since Charity came into Kay life, Kay and Miguel didn’t spend as much time like they

used too. Miguel would spend all his free time when he wasn’t helping his father with their

business with Charity. And when he would spend time with her, he would talk up a storm

about Charity. How they would send their time and how happy he was with her and how

much he couldn’t wait till they would get married. Kay would just get green of

jealously whenever she would see them two together, holding hands or kissing in the

count yards.

Kay didn’t see why Miguel never noticed her before he fell for Charity. Cause all the guys

in town where in love with her, with her long brown hair, tan skin and big sea green

eyes. But she never went near any of them. Cause she just wanted one guy and that was

Miguel. Even though she knew she didn’t have a try with Miguel she still had hope that

some how she could get him. And the only way that dream of hers to become true was if

she went to the towns witch Tabby. Tabby was a very old witch that lived up in the hills in

a big dark castle nobody ever dare to visit. She was a short white skin woman with gray

and white hair that looked like a birds nest.

Kay was very scared she couldn’t believe that she was actually going to

the witches castle. But she had a good reason too and it was Miguel, that all that kept

playing in Kay’s mind while she walked trough the dark, wet woods. As Kay got

closer to the big, wide, wooden door of the castle a voice out of nowhere called to her.

“Who goes there?” a voiced called from the moist. “I an lady Kay from the town of

lord Miguel” ”Why do you come to this very castle?” The voiced asked in a confused

tone. “To speck to Tabby the witch of this very castle, I want to ask her for help for

something that is very dear to me.” The voice in the moist didn’t relied, the big wooden

doors opened to Kay. She stared at the inside of the big emptily castle in awe.

Kay walked into a big room with big high opened windows. A little old lady sat in a

rocking chair beside stood a little boy with red hair, he looked like a toy doll, that she

recalled playing with when she was a little girl. The little boy most have been Martimmy

Tabby’s helper. Kay walked toward the old lady in a slow pace. “You must be

Kay?” the old lady called from the chair. “Yes, how did you know?” Kay asked

surprised. “I’ve been waiting for you for a while now.” “Waiting?” Kay relied more

confused then before. “Yes waiting, like I said before” “But how, I mean, I only

answered to the voice of the wind.” Tabby seat up from her chair, the little boy didn’t

speak through out the whole time. “I see everything, I hear everything and I know

everything. And I heard and saw you all those years you lusting after that Miguel boy.”

Kay expression turned from scared into sad. “Yes you speak the truth.” Tabby

walked closer to Kay that you could see into her big gray eyes. “And you want my help,

so you can win Miguel’s heart.” Kay looked at shock that she knew some much with out

her say a word.

Tabby would to a shelf and picked up a bottle of a green looking juice. “To make the spell

to work you have too put two drops of this into his drink and by the next sun he well be

all yours.” Tabby paused grabbing another bottle. “And for any reason you want to

break the spell and have to make him drink this bottle.” Tabby handed the bottle to

Kay in a slow matter. “Now go, go to Miguel and do what I said.”

With out thinking Kay ran out of the castle towards the town. Kay room all the way

to Miguel’s castle where she found him at his dinner table eating by himself. He didn’t

noticed her when she entered but when he spotted her his face lighted up. “Kay where

were you, I was waiting to share dinner with you. I was thinking that we could take a

walk down by the lake how about it?” Kay slowly sat down at the chair next to him.

“That would great.” Miguel smile grew bigger. “Willams?” No relied. “He most be out.
Do

you want a drink.” Kay froze this was her chance. “A drink would be wonderful.”

Miguel left the dinning room leaving Kay and his glass of wine alone. Without another

thought Kay put the two drops into the glass of wine. Miguel walked in the dinning

room holding a glass for Kay. “Wine?” “Yes please.” Miguel pored a glass of red wine in

Kay’s cup and sat it in front of her. “Thanks.” Kay relied with a big smile. Miguel

raise the cup up.” To us.” Kay also does the same. “To us.” Kay watch with a

happy expression as Miguel drank the whole drink up.

The next morning Kay woke up with a start. Miguel was sitting at the end of the bed

staring at her. Miguel, what are you doing in my cell? She asked pulling the cover up to

her neck. For some odd reason when I woke this morning the first image that came to my

mind was you. Kay couldn’t believe that the spell actually worked? So she moved a

little closer to to see if it was true, she could always tell what he was thinking by

just looking into his eyes. Kay analyzed his face and all the expressions he made, but

nothing had changed.

Weeks pasted and days and Miguel spend all his time worshipping the ground Kay

walked on. He was more obsess with Kay, then in love with her and she knew it. He

wasn’t the same anymore; he would rather spend his time following her around the

castle then work on his father business. Charity came to town that week and she noticed

the way Miguel was acting, that day that she came they both got into a big fight and

Charity storm out of the castle. Kay felt didn’t feel right, this was all a lie, he really didn’t

love her he only thought that. As long as she could remember that all she wanted was

Miguel wanting her, but not in this way. Kay had to do something, and she

remembered about the other bottle Tabby give her. With out another thought she grad a

glass and a bottle of wine and mix it with the spell. She left it out for Miguel to drink and

left to her room to pack. But to her surprise Charity was waiting for her. “What are you

doing here?” Kay asked confused. “I know everything and if you don’t leave town I’ll tell

him.” Kay looks at her shocked that she knew everything. “But how?” Charity smiles “I

had a feeling that you were going to do something like this. Tabby works for my family,

she told me everything. How you been in love with Miguel all your life and how he never

ever returned it back ”Charity looks at the unpacked bag. “I don’t care if your packed or

not, but you better leave before I tell Miguel and ruin you.” With out saying another word

Kay left the castle making sure that Miguel or anyone else noticed her leave.

Miguel walked into the dinning room and saw the wine glass sitting on the table. “Kay left
that for you.” Miguel turns to where the voice was coming from, to be faced by Charity.
“What are you doing here?” “I’m sorry that we got into that fight. Can we please start
over.” Charity said almost begging. “Where Rachel?” Miguel asked taking a sip of the
wine, Charity watched wanting him to drink it all. “Um…She left, as in out of town.”
Miguel slams the cup onto the table. “Where?” Charity didn’t answer. “Tell me.” Miguel
knew she had to do some about it. “She left because she knew if she stayed you would
fine out.” Charity said trying to seem sweet. ”Fine out what?” Miguel asked confused
“That she put a spell on you.” “What a spell? Charity that one of the stupidest thing I ever
heard.” Miguel said almost laughing. “What I feel for Kay was true love Charity, not some
spell could ever make me feel that way.” Charity pulls out the bottle and places it on the
table. “There, that’s the bottle.”

Miguel could feel his heart broke, he couldn’t believe it with out a thought he grad his
cape and run outside to his horse. He rode every where around town and out of town
looking for Kay and he found her at her cabin out in the woods. She was outside sitting by
a tree reading a book. “Why did you do it?” Miguel called from his horse making Kay
jump. ”She told you, didn’t she?” Kay asked sitting the book down on the grass. “Yes she
did, so that means it’s true, you put a spell on me.” “But I did try to break it.” “And how
do you do that? ”Miguel asked. “The wine glass that I left for you, did you drink it?” Kay
asked hoping that he did. “Yes, but what does that have to do…” Miguel stop himself
getting what Kay done. “So the spell is broken?” Kay nodded. “Then if it’s broken then
why an I feeling this way?” It hit him he fallen in love with Rachel with out the help of the
spell. ”What are you trying to say?” Kay asked not getting what he was saying. “The spell
just help me realize that Charity is not the woman I should be married to, it’s you I should
be with.” After propose his love to Kay they shared a kiss, the most earth waking kiss.
That ever night Miguel and Kay came together for the first time and lived happy ever
after.
                                                                    The End
