New Beginnings

He watched from afar as she walked out of the building with her boyfriend. Lucky bastard, Sean Lopez-Fitzgerald thought. He watched through the windows as Alexis kissed her goddamn boyfriend. Couldn't she see that that guy was so wrong for her.

Sean walked home, waving goodbye to friends. Finally it was now summer vacation, hoodoo! He walked into the house and was met by his sister and Paris. "Sean what's the matter? It looks like someone just tore your heart out!" exclaimed Chloe in a concerned voice. "Paris, I can't believe your sister is still with that guy" he said.

"Chloe should we tell him?" asked Paris. "Yes" Chloe said quietly. "tell me what?" he asked. "Sean she won't be with that guy for long. Chloe and I saw him kissing and rubbing up against some girl." Paris announced. Sean lips curved into a huge grin, maybe there was, after all, a chance for him and Alexis. His smile turned into a frown as he thought of Alexis's reaction. She'd be very hurt. "What an ass!" Sean exclaimed. "Paris, Chloe, I knew that guy was no good. I tried to warn Alexis, but she didn't listen to me."

The doorbell rang and he answered it. "Hey buddy, school's finally out! Isn't that great?" Alexis asked, she was obviously in a happy mood. But not for long, Sean thought sadly. Buddy, he also thought. Ok they were best friends, and always had been, but why couldn't they be more. Sean had wanted to ask her that question so many times. But of course he had chickened out. Just one look into her beautiful eyes or one look at her gorgeous smile would make him go weak in the knees. "Alexis, Chloe and I need to talk to you" Paris said. Sean watched the three girls walk into the kitchen, he knew what was going to happen.

"What's up girls" Alexis asked, sitting at the table. "Alexis, Paris and I saw something last night. We have to tell you" Chloe started. "What is it? You two are scaring me." "Alexis, sweetie, we saw Jake last night. He was kissing and rubbing up against some girl and it wasn't you." Chloe said. Alexis sat there, stunned and hurt, Jake had cheated on her. She placed her face in her hands, tears sprang out of her eyes. She stood up and ran to the only person she could always run to. Sean. Sean took a crying Alexis into his strong, but gentle, arms.

"Sweetheart, what's the matter?" he asked sweetly. "Jam...Jake ch...ch...cheated on m...m...me!" she said in between sobs. "Alexis, sweetie, don't cry" he soothed, rubbing circles on her back. "I tried to tell you from the beginning that Jake was a jerk" "So are you trying to say I told you so?' she asked. "No hun I'm not trying to say I told you so" he replied, all he wanted to scream was I told you so. But he wouldn't, he loved Alexis way too much to rub that in her face. Chloe ad Sean walked Paris and Alexis home. "Bye girls" Sean called. "Bye Sean, bye Chloe. Sean call me on my cell tonight" Alexis said. "Ok talk to you later then" Sean said, flashing the girl of his dreams a huge smile.

"Hey mom" Chloe said giving her mother a hug. "Hey Chloe, hey Sean" "Hi mom, what time is dad getting home?" asked Sean. "He should be home within 10 minutes" Sheridan told her son, opening the slider door that led to the patio. There she placed 4 steaks on the grill. "Mom I can watch the steaks" Sean said, knowing his mother was tired after a long day at work. He took the cooking utensil out of her right hand. "Thank you Sean. I'll be back" Sheridan walked upstairs to change her clothes. "Hey Sean hey Chloe. Where's mom?" Luis asked walking through the front door. "Hi dad. Mom's upstairs" Sean called from the patio. Their father walked upstairs to greet their mother. Her parents had a great marriage, built on love and trust! Ok, so when she was little they had a tiny bump. But they had reconciled and now they couldn't be more happier. Chloe hoped that one day she'd have a marriage just like theirs with the love of her life.

Luis slipped his arms around his wife from behind. She slightly jumped, "Hey Luis," she said and turned around to kiss him. "Hey yourself beautiful" he whispered, caressing her back. Her knees hit the bed, he laid her down gently. Sheridan unbuttoned the top of his uniform and slid it down his arms. She pulled off his white t-shirt, kissing every newly exposed area. He worked on her jeans, then slid them off. Luis slid her red tank top off, followed by her white bra. Why did I even bother changing clothes, she thought, they were only going to come off. She unsnapped his pants, unzipped them and slid them down his legs.

"I love you" he whispered looking down, lovingly, at the beautiful woman below him. "I love you too Luis" she whispered cupping his face in her hands. She placed a kiss on his delicious lips. Luis caressed his wife's center, she gasped. "Luis come on, I need you inside me. Now!!!" "Ok baby" he whispered in her ear. He entered her and she wrapped her long legs around his waist, taking him in deeper. Luis moved within her, their pace began to quicken and with every thrust Sheridan had to bite Luis's shoulder to keep herself from screaming. Both felt the pressure build up inside of them. "Are you doing anything tomorrow? Maybe we can hang out" Sean suggested, hoping that she'd say yes. "That'd be nice Sean. Now that Jake isn't wasting my time anymore we can hang out more." Alexis said. "Ok sounds good. Well seeing that it's 12 o'clock I have to head to bed." he announced. "OK Sean, goodnight, sweet dreams" she replied sweetly. "Same to you sweetie" he replied, both hung up their phones. He placed his phone on the charger and fell asleep.

Sheridan laid in bed, wide awake, staring at the ceiling. She slipped out of bed and walked to the bathroom. There she turned on the shower and undressed, then stepped in. The hot water that sprayed her felt nice. She slightly jumped when she heard her husbands voice "What are you doing in her this late?" "I wasn't tired so I decided to take a hot shower to see if that made me sleepy" she told him as he slipped his boxers off and joined her. "Don't worry baby, I'll make you tired" he whispered hotly in her ear. He grabbed her butt and pulled her tightly against him. she gave him a sweet kiss, which she thought would lead to more, and it did! He picked her up, her back was now against the wall. Luis positioned himself and entered her. His strokes became faster and she met everyone. After shaking uncontrollably, Luis shut off the water and carried Sheridan off to bed. "Now I'm tired" she yawned.

Morning came, Luis was the only one up. He looked down at his gorgeous wife, she hadn't aged at all! Luis leaned down to kiss her lips. "Luis" she mumbled, her beautiful baby blue sparkling eyes, fluttering open. "good morning, baby. Did you sleep well?" he asked. "Good morning chief," she leaned up to kiss him, "In fact I slept very well. What time is it?" He looked over at the clock. "It's almost 11:30" he answered. "Kids still sleeping?" she asked. "I believe" he replied. "I have to get up. I have plans with Gwen today" Sheridan slipped out of bed and slid on her red, silk robe.

Sean look over at Alexis, she looked so beautiful today, like she always did. He listened to the song that played throughout the carnival, Addicted by Enrique Iglesias. Sean loved that song, maybe because he was totally addicted to Alexis, and the song reminded him of them. Alexis wore blue jeans, that hugged to her perfect butt.

For a shirt, she wore a Tom Brady jersey, which hugged perfectly nicely rounded, beautiful breasts. On her feet she wore red flip flops. Her long, pretty blonde hair was straightened, she wore little make up. Just eyeliner and clear, shiny lip gloss.

As they sat in one of the cars on the Ferris Wheel, he had to use all his strength to hold himself back from kissing her luscious lips. "Sean the sun should be setting in a few minutes. Let's walk down to the beach" she suggested looking at him. "Ok" How could he resist those beautiful eyes and that smile. The answer was he couldn't!

Once they were off of the ride, they went and bought cotton candy and a coke, to share. They walked down to the beach, it wasn't that far, about 2 minutes. Alexis and Sean could still hear the song. Sean sat in the cool sand, Alexis sat beside him and entwined their fingers.

Once the sunset both stood up, wiping the sand off their bodies. Before she turned to walk ahead of him, he grabbed her hands, giving them both a gentle squeeze.

As Sean's tongue wrestled with Alexis's he couldn't help but think, does she feel the same way I feel about her? Probably, or else she wouldn't be kissing you like that, something in his head called. Sean wrapped his arms around her, bringing her closer. Her nails tickled the back of his neck, making his hair on the back of his neck stand up. *Ring, Ring* They pulled away, both breathless. Alexis reached into her pursed and grabbed her cell phone. Goddamn cell phone, Sean thought. “Hello” she said, obviously annoyed. "Alexis don't you dare use that tone with me!" her father exclaimed.

"Sorry dad. What's up?" she asked. "It's almost quarter past 9. I want you home at 9:30. If you want to hang out with Sean past that time you either go to his house or you guys stay here" Hank old his daughter. They hung up their phones. "Sean we have to head home now. I have to be home for 9:30" Alexis said putting her phone away. "Ok, but did he say you could come over?" Sean asked. "He told me I could" she said smiling.

She looped her arm with his as they walked home. "Dad I'm home" Alexis called from the foyer. "Ok sweetheart. Are you going to Sean's?" Hank asked, sitting on the couch. "Yes if Sean wants me to" "Of course I do Alexis. See if you can sleep over too" Sean suggested quietly. "Dad can I sleep there too?" asked Alexis, sweetly.

"You two are going to get me in trouble with Luis!" Hank replied smirking. he knew that his best friend's son had a thing for his little girl. "Alexis you can, but call and ask either Luis or Sheridan." she heard her father say. "Thanks dad!" she exclaimed giving him a big hug. Alexis called Sean's house, she spoke to Sheridan, as always she said yes to the sleepover. Alexis packed her clothes, she and Sean walked to Sean's house.

"Mom, dad I'm home" Sean said as he shut the door behind him. "We're in here watching a movie" Sean heard his mother reply. Alexis and Sean walked into the living room. Ryan laid on his side, on the floor, Chloe in his arms. His mother sat in his father's arms, they were sitting on the couch. The two couples were watching Titanic. Sheridan and Chloe's favorite movie. "Want to join them?" he asked her in a whisper. "Sure" she grinned, settling her sleepover bag on the floor.

They sat on the couch. Alexis rested her blonde head on his shoulder. At the end of the movie all three girls were crying. And of course the guys laughed at their silliness, which earned them "shut ups" and smacks on their arms. Sean and Alexis headed up to his room. Sean's door was left open so his parents knew that they could be trusted. Alexis went to the bathroom and changed.

Minutes later came back in Strawberry Shortcake pants and a pink tank top. Sean has slipped into basketball boxers. They slipped into bed, lights were closed, they faced each other. Sean's emotions were all over the place. They still hadn't talked about their kiss. Sean wanted to kiss her again, so much. But first he had to something, something he should've did along time ago! I have to tell her, he thought. "Alexis, I need to tell you something. Something important, so please don't interrupt" he announced. "Ok"

"Ok anyways every since I was little I always knew that there would always be only girl for me. I know there would be other girlfriends, but they wouldn't be as special as the one. When we were little and we use to play together, I use to stare at you. I never got tired of it cause you were so beautiful and you still are!" he paused, and smiled at her. Alexis kind of knew what was coming next. "Alexis, sweetie, what I want to say is going to change our relationship. Hopefully for the better. I'm in love with you" he explained.

Sean waited patiently, about 5-7 minutes, for Alexis's reaction. "Sean I don't know what to say" she cried. "Say what your heart feels" he replied. "Sean I love you too. Deep down I think I've always known that, but I was afraid to admit my feelings" she confessed, she smiled. "I'm glad to hear it" he answered caressing her beautiful face. Both leaned in for a kiss. "Goodnight Alexis, sweet dreams." "same to you Sean" she replied.

Luis and Sheridan lay together in the afterglow of their magical lovemaking. "Sheridan have I ever told you how happy you've made me throughout the years? Well if not I'm telling you now! I love you so much I can't imagine my life without you or our two beautiful children" he told her.

"Aww Luis" she sighed sweet tears glistening in her eyes. "I love you too. You have also made me happy throughout the years." She said smiling. Sheridan leaned up and caught her husbands sweet lips in a kiss. "Yummy" she moaned. "No doubt" he laughed. She climbed on top of him, planting kisses along his jawline and neck. She gave him little love bites, here and there.

He couldn't believe that she had slept in his bed, none the less in his arms. Thank god he hadn't woke up in the middle of the night. I would've tried to screw her because she was so close, Sean thought. Shaking the thoughts out of his head he started to wash his body. He was totally oblivious to the fact that Alexis was on the other side of the curtain, naked, getting ready to step in the shower with him. She opened the curtain and wrapped her hands around Sean from behind.

He stiffened, oh shit what would happen if his father or mother caught them in here. They'd kill him, ya right, Hank would kill him first. He turned around to face her. Alexis went and showered, slipped her pajamas back on and climbed back into bed. He slid into bed minutes later. "Alexis you know I love you, right?" he asked. "Yes I do. And I love you too, Sean Lopez-Fitzgerald" she sweetly said. As Sean drifted off to sleep, Alexis began to think about what had just happened in like the last 35-40 minutes. Then one thing hit her:they didn't use protection.

How could she be so irresponsible? How could they be this irresponsible...and stupid! She slipped out of bed and walked down to the kitchen. "Hey aunt Sheridan hey uncle Luis" "Hey good morning sweetie. Sleep well?" asked Sheridan. "Yes, did you two?" "We slept peacefully" Luis answered Sheridan snuggled in his arms.

"Can I watch tv?" asked Alexis. "Alexis you don't have to ask. Geez girl!" Luis exclaimed. Sheridan and Luis went upstairs, obviously to fool around, Alexis thought. Now she was all alone, ready to sort out her thoughts, she shut off the tv. I can't be pregnant, right? It was only one time, you can't get pregnant the first time! Alexis had all sorts of things running through her mind. Goddamn stupid a**, of course you can get pregnant even though it was the first time, Alexis thought to herself.

She walked back upstairs, to wake up Sean, they had to talk and now! "Sean wake up." she whispered nudging his arm. "Alexis, what's the matter hun?" he asked. "Sean we have to talk. It's important!" Sean sat up, waiting curiously to see what she was going to say. "Sean we didn't use protection! What happens if I get pregnant!!!" she exclaimed. "Oh sh!t" he exclaimed. "Alexis I'm really sorry. God I am so stupid" he told her, he was scared. "Sean I'm as much to blame as you are"

"Alexis I'm a guy, I'm suppose to be a gentleman and I should've held back. I'm sorry for taking advantage of you" He said, hugging her tightly. "You are a gentleman still. I wanted to do it too. I'm scared Sean, I can tell you are too. Sean if I'm pregnant I'm still going to have the baby. I don't know who's gonna raise it but I'm not having an abortion. I'm not going to kill a little innocent baby for the mistake that we made." Alexis explained. "I would never let you have an abortion. Look let's just say positive and hope your not pregnant." Alexis cuddled into Sean's strong arms.

"Hey are you guys gonna get dressed. We're going to go out for breakfast" Sheridan said, standing at the doorway, hoping she didn't disturbed anything important. "Ok mom, we'll be down in 10" Sean sat as he slipped out of bed. Alexis followed. He grabbed his clothes from his closet, gave Alexis a sweet kiss on the lips and headed to the bathroom.

Alexis pulled her clothes out her clothes. She slipped off her pants and pulled off her tank top. Throwing on her jeans, she heard the shower shut off. Sean would be out any minute. "Lex can I come back in?" he asked from the other side of the bathroom door. "Ya Sean, but I'm in a bra' she called and he opened the door. "it's ok. I've seen you less naked than that" he smiled as she blushed. Sean changed then slid on his white and black Air Force's. Alexis slid her petite feet in her black Mudd sandals. They headed downstairs, then left with Luis and Sheridan minutes later.

Weeks had gone by, 6 to be exact. Alexis decided, for herself, that she needed sometime to sort out stuff. That meant not seeing Sean or hanging out with him. She woke up from a peaceful slumber, getting out of bed quickly, she ran to her bathroom. Paris was passing by her sisters room when she heard vomiting noises coming from the bathroom. Paris walked into her little sisters room and walked over to the bathroom door. "Alexis what's wrong" Paris asked, wetting a purple wash cloth. "Nothing. I just get like this when I'm about to get my period" Alexis answered. Hell she knew she wasn't going to get her period this month or any other month for 8 months.

She watched as Paris pressed the warm cloth against her forehead. "Are you gonna tell me what's really up? I'm not stupid, Lex!" "What do you mean sis? Nothing's going on" she lied. "Oh ya. That's why there's a pregnancy test in your medicine cabinet!" "You went through my stuff! How dare you!" exclaimed a furious Alexis. "Are you going to take that damn test or not? And who's the father, I pray to god that it's not Jake" "Yes I'm going to take the damn test, I'm just scared to find out what the results are. I don't even know if I'm pregnant. If I am pregnant Jake isn't the father...," Alexis paused, "Sean is."

"Sean?" "Ya Sean. It happened a few weeks ago. We were stupid not to use a condom" "You think" said Paris. "It just happened ok. I know I was irresponsible!" "Alexis your taking that test. and now!" Paris walked out of the bathroom, leaving Alexis alone. How could she and Sean be so stupid, Paris thought pacing around the bedroom.

Alexis sat on the toilet seat, waiting for the timer to go off. *Ding Ding* She picked up the stick, not daring to look at it, she opened the door. "Paris see what it says" Alexis said shoving the white stick, that might change her life forever, into her sisters hand. "Paris you’re you're....pregnant" "Oh sh!t" Alexis began to tremble, tears began to fall out of her sparkling blue eyes. Oh how one little, irresponsible thing could change your life forever. "Oh Alexis what the hell are you and Sean gonna do?" Paris cried. "I...I...I dunno" "Alexis your going to get you’re a** dressed and we're going to talk to Sean" Alexis did as she was told, her and her sister went over to Sean's house.

"Hey Sean" Paris said entering the boys bedroom, Chloe followed behind, she shut the door. "Hey girls" he said from the bed. "Sean we all need to talk. Or let me put it this way you and Lex need to talk" Chloe said. Alexis sat on the bed beside the man that she loved. "Sean this morning I took a pregnancy test. I'm pregnant" she said quietly. "Oh my god" escaped Sean's lips. "Sean, what the hell are we gonna do?" "Lex, listen I'm going to help you through this. This is my baby and I'm gonna take full responsibility" Sean vowed.

"Sean, Alexis what are you two going to tell are parents?" Chloe asked. "We'll tell them tonight. We're all supposed to go out to dinner." Sean replied. To the much dismay of Sean and Alexis, dinner came early. They were all sitting at the table. Sheridan, Luis, Gwen, Hank, Paris, Eric, Paris' boyfriend, Chloe, and her boyfriend Ryan. "Tell them already" Chloe nudged Sean's arm. "Dammit Chloe we'll tell them when we're ready ok!" "Ok Sean" "Alexis would you like to dance?" Sean asked. "Sure" He led the love of his life, woman of his dreams onto the dance floor.

"Alexis no matter what, I hope you know I'll always be here for you. I love and I mean it. And I hope we spend the rest of our lives together." He told her, he placed a kiss to her temple. "I love you too Sean. But what about our baby. Our baby, Sean, we created a little life"

Sean, Alexis you two will both gets jobs right away and start putting money aside for the baby furniture, food, diapers and everything in between. Sheridan and Luis do you both agree?" Gwen asked. "Of course we do. They decided to do what they did and now they are going to have to live with the consequences." Sheridan told them. After dinner everyone headed to their homes. Both Alexis and Sean were going to hear it from both of their parents tonight.

"Sean how could you be that stupid!" Sheridan exclaimed sitting beside her son on the couch. "Mom I'm sorry. I know your disappointed" he replied sadly. "Sean disappointed doesn't begin to explain how we're feeling! You and Alexis created a baby. A baby for Christ sakes!" "Dad I know I know. Can I go up to my room now?" he asked. "Yes go ahead. But your getting you’re a** up bright and early in the morning. Your going to start looking for a job, whether you like it or not!" Luis told his son.

"Mom I know" Alexis said. "No you don't know ok! I thought I raised you better than that?" Gwen yelled. "Mom you raised me fine." Alexis told her mother. "Obviously not cause you opened your legs to your best friend, and at 14 if I might add" "Mom my best friend is my boyfriend and I love him. I always have too." Alexis said. "Dammit Alexis your 14 years old. You don't know what love is" Gwen said. "Mom yes I do. Love is honesty, trust, compassion, love is getting butterflies when your thinking about that special person. Love is also when the love of your life walks in the door and your breath just stops right in the middle of your throat. Mom those are the things I feel for Sean" Alexis explained to her mother.

Gwen looked at her daughter. Ok, maybe she was wrong, her daughter did actually know what love really was. Gwen could tell without a doubt that Alexis was head over heels in love with her best friends son, he felt the same way about her daughter. "Mom can I please go up to my room?" she asked. "Yeah sure" Alexis walked up to her room, shutting her door behind her. As she laid on her bed her hands landed upon the tiny bump on her stomach. "Your mommy's little angel. Do you know that?" she talked to the baby growing inside of her. "I'm going to be the best mommy I can be! your going to be surrounded by so much love it's going to be unbelievable. She wished Sean were over here right now. Then they could talk to their baby together. "Your going to have grandma Sheridan and grandpa Luis. grandpa Luis works for the police department so he's always going to make sure you always do the right thing. Well mommy's going to go to bed, I love you sweetie" she whispered and fell asleep.

At Sean's house everything was pretty quiet. Sean was in bed, Chloe was out and Sheridan and Luis well they were getting jiggy with it like usual! "Gwen you need to chill out ok." Hank told his wife as he pulled the quilt off the bed. "Chill out? Chill out?!? Hank I'm so pissed off enough for the both of us. Alexis, your little baby girl, is pregnant! She's for 14, you haven't said too much about this situation. Don't you have anything to say?" she asked as she slid into bed. Hank crossed his arms in front of his chest. "Ugh yeah I have a lot to say. Hunny I'm as pissed as you are. But the more you and tell Alexis how disappointed we are in her the more it hurts her. I'm very disappointed in her but I'm not going to tell her that and break her heart" He told his wife.

She threw the pillow at him and laid on her side, her back facing him. Ugh the nerve of her husband! She couldn't believe his attitude, breaking their daughters heart. That's bull sh!t Gwen would never break her daughters heart. She kind of realized what Hank had tried to tell her, now she was sorry. She didn't mean to be so hard on her daughter, now she regretted what had come out of her mouth this evening.

"Oh my gosh look at these Sean" Alexis called holding up two tiny pink booties. "Aww Lex these are adorable!" he exclaimed, "I can't believe we're having a little girl." He rubbed her tummy. "I can't believe it either Sean. In two more months we'll be holding our little baby in our arms" said a smiling Alexis. She watched Sean walk over to a shelf that held baby shampoo, lotion, towels, wash clothes and more.

Alexis picked up a bottle of Johnson & Johnson shampoo and placed it in her basket. Sean picked a bottle of baby lotion and placed it in the basket. He placed three pink towels and three purple wash clothes in the basket that Alexis held in her right hand. "Come on let's go pay for these things and head over to Baby Gap then Macy's" Sean suggested.

After shopping for a little more than three hours Sean and Alexis headed back to Sean's house. "Hey mom, dad" He called walking through the door. "We're in the kitchen Sean" Sheridan said. "Hey Sheridan, Luis. We have some really cute baby stuff" Alexis said putting the shopping bags on floor. "Ok guys the grandma wants to see" Sean pulled out some things. "Aww look Luis" Sheridan held up the pink booties and white little socks. "Those are really cute" He said smiling.

The fact that he was going to be a grandfather hadn't really sunk in yet. "Sheridan look at this" Alexis said, she held up a baby robe, which had bears on it. "That's really cute!" she exclaimed, a big smile plastered on her face. "Come on Lex, let's go bring all this up to the nursery" Sean picked up most of the bags, Alexis grabbed the others, both went upstairs.

"Luis can you believe that we're going to be grandparents in less than 2 months?" Sheridan asked, he grabbed her from behind and pulled her into his arms. "No I can't believe it, not yet anyway. The closer Alexis' due date gets the more scared I get. They're only 15, how are they going to raise that baby when they go back to school?" He asked to no one in particular. "Luis we'll help him ok. How about we go upstairs, check on the kids, then go to our room for a nap" she suggested winking at the last part.

After checking on Sean and Alexis, Sheridan and Luis headed to their bedroom for some lovin. Luis slipped his wife's red sweater off, then unclipped Sheridan's white bra. It also made me feel like I should've run away because our parents sounded so ashamed and embarrassed of us." She told him, letting all her feelings come out. "Alexis I'm so sorry that you felt those things" He soothed her, he wanted to cry also. But he couldn't he had to be strong for her. Neither Sean or Alexis noticed Sheridan and Luis standing at the doorway, with Gwen and Hank. "What's going on" Gwen asked looking on at her crying daughter. Alexis looked up, she didn't know what to say. Should she tell her and Sean's parents what she had been feeling. It didn't matter because either way their parents would get the truth out of them.

"So what's going on?" Alexis just looked at her mother. "Alexis please answer your mother" Hank told his daughter. "Mom nothing is going on." she said. "Alexis don't tell me nothing ok! Your crying and I want to know what is going on, now" "Mom it's just hard to explain ok. So just please drop it, please!" "I'm not dropping nothing you got that. I want to know what's going on!" Gwen pushed. "Mom I was just remembering all the sh!t that everyone told Sean and I when we told everyone that I was pregnant. I was telling Sean how much it hurt me to hear you say how disappointed you are in me" Alexis told her mother.

"Alexis I'm sorry. What the hell do you want me to say? Oh Alexis I'm very glad that your knocked up." Gwen said sarcastically. "Mom I didn't want you to say that. I just need you to be there for me" She screamed. "I've always been there for you and I'll always be" Gwen told her daughter. "Oh ya right! Don't you wanna hear all the other sh!t that I was crying about?" asked Alexis. "Go ahead tell us."

"When you guys told Sean and I that we were irresponsible and then when Sheridan asked how stupid could be I felt like I should've just had an abortion. Get rid of this child that I love." Tears began to slip down her cheeks. "Lex I'm..." "Mother be quiet and let me finish" Alexis said. Paris and Chloe had just gotten home and were listening from downstairs.

"Mom I know you are disappointed in me and you, dad, Luis and Sheridan are most likely all embarrassed and ashamed of Sean and I. I wanted to kill myself when I heard you all going on and on about how this sh!t never should've happened. You all are acting like this baby is a mistake, but she isn't. Sean and I made a mistake, and what came out of this mistake was a little tiny blessing. A blessing that god has given to us to love and to take care of!" Alexis was getting very pissed off by the second. "Alexis sweetheart, we didn't mean to make you feel all that hurt" Sheridan said walking over to the girl she has loved all these years as a daughter. "Lex your mother, father, Luis and I love you and Sean very very much." Sheridan told the young woman.

"Don't you think we know that! You guys can say sorry all you want. But the fact is that you said all those hurtful things without thinking how Sean and I would feel." Alexis yelled, running out of the room. She ran down the stairs, she missed one, and tripped all the way down. Sean ran out of the room and down the stairs. "Call 9-1-1 somebody!" he yelled. "Alexis, wake up sweetie. Wake up baby" Sean tried to wake her up. he looked up and said a silent prayer, praying his baby wouldn't die. "Sean our baby" she mumbled. The EMTs arrived and Alexis was rushed to Harmony Hospital. Sean sat in the waiting room, waiting for news on his girlfriend and their baby. He was surrounded by his family and Alexis' too. Sheridan, Luis, Hank, Gwen, Chloe, Ryan, Paris, Ivy, Sam, Theresa, Ethan, Jessica, Kay, Miguel, Eve, and Julian all sat in the waiting room.

"Oh god Hank I pray to god our granddaughter makes it, it's going to be all my fault if she dies" Gwen cried. "Shh... sweetie everything will work out ok. God will do what'd best for everyone." Hank soothed his wife. On the other side of the waiting room Sheridan sat crying in her husbands arms. "Sher, Shh... it's going to be ok." Luis rubbed circles on her back. Sean looked at his parents then to Hank and Gwen, all four of them were wrecks. He watched as his sister walked over to him and sat beside him.

"Don't worry Sean everything will be ok. Juts have a little faith" Chloe told her brother. "Chloe how can I have a little faith when the doctors haven't come out for about an hour?" he asked. "Hold on, ok." Chloe got up and walked over to the nurses station. "Hello miss can I help you?" One of the nurses at the desk asked. "Yes I'm Chloe Fitzgerald, my brothers girlfriend was rushed in here about an hour go. I would like a doctor to come out here and tell my family and I what's going on." "Miss I'll get the doctor right" the nurse got up from the chair and walked down the long hall way. Chloe went to sit back down beside her brother.

Five minutes later the doctor came and spoke with everyone. "Hello I'm Dr. Steven Silva" "How is my daughter doctor?" Gwen asked. "Your daughter is physically fine, but not emotionally. Alexis has lost the baby. When she fell down the stairs she landed on her stomach. When she got here we had to get the baby out. We did that, but when we took the baby out she was dead. I'm really sorry" The doctor explained. "Oh my god I've killed my only grandchild" Gwen cried. "I need to be with Alexis. What room is she in?" Sean asked standing up. "Come on I'll take you to her room. "Here's her room." Dr. Steven said. "Thank you sir" said Sean and walked in the room. "Alexis" he said sitting on the bed. She was laying on her side, her back was faced toward him.

"Lex, sweetie I'm so sorry" he began to cry. Not only for Alexis, but for him and his little baby girl that he would never have the chance to get to know. "Sean, I'm so so sorry for this." She said crying. "Sorry for what? Lex this isn't your fault. Please don't think that ok. I love you so much, we're gonna get through this, together." Sean told her, bringing her into his arms, and soothing her. -Knock knock- "Come in" Sean called. "Hey, Sean can I have a few minutes with Alexis please?" "Sure can. I'll be back in a few minutes babe. I love you" he told her, placing a kiss on her cheek. "I love you too" She smiled at him, they were going to get through this. It'd be hard, but they would.

"Yes mother what would you like?" Alexis asked coldly. "I wanted to apologize. Lex I'm so sorry." "It's ok, you should be glad, so should dad, so should Luis and so should Sheridan too. I mean come on, no baby, that's what everyone wanted." Alexis told her mother in a mean, nasty voice. "Alexis I didn't want the baby to die, everyone else didn't either. So how dare you accuse all of us of that!!!" "Mother just get the hell out, I don't want to deal with your sh!t or dad's, Sheridan's or Luis'." Alexis yelled. Gwen left, Alexis broke out into fits of sobs. "Alexis what happened?" Sean asked coming in.

"I told her to get the hell out. I told her that she should be glad, along with my dad and your parents. No baby, that's what everyone wanted. Then she said that everyone didn't want the baby to die." Sean slid onto the bed beside his girlfriend. "Lex they really didn't want our baby to die. They just didn't want us having a baby because we're so young. Do you get what I'm saying?" He asked. "Yes, but do you get what I'm saying?" "yes sweetheart I do" He told her, wrapping the blankets around her. -Knock Knock- "Come in" called Sean. "Hey Sean, hey Alexis. I'm really sorry" Pilar said giving them kisses and hugs.

She didn't mean to snap at you, she's just upset" Sean apologized for Alexis' actions. "It's ok, Sean. I know she's upset, we all are." An understanding Pilar said to her grandson. "Well Sean, Lex I'm going to go. Other people would like to see you like Chloe" Pilar said, she gave her grandson a kiss and whispered in his ear "Take good care of her." Alexis sat in her bedroom, tears fell out of her baby blue eyes, as she remembered that day 8 years ago. The day that her baby daughter had died. She had remembered that day like yesterday. It was a cold, windy, snowy, Saturday in January. Sean and her had went shopping and came home in happy moods. Then all turned bad after she let all her feelings come out.
