Phoebe Halliwell

Played by: Alyssa Milano

Lives: 1329 Prescott Dr, San Francisco

By day: Phoebe is the Halliwell sister with a cherry on top: bubbly, perky and terminally unemployed. She's turned her well-manicured hand to catering, receptionist duties, and even a stint as a resident hotel bar psychic.

By night: Of all her sisters, Phoebe is most likely to win the Samantha Stevens Award for Most Adorable Sorceress. The youngest of the Halliwell coven has the double-edged gift of seeing into the future.

High points: Meeting her mother when the sisters three went retro and wraped into the 70s.

Low points Phoebe's not bad at demonic dating - witness Stefan, the hip New York photographer intent on sucking her lovely young life force. Foreseeing her own future execution wasn't exactly family viewing, and she was convincingly evil in her own right when a basement-lurking Shadow-demon tried to lure her to the dark side.

The Power - Premonitions

Phoebe has the power to see the past and the future (premonitions). In the beginning of the season she could only see the future, but now she sees the past to. She can see it by touching an object that has a enough "psychic" energy on it. Well sadly Phoebe's power didn't go through many changes (in Season 2). She knows how to summon a premonition but she can't seem to get control of it. It said in the "Pardon my Past" episode that Phoebe (in another life) had a pirokinetic ability. It was also shown that because she abused that power past Phoebe was punished by not allowing her to keep that power (in the future). Also this season we saw in the "Morality Bites" episode that Phoebe's power in the future will grow to such a extent that she will actually be able to kill people with it. She is still the most expirienced in the wiccan ways and the most willing to experiment.

For a short while Phoebe had Prue's power. She later said that she liked her power much better. The only way Phoebe could use Prue's power was to be angry. So Prue had to "push her buttons" to make her angry.
