Chapter 1:
Sheridan woke up and got ready to go to the Youth Center to finish up her hours that she had left. She threw on a baby blue tank top and black leather pants. "God, I hope Luis wasn't able to come in today."
When Sheridan drove up to the Youth Center she noticed that there wasn't any cars there. She walked in the doors and all of a sudden the lights came on and everybody screamed "Surprise"! "Oh my god! Why did ya'll do this for me? It's so sweet of ya'll." "We did it because we don't want you to leave. We'll miss you so much when you go."
"Luis? Did you say that you're gonna miss me when I leave?" "Yes. I did. We'll all miss you Sheridan. Especially me." "Why are you going to miss me Luis?" Sheridan asked. "Because we've made a connection, Sheridan." "Well you know you'll still get to see me every night. You know you are still my "bodyguard" aren't you. "Well Sheridan no I'm not. Hank is." "What!?" "You heard me Sheridan. Your wish did come true. You don't have to be cooped up in the cottage with me anymore, aren't you glad?" "No, I'm not. All this time I believed you Luis. The drug cartel is after me." "Yes. I know that Sheridan. Listen to me Sheridan. You'll be perfectly safe with Hank. Wasn't that what you wanted?" No its not. I want you to protect me Luis. I don't feel safe with Hank. He doesn't now how to keep me safe. You do. You've already saved me like four times. I feel so safe with you Luis."
"Then you tell the FBI that you want me to be your full time bodyguard but only under one condition. You can't fight with me. Okay? And you will let me cook. Do we have a deal?" "Yes. I promise I won't fight with you and you can cook for me. I just want you to be my bodyguard. Please, Luis."
"Ok. I'll like that. I kind of like being your bodyguard. Its really not that bad now is it?" "No, not really. Come on now who said it would be?" "Forget it Sheridan, lets go eat some cake and then we're going to play you a special song for you."
"This is so sweet of you Luis." Sheridan told him. "Well its the least that I can do for a woman as special as you. And as sweet as you. While we're on the subject about you being special to me there's something I want to tell you tonight.
"Alright you guys well should I say Luis and Sheridan. Are you two ready for a special song? Well Sheridan this song is dedicated to you from Mr. Lopez-Fitzgerald. Its a perfect song for the two of you. So everybody get out off the dance floor and let these two lovebirds dance! My god can't people dance around here?" Chad Harris said laughing. Luis and Sheridan just rolled their eyes. Luis turned to Sheridan and said "I picked this song out for us, Sheridan. I hope you like it." They started slow dancing when the song "I do (Cherish You) came on.

Luis pulled Sheridan into a hug. As they hugged Beth and Hank was thinking of a plan that would break the two up before they even get together.

Chapter 2:
"Well its 8:00 I think we should be getting home." Luis said. "But Luis I want to go out and do something tonight. Just look at the sky. Its beautiful." Sheridan said. "Yes it is", Luis replied. "It reminds me of the nights with Jean Luc. In Paris that is." "Forget about him, Sheridan. You have a new life here in Harmony." Luis told her. "Yeah but I don't have a man in my life. And it gets so boring living by yourself. You have no one that loves.
Except your nephew. Your father and brother hate you. Your mother is dead. Luis, what do I have to live for? Nothing. I have nothing to live for. I hate my so called "rich life". "Its okay Sheridan, I'm single too. I know how it feels. You get lonesome. How about if we rent a movie, Sheridan? Would that make you feel better?" Luis asked Sheridan trying to comfort her some.
"Any movie?" asked Sheridan. "Any movie." replied Luis. A few minutes later they were at the video store picking out a movie. " I want to see this." Sheridan said pointing at "She's All That"."Okay. If that's what you want to see. They were walking home side by side when a truck went by and something we off that sounded like a gun. Sheridan went screaming to the ground. "Oh no!" Luis cried.

Chapter 3:
"Sheridan! Talk to me!" Luis screamed. "Please wake up. I can't live without you. You are my life. I'm not even going to get to tell you what I wanted to.

Sheridan was lying unconcious in the hospital bed with Luis by her side asleep in a chair. Luis felt something tugging at his hand. He opened his eyes and saw Sheridan smiling at him. "What was you going to tell me Luis?" "Well I was going to tell you that I love you." Luis said.
"So Sheridan do you love me? Do you have the same feelings for me as I do you?" Luis asked. "Well Luis, we've only been out one time. Take me out again and we'll just have to see." Sheridan told him. "But first we I have to find out who shot you." Luis said. "I know who it was Luis." Sheridan whispered to him. "Then who was it?" asked Luis. Sheridan said "it was your best friend."
"Hank?" Luis asked Sheridan. "No. He wouldn't do that to you! He has a major crush on you! In fact he loves you. He thinks that he's gonna get you and the two of you are going to get married. Well he's got another thing coming to him."
"Listen Luis. I saw him in the back of the truck with a gun. It was Hank!" "Okay." Luis said. "Well aren't you going to go and arrest him? He did almost kill me you know!" "Will you be okay here by yourself while I go and bring him in?" "Yes! Luis, thank you for being here for me. You don't know how much it means to me." "Anytime Sher!" Luis said.
It was 5:00 in the evening when Luis came back to the hospital. He walked in and saw a man sitting there holding Sheridan's hand while she was asleep. All Luis did was wallked in and went to Sheridan and kissed her. When she woke up she pulled Luis into a passionate kiss. Finally the two pulled away. "Oh, sorry Jeff. This is Luis, my boyfriend." This took Luis by surprise. " I'm her boyfriend? he thought to himself. "Luis, this is Jeff Dupree. He's an old friend of mine." Then Jeff spoke up and said "Yeah, I used to be her boyfriend.
Then I guess you came along and took her away from me." Luis was ready to punch him in the face. Sheridan could tell that Luis was upset at what Jeff had said. She spoke up and said "No. Jeff. Jean Luc came and stole me away from you. Then he used me and Luis just had to come along and save me like four times. Then we fell in love. I knew when I first saaw him, he was the one for me. But of course we argued and fought alot but one night at the Youth Center I sang a song to him called "I know how the river feels." It took him by surprise of course." Then she remembered the lyrics as she sang them in her head.

"So Luis when did you figure out that you loved Sheridan?" Jeff asked Luis. "Oh! That's simple. I thought she was beautiful the first time that I saw her. But I fell majorly in love with her when we first made out." Luis said smiling at Sheridan. Sheridan laughed to herself. He only wishes he could get me in bed. She said to herself. "Well I guess I'll go now Sheridan. Nice to meet you Luis." Jeff said and turned around to leave.
"What was that about?" Luis asked Sheridan. "Well I didn't want to be embarrased when I told him I didn't have a man in my life. And what was that you said? About making out?" Sheridan asked Luis laughing. "Oh, that was just wishful thinking!" "Wishful thinking huh? Luis take me home. The doctor told me that I could leave once you got back." "Whatever you want." Luis replied.
They got to Sheridan's cottage. "Come on in Luis!" Sheridan said seductively. "I like the sound of that." Luis said as he grabbed her and threw her on the bed. They were breathing hard when they pulled away. "Luis, I have something to tell you." "Okay. What is it Sher?" Luis asked her as he kissed her all over her body. " I'm not ready for this just yet, Luis." Sheridan told him. "Okay. Can I hold you all through the night then baby?" Luis asked her. "Sure you can Luis." They finally fell asleep with Luis holding Sheridan.

Chapter 4:
Sheridan woke up before Luis the next morning. She carressed his face with her hands to try and wake him up. Sure enough he woke up and kissed Sheridan softly on her lips. "Hey beautiful." Luis said kissing her again except more passionate this time. "Good morning handsome. So did you sleep good last night, Luis?" "I sure did espeically with you in my arms!" Luis smiled that killer smile that Sheridan loves! "So Luis, when are you going to take me out on that date? You know I can't wait for it!" Sheridan said happily. "Well I was thinking about tonight. How about that?"
Luis said. " It sounds really good, Luis." Sheridan said with a smile on her face. "Oh my god! That means I must go shopping this morning." Sheridan said. "Women!" Luis chuckled. "Well a woman has to have something nice to wear on a date with an incredibly hott guy, Luis!" Sheridan said laughing. "Yeah sure, Sheridan. Whatever you say!" Luis said with a cute smile on his handsome face. Sheridan slapped him playfully on his arm. "Ok, you asked for it, Sher... "No, Luis! Stop!!" Sheridan was giggling as Luis kept tickling her.
They were interrupted with a knock on the door." I wonder who that could be?" Sheridan asked. She opened the door to see Beth standing there. "Hi Beth. Come in." Sheridan said politely. Knowing what she wanted. Luis. Well she can't have him. Sheridan thought to herself. "Hey Sheridan who is it?" Luis asked not knowing that Beth was there. "Umm Luis I think its for you." "Beth!? What are you doing here?" "You mean what are you doing here?" "Well Sheridan is my girlfriend and I am her boyfriend. Not to mention I'm her bodyguard."
"Luis I thought we had something." "Beth we haven't had anything since high school. We've only been friends. Sorry, but I'm in love with Sheridan." Luis said as he pulled Sheridan close to him. " I thought you and Sheridan hated each other. How could you do this to me Luis? I loved you. I still do." Beth was angry now. She went over to Sheridan and slapped her in the face. Luis spoke up and said, "You don't do that to my woman, Beth." "Yeah well I just did whether you like it or not.
You know Sheridan, I always knew you wanted Luis. Now you've got him brat face. I hope you're happy that you've won the heart of Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald." Beth said crying. "Just leave Beth, get out of my house." Sheridan said crying as hard as she could. But she couldn't help it. "Sher its okay. I love you and that's all that matters." Luis said trying to comfort her. "Thank you, Luis. I love you so much." Sheridan told him.

Chapter 4: Part 2
I promise you Sher, no one will ever hurt you like that ever again. You mean so much to me and the only problem is that I can't put into words how I feel about you. Its beyond words really." Luis said. "God Luis, you are so sweet!" Sheridan said still crying a little bit. Luis wiped the tears away from her eyes. "Hey Sheridan you better go shopping. You don't want to be late for our date do you?" Luis said kissing Sheridan on her forehead. "Yeah, I guess you're right Luis." Sheridan turned around and left to go shopping. "Wait Sheridan! I have to come with you remember? I'm not just your boyfriend but I'm still your bodyguard." "Oh that's right Luis!" Sheridan said.
It was finally time for their date. Since the cottage only had one bedroom, Sheridan got dressed in the bathroom and Luis got dressed in her bedroom. Finally Sheridan came out of hte bathroom with a short red velevet dress that came down just above her knees. Luis stood there in his tux. All he could say was "WOW." Sheridan kissed him on his cheek. He brought around a single red rose for her. "Its beautiful Luis!" "Not as beautiful as you though." Luis replied. "Well you look very handsome Luis." Sheridan smiled at him. "Sheridan I can't hold this in any longer!" Luis said.

“What do you mean Luis? What can’t you hold in any longer?” Sheridan asked. “Well if I ask you you’ll slap me probably but I’m going to ask you anyway. Please don’t yell at me okay Sheridan?” “Okay, Luis.”
Luis kneeled down and said “Sheridan we’ve been through so much together from you hitting my car all the way up to me saving your life in Paris. We’ve fought to hide our feelings for each other even though it was extremely hard. But we’ve overcame all the obstacles together. And I just want you to know that I’m going to be by your side through everything yet to come. So Sheridan will you marry me?” By this time Sheridan was crying. “Of course I’ll marry you Luis. I love you so much!” Sheridan said.

The day had finally came, Luis and Sheridan’s wedding day. It was time for the wedding to start and both Sheridan and Luis was excited. The bridesmaid’s came down the isle which consisted of Gwen, Whitney, and Kay. Then came the maid of honor who was Theresa. Then came Sheridan. Luis stood up there shocked. She was amazingly beautiful. Sam, the best man stood there in shock too. “Luis, she’s beautiful.” Sam whispered to Luis. “Yeah I know Sam.” Luis said back. As Sheridan walked down the isle this song was playing:

Luis and Sheridan said their vows and headed for the reception where Sam toasted them. “ I know how usually the best man says a few words well I have a good bit to say!” Sam laughed as he continued. “ Luis is not only my partner but my best friend. He has been through a lot and he deserves all this happiness that Sheridan brings to him. A year ago who would have thought we would be here to witness the marriage of these two? I guess they showed us, huh!
But I knew Luis was in love with Sheridan the night he parachuted out of my helicopter to save her. Not to mention in gail forced winds! Now what idiot would do that for someone who he didn’t love? But let’s raise out glasses everybody! To Luis and Sheridan, we all hope that the two of you will have a wonderful marriage!” Sam was now finished. “Its about time Sam! I thought you were never going to get finished. Thanks anyways. You’re the best Sam. You’ve all put up with my stubbornness.” Everybody laughed. “I’m just glad we caught the drug cartel before our wedding.” Luis and Sheridan danced the night away and lived together forever.
