Bo & Hope #54 March 10 - June 24, 2003: 8 hour original edit

DVD #54A 3/10 Hope freaks out when she comes face-to-face with Larry in the hearing room. Alice arrives after the hearing has begun and takes the stand to condemn Larry for what he did to Hope; Alice's words give Hope the strength and courage to also make a statement. Tony finally gets a moment alone with Larry and threatens that once he gets to prison, he's a dead man. It looks like Victor's plan may go up in smoke as Larry turns to the judge and announces that the deal is off.

3/11 During sentencing proceedings, Larry Welch stunned everyone in the courtroom when he recanted on his plea bargain and changed to a "not guilty" plea. Exchanging glances with Tony and Victor, Welch took a recess, leaving attendees to speculate. Victor asks Bo to get him into see Larry. Bargaining with Victor, Larry refused to save Shawn without a 'guarantee' for his own safety. Tony was approached by Victor who said he'd be indebted to the DiMera family if Tony would call off the hit on Welch.

Abe Carver shares with Larry that Tony sent a message for him the message Tony then asked him to give Welch that this was his lucky day. Larry returned to his original "guilty" plea this time for the kidnapping of Hope and Zack, the attempted murders of Belle & Hope, and the murder of Colin. As Hope protested, Welch again stunned the Court requesting reasonable sentences with the possibility of parole. As the Judge sentenced him to two concurrent life sentences without parole, Tony reminded Victor of his intention to collect on Victor's promise. As relieved attendees left the Courtroom, Larry turned to Bo & Hope mumbling "What fools these mortals be."

3/12 Bo takes Hope to Tuscany for a romantic dinner, but Hope wants to be somewhere else. Bo blindfolds her and takes her to the carnival. The couple enjoy cotton candy, popcorn and fair games. Hope spots the kissing booth and asks the attendant to trade her places. Hope beckons Bo over to her, a flashback of a St. Luke's carnival long ago when Hope was the attendant and she kissed Bo for one of the first times.

Back to current, they begin to kiss and realize that the attendant was watching, they leave and find a fortune teller. Bo doesn't want to have his fortune read but Hope does. The fortune teller lets Hope know that she has a positive attitude around her; the lifeline is long and that even though she has had hard times, things are looking up. Hope walks away with a smile on her face; Bo realizes he left his jacket and walks back to get it. The fortune teller stands up and asks Bo if she did what he wanted, he said yes and gives her some money commenting that Hope will be happy.

3/13 Roman and Kate run into Bo and Hope at the carnival. The brothers are still at odds with each other, but the ladies in their lives decide to help fate along. They announce their hunger and convince the men to take them to Tuscany for dinner. Bo continues to wrestle with his emotions over Roman arresting Shawn. While they dance, Bo tells Hope that he truly wants to resolve things with Roman for fear of something greater happening and losing the chance to ever have his brother back. Hope suggests they switch partners. Kate tells Bo she thinks she is falling in love with Roman. Roman thanks Hope for trying to patch things up between him and Bo, Hope won't take all the credit, telling him that he tried as well. When they return to the table, a silent truce is called between the Brady brothers, a toast occurs, Kate and Roman take their evening home, Bo and Hope dance to their new song.

3/17 Bo is furious when he sees a gang member he arrested is out on lack of evidence and already being hauled back into the station. Roman speculates that there may be someone behind all these "technicalities" that are increasing the gang activity in Salem and Bo vows to bring him down. Bo sees the victim, then returns to the station and has a heated confrontation with Carson Palmer.

3/18 At the Salem PD, Bo was furious that a gang-banger was released, feeling his work was in vain. Patching up an old friendship, Hope agreed to go to Lexie's upcoming Lamaze class in place of Abe.

3/26 Hope took Zack to the police station and urged Bo to stop blaming himself for the gang member being freed after his victim had died. Bo later questioned an informant named Timmy and asked him to find out the name of the "big man" who was well connected. Hope heard about it and offered her help.

3/27 When Hope complained to Jennifer about her boring life, Jennifer enlisted her to help with a story they were working on at the paper. The two tried to find a lead on the name of the woman Carson had been with at the restaurant. Meanwhile, Jack agreed to help Bo investigate the numerous cases that were being thrown out by the D.A.'s office. When Jack talked about Carson's last press conference, Bo warned that the D.A. had it in for him and Roman. Carson interrupted and again threatened to have the Brady cops tossed off the force. Jennifer and Hope arrived with a digital photo of Carson's date and learned that Maria had a rap sheet "a mile long."

3/31 Bo asks John to run a background check on Carson Palmer and reveals that he knows John is ISA. Jack calls Bo, who leaves the penthouse to tail Maria. When he gets to the club, he calls John and informs him that Tony is at Echelon. As Bo waits in his truck to follow Maria, she raps on his window, gets in, and opens her coat, revealing her naked body.

4/1 At the Club Echelon, Bo made two unsuccessful attempts to get info on Maria's drug background and connection to the D.A. Later, he compared notes with Jack & Jen outside the Club, telling them he was doing a background check on Palmer. Back at the Salem P.D., Abe had just found that Bo had been in his file drawer.

4/2 Abe rakes Bo across the coals when he discovers that Bo broke into his filing cabinet and stole all the files concerning the recent victim of gang violence. Abe threatens to throw Bo off the case and if warranted off the force. Big bro Roman comes into the PD with Kate, and hears Abe yelling and he asks Hope what was going on? She isn't sure, Roman steps into Abe's office and eventually convinces Abe that Bo shouldn't be off the case. He tells Abe that he will partner with Bo on the gang case. Abe reluctantly agrees, but tells Bo that one mistake and he is gone.

Nicole stops Bo at the Brady Pub and questions Victor's conversation she heard, but before she can explain Victor interrupts and tells Bo his lovely wife misunderstood his motives and was working with his former cohorts for Bo's benefit. Hope drags Victor away to talk about Zack; Bo tells Nicole that he and Victor don't come from the same moral mold, they don't question each other's actions and to not try to side them against each other. Hope and Bo leave for the PD.

4/4 Preparing for a stakeout at the Salem P.D., Kate confided later to Hope that she was surprised by her own feelings for Roman but had a hard time admitting it to him. Deciding on the name "Bracelets" for Kate's "handle", the two contacted Bo & Roman on Hope's police band radio. Kate suddenly blurted to Roman that she loved him not realizing it was an open line and being listened to at the Salem P.D. But when a surprised Roman realized it, he responded brusquely and signed off. Thinking she had done the wrong thing, Kate said it was over. Meanwhile, Roman jumped out of the car to cover Bo at the stakeout.

4/7 Bo attempts to make an illegal entry into Vin's empty house as Roman tries to stop him. He sees that Bo is undeterred and decides to help; they break in and find hard evidence that it is a drug house. Vin returns and Bo and Roman narrowly escape without being caught. Abe calls them on the radio and Bo is forced to cover about where they've been. Bo's anxious to make the bust, but Abe orders them to wait for back up.

Maria realizes she's being tailed; she knocks Jennifer out, ties her up, and puts her in the trunk of the car. She goes to see Vin and tips him off that Bo and Roman are casing the place. Later, Palmer tells Vin that the guys are cops and Vin decides to surprise them.

Bo's patience is wearing thin as Roman cautions him to wait for reinforcement. Bo refuses and starts to storm in, unaware they're about to be ambushed.

4/8 Against Abe's orders, Bo decided to stop a drug runner himself without waiting for back-up. Roman was hit during the gunfire but fortunately only winded thanks to his bulletproof vest. As police back-up arrived, the drug runner was apprehended along with Chaz, Cassie's friend. Regaining consciousness inside a car trunk, Jennifer desperately broke free of her hand restraints. Finding her cell phone, she left a message for Jack and then reached Hope who said she was coming before calling for help.

4/10 Hope races to Jen's aid and finds the car empty with a bloody piece of clothing, she panics until Jen comes out of hiding. The ladies hear Maria and a companion coming, so they hide behind tires. Maria is mad that Jen got away and orders her male friend to find them. Luck was on their side because Hope and Jen make a noise and are discovered.

The guy grabs Hope and holds a gun to her head; Maria forces Jen to the ground and prepares to hit her with a tire iron. Hope gets gutsy and elbows the man; Jen takes that opportunity to attack Maria. A fight ensues, Jack arrives and jumps on the man, his gun slides away and Hope grabs it. The cops arrive soon after and Jennifer maneuvers Maria into the trunk of her own car. Roman commends the ladies and Jack on a job well done. Bo arrives to make sure Hope is okay and promising to be careful, goes to look for Vin.

4/14 Bo calls Jack seeking his help. Roman tells him to back off when Bo makes a comment about his treatment of Kate. Bo then confronts Maria and, using an edited video of an interview with Vin, tricks her into thinking Vin's sold her out. Hope meets Lexie for lunch at Tuscany where they spot Kate and invite her to join them. After Hope tells Lexie about the trouble with Bo and Roman earlier, Kate insists that she and Roman are no longer a couple.

Tony arrives at Tuscany just as the televised police press conference begins. Abe shows a photo of Vin and asks for the public's help in finding him. Tony realizes it's the same man from Echelon and has one of his men tell Hope about him hiding at the club. Hope then runs to the station house with Lexie where Bo, Roman and Abe listen as Maria talks about Carson and Vin. Thanks to Tony's info, Bo heads to the secret room at the club and arrests Vin.

4/15 Hope tells Shawn that his dad just made the collar of a lifetime with one of the biggest drug dealers in Salem. At that moment, Bo drags the perp into the station. He warns Bo that he will find out that he just made a huge mistake as he has friends in high places. Bo tells the guy that he will be playing by Bo’s rules now as Palmer watches from the doorway. Perp is taking to holding, while Palmer warns Bo that he hopes he followed procedure or Bo will be responsible for him being released back onto the streets. Abe steps in and points out this is a win for the good guys and he is planning on the prosecution being successful.

While they are out for a family lunch, Bo tells Hope that Jack & Jenn’s new show will premiere that day. Lexie had secretly brought Carson Palmer, and Jennifer brought the house down inviting him to be a guest. Having Palmer seated for the interview, Jack regained his composure as he challenged the D.A.'s ties to Maria Annendel and Vin Ramsel. Unaware the Police were waiting in the wings, Palmer made Jack & Jen's show a hit as he was arrested by Abe Carver live "In the House."

4/16 Hope, Bo, Shawn, Zack, and Maggie watch the show from Tuscany. Bo rushes off to the police department, he wants to be there when they bring in Palmer. Shawn tells Hope how proud he is of her, but wants her to be careful. Hope tells him not to worry about her, but guesses he is worried about Belle. She tells him that her and Bo broke up many times and if it is meant to be, there is nothing to worry about.

Bo heads to the Police Department just in time to have a chat with Vin. He casually threatens to kill him when Abe and Roman walk in. Roman takes Bo out to calm him down while Abe lets Vin have his one phone call to his lawyer. Abe listens outside as Vin makes threats against the Brady brothers, claiming they will pay. Abe lets the brothers know of the threats. Palmer comes in with police escorts, Bo uses this time to his advantage, playing up the fact that the PD has him in custody. As usual, Palmer still claims to nothing, stating everything they have is false and he will get revenge. Bo and Roman aren't affected by his words, confident they have their man and Salem will be safer.

4/21 Abe calls Bo to the station after reading Roman's report on the drug bust and tears into Bo for jeopardizing the stakeout by attempting to break into Vin's house without a warrant. Bo vehemently defends his actions and believes that justice should come before obeying rules. Abe worries about Bo's vigilante style and fears he could compromise future cases. Bo is upset when he learns that Vin is out on bail and Abe warns him not to pursue Vin.

4/22 Roman scolded Bo for some rashly-made decisions that could result in mistakes at work. Bo brought Roman to the grave of Ben Wells, killed by a man the police had in custody and had to let go. Feeling his hands were tied by the system, Bo promised to set things right for those victims of criminals.

4/23 Bo and Hope are working out at the gym. Bo is upset over the system and wants to find a way to keep criminals behind bars. Hope agrees and lets him know that she wants to help the children of Salem as well, but not as a cop. She confesses that although being a mom and wife are fulfilling it isn't enough and as Zack gets older she will have more time on her hands. Bo is relieved about her not wanting to be a cop and told her to find something she likes to do. They decide to heat things up themselves in a broken sauna. Hope thinks she feels the earth move, for real, Bo considers it a compliment.

5/2 Outside the Brady Pub, Bo was brash in replying to a reporter about the Ramsel case. Hope later cautioned him reminding Bo how his recent actions on the job had him on "thin ice." But minutes later, Bo's anger got the best of him again when approached by a photographer.

DVD #54B 5/5 Bo and Hope visit Lexie at the hospital and they see Bo's outburst against the Salem PD on TV. Abe is not happy and Bo & Hope head back home to find reporters waiting there. Bo goes ballistic and bashes the justice system again; Hope gets Bo inside before he says too much. Alone, Bo is fuming and thinks Vin will carry through with his threat of revenge against Bo. Hope supports Bo and promises to back him up in any way she can.
Shawn and Belle are at a party at the DiMera Mansion, Shawn angrily tackles Chaz accusing him of drugging his drink. As Shawn holds him pinned to the floor, he calls Bo to get the police out there to investigate.

5/6 When Bo & Hope arrived, Bo quickly put together Vin Ramsel's scheme. Hope can’t believe Chaz tried to poison Shawn. Chaz gets mouthy and Bo threatens Chaz with resisting arrest if he ran and reminds him that he is on bail. He calls Roman and fills him in that Vin was behind the attempted poising.

Upon his arrival, Tony was disturbed to learn that Belle had almost drunk what was later identified as cocaine and arsenic. He scolded Cassie about an unknown boyfriend and for serving liquor. Bo interrupts Tony to inform him that this isn’t the first time Chaz was arrested as he was also snagged in the police raid, given he is out on bail he won’t be around to cause Cassie any further problems. Cassie tearfully admitted not wanting anything to happen to her sister. But at the Salem PD, Belle told Hope everyone felt too guilty to give Cassie the tough love she really needs. As John and Tony traded accusations of blame, Tony's resentment grew when John also reached out to Cassie. Playing a cunning game, Cassie used tears to win Tony's sympathy, and then moved back to John's side.

5/8 Lexie is surprised with a baby shower at Tuscany and is greeted by Hope, Jen, Maggie, Marlena and Eugenia. Sami interrupts, but Marlena thinks she should leave. She spots Eugenia and heads over to her but trips and falls first. Marlena tells Sami to leave because she wasn't invited, however, Lexie tells her to stay. Sami announces that she just got engaged, as always, wanting to be the center of attention. Hope, Jen and Marlena notice her tactics and call her down to their end of the table. Marlena eventually takes Sami to another section. The other ladies discuss Sami and her crazy ways. Hope and Jen really want Sami to be happy and hope that it works with Brandon. They just hope that Jen and Jack get married before Sami and Brandon. Lexie promises them that Jen will definitely be married first, because Sami will never get Brandon down the aisle.

5/9 At the Salem PD, Bo reached a breaking point over criminals set free because of corruption or rigid rules within the system. Despite Abe's efforts to change his mind, Bo handed in his resignation from the force. After Alice left the Brady House, Bo confided to Hope that he had just quit his job wondering how to plan for the future. 5/12 Hope continues to reel from the shock that Bo quit his job as Bo locks himself in the garage, moving boxes in search of something. As he combs through some of the boxes, Roman drops in and tries to change Bo's mind about quitting the force. Meanwhile, Jennifer stops by and asks Hope to be her matron of honor in the wedding. Hope gladly accepts, happy she can be a part of Jack and Jennifer's wedding this time. She clues Jennifer in on Bo's decision to leave the police force. Later, Hope walks in as Bo finally finds what he's been looking for in the garage - his rusty, dusty motorcycle.

5/13 Obsessed with the capture of Vin Ramsel, Bo was tracking news on a police radio. He was grateful to have Hope's support in his decision to leave the Force. But Hope couldn't help trying to convince Bo that he should leave Ramsel to the Police. When he told Shawn about quitting his job, Bo felt he had the support of his son as well. But Shawn discussed his concerns about that and about Belle with his mom. Hope told him to trust his dad's decision, and that she was confident of Belle's love for Shawn.

5/14 Abe stops by the Brady house to talk to Bo, but not about coming back to the force. He tells Bo that he knows where Vin Ramsel may be going..the Mexican border. Abe gives him information that Vin could possibly be in Oklahoma, his cell phone rings and he goes in the kitchen. Hope asks Bo what he is going to do, he tells her that he won't be apart of a system that lets murderers go free and retreats back to the garage. She comes out a few minutes later with Bo's helmet, jacket, and motorcycle pack. He asks what she is doing, she knows that he wants to go after Vin in Oklahoma. She tells him to be careful and to call her. Hope brings out Zack to say goodbye, the family kisses and Bo drives away. Abe comes out of the house after ending his phone call, he asks Hope if Bo has gone to find Vin, she tells him, he has gone to find himself.

5/15 Bo arrives at a hotel in Oklahoma and immediately calls Hope who is waiting on him to call. They talk about Vin, he is heading south as expected. Bo will be waiting for him and won't return until he has accomplished what he left to do. Hope assures him that she loves him and will be in Salem waiting on him when he returns. They get sleepy and Bo tells her to put the phone on his pillow so he can listen to her sleep. If he can hear her breathe, then he knows she is safe and alright.

5/19 Bo continued his trek after Vin Ramsell and stopped at a small back road bar in Oklahoma. He ate breakfast then showed the locals a photo of Ramsell. Nobody admitted to recognizing Vin, so Bo apparently left. As Jake, one of the patrons, made a call to Vin, Bo reappeared to take the phone. Jake, threatening Bo with a gun, got the phone back. After he left, Bo managed to write down Vin's phone number that he had memorized when he'd had the phone.

Jennifer and Hope were planning the wedding as Jack talked on the phone about the show. Station manager Barry dropped in and proposed that Jack and Jennifer seriously consider broadcasting their nuptials on their show. Although hesitant as first, they changed their minds and agreed to have their wedding aired for all of Salem to see. Before Hope left, she told Jennifer to get ready for her bachelorette party. Outside the house, Hope called Bo to check on him and wished him a continued safe journey.

5/21 Bo had followed Vin to Texas. He stopped by a Tex-Mex store/restaurant to eat. From there, he called Jack to have him research the Del Rios hotel. It was a hot spot for murderers, drug dealers, and every other common criminal. Jack returned Bo's call quickly, even forfeiting the final tux fitting for his wedding. He let Bo know that an ex-con, Jasper, owned the place; he was also a former cellblock mate of Vin Ramsel. Bo, armed with a few names, arrived at the sleazy hotel. Bo found Jasper and two other men sitting in the lobby.

After drinking tequila and starting on a beer, Bo asked about Vin and claimed he was looking for work and a room. Jasper said that Vin was fishing and probably wouldn't be back for a week. Bo didn't care; he would wait on him and wanted a room. Jasper didn't have work and said rooms weren't for free. Bo pulled out a wad of cash and counted it in front of the three gentlemen. Jasper walked away from the bar as his two friends walked up behind Bo. Using his cop instincts, Bo hit one with a bottle and the other with his fist, and a fight ensued.

The party was at Echelon. It was ladies' night, and the hosts were all handsome men. A nice table was set up for the party, and the guest list included Jennifer, Hope, Maggie, Lexie, Marlena, Belle, Cassie, Sami, and Kate. Basic Black had provided gift bags for the ladies, including new perfume and a prototype of days of the week panties courtesy of Ms. Belle Black.

5/22 Bo was still at the Del Rio, fighting the two men. They had knives, but Bo wasn't deterred. He kicked the knives from their hands and sent them to the street. Hope was in Salem and got a feeling something was wrong. She called Bo's cell phone, but he was unable to get it due to the fight. He called her back afterwards, and she sensed he was in trouble. Bo told her that he had been in a fight, but he was fine. Hope wanted to go to Texas, but Bo told her, "No, it is too dangerous."

Bo and Hope hung up; Bo was ready to eat and headed to the store. Meanwhile, Hope called Caroline and Shawn Sr. to see if they would watch Zack while she went to Texas. They thought it was a great idea, and so did she. Vin arrived at the Del Rio while Bo was out. Jasper told him someone was looking for him. Vin didn't want to see anyone and advised Jasper to lie and get rid of whoever it was. He went upstairs to bed, and moments later, Bo returned and asked for his key. He asked Jasper if Vin was back. Jasper told Bo that Vin might never return. Bo wasn't upset; he couldn't wait a few days and went to bed. 5/23 Hope & Jenn wedding prep

5/26 Jack stealthily sneaks Bill's mystery gift into the Penthouse Grill and to the makeshift bride's room. Jennifer and Abby enter and are thunderstruck to find Laura! After a joyful reunion, Abby takes Laura out to surprise all the other guests. Barry and the crew are setting up and Jack greets many of the guests as they arrive. Mickey, Maggie and Alice are shocked to see Laura. Roman arrives to talk to Hope and he wants to know where Bo is. They share their mutual worry for him, but Roman warns her to let Bo do what he needs to do.

Hope, Alice, Laura and Abby join Jennifer in the bride's room to give her something old, new, borrowed, and blue. Laura/Alice go to take their seats as Hope and Abby help Jennifer finish getting ready. Finally, in a beautiful candlelit Penthouse Grill, the wedding begins. Abby and Hope go down the aisle, followed by Jennifer, beaming with excitement in her wedding dress.

5/27 Bo continued tailing Vin Ramsel and was going through his hotel room when he was overcome by several thugs. As the hotel owner sanctioned the gang tossing Bo out of the hotel, Bo didn't realize he'd lost his cell phone. Going through Bo's things, and realizing who Bo was, Ramsel was determined to kill him.

At the Penthouse Grill, Mickey gave a beaming Jennifer away to Jack. Surprising his bride, Jack touched family members by reading the words Jen had said to him when they'd first married. And with a little help from Abby, Jen pledged her love to Jack. And as wedding traditions continued at the Penthouse Grill, Kate caught the bouquet. 5/28 Hope goes searching for Bo and asks Carlos if he's seen him. Carlos, protective of Bo, tells her he hasn't. She finally finds out about the hotel where Vin is staying. Meanwhile, Bo returns to the hotel for his stuff and he stops Jasper when he goes for the phone. Bo's stunned to see Hope walk in, but he doesn't acknowledge her to protect her. She gets a room and he sneaks in through a window; they have a very sensuous reunion. Against Bo's better judgment, Hope gets close to Vin and Bo watches from the bushes as Hope puts the moves on Ramsell. Vin's about to take her back to his room when Bo comes out of hiding. Before he can intervene, Vin's thugs hit Bo over the head, knocking him out.

5/29 While Hope is forced to accompany Vin Ramsell to his hotel, Carlos finally revives the unconscious Bo by drenching him with a bottle of cold water. When Bo gets his bearings, he races off to rescue Hope. But before he gets there, it looks like Ramsell is going to rape Hope. Bo spraypaints a slam against Vin on the wall, tricking Vin into tracking the culprit down. Once Vin leaves, Bo rushes in to save Hope just in time. Our two heroes charge off to nail Vin Ramsell.

5/30 Bo and Hope were camped away from danger, planning a strategy to get Vin Ramsell, and debating whether or not Hope should return home. Thinking they were safe for the night, a sleeping Bo was unaware of a gun pointed to his head.

6/2 Bo and Hope overpower the gunman who found them at their campsite. With him as bait, they lure Vin out and capture him. After saying goodbye to Carlos and Carmen, Bo heads back with Vin in the car while Hope prepares to ride back to Salem on Bo's bike.

6/5 Bo and Hope are transporting Vin back to Salem in handcuffs. Bo warns Vin not to try anything at the agricultural checkpoint or he'll shoot him. At the checkpoint, Vin decides to take the risk. He call's Bo's bluff and starts to tell the inspector he's been kidnapped. Hope arrives on Bo's bike in the nick of time and distracts the guard. She sensuously eats a cherry, tying the stem in her mouth, allowing Bo to drive on with Vin. When Hope and Bo meet back up, Bo compliments Hope on her distraction and they continue home.

6/6 The Salem Police Department had a special delivery of Vin Ramsell made by Bo & Hope. Publicly scolding them, but privately congratulating their efforts, Abe told them about his two new sons. Elated over their success in catching Ramsell, Bo and Hope returned home discussing the possibility of working together as bounty hunters.

6/9 Bo and Hope invite Lexie and Abe to celebrate Zack's birthday. While they're there, Lexie and Abe give Bo and Hope a special gift: an imprint of Zack's hands when he was a baby. Later, Bo and Hope ask for Abe's help in becoming bounty hunters. By the end of the day Bo and Hope have their first job tracking down Ray Meeks.

6/11 Bo & Hope meet up for lunch at the pub. They talk about a lead she is chasing down and he points out that he wouldn’t “let” her do that if the guy was dangerous. She questions his idea that he is “letting” her do anything and reminds him they are equal partners (she should have reminded him that she once was a private deceptive and has been a cop!). As he is looking around, she asks him what he is looking for? He says his ma, as he doesn’t want her to see him kissing a beautiful woman and sweeps Hope up into his arms for quite a kiss. He then pulls her out of the pub before she can order her burger.

They arrive at Echelon and the parking guy “Tommy” flirts outrageously with Hope and gives them tips on Meeks, such as he likes redheads and smokes tobacco. Bo & Hope take off to get in their disguises. Bo in a suit with slicked back hair asks for some tobacco and makes new friends. Hope walks in wearing a red wig and a stunning red dress and begins flirting with their target. She finds an identifying tattoo and Bo calls time out on their cover and announces that he is under arrest! As they take their guy outside, Hope reveals in their success and being a bad ass bounty hunter!

6/13 Bo is distracted as he is trying to figure out finances as he feels they need a bigger vehicle for their bounty hunting. He tells her that it is about security and safety, while Hope calls it cute. Hope questions their start up expenses for their new business. When Bo shows her the figures, she is shocked. She offers her trust fund but he says no that is for their boys. He suggests to a disappointed Hope that they sell the Fancy Face II. She was looking forward to teaching Zach to sail like they did with Shawn. She tells him she always sees them sailing off in the sunset together and asks him if those days are over. He says maybe they can later buy the Fancy Face back for retirement after their business is successful.

They arrive at the boat and a sad Hope begs isn’t there some other way besides selling their boat. He says no that they are going to be very busy and they really don’t use the boat they way they should. They have a lot of memories with her but she shouldn’t just sit there all year. If in the future they have time off, they can always take pop’s boat out for sail. Sadly she asks him to find her a good home. She then commits that she wants their new adventure together. She is ready to get to work getting the boat ready to sell and they start going through their belongings on the boat. He stops her from working and starts kissing her and takes her off to their cabin as they spent a last romantic night on the boat.

6/16 Bo and Hope reminisce about past experiences on the Fancy Face as they prepare the boat for sale. They later decide to give the boat one last hurrah and visit the cabin on the island.

6/17 Hope and Bo are enjoying being alone together at the cabin and have cute flirty scenes. Hope suggests that they use her trust fund to finance their new business so they don’t have to sell the boat. Bo refuses once again to touch her trust fund. He wants to keep that money for their boys just in case something happens to them. She points out that is what life insurance is for, but he wants to keep it for a safety net like with JT’s illness. She admits she is looking for a way to have everything, but looking at his face she realizes how madly in love he is with her and as long as she has him, she already has everything. She throws her arms around him and agrees to sell the boat.

6/18 Shawn is stunned when he finds out Bo and Hope are selling the Fancy Face, but realizes it's best for Bo and Hope. After Shawn leaves for Lookout Point, Bo and Hope relive some of those memories in an emotional montage. They make love.

6/24 While waiting for Vin Ramsell's arraignment, Bo was infuriated to learn that the D.A. was reducing Ramsell's sentence for turning State's evidence. Meanwhile, Hope tells Alice about plans to sell the Fancy Face though she would really like to hang onto it and suggests maybe she could just withdraw the interest on her trust fund. She says, “It isn’t like I’m broke.” The look on Alice’s face gives her concern as she asks, “Am I?”

As Larry Welch was being transferred to another jail, he keeps asking what time it is? The guards tease him why does he need to know what time it is? Does he have some place to be? Meanwhile, we see a woman on the side of the road waiting.
