Bo & Hope #29 November 19, 1996 - January 30, 1997: 8 hr original edit

Dvd #29A Hope and Billie go down to the station and meet Bo. He tells them what happened at the apartment and Hope asks if Jill has ID'd Franco or if Franco admitted his guilt. Bo says that he hasn't found Jill yet but it's only a matter of time before Franco admits his guilt. Just then Franco is brought to them by a police officer and he tells them they don't have to wait, he's ready to talk.

11/20 Franco tells Bo, Hope, and Billie that he did go to Jill's but only to talk with her so she knows he wasn't her attacker. Bo says that is such bull and that Franco can go sit in his cell until he's ready to tell the truth. However Abe comes out of his office and says that Bo can't hold Franco without proof and that Franco is free to go. Bo tells Franco that it's not over and that he will take him down.

Later Franco comes back into Abe's office to talk with Billie. He says he is going to leave Salem and a note saying he attacked Jill, because it's the only way Bo and Hope will get married. Billie says she can't let him do such an unselfish and noble act when Bo walks in and threatens Franco. Hope comes in and tells Bo to stop it now. She was listening in on Franco and Billie and tells him what Franco was planning to do for them. Bo tells them that Franco is just putting on an act. Before Franco leaves Bo tells him when he finds Jill it's over for him. Franco walks out and says he will make sure nobody ever sees Jill again.

Back at the station, Bo tells Hope he loves her and will prove Franco's guilt. Hope tells him she knows he loves her but he also loves Billie. Bo says he only cares about Billie as a good friend, he no longer loves her. Billie walks in just as Bo said that and then tells them about Peter. The three of them go over to the hospital to be with Jen.

Meanwhile, nobody realizes that Jill was found on the docks and is at the hospital right around the corner from everyone! Bo turns his back to call the station for any news on Jill and she is wheeled away behind him. Since she is unconscious nobody knows who she is.

11/25 Franco decides to call his boss and report the news that Jill is missing. Franco agrees to meet his boss in person at Salem Place and is over heard by a cop who is following Franco and he reports the news to Bo.

Bo and Hope are at the hospital talking to Alice when Bo gets the call and they rush off to Salem Place. Franco is with his boss and when he hears Bo, he tells his boss to run off. Bo accuses Franco of meeting with his employer and Franco tells him the only person he is meeting is Billie and walks off. Bo and Hope return to the hospital and Mrs. H. tells them that Peter died. Bo hugs Hope and doesn't notice that Jill is being wheeled right by. Bo may not notice Jill, but Franco who just arrived sure does!

11/26 Franco manages to block Bo's view of Jill long enough so that he does not see her. Hope tells Bo he should learn from Jack’s obsession with proving Peter was out to hurt Jen and Abby, but Bo says that it doesn't mean Jack was wrong. Hope tells Bo she's going to the chapel and leaves.

After Jill is wheeled away, Franco calls his boss to tell him or her that Jill is in the hospital and she could ruin their plans to keep Bo and Hope apart. At that moment, Hope comes up behind him and calls his name. Franco turns around and he makes an excuse that he was talking to a friend while waiting for Billie. Hope tells Franco that she is on her way to the chapel and just stopped to tell him that she's sorry about all the accusations Bo is claiming against him. Hope gives Franco a kiss on the cheek and walks off. After she is gone, Franco decides to find information on Jill but the hospital has nobody under that name.

Hope and Mrs. Horton talk in the church chapel about Bo. Hope tells her grandmother that she doesn't believe that Franco is the monster Bo says he is and that she doubts he will ever find Jill. Alice says that if Jill really can help get them back together Bo will find her.

Bo notices that Franco is gone and he asks Billie where Franco went and she tells him she has no idea. Bo wonders why he was acting so strangely and looking so nervous. A nurse wheels Jill around the hospital and she ends up right next to Bo! She drops Jill's chart and Bo hands it to her but he doesn't notice that the woman on the cart is Jill. The nurse gets called away and Franco looks at Jill's chart and sees they have her listed as Jane Doe. Franco calls his boss and tells him or her that nobody knows who Jill is and they never will after he takes care of her.

At the police station, Jack tells Bo he doesn't know how frustrating it is that Peter was trying to hurt his family but he has no proof of it. Bo tells Jack he knows exactly how he feels.

Hope comes to comfort Jen and Jen tells her that Jack was arrested. She tells Hope that there is so much she had to say to him and that she loved him. Laura becomes upset when Jack is arrested. Jen and Hope return home and Jen tells Hope that now that Jack's in jail she realizes that she no longer has a choice to love him anymore, but she tells Hope she still has a choice with Bo.

11/27 It's dinner for everyone at the Brady pub. Shawn-D hopes Bo will come by but Hope tells him not to get his hopes up. He wants to know why she and Bo can't work things out so they can be a family. She explains it's not that easy after he leaves the room. Bo is at the hospital looking for Peter's death certificate. Billie shows up to see "Jane Doe" and they talk about him trying to get proof for Hope. Then he can prove to Hope that he was just helping Billie because she is a friend not because he still lov.... oops, sorry. She says it's okay. She explains she's there to see "Jane" but someone's in with her (Franco).

Bo checks his messages and gets the message Hope left the night before their wedding day. So moved he heads over to the pub to be with the family. With everyone at the pier feeding the less fortunate he runs into Hope and they head upstairs to talk. He explains he's there because of a message she left him. Confused since she did not leave a message, he plays the tape. They call a truce for the day.

11/29 (starts abruptly) Bo asks her to forget about the island for one day and spend the day together with Shawn D as a family. Hope is hesitant to do so and Bo asks her to consider this, and then kisses her. As they kiss, Shawn D. comes into the room and assumes that they are back together. When Bo and Hope tell him they don't have everything worked out yet he becomes upset and blames himself for their breakup. He thinks that because he threw rice the night before the wedding he jinxed it. Shawn D. walks off and sits in a chair. Bo and Hope decide to spend Thanksgiving together for Shawn D.'s sake. Bo promises Shawn D. that they will be a family before Christmas.

12/2 Billie bumps into Hope at the hospital and she asks how her Thanksgiving was? When Hope tells Billie she wants her, Bo, and Shawn D to be a family again Hope says that won't happen until she and Bo are married. Bo shows up behind them and tells Hope they will be married. Billie leaves to let the two of them talk.

Hope tells Bo she will not marry him until she is sure he is over Billie. Hope says she thinks Bo still loves Billie and is jealous of Franco, and Bo says that the only reason he is after Franco is because he is dangerous. Bo shows Hope a picture of Jill and tells her that all the cops are looking out for this woman and when they find her she'll prove he is right about Franco. He tells her he is going to drop by the station and see if there is any news then will head over to the church for the funeral.

Hope runs into Mrs. Horton and she asks where Billie is because she was going to offer her a ride. Mrs. Horton tells Hope that Billie is visiting with the Jane Doe and points her to the room. Hope goes to the room and almost walks in when Billie comes out. Hope offers Billie a ride to the funeral but Billie says she has her own car. Hope leaves to get her Grandmother and head over to the funeral and Billie says goodbye to Jill and promises to come back.

After they are gone, Franco calls his boss and tells him or her they must find a way to get Jill out of Salem now. Franco's boss manages to donate a large sum of money to the hospital to move patients without insurance elsewhere to free up beds. Meanwhile Jill has woken up, and the first thing she sees is Franco. Franco tells her he was hoping she wouldn't have woken up until after she'd been moved, but now that she's awake he must make sure she doesn't talk.

Bo meets up with Abe on the way to the church and Abe tells him that he is going to have to take the officers off the search for Jill because the brass is coming down on him about it. Abe suggests he have Celeste use her psychic powers to help him, so Bo gives her a picture of Jill. At first Celeste senses nothing but then tells him that she senses someone he loves has talked to Jill recently.

12/3 Hope tells Mrs. Horton she can't marry Bo until she knows he is the only person in his heart. Mrs. Horton tells Hope that Bo will find Jill, and Hope says so much depends on him finding Jill. Mrs. Horton asks her if Bo finds Jill and she confirms his suspicions about Franco will she believe Bo and Hope says yes, but she doubts he will ever find Jill. Hope says if Jill isn't found the information will be lost with her. Hope and Mrs. Horton then go into the church, unaware that Shawn D overheard everything they said.

Jill wakes up and hears Bo talking with Billie outside her room. She tries to yell to him but Franco covers her mouth. Outside, Bo tells Billie that going back to the church today is bound to bring up memories of the wedding day for Hope. Bo tells Billie he will find Jill. Inside the room, Jill manages to knock over a tray on the dresser next to her. Billie runs into the room (Bo is stopped by Marlena who asks if he's found Jill) and notices the tray on the floor and wonders if she is coming to.

Bo and Shawn D go into the church and find Hope standing there busy remembering her wedding day. Shawn D asks if his dad will sit with them and Hope says of course he will, they still love each other very much and that will never change. They take their seats as Kristen begins to speak about Peter. She tells them that she hopes that if anything good can happen from this tragedy it is that they don't take the ones they love for granite.

Bo looks at Hope and tells her he won't let them loose their chance at happiness. Jen gets up and speaks about Peter and also gives touching words about the value of love. Afterwards, Hope and Bo leave the church and decide to go over to the cemetery with Shawn D as a family in order to make him feel better about their situation. When they notice Shawn D is nowhere to be found Mickey says he saw Shawn D over by the garden. They find him praying at a statue of Mary, he is asking God to help his father find Jill.

12/4 Bo and Hope watch Shawn D from afar as he prays to God to help his father find Jill. When he finishes he walks towards them and asks if they are going to the cemetery now. Bo tells him not yet and asks him to go check on his Grandma Horton first. Bo tells Hope he will find Jill and make their son's dream come true. When Shawn D returns he tells his parents he's a little bit hungry and Hope says they'll get a bite to eat before going to the cemetery but Bo won't be coming because he needs to get back to work.

Billie leaves, she runs into Bo who was just about to leave for the station. He thanks her for being such a kind person and she says her pain doesn't come close to Kristen or Jen's. Bo hands her a picture of Jill, he says he's handing them out to many people in hopes they will recognize her. Billie takes the picture and puts it in her purse without looking at it.

Billie catches a glimpse of the photo of Jill sticking out from her purse and realizes Jane Doe is Jill. Outside of the room, Franco sees Billie looking at the photo and realizes Billie knows exactly who she is.

Hope returns to the station to find Bo hard at work on finding Jill before his deadline on this case is up. Hope tells him he's heading for a let down but Bo assures her he will find Jill and they will be married.

12/5 Bo can't find any sign of Jill but her car is still parked at her apartment so if she left town he is stumped on how she did it. Bo tells Hope he will find Jill and prove to Hope she's the only woman he loves. Bo calls in an officer to organize a search party but the officer tells him Abe's pulled everyone off the case. Bo says he knows one of the best cops who can help him and Abe won't mind, Hope. Hope doesn't seem to thrilled about helping him and he says he understands why she doesn't want to help. Bo leaves she tells him she has to give him a chance to prove his theory. She still doesn't believe Franco is a bad man but she will help him.

Bo and Hope stop by the pub and tell Caroline their plans to search for Jill. Caroline asks Bo if he's still thinks Franco is behind all of this trouble and Bo says yes. She tells him she agrees with Hope that Franco is not a bad person but Bo says they have been fooled. He shows Caroline the picture of Jill and when she tells him she hasn't seen him he wonders about Celeste's prediction and who the "someone" he loves that has spoken with Jill is. Determined to find Jill, Bo and Hope search through the pouring rain.

As Billie looks around the Brady Pub, she has flashbacks of Bo. While they are searching for Jill, Franco tells Billie the only reason he moved on is because Billie left town, and Billie flashbacks to their goodbye scene between her and Bo. As they are about to leave they run into Bo and Hope on the docks and Bo wants to know what Franco thinks he's doing.

12/6 In the hospital, Jill is tossing in her bed and finally wakes up to find that Franco is gone. She says she has to go find Bo and gets up out of bed.

Bo and Hope tell Franco and Billie they are looking for Jill and asks Franco if he knows where she is. Franco says he has not seen her since he went to her apartment that night he went to talk with her. Bo goes off spotting and Billie thinks back to the hospital but says nothing. As she and Franco are about to leave Billie says she has something to tell Bo. Just then Bo gets a call about a woman on the pier that could be Jill. Bo and Hope run off and Billie follows, even though Franco tried to stop her. Franco calls his boss and tells him he's going to follow Billie and make sure she doesn't tell Bo about Jill.

Bo and Hope search the docks to no avail. Bo tells Hope to go home because she's cold a wet and Bo continues searching. As Hope makes her way home she wonders if they will ever get back together. Unfortunately for Hope, she slips on some rocks and falls into the icy river. Franco is there to hear her screams and jumps in after her. Bo sees the situation and Franco hands Hope to him. She is alive but unconscious and needs to be taken to the hospital.

Back in the hospital, Jill wanders down the hall, down the stairwell and manages to get out of the hospital only to almost be hit by a car. A couple gets out of the car and the man thinks he's hit her but the woman says she just passed out.

Both Jill and Hope are brought into the hospital and placed on carts literally within feet from each other! Hope wakes up but Jill remains unconscious and mumbling in her sleep, though while doctors are around she never says the name Bo or Franco. Bo thanks Franco for saving Hope and he asks what Franco was doing. Franco claims that he was taking a walk in the rain and he asks Bo if he found Jill. Bo tells Franco no, but that he will and she will tell him everything. Behind Bo's back Jill is wheeled upstairs.

12/9 Hope wakes up in the hospital and is confused about what happened, and thinks that it was Bo who saved her. Bo tells her that Franco saved her and Hope says that that proves Franco is not the man Bo claims he is. Bo tells Hope he will find Jill land prove he is right. Franco comes to visit Hope and runs into Alice. Alice tells Franco hope has been moved to the second floor and he panics when he realizes Jill is also on the second floor.

Back in Hope's room, Bo finds out that his computer search request for Jill has been rejected by Abe. Abe tells Bo that it's out of his hands now Bo pleads for 24 hours more, but Abe can't give it to him. Bo tells Abe that he will search for Jill on his own and Abe reminds him he will be suspended. Bo says he is aware of that and hands over his badge claiming that he is now a private citizen. Hope asks Bo not to do this but Bo is determined to find Jill and leaves. Outside, he runs into Franco and thanks him for saving Hope but that doesn't change his mind. Franco tries to get Bo to go talk with him at a coffee shop and Bo wants to know why he's so nervous.

Hope comes out and tells Bo to stop badgering Franco. Mike comes to see what the disturbance is and Hope asks when she can leave? Mike tells her he has the papers ready for her to sign at the nurses station and Hope goes to sign them. Mike asks Bo what is going on and Bo says it's just a misunderstanding. Mike tells Bo to go talk to Hope, and he eventually finds her on the terrace.

Bo tells Hope he is going to keep searching for Jill because someone knows where she is. Hope tells Bo he needs to face the fact that Jill will never be found and they will never be married. Bo says he loves Hope and not Billie and will find Jill, but Hope just goes back inside without speaking. Meanwhile, Jill's fever has broken and she is being prepared to be transported to the long term facility. Franco watches and realizes by time Billie is ready to tell Bo it will be too late.

Billie goes to the chapel to pray to God for advice on what to do. She is torn because she doesn't know whether Bo will be happier with Hope or with her, and she fantasizes about their wedding together. She asks God if it is so impossible to think that Bo would choose her given the chance, and if Jill disappeared he'd have that chance. She says that if Bo chose her she could love him like nobody can, not even Hope and she will make him happy. Billie doesn't know if she can remain silent and knows she has to make a decision before Jill is transferred to the long term facility.

As Hope leaves for home, Bo offers her a ride but says she needs to be alone. Billie approaches Bo and Bo tells her about his search for Jill being canceled. Billie is unsure she can keep quiet about Jill because Bo is hurting, but then she finds out from Mike that Jill is being boarded into an ambulance as they speak. Billie realizes Jill will be gone in a minute and all she needs to do is be quiet for one minute. Bo asks her if she thinks his search for Jill is useless and she tells him he should do what he feels is right. Billie watches as Jill is taken away and realizes what she has done. Franco says to himself Billie has solved his problems and Bo is hers for the taking.

12/10 Hope wakes up and comes downstairs to find her grandmother there. Alice asks if anything is wrong and Hope tells her that it's over between her and Bo, that they will never be married. Hope tells Alice she has doubts about Bo's feelings for Billie, and because Bo will probably never find Jill she'll never get those answers and they'll never be married.

Hope says she knows that Alice thinks she's foolish for not marrying Bo but she needs to know she is the only one in Bo's heart. Alice tells her she is stubborn and never even considered she could be wrong. Alice says that she needs to follow her heart and that love always triumphs. Hope says not always and remembers back to when she went to tell Bo that she loved him and he asked for a divorce so he could marry Billie. Hope says she needs to be alone to think and goes out for a walk.

As Kate & Billie argue, Bo comes in on them and says he needs to talk with Billie. Kate leaves and when Billie ask what he needs to talk to her about he tells her it's about Jill and what she (Billie) has done. Billie is speechless until Bo tells her he knows she was looking for Jill last night and thanks her. As Bo goes to leave Billie stops him and says she has something to tell him but Kate bursts into the room and says there is an emergency at Titan and she needs Billie and Bo leaves.

On the docks, Bo remembers back to when Hope and him were happy and asks how everything went so wrong. As he ponders over the question Hope approaches him and says she figured she'd find him here. Bo says he is still looking for Jill but Hope tells him that it's over, and goes to give back the engagement ring. As she is taking it off, Billie watches from afar and says she can no longer remain silent.

12/11 On the docks, Hope tells Bo it's over and goes to hand back his engagement ring. Billie who is watching from a distance sees Hope go to give Bo's ring back and struggles with the decision what to do. Hope tries to remove the ring but it's stuck and Bo says it's a sign that it was meant to remain on her hand, and that they were meant to be. Hope says that they can't be married because he went to the island the night before their wedding to be with Billie because he cares for her. When he asks why she can't believe him when he says Billie was in danger she says it's because she doesn't believe him.

Back at the docks, Bo and Hope are the two of them reminisce about their first meeting on the docks when Hope was on a date with a football player and he was hanging with some of his buds. As Bo tells Hope they were meant to be together Billie approaches them and tells them she has something to say about Jill.

Bo rushes to the hospital to find out some info on where Jane Doe is being transferred but the nurse says that the computer system is down and won't be up till tomorrow. Bo is angry but Billie remembers that the people who were going to take Jill away were from Albright Nursing Home.

At Albright Nursing Home, Franco is in Jill's room and dressed in a male nurses uniform and is taking Jill away. When he is caught by a nurse, she asks what he is doing? Franco claims Jill is being transferred again. The nurse says Jill can't be transferred without her signature which she won't give until after she has completed rounds later on.

When Bo arrives at the nursing home Jill's room is empty. Bo asks where she is and the nurse says she doesn't know. Bo says Franco has her but Hope just wants to go home. Billie spots Jill and Bo runs to her. Jill is waking up and asks Bo if he's there? Bo says they will finally get the answers they need. Outside, Franco calls his boss and says the best the could do was move Jill to another room, but if Bo finds her it's all over.

12/12 Jill wakes up and looks at Bo. He asks Jill if she could talk to her about the man who has been attacking her? Jill hears Bo's voice over and over in her head. She says he'll kill her if she talks. As Jill is about to tell Bo about Franco, a doctor comes in and says Jill is very ill and they have to leave. Jill becomes unconscious and the doctor says he needs to examine her and will talk to them later. Outside Jill's room, Bo speculates that Franco was the one who moved her and goes to look for him.

Franco is outside talking to his boss on the phone and says that if his boss can't keep Jill from talking he's leaving town because he isn't going to jail for anyone. Franco hangs up his phone and turns around to find Bo there. Bo tries to trick Franco in revealing himself to him by saying that Jill told him everything, but Franco doesn't buy it. Inside, Hope and Billie talk about Bo's suspicions of Franco when Bo comes in with Franco. Franco says that he came here when the nurses at the hospital said Billie was here. Billie says that there is no way Franco could have gotten here before them because she never told Franco Jane Doe was Jill. Bo says that once Jill wakes up they'll find out the truth.

Later when Franco's alone, he is talking to himself that he can't let Jill expose him when Billie comes up behind him and asks who he's talking to. Franco says he was just mumbling to himself. Billie tells Franco she feels guilty about not telling Bo about Jill earlier (see she did tell him) and Franco says Bo knows now and that's all that matters.

Hope approaches them and asks to talk to Billie alone. Billie asks if Jill confirmed Franco's guilt and she says no, but if she does she and Bo will be married immediately. Billie then says she has something to tell Hope about Jill.

Billie tells Hope that when she was in the park last night with her and Bo she didn't tell them she knew where Jill was because she was afraid Jill's story would be true and they would be married. Billie apologizes and says that Hope can slap her or never speak to her again because she deserves it but Hope tells her she knows this was difficult but that this proves to her what a good friend she. Hope also says that by not telling her about Jill immediately she realizes Billie hasn't really moved on. Later Hope tells Bo.

Bo comes to talk to Billie about the situation. Bo tells her that he can't be angry with her because she's been hurt bad and that's she's human and feels things. Hope rushes over to get Bo because the doctor wants to talk with him. Bo goes to see the doctor and asks if they can talk to Jill? The doctor says that's what he needs to talk to them about. Outside, Franco calls his boss again in a panic and his boss gives him some orders. Franco says if that is the only way to stop Jill then he has no choice.

12/13 Bo sees Franco talking with a nurse and suspects he's up to something. Inside Jill's room, Jill mumbles she has to tell Bo about Franco. Bo asks Franco what he's up to? The nurse says he was arranging for some sandwiches to be sent over, and Hope scolds Bo. They get into the same argument again over Franco's guilt and Hope walks off.

Franco approaches Hope and she tells him that she's always trusted Bo's instinct but the is the first time she's doubted him. Franco says the problem is personal feelings, Bo's feelings for Billie to be exact. Franco tells Hope that Bo is sending Billie mixed signals, but Hope says that Bo just feels sorry for her.

Bo tells Billie that he's not mad at her for keeping the truth from him, and she tells him she really wants him and Hope to be together. The two of them hug as Hope watches from a distance. As Bo goes to check on Jill, Billie remembers back to when Bo proposed to her. Hope suggests they all leave to get some rest but Bo refuses to leave until Jill wakes up. Bo gets a call from Abe, who tells him that the commissioner has reopened the case.

In Jill's room, when Franco tells Hope that it's ironic that Billie was with Jill all this time. Hope recalls Celeste prophecy that Jill was with someone Bo loves. Hope runs off to be alone and Franco suggests he go after her.

When a police officers shows up Bo tells him to guard Jill, especially from Franco, and then he goes off to find Hope. Bo finds Hope outside and asks her what's wrong, and Hope reminds him about Celeste's vision. Bo tells Hope she's being silly but Hope says the someone he loved was Billie. Bo tells her he will prove her and Celeste wrong.

Back inside, Franco informs his boss that he will get in to see Jill. Franco walks over to Jill's door and knows he has to get past the guard and get to Jill before she talks. Franco overhears some nurses talking about an escaped patient and the alarm system. He sets off the alarm by opening a fire exit. The nurses convince the guard to help them track down what they think is a missing patient, and Franco manages to slip into Jill's room.

12/16 Bo and Hope return to find the guard missing from outside Jill's room. When Bo spots Franco in the room, he goes ballistic, accusing Franco of having arranged for the guard to leave. Franco denies it, but Bo doesn't believe him. When the guard returns, he says there was a report about a missing patient that turned out to be a false alarm.

Bo decides to guard Jill himself, and Hope goes back to the Horton's. Shawn-Douglas is excited that they found Jill, and he thinks this means they'll be a family again. Sadly, Hope explains that may not be true, and they have to believe in whatever fate has in store for them. Hope reminisces about her almost-wedding to Bo, and Alice tries to comfort her.

Bo dozes off while sitting at Jill's bedside, and dreams that she awakens and identifies Franco as her attacker. Once Franco is alone, he calls his boss and explains that the heat is on, and he's got to get out of town. Bo overhears part of the conversation. He comments that Franco is on the phone an awful lot. He says it's his agent. Bo asks Franco to hand over his passport, and tells a cop to keep an eye on him.

12/17 Mrs. H asks Hope if she has heard from Bo yet that morning. She responds no that he spent the night at Jill’s beside, waiting for Jill to wake up. Bo arrives at the Horton’s and tells her that Jill hasn't woken up yet. He tells her that he is there for a little problem they need to take care of. She responds that it sounds important? He says anything he does with her is important.

Bo thinks maybe that she'd want to join him and his mom and pop as they hang decorations at Saint Luke’s. Hope isn't to keen on the idea of going back to the church. Bo leaves and he and Shawn D. begin work at the church and Hope later shows up to help. As they spend a moment alone and he is holding mistletoe, he says that it would be bad luck to break tradition. He leans in and sweetly kisses her!

12/20 Back at the hospital, Bo is waiting to see Jill when Hope arrives. Hope still thinks Franco is innocent, and she says she's afraid Bo still has feelings for Billie he doesn't recognize though. Hope also says she has a feeling that Jill will wake up and talk tonight. Bo says that way they will get back together and be a family by being able to be married by Christmas.

The doctor tells Bo and Hope that Jill's vital have improved, but that he doesn't know when she will wake up. Bo says he wants stick around the hospital and Hope reminds him the Titan Christmas party is that night. He remembers they were supposed to go together, but doesn’t want to make her uncomfortable. She promises that he never makes her feel uncomfortable. ]

Hope wants to dance there with Bo, and Bo says there is nothing he would like more than to dance every dance with her and have his arms around her but it all depends on Jill. She comments that it is the season for miracles, and he has been praying for this one. Hope decides to leave as Bo admits that he doesn’t know how many more times he can watch her walk away from him.

Bo shows up at the party and he tells Hope he just couldn't miss seeing her all dressed up tonight. Back at the hospital, Jill has woken up and the doctors call Bo. Bo, Hope, and Billie decide to go to the hospital to speak with Jill. Bo asks Jill if she remembers who it was that attacked her and she says yes and she can ID him in a lineup.

12/23 At the pub, Shawn D prays that Jill wakes up so that his parents can be together for Christmas. Bo and Hope come and tell Shawn D that Jill has woken up, and Shawn D is sure his prayer has been answered. Bo tells him they will be a family for Christmas and Shawn D runs off happy. Hope becomes angry with Bo for getting Shawn D's hopes up and they get into the "Why you went to the island argument" again. As they argue, they get a call from a nurse at the hospital, Jill had a nightmare and woke up screaming for Bo.

When they arrive at the hospital, Jill tells Bo she doesn't want to have anything more to do with this and will not go to the line-up. Hope pleads for Jill to do this but Jill says Hope doesn't know how she feels. Hope assures her she knows the fear of being stalked/attacked and says the only way to overcome her fears is to face them head on. Jill eventually agrees to do the line-up because she says Bo and Hope have done so much to help her already. Later Bo thanks Hope and tells her Franco will go to jail. Bo also says that Franco is just a hired hand for someone else who wants them apart. They then go down to Salem Place to shop for Shawn D’s Christmas presents.

Meanwhile, Franco makes an appointment to see his boss tonight. He tells his boss he wants his money, and to meet him in Salem Place. As Franco meets his boss he says that if he's going down he's taking him or her with him. From a distance Bo spots Franco talking to someone behind a tree and thinks it could be the person he's working for and he wonders who could be working to come between him and Hope.

12/24 Bo goes to see who Franco is talking to. Franco's boss has already left when Bo gets there and Franco says he wasn't meeting with anyone. Franco tells Bo that he wasn't talking to anyone. Bo runs after someone walking away and finds the person is Billie. He asks her if she was talking to Franco and she says no that she was shopping. Franco then says he was alone, but when Hope says she saw Franco talking with someone he says decides to tell the truth. Franco says that he was talking to God and asking him to watch over the woman he loved so deeply and his son. Bo says that he is a piece of garbage to use a prayer to cover his lies and schemes. Hope calms Bo down because it is Christmas Eve.

Hope goes to Alice's, and Bo goes to the Brady Pub. Alice tells Hope she should be with Bo tonight that she is a Brady now and convinces her to go be with him.

Bo comes in and tells Hope that Jill will be released this afternoon if all goes well. Shawn D leaves them to eat and Bo has to leave get things set up. Bo is positive Jill will ID Franco and that he and Hope will be back together, but Hope thinks otherwise.

Out on the docks, Billie is remembering her past with Bo when Franco shows up. Franco senses she's nervous but she tells him she believes he is innocent. Franco says she's nervous because if Jill clears him it means Bo might still love her, which Billie insists is not the case. Franco tells her that he's not guilty, and today the line-up will prove that, so she should save everyone a lot of pain and go to Bo and tell him how she feels before the line-up. Billie says that Bo has to make the first move, because then she knows what they had still means something to him and she will admit her feelings to him.

As they argue Bo shows up with a summons to serve Franco, and Franco tells Bo he thinks Billie has something to say that will make day even better than this line-up. Franco leaves but watches from afar as Billie tries to brush it off, but she drops the rose Bo had given to her on one of their first dates. Bo picks up the rose and returns it and remembers giving her the rose. As Hope listens in the shadows to Billie and Bo recount their first date her heart breaks.

After Hope walks off, Bo then comments that was the past and his future is with Hope. Bo says that is why this line-up is so important, and when Billie asks what if the line-up doesn't go the right way and Bo says it has to or Hope will be devastated. When she realizes all Bo cares about is Hope's feeling she decides not to tell him how she really feels. Bo gets a call that Jill has been released, and he heads over to get the line-up started.

Bo and Hope meet at the station for the line-up but Hope is unsure of what will come about today. When Hope takes Jill to get some water, Bo thanks Billie for all her help and tells her that now he and Hope can be together. Bo returns and becomes angry and begins harassing Jill and Franco but Abe warns him to back off. Franco comes out and Bo asks Jill to look into his eyes and say she's never seen him before and she says she's never seen him before today, and Abe lets her and Franco go. Before Franco leaves, Bo tells Franco he will prove he's the one who attacked her, but Franco just smirks at him. Billie offers to help Bo but he says he has to find Hope to take away some of the pain, and he leaves to find her.

Hope goes to the pier and remembers when Bo asked her for the divorce so he could marry Billie. Hope also recalls when Bo told her he loved her for the first time since she came back from the dead, when he proposed to her for the second time, and finding Bo and Billie on the island together. Tearful, Hope tries to removes the engagement ring and say she and Bo can never be together now.

Bo finds Hope still trying to pull the ring off and he tells her that the ring won't come off because it's meant to be there. They argue and Hope tells him he still loves Billie and it's over. Bo puts his arms around Hope and tells him he loves her, and either she believes him or she doesn't, Franco has nothing to do with it. Bo tells Hope that Jill must have lied and Hope tells him he's grasping at straws but Bo begins to think that Jill and Franco were working together to break them.

Hope tells Bo that he never really got over Billie and maybe never will but Bo insists it's over. Hope says if that was true why would he remember their second date and why the flower was on his desk and Bo says that doesn't mean anything, but Hope feels it does and walks off. Bo wonders how things could have gone so wrong and as he ponders Franco watches from afar and says to himself this is only the beginning.

Bo is positive that his relationship with Hope has been sabotaged by Franco but Billie doesn't still doesn't believe Franco's guilty. They sit down and talk and Billie tells Bo that she thinks Hope is afraid that he's going choose her (Billie) over Hope again, but Bo tells Billie that won't happen because he loves Hope now. Billie assures Bo that he only came out to the island because he thought she was in danger and that she is sure Hope will see that.

Bo recalls back to the night before the wedding and his decision and hopes Hope will understand. Bo is sure that Franco is guilty and he will find the proof, so Billie leaves Bo to think. Bo continues to walk the docks and remembers back to his first wedding and other moments with Hope.

Hope is shocked by Jill's statement and says she feared jealousy was what drove Bo out to the island that night. Jill says she wishes she could take it back but Hope says she can't take back the truth that Bo loves Billie. Hope tells Jill she has to trust what she is saying as the truth because Jill has no reason to lie to her, and Hope leaves to be alone. Hope goes to the docks and remembers her life with Bo when Bo sees her and approaches her.

Back at Jill's apartment Jill begins talking out loud about feeling guilty about lying to Hope and declares that she has to tell Hope the truth but Franco jumps out of the closet to prevent her from doing that.

1/3 At Jills apartment, Franco tells Jill she can't tell Hope the truth. Jill says she sick of lying and wants to quit, but Franco says she can't quit and has to keep working for him until he's sure Bo and Hope are never going to get back together. Jill tells Franco she hates destroying peoples live like this and Franco says the money he's paying her will make her feel better. Franco tries to ease Jill's conscious by saying that Bo really could love Billie more than Hope, and all she did was tell Hope the truth. Jill doesn't believe that but Franco tells her that his employer knows everything about Bo so he knows what he's doing.

He then tells Jill she is to much of a risk and that she has to leave town for good. Jill thinks that will look too suspicious but Franco says that she can claim she wants to make a new life for herself. Jill says that might work, but she doesn't have the money so Franco pulls out some money for her. Jill looks at the money and comments it won't be enough for her to live off of, and then decides to blackmail Franco for more money. Franco calls his employer and gets the cash Jill wanted so she agrees to leave town immediately.

On the docks, Hope tells Bo to face the facts that Franco is innocent, but Bo can't do that because it means he'll lose Hope forever. Bo thinks Jill lied at the lineup but Hope tells Bo she had no reason to lie, and that she thinks Jill has a very good idea why Bo went to the island that night. Bo tells Hope he went out to the island to protect Billie, but Hope tells him to face the truth that he went there because he loves Billie. Hope tells Bo she won't take half his heart and is angry that he accepts her to accept anything less. Bo argues with her and she tells him she's seen the chemistry between them and no matter what Bo says it's not in the past.

Hope says he went to the island that night out of jealousy so Bo recommends they go talk to Jill because she knows how Bo was feeling that night. Hope tells him she knows exactly how he was feeling because she's already been to see Jill. Bo think Jill told Hope the truth, but Hope tells him that Jill said Bo went to the island out of jealousy, and Bo says that this proves she lying and working for Franco. Bo tries to convince her Franco and Jill are working together and wants to prove the truth to her and asks Hope not to throw away their relationship. Hope is reluctant so Bo asks her to do it for Shawn D and she says she'll do anything for their son.

Bo and Hope show up at Jill's while she and Franco are still in the apartment, and Bo threatens to break the door down if Jill doesn't answer. Jill answers the door in a robe, and says she was sleeping. Bo demands to know why she is lying and where she is hiding Franco. Jill plays innocent to everything, which angers Bo more. Bo tells Jill to look at Hope and tell her the truth for once and Jill says she'll tell the truth. Jill begins to say some kind words about Bo but she insists she saw in his eyesthat night that he loves Billie. Bo grabs Jill and Hope tells Bo to face the fact that Jill is right about him still loving Billie.

Bo begins to go over the discrepancies in Jill's case when Bo hears a noise come from elsewhere in the apartment and suspects Franco of being there. Bo walks over to the closet where Franco is and goes to open it but all he finds is Jill's mother's cat. Bo then tells Jill that Franco will go to jail and when he does Jill will too, but if he helps her now they can make a deal. Jill says she can't help Bo and asks them to leave when Bo gets a call from Abe telling him about Sami. Bo and Hope both leave for the hospital but Bo warns Jill he will be back.

Bo asks about Sami and after Kate fills him in Billie puts her arm around him and her head on his shoulder as Hope watches from afar. Bo looks around for Hope and Kate tells him that she saw Hope go towards the OR. Bo goes off to find Hope. Bo eventually meets up with Hope but she gives him the brush off to go call Alice. Franco shows up to comfort Hope and she tells him he's an incredible guy to support her after Bo's accusations.

Bo is sure this proves someone is paying her and Franco to break up him and Hope and when Abe asks who would do that Billie walks into the office. Bo asks if Billie is here about Sami but she says she doesn't know about Sami, so Abe says he'll go see Lexie and report to Bo.

Bo tells Billie that Jill skipped town and that Hope has called it quits Billie asks Bo if it is over for him too and he says it doesn't matter what he feels because Hope has given up on him. Billie feels it's her fault they are apart but Bo says that emotionally, Hope can't get passed the fact that he moved on after he thought she was dead. Just then Abe gives Bo a call about Sami's condition and Bo and Billie both go over to the hospital.

Hope shows up and walks over to Bo. When he asks why she didn't come inside during the last rites she doesn't answer and he tells her she'll always be a part of the family. Hope tells Bo she needs to be going and will say a prayer for Sami.

Billie goes to Bo after Hope leaves and comforts him with kind words. As they talk Marlena screams No! and everyone rushes into Sami's room. When they ask what is wrong Marlena tells them they are losing Sami.

Bo rushes off to find Hope.

Kate tells him she'll go see if she can find the book and leaves Bo alone in the room, with Billie's letter to him which he reads! As he reads the letter, Bo remembers back to his wedding with Billie. Bo asks Kate about the letter and she tells him that Billie was going to throw it away but she's glad he found it because know he knows how much Billie loves him. Later, Hope decides to listen to her heart and talk to Bo, but she is determined to get on with her life with or without Bo.

Bo finds Billie on the docks thinking and he tells her he and know she loves him and that he loves her too. What Bo doesn't know is that Hope is listening in on them and breaks down when Bo tells Billie he loves her too.

As the Bo and Billie hug Hope walks away. The two of them sit down on a bench and Billie tells him she knows that when he meant it as a friend and Bo tells her when he said he loved her part of it was as a friend but part of it was as something more. A dressed up Bo talks to himself about how this was going to be a special night as he had planned on asking Hope to marry him. He imagines reading the poem he had picked out to Hope as she looks at him adoringly. When he finishes, Hope says the poem says it all and they kiss sweetly. Unfortunately, it is just a fantasy.

1/16 On the docks, Shawn D overhears Hope telling Franco that she can’t marry Bo. He goes to his father and asks him if this means that it is over? Sweet scene as Bo talks to his son about love and never giving up on love, about risking all for love and that would lead to being happy. Billie is waiting in the shadows for her chance with him, and she plans on risking all for that love.

Shawn D is so disappointed as he has waited so long to be a family again. Bo promises him that someday they will, that they will get married again one day. He promises that he has never loved any woman like he loves Hope and he never will. He vows to continue to try to win her back and will do everything in his power as Billie listens. Finally Billie says to herself that Bo loves Hope and he always will.

Franco asks Hope if it is really over? He knows she loves Bo, and doesn’t she want to marry him? She shares that once upon a time, he did love her totally and completely. After what she saw on the docks tonight between him and Billie, she could never go back to him and could never settle for less than her and Bo shared before. Franco has a fantasy of Hope telling him that she loves him.

Franco walks Hope home. Mrs. H asks to speak to her granddaughter alone. She shares that she heard Hope saying that she is going to move on with her life without Bo. Mrs. H questions whether she thinks she can really do that, knowing how much she loves Bo? They talk about Billie and Bo not having closure with that relationship.

Hope suddenly gets a twinkle in her eye from an idea of how just maybe her and Bo could be together. She observes that Billie is the one that can make that happen. Mrs. H is surprised by this change in attitude. Franco is puzzled by her change in attitude as she rushes out of the house. He says to himself that this isn’t going to be good for him (Franco).

Bo goes to Victor to talk to him and share his troubles. Victor is still not speaking after his stroke, and Bo shows him the engagement ring that Hope gave back to him. He laments that things feel apart so fast, almost like outside forces were working against them. Bo says that his world has fallen apart, that there is a chunk of him missing.

Hope rushes over to Billie’s apartment but she isn’t home. She then goes down to the docks and runs into Jennifer. She notices that Hope isn’t wearing her ring and asks what happened. Hope can’t go into it but has to find Billie as her future with Bo depends on it. Hope shares that Bo still has feelings for Billie as she just picked up and left, and they never got to resolve their feelings for each other.

Jen says that Bo has repeatedly said that he is over Billie. Jen points out he made that clear when he asked Hope to marry him. Hope wants him to face his feelings for Billie for closure. Jen thinks she is crazy to send Bo into Billie’s arms. Hope says she has to, she has to know for sure or she will never be happy. Jen asks what if Hope loses him? Hope has to take that chance, after all if he does still love Billie then she lost him a long time ago.

Hope calls Victor’s home looking for Billie and Bo answers, surprised to hear from her. She immediately questions if he is there with Billie? He says no, that he is visiting Victor and Billie isn't there, puzzled by her question. She then calls Mike and he tells her that Billie is headed back to Paris and is on her way to the airport. Hope rushes off to the airport to stop her.

Kate tells Bo that Billie is going back to Paris that night. She continues that Billie blames herself for him and Hope breaking up. Bo rushes out to stop her from leaving town. Kate smiles in victory. We can hear Victor’s thoughts wondering what Kate is up to.

Hope tells Billie to stay and fight for him, and Bo who has come up behind them asks Hope what the hell she is doing? Hope asks why Bo is here. He starts to say he was going to say goodbye, but Hope asks if he was coming to stop Billie from leaving.

Bo is angry that he's being treated like a door prize and asks Billie to talk some sense into Hope. Hope begins to talk about the accident and her death, and how Bo fell in love again. Hope says that Billie stepping aside was unselfish but wrong because they never ended their relationship, she just left. Hope tells Bo he needs explore his leftover feelings for Billie and play it out and she is willing to wait and see what happens, even if it means loosing him forever.

Billie tells Hope this is crazy and Bo tells Hope that he cares about Billie but he loves Hope with all his heart. Billie says that's that and is going to catch her plane but Hope stops her and says they have to work this out. Bo tells Hope he knows how he feels, he wants her and he doesn't have to play these games to figure it out. A then ticked off Bo walks out on Hope and leaves the airport.

Hope ask Billie to stay in Salem but Billie says it's to painful and Bo has made his feelings crystal clear. Hope tells Billie she can't force her to stay, but if she leaves the pain she feels will never be resolved. Hope then leaves Billie at the airport to make the decision herself. Billie is unsure what to do because she doesn't want to hurt Hope, and she doesn't want to get hurt herself by Bo's rejection.

1/22 Bo stops by the Cheating Heart and runs into Abe. Bo tells him everything that went on at the airport with Hope and Billie. Abe tells them Bo that both women love him and he has to decide and tell them both which one he loves, but Bo says he's done that a thousand times. Abe suggests that if he does what Hope wants maybe it will prove to her it's over with and they can work things out, but Bo says Billie is on her way to Paris so it doesn't matter. Bo also pressures Abe to let him work on the drug case and Abe tells him he'll think about it. As the two of them continue to talk they are unaware that Franco is sitting at the other table behind a newspaper listening to their every word.

Later at the police station gym, Bo gets into a fight with a smart mouthed cop who begins raging on him about Hope dumping him. Abe eventually come in and break up the fight and then tells him he isn't so sure that giving Bo the drug case is such a good idea anymore. Bo pleads with Abe for the case and he gives it to him and then goes to call someone, but realizes he doesn't have anyone to call. When Abe asks who Bo was going to call Bo says Hope and asks why he would ask such a thing. Abe just says after tonight he didn't know if he's call Hope, or Billie.

Hope is pacing back and forth on the docks, nervously waiting to see what choice Billie has made. As she walks back and forth Kate shows up and the two talk and Hope tells Kate about her proposed plan to let Bo and Billie date. Kate tells hope it's too late now because Billie's gone, but Hope says Billie hadn't left when she left the airport. Billie has chosen to leave Salem and board the plane to Paris, and she has no intentions on ever returning.

Back on the docks, Hope gets word Billie boarded the plane and left Salem. Kate becomes bitchy with her because Hope is still planing on rejecting Bo. Hope begins to cry when she tells Franco her plan didn't work and he takes her in his arms and comforts her. They sit down and talk and Franco tells Hope he also can't be happy until he has his love Angela truly and completely. Before Hope leaves Franco gives her a kaleidoscope to cheer her up. Suddenly Hope gets a call from Billie, who has decided to stay in Salem, which pleases Hope. After Hope leaves, Franco calls his employer and says he'll do his job by staying with Hope and he has to keep Bo away from him.

1/23 At Salem Place, Bo tells Caroline that Hope wants him and Billie to start seeing each other again because they didn't have any closure. Bo tells his mom that that can't happen because Billie is in Paris by now, but Caroline says she doesn't think so and Billie shows up much to Bo's dismay.

Hope wakes up and realizes her plan may not be that great after all because she now realizes she stands a strong chance of loosing Bo to Billie. Franco gives her a call to meet for breakfast and the two of them meet at Salem Place. Franco asks Hope to go out of town on a modeling job with him, but she is unsure about leaving until she sees Billie with Bo.

Back over at Bo's table, Billie tells Bo she thinks Hope is right, that they should see if there is a chance for them again but Bo tells her he doesn't want to hurt her but he loves Hope. Billie says she has no expectations, she's just doing this because it's what Hope wants.

After Billie walks off, Hope approaches Bo. He asks if she's reconsidered this crazy idea of hers but she hasn't. She then tells Bo he needs to watch Shawn D because she's going on a modeling job with Franco, but Bo tells her no way! He tries to forbid her from going with him but that doesn’t work out for him. Meanwhile, Franco arranges with his boss for Bo to get a call about the island murder case, informing him that a suspect has been arrested.

Hope tells him that just proves Franco is innocent. She asks him to work through his feelings for Billie why she is gone. He assures her that he LOVES HER! She just wants him to be happy. He promises her that he will be very happy once he has Hope back in his life. As she leaves, he hugs her tightly and asks her to be careful as she walks off with Franco.

Franco bumps into Billie and tells her that he and Hope are going out of town and now she and Bo can use that time to explore their feelings. He encourages her to renew their love, but Billie isn't so sure. Franco says to himself once Billie gets Bo back that Hope will turn to Franco. Once she sees Hope walk away from Bo she decides it's her turn to have Bo.

Once inside, Hope tries to call Shawn D., but there is no answer. She then gives Caroline's place a call and learns Shawn D. is staying the night there. When she asks why he's not at the boat and where Bo is? Shawn D says Bo had to go out, but not for work. Hope wonders where Bo could be? Of course Franco suggests that perhaps he's with Billie. Hope and Franco have dinner in Hope's room and Franco decides to turn in so he can get up early for the photo shoot. After he leaves, Hopes room Franco says he can never let Bo choose her over Billie.

Outside of the Salem Club, Billie sees Bo inside drinking his sorrows away and decides to go in and check up on him. Billie asks him not to do this, and if he doesn't care about what he's doing to himself he should care what he's doing to his son. Bo tells Billie his drinking and his son are his business and to just leave him alone.

Abe returns to see Bo and tells Bo he thinks he should stop drinking. Bo tells Abe to get out of his face, and the two begin to argue and when Abe tells Bo he's going to take him home Bo slugs him.

Bo becomes sick of John's big brother act and tries to go back in to get another drink, and when John stops him Bo almost fights him but comes to his senses.

Bo says that ever since Hope left with Franco he's been so angry. John then tells Bo that maybe if he tries to resolve his relationship with Billie one way or the other maybe things can finally work out with him and Hope. Suddenly Billie shows up in the parking lot to see Bo and John leaves them to talk. Billie notices the cut above his head and he says he doesn't care about it, or much of anything anymore. Billie says he is not acting like the man she knows and he tells her thanks, but he doesn't need any help.

Suddenly Abe shows up and says Bo needs all the help he can get. Abe tells Bo he went to far tonight. Bo then tells Abe that he won't apologize for what he did off duty. Abe asks Bo to give him one good reason why he shouldn't take him off the drug case. Bo tells Abe he can't do that, and he can't find a reason to stay on the force either. Bo gives Abe his badge and says he doesn't need anyone but Hope, and he can't have her.

1/30 Bo is at Cheating Heart drinking again and talking with the bartender. Bo is then approached by a guy he put away three years ago and he makes Bo and offer to play pool for money, but he doesn't realize the guy has this all planned out. Bo wins the first game and decides to play another one. When Bo goes to the bar to get another drink, Billie shows up and tells him he's being hustled and he should leave. Bo pushes Billie aside and returns to the table to play. The man eventually end up hustling Bo out of his boat, and also makes some phone calls to another person.

Austin and Carrie come into the Cheating Heart right as Bo looses the boat. Billie has no idea what to do, so Carrie decides to call Hope in Santa Rosa because she's the only one who can help Bo now. Billie tries to buy the boat back, but the man refuses her offer. Bo says he'll move his stuff out tonight and the boat is his in the morning. Bo leaves to clean out his boat and Billie follows him. She tries to make Bo buy back his boat, but Bo can't afford it. Bo says he's sick of being the good guy, the honest cop, and now it's time for him to return to his old risk taking life where he followed nobody's rules. Suddenly the guy who won the boat shows up to make sure Bo isn't taking anything that's his. Meanwhile the man who hustled Bo out of his boat makes another call to his boss and says they'll have to keep a real close eye on Bo.

Across the ocean in Santa Rosa, Hope can't sleep because all she thinks about is Bo. Franco comes to Hope's room to talk to her because he saw her light on. Hope begins to think breaking up with Bo was the wrong thing to do, but Franco says it was the right thing to do. Franco then tells Hope he has something he has been wanting to tell Hope for so long, and when Hope asks what it is? Franco tells her he loves her. Hope tells him he doesn't mean that, but Franco says he loves her with all her heart and she needs to choose between him and Bo. Hope can't believe that he felt this way and to show her how he feels he kisses her, but then Franco wakes up and realizes it was all just a dream.

Franco can't get back to sleep and decides to go for a walk, and he runs into Hope in the hall. Hope tells Franco she couldn't sleep as well because she can't shake the feeling Bo's in trouble. Hope then decides she needs some time by herself and goes to the beach to be alone, but she still can't get Bo off her mind. For old times sake’s, Hope goes skinny dipping, but is unaware that Franco is watching her from the bushes. After she gets out of the water and begins to dry off Franco "accidentally" runs into her while he was going to take dip as well. Franco apologizes and leaves, but he is sure one day she will be his.

Upon returning to her room, Hope get's a call from Carrie, who tells her that Bo has done nothing but drink the past few days, and that he even lost the boat in a pool game. Hope tells Carrie she'll handle it and decides to go back to Salem.
