Bo & Hope #15 December 27, 1985 - February 24, 1986: 8 hour original edit DVD #15A Howie & Hope start the investigation into Bo's past, they go through Bo’s things looking for clues. 12/30 Victor saves Shawn from the explosion. 12/31 Victor comes by to chew Patch out for almost killing Shawn. Patch tells the Pawn it will be real interesting to see what he looks like under there. Bo shows Hope their new home at the loft and they have a fantasy dance and make love by the fire. Patch comes home with party hats and finds the Pawn has gone. “Tonight I Celebrate My Love” & “When You Wish Upon A Star” 1/2 Bo & Hope wake up in bed in their new spacious loft apartment. Melissa and Pete come in bearing large cut outs of B&H in their wedding attire. 1/3 Hope teases a pregnant Kimberly with a present behind her back. It turns out to be a baby outfit. She then proceeds to tease Kim about her lack of sewing skills. The camera zooms to a letter behind the ball of yarn that Kim is attempting to make an outfit with. Kim grows uncomfortable when Hope starts talking about having a “Little Shane.” Hope picks up on this. Shane arrives with more toys for the crib and first package of diapers. Bo follows soon after and discusses his suspicions of Victor with Kim. She is hesitant about talking about Victor and the baby. Shane gets a phone call and Hope asks if it is Peach. It is, but the ISA won’t release any information to her. Bo and Shane plot to break into the ISA to clear his name. In his head, Bo is thinking that Shane is being blamed for something he did. Bo and Abe are at the pier discussing the rapist at the hospital and the explosion. No leads, but Bo is accusing Victor of it. “The Pawn” is hiding and listening to them when they start talking about Roman. They leave and he bumps into a homeless woman. She wants to take him to a doctor. Marlena meets The Pawn for the first time when she comes in to examine him. She questions him, but he won’t answer. He is having flashbacks of her. Victor overhears her discussing him at the nurse’s station and becomes curious when she mentions his bandages but he has already taken off. Bo, Kimberly and Shane arrive at the hospital to see Shawn and for Kim’s first examination. Patch finds that The Pawn has returned to his place. January 6: Woody tells Bo and Hope that he saw Patch hanging around the pier before the explosion. Small businesses on the riverfront are caving to Victor Kirakis. Bo confronts a man who is leaving his father’s small business to work for him, gets a job on the docks to prove his point. Caroline visits Hope at the new loft and learns that Patch and Victor may have been behind the explosion. She becomes unsettled and storms off, and later confronts Victor about trying to kill Shawn. Bo shares a dark moment in Brady family history with Hope. January 8: Patch asks Victor why he is letting Bo work for him; he wants to keep a close eye on him. He instructs Patch to watch his every move and report back. Bo tells Shawn that he got a job working for Victor, and they have a fight. Hope calls Howie to see if he has found any information on Britta Englund. Hope and Marlena discuss Stockholm and she asks if Roman ever mentioned Britta to her. January 9: Hope learns that Bo is working directly for Patch. She tries to convince him to quit and find another way to expose Victor. Peach forces Bo to work the night shift when he is supposed to break into the ISA. January 10: A diversion is staged by Hope in order to distract Patch. He fakes an injury in order to leave and allow Bo to meet up with Shane. Patch comes back and is furious to learn that Bo has left. He immediately realizes it was a setup. He knows he has been played when he finds the phone cord ripped out of the wall. Bo and Shane infiltrate the ISA. Bo comes across a file marked “Top Secret”. They are caught by Mrs. Peach, she holds them at gunpoint. As Bo reads the file about the espionage charges against Shane, he flashes back to his time in Stockholm. Shane says this was not him in the report, as Bo remembers being there. Patch attempts to track down Bo. Patch heads to the loft and questions Hope about Bo’s injuries. He demands to see him. Hope stalls him and he toys with her. Finally he loses his patience and tells her he knows she is lying. He heads upstairs to confront Bo despite her protestations. A furious Patch comes downstairs and tells her he is losing patience with her. He warns if she wasn’t so beautiful. Finally she tells him that Bo is recuperating at his mom’s. He tries to brush the hair off her face and she snatches his hand and eyes him down, both daring and silently warning him. He warns her that Bo better be there, that he better not find out she is lying or she will be in big trouble with him! Patch goes over and tries to intimidate Mrs. Brady. At first it looks like she is scared of him and he scarily tries to get her to admit, “Bo isn’t here is he?” Then she gets her dander up and reams him big time. She goes into protective mother that Bo is resting after the accident today and she is NOT going to allow Patch to disturb him. He tries to muscle his way in and she blocks his way and starts putting her finger into his chest and pushing him back. She warns him to leave or she will call the police! He is amused by her temper and leaves smirking. As soon as she closes the door, Hope hugs her in thanks for covering for Bo. January 13: Peach tells Shane that she will not shoot him, but insists that they should have went about it differently. She lets them escape and covers for them with an approaching guard. Bo flashes back to Stockholm. He can’t let Shane take the rap for something that he did. January 14: Melissa asks Hope to be her bridesmaid. Melissa tells Hope, “The wedding is OFF!” Hope holds her music box and has a long montage of dancing with Hope in their civil war costumes, at their wedding, and at Christmas set to “Tonight, I Celebrate my Love.” January 16: Bo asks Patch for personal time off to prove that Shane had no involvement in the espionage accusations. He initially says no, which prompts Bo to quit, though later gives into the request because Victor wants to keep Bo around. Melissa leans on Hope. Bo refuses to tell Hope any information about his plans, so she decides to follow him. Victor tells Patch that the punishment for hiding The Pawn from him will be severe. Victor tells him to keep an eye on Bo. He does not want Bo at the warehouse that night but does want him to stay working at the warehouse. Patch heads over to tease Hope. Bo comes home and demands to know what Patch is doing in his house. Patch tells him he still has a job, he just wanted to give him some time off. 1/17: Shane is frustrated when Bo disappears and learns from Patch that he has taken time off from work. Hope abruptly shows up at Bo’s hotel room in New York City; she wants to help him get the information. Patch tells Victor that he will get him The Pawn for one million dollars. The Pawn removes his bandages and flees! 1/20 Cameron Davis shows up at Bo and Hope’s apartment in New York, he agrees to help Hope. 1/21 Bo and Hope return from New York. Shane questions where he has been. Shane is initially angry at Bo, but finally gives him a chance to explain what he was doing. Bo and Patch have a confrontation, he thinks that The Pawn could possibly be Stefano. 1/24 Bo and Hope show up at Shane’s. Shane shares the good news with Bo and Hope. He pops open the champagne to celebrate that all charges have been dropped against Shane! Bo breathes a huge sigh of relief as well. They all discuss their plans to take down Victor. Pawn’s face is seen first time (Drake Hogestyn) and he picks the name John Black. Hope throws a bridal shower at Blondie’s for Melissa & Maggie. Patch tells Bo that he does not appreciate his attitude; they fight. Victor appeals to his workers and they all attack Bo. 1/27 Bo wakes up after the brawl at the docks and finds himself being cared for by Kate Honeycutt, who is on Victor’s payroll. Kimberly reads the letter that Caroline wrote to Victor: it is revealed that they had a child together. Believing she could have possibly slept and conceived a child with her own father, Kimberly becomes emotional. Hope tracks down Bo and learns that he is at Victor’s house. While in the house, Bo eavesdrops on Kate and Victor’s discussion about “The Pawn,” whom he still believes to be Stefano. Dvd #15B Hope and Shane show up at Victor’s demanding to see Bo. He tells them that Bo was in a rather nasty accident but is fine now. Bo comes downstairs and Hope is relieved to see him. Bo believes Victor set him up to take a fall so he could be there to play savior and pick up the pieces. 1/29 :26 mins (pre-emption) Robert returns to show (Robert Clay). Bo wants to go back to the warehouse. Hope tries to get Shawn to persuade him against it, but Shawn is siding with him. 1/30 Melissa stops by Hope’s apartment and confides in her; she saw the heated conversation Pete was having and does not want him to return to his old ways. 1/31 Howie consults Hope about a jewel thief case. Coincidentally, it involves the man whom Pete hawked the ring to. She returns the ring to him. Robert LeCleire decides to visit Hope. Kimberly overhears Caroline’s confession in the church that Victor is the father of one of her children. 2/3 A frustrated Bo pays Mrs. Peach a visit and wants to get back in touch with Cameron Davis, but both Hope and Mrs. Peach don’t support him. A guilt torn Bo bursts into the courtroom during Shane’s hearing to admit that he committed the treason, not Shane. 2/4 The courtroom erupts in chaos after Bo makes his confession. He explains to the judge exactly what happened in Stockholm, that he was simply doing a favor for his friend, Britta. The Horton’s watch a news broadcast announcing that Bo has been arrested and charged with treason. Shane is released. Hope and Caroline break down in the courtroom. 2/5 Bo tries to call Hope, who is busy questioning Patch. She knows that Patch was somehow involved because the three of them (Bo, Patch, and Britta) were inseparable at the time, even sporting the same tattoo. Hope asks Patch to help Bo. Before Bo is moved, Hope finally confronts him. She is furious about him keeping the truth from her; he tells her that he didn’t want to lose her. Shawn trashes Bo to his wife, calling him a “bad apple.” Hope vows to stand by her husband. Victor is frantic to find a way to get Bo released. 2/6 Hope wants to involve Patch in Bo’s espionage charges, but he does not agree. Hope tells Patch that Bo won’t accept his help. She, however, is desperate and does not care what Bo thinks. Patch knows someone that may get Bo out of prison and shares this information with Victor. Kimberly visits Bo after talking to Hope. They talk a little bit about Roman and he apologizes for hurting the people that he loves. Kim says that they still love him. Patch leaves for Sweden. 2/10 An explosion takes place at the prison and Bo escapes. He immediately goes to Patch’s apartment and learns that he and Hope are in Stockholm. Shane agrees to help him in his effort to get her back. Patch tries to track down Britta’s brother, Lars. A freshly shaven Bo is seen on a plane headed for Stockholm. 2/11 Hope believes that Britta is still alive, which Patch confirms to be true; he believes that she is living under a new identity. Hope meets Lars Englund and questions him about Britta. Patch promises to help Hope with the Bo situation, they are determined to find Britta. Bo arrives in Stockholm and finds a very drunk Patch and Hope together sitting on the bed with his arm around her. Bo has flashbacks to finding Patch in bed with Britta. 2/12 Hope and Patch find Bo in Stockholm, who is furious and warns Patch to stay away from his wife. While arguing, he cuts him with a bottle. Hope and Patch tell Bo that Britta is alive, she did not die in the fire (as was presumed). 2/13 Bo finds Britta’s brother, Lars, and forcibly questions him about his sister. Patch and Hope rescue him from Bo’s wrath. Patch has flashbacks of the last time he saw Britta, where she is pictured telling him that Roman is going to provide her with a new identity. 2/17 Bo brings Hope flowers and wishes her “Happy Valentine’s Day”. They see a news report about his escape and that he maybe traveling with his wife. He has to find Britta before they find him. Patch has more flashbacks of Stockholm. 2/18 Patch and Hope face chaos in Stockholm when an explosion happens. Patch feels Britta’s presence. The Stockholm waitress spies on Patch and Hope. Bo discovers Britta, who has been disguised as a man the entire time. 2/19 Bo peels off Britta’s mask and pulls off her wig. Patch, Bo and Britta are all reunited once again, she meets Hope for the first time. The three of them are furious at her when Britta says that she cannot help Bo. The “waitress” in Stockholm turns out to be a Russian spy, who knocks out Bo. Hope and Britta swap places, which infuriates Bo. 2/21 Bo continues to worry about his wife, who has not been seen since she switched places with Britta. Hope uses Britta’s fake passport to board a plane back to Stockholm. Little does Hope know, however, that the Russian spy has been tailing her. The pilot announces that they will need to make an unexpected stop. Bo learns the Hope’s flight had an unexpected landing in the Soviet Union. Patch wants to know where the old Britta is. Hope is trapped in Russia. 2/24 Hope remains a “guest” in the Soviet Union. Patch tells Britta that strings can be pulled for her back in America. Lars believes that she is crazy for even considering his options. An operative is sent to catch Britta and someone is shot. **The End** |
