Bo & Hope #60 Oct 26, 2004 - Jan 5, 2005: 8 hour original edit

DVD #60A The gang confront Tony in his study as the building shakes around them. Tony relishes that the clock is ticking down to doomsday and their ultimate demise together! Marlena worries that she didn’t see how far Tony’s mental state has deteriorated. Hope observes that as bad as Stefano was, he was never this bad. Roman believes this is Tony’s revenge against him. Bo just wants off the island before it blows up. Hope fakes a faint, Patrick knocks the gun out of Bart’s hands, but Tony has a remote control device that locks the door before they can escape. Tony tells them no more hero playing, once the volcano erupts they will all go up with it.

The guys approach the titanium door trying to force it open as John talks to him. Hope and Marlena convince John to let Marlena try to talk to Stefano because he's always been in love with her, maybe he will listen to her. Roman and John don't like the idea but Bo says it might work. Hope tells Marlena that Stefano loves her and respects her as a doctor, and she should tell him that there's something very wrong with Tony. Marlena approaches the desk and tells Stefano that it's Marlena and that she needs to talk to him. When there's no response she reaches for the chair and turns it around and screams! Sitting in the chair is Stefano's very dead body!

10/27 It looks like John and Marlena, Bo and Hope, and all the innocent people on the island will be killed by the rumbling underground volcano now programmed to erupt. Bo reluctantly allows Patrick to help them in what looks like a futile attempt to break down the titanium-sealed doors. Tony is committed to his plan to kill them all. Bo and our heroes finally manage to pry the doors open but Tony vows they won't get away. Tony reveals an emergency detonator and as Tony pulls the switch, the volcano starts to blow, and it looks like all is lost as the island is about to be destroyed in a huge explosion. *Note B&H are not on the next episode and we then see them again in the jungle looking for Billie. I went back to check 10/28 and only Abe was in the rubble of the study, no one else was anywhere to be seen.

10/29 Bo and Hope are wandering in the jungle looking for Billie; who unbeknownst to them has been knocked out by a tree that fell on her. Hope is telling Bo that Tony is out of his mind and that they could all die. Bo tells her not to worry because they'll get off the island. There is a tremor and Billie comes to and calls out to Bo. Bo and Hope find her and try to get the tree off of her before the river of lava reaches her. Billie is bleeding from a gash on her head and Hope tells Bo about the plant that Tony used to stop Jennifer's bleeding. Bo goes off in search of the plant after he succeeds in getting the fallen tree off of Billie. While he's gone the molten lava surrounds Billie and Hope.

11/1 In the Salem Island jungle, Hope tried to protect Billie from the surrounding lava flow. Just when things looked bleak as they were surrounded with no way out, Bo arrived to save the day. When a downed tree didn't help him get across the lava pit to the ladies, he grabbed the nearest vine and swung over to them. All three held on tight to the vine and swung back to safer ground. Midway, the vine snapped. A unified Doug and Caroline resisted leaving without their children despite the volcanic eruption but thankfully, Bo, Hope, and Billie arrived to join the group. Finally ready to leave the island, the group turned to find a gun toting Bart and Tony standing in their path.

11/2 On the island Tony is confronting his prisoners as they try to escape, Bart has a gun aimed at them. Tony says that he can't believe they are leaving so soon. Bo tells Patrick and Billie to get to the rafts and get the others away from here. John tells Tony that all of this is sick, and so is he for doing this as revenge. Tony says revenge is just a part of the whole picture, what he's really planning is something none of them could possibly imagine. Bo tells John that they need to keep Tony distracted to give the others a chance to get away. John asks Tony what he's up to and Tony says he will happily tell them, but not to bother trying to escape because they're not going anywhere. John and Roman ask Tony how he was able to survive the bomb. Tony says that the bomb had been tampered with by a traitor and reprogrammed to kill him. He tells Bart to shoot and kill Patrick. Bart says he can't do it.

Patrick tells Tony that his only regret is that he didn't kill him. Tony asks him if he admits to tampering with the bomb. Patrick says he couldn't stand by and watch him kill everybody. Bo says yet he could program the volcano to blow them all up. Patrick says that he delayed it to give them all time to get off the island. John says that Bart can't shoot them, the numbers are against him. Bart says he can try; Tony is his boss and signs his paychecks. Tony tells him to shut up and starts babbling about his plans. John tells him to stuff it, they're leaving but Marlena wants to hear what Tony is saying, and Roman wants to know what's in the briefcase. Tony says it's power to control the world, but first Patrick has to die.

Marlena tells Tony that she can't believe that he's this heartless. Tony again orders Bart to shoot Patrick, but Bart says he can't. Tony takes the gun and says he'll do it then. John and Bo step forward and say he'll have to kill them all. Tony says it's ridiculous, they're all going to die anyway; he continues by saying that he'll tell them the truth, this whole thing isn't really just about revenge. He says he accomplished what Stefan couldn't and now he was going to rule the world. Bo tells him he's lost his mind. Tony says that they were all idiots for not giving him credit for what he's capable of; he just pulled off the scam of the century and people would feel it for years to come. John still doesn't understand how he can control the world. Tony says that he's going to harness natural energy; tides, weather, volcanoes, etc. He says he has the technology to wreck havoc.

Roman asks him what kind of technology he has. Patrick says that it's computer programs, like the ones used to blow up the volcano. Tony says that, and also several deadly strains of viruses. He goes on to tell John and Marlena that if they'd been loyal to Stefano they could be sharing the glory. He then tells Patrick it's time for him to die. Patrick tells him he can kill him if the others can leave. Tony says that's so noble, but no. Maggie shows up and asks what's going on and the men use that chance to rush Tony. Hope holds the briefcase over the lava and Bo tells Tony that if he moves, his briefcase is getting fried. Marlena asks Maggie why she came back and Maggie says she forgot her wedding band. John and Bo tell Patrick to get everybody else to the rafts; John, Marlena, Bo, Hope, and Roman stay behind. Tony tries to bargain with them, he says if they give him back his case he'll let them go. Bo says that's really generous of him and tells Hope to drop the briefcase into the lava. Tony says No! and says that now she'll have to watch Bo die.

A flare is set off and Tony is distracted by it, the men take the gun from him and Bo tells him that the flare meant the rafts were away from the island. John tells Tony that it's over. Tony says the DiMeras never lose, and it's never over. Tony has his hands behind his head and we see a device in his hand. Tony tells them that he has another trigger for the volcano. John tells him that he'll die too and Hope asks him why he doesn't care about his own life. Tony asks why he should care, all his hard work is gone except for one plan; their destruction. He tells them this is his chance to watch them all go out in a blaze of glory. Marlena tells him it's not too late and he can get help. He says he doesn't want any help and then he tells Marlena that she doesn't even have time to say goodbye to her loved one because she doesn't know if that's John or Roman. He moves to push the button on the device and the show ends. *Note this is another odd spot that we do not see the aftermath. Marlena is screaming for John, and we see the aftermath of the explosion via flashback only - no scenes are missing.

11/3 Roman, Marlena and John are on one raft with an unconscious John and Caroline, Victor, Nicole, and Brady are on the other one. As our castaways push off on rafts and boats, we see coast guard warning that a tidal wave is headed straight for Melaswen. We are shown a split screen of four rafts and the action on each.

11/4 The Coast Guard see the rafts on their radar but the tsunami is heading straight for them. The captain declares they will never survive. Billie, Bo, and Hope are on their own raft that Bo credits Billie with saving their lives by securing. In the darkness, Bo steered his raft as Hope anticipated seeing their sons. But as Billie recalled losing her baby she realized there was nothing in Salem for her. Saying after she says her goodbyes that she would return to the ISA along with the disc from Tony's computer. Bo insisted Billie had family and friends in Salem. Noticing Hope's dismay at Bo's remark, Billie assured her she posed no threat. But when Hope said she wouldn't mind Billie's presence in Salem, Billie said, "You're lying, Hope. To me and to yourself."

Understanding, Billie added, "if things had turned out differently, and Bo and I had stayed together, I wouldn't want you around either." Hope honestly replied, "Since you put it like that, I hope your stay in Salem is short and sweet." The Coast Guard worry about the people on the rafts as the massive wave headed towards them is the size of a building. As the Salemites see the incoming monster wave, they scream to hang onto their rafts.

11/5 The Coast Guard is patrolling the waters, watching the boat and rafts on their radar disappear. They lament that no one could have survived that. One of the men spots some wreckage and some bodies in the water. The captain asks if anyone is alive? On their raft, Bo calls for Hope and Billie but they too have disappeared. Bo dives into the water to search for them.

On the Coast Guard boat, Hope is thrilled to see Maggie but tells her that she doesn’t know where her father is or Jack or Jenn. Next Jennifer and the baby have been rescued. Jenn tells them that they have to get Jack; he went to help the others. Patrick is pulled aboard and says he wants to go after Jack. Brady, Nicole are brought on board, and John is brought in on a stretcher. John asks about Marlena but nobody has seen her yet. He tells them that she saved his life. There is a flashback of Marlena lashing John to the raft, saying she loves him and jumping into the water and disappearing, leaving him on the remaining small piece of surviving raft.

Maggie says that Alice always said to have faith and they'll be reunited. They pull someone else aboard and says he is dead. They pull back the blanket and it's Bo. They have given him CPR but he is not responding. Hope won't give up on him. She reports that he saved her life and went back for Billie. She has a flashback of Bo pulling her from the water and giving her CPR and then diving back in after Billie. Hope begs Bo to come back because she and their sons need him. She gives him a kiss and he comes back to life. A bit later the captain says Doug has been found and will be okay but they are still searching for the others.

A while later he comes back with a lists of the dead and the survivors. He reports that Abe and Tek have been found but the rest are presumed dead. He goes through the missing and presumed dead list: Victor, Caroline, Cassie, Roman, Marlena, Jack and Colin.

11/8 Bo, Hope, John, Abe, Brady, Nicole, Patrick, Jennifer, Tek, Maggie, and Billie were safe aboard a Coast Guard ship. Abe asks Bo for the list of who is still missing. Bo refuses to accept anyone is dead until he sees bodies. Abe announces that Victor was in pretty bad shape and he doesn’t think he could have lasted long out there. The guys want to go searching but the captain forbids to add anyone else to the death toll. The captain told them about a sonar probe he sent out to look for the others. He tells them about a nearby Japanese fishing trawler that wasn't responding to radio signals. The Coast Guard captain told them about a sonar probe he sent out to look for the others as well as a Japanese fishing trawler nearby that wasn't responding to radio signals. John is encouraged that maybe they aren’t responding as they are too busy pulling survivors out of the water.

Meanwhile, a fishing trawler pulls Roman and Marlena aboard in a fishing net.Down the hallway of the trawler, a very much alive and still gun wielding Bart pranced around in a sailor outfit and he realizes the radio is out so the survivors can’t call for help. Bart stumbled upon Roman and Marlena's holding room. They are horrified to see Bart, and down right freaked when he tells them the captain wants to see them and Captain Tony saunters into the room, laughing.

11/10 As Bart holds a gun on Roman and Marlena, they hear the CG ship over the loud speaker as they approach. Marlena is thrilled that they are saved! Bo, Hope, and Abe search the trawler. Roman and Marlena pound on the door trying to draw attention. Bart points his gun and threatens them if they aren’t quiet and he moves them to a more secure location. Marlena leaves behind her inscribed wedding ring which observant Hope finds. She demands to know how they explain this ring? Bo grabs the guy and demands answers. The savvy fisherman tells Hope that it simply must have been dredged up in a fishing net. The CG captain believes the guy, though Bo doesn’t. Abe suggests they face the fact that the others are dead.

11/11 Bo and Hope arrive home and have an emotional reunion with their sons. They inform Belle that John is at the hospital. She races off and Hope turns her attention to Shawn. Shawn confirms that he is engaged to Jan. Bo and Hope are perplexed over the Shawn and Jan relationship and Hope vows to investigate.

11/15 In the Brady household, Hope remained suspicious of Jan. After Shawn asked Hope and Bo to get along with Jan, Hope questioned whether the accident was the real reason for his breakup with Belle. Furious, Shawn lashed out and told her to get used to Belle being out of the picture. After a moment, Shawn apologized, saying he would not take his parents for granted anymore. Noting his mood swings, Hope swore something was wrong with her son, especially since his relationship with Jan made no sense.

At the fireplace, Jan tried to coax Shawn back to his apartment. Horrified by the idea, Shawn called Jan stupid for trying to take him away from his family when they needed him. Desperate, Jan cried and told Shawn his reunion with his parents reminded her that she would never be reunited with hers. Softening up, Shawn agreed to take her home. As Shawn and Jan left, Bo promised that if Belle and Shawn were soul mates like he and Hope, nothing would keep them apart. Billie called with news about the disk, but Hope had a bad feeling about the new information.

11/16 At the hospital with Sami, Kate, Lucas, John, and Belle, Hope arrived with the blood-stained remnants of clothing the Coast Guard had found in the sea near the island. The clothing was identified as belonging to Roman, Marlena, and the other missing Salemites. Sami was in denial and lashed out at everyone. Belle, Kate, and John were devastated, and Sami rushed off in tears. Alone with John, Hope returned Marlena's wedding ring to him and told him how it had been recovered on the Japanese fishing trawler. They believed that Tony was dead, so it couldn't be a DiMera plot. Everyone was forced to accept that all the missing were truly dead.

11/17 Hope broke the news to Jennifer that Jack was indeed dead and offered to go over. Jennifer needed some time alone to tell Abigail. Hope is assured that DiMera is dead and can no longer hurt them. Bo had also lost his father and his mother (AGAIN) but tried to keep a stiff upper lip. Bo told Hope that he and Billie had managed to unlock the disk containing files from DiMera's mainframe. He said that according to Billie, there was enough proof to exonerate Patrick. Bo was still suspicious as this whole disk could be a DiMera plant. Hope confides she has an uneasy feeling about this disk Bo also told her that Billie was leaving town and going to London and she will continue to work on the disk there.

Bo and Hope enjoyed having time alone as Bo is so grateful that she is home. He carries her upstairs and sweeps her into their bedroom. He begins to undress her, tossing clothes aside amidst more kisses. Bo tells her that he doesn’t know what he would do if he ever lost his Fancy Face. The romance continues in the shower and then he carries Hope wrapped in a towel back to their bed and she whips off the towel and they make love.

Later, they talk in bed as Bo hurts for their loved ones who have lost family members, Jennifer, and John and their family. They agree they are most worried about Sami. Hope reminds him that Tony set this all up to get everyone on the island. He reminds her that he sent a sniper to kill Marlena. She points out that he didn’t cause the volcano nor the tidal wave and wasn’t responsible for their deaths.

11/18 After making passionate love, Bo and Hope decided to stay in for the evening. When they learned that Maggie was going to see the changes to “Alice’s” was happening, Hope and Bo decided to go down to Alice's and convince Doug and Julie to watch Zack. When Maggie arrived at Alice's and fainted at the sight of what had been Tuscany. Bonnie gloated, and Mickey tried his best to moderate. Devastated, Maggie couldn't believe her life had come to that, and she turned to Hope for support. Bonnie decided to play a song/dance number, saying whoever a person ended up with was the one they were meant to be with. All of the couples danced and got uncomfortable when Bo and Billie, and Patrick and Hope ended up together.

11/19 Hope and Billie had a heart-to-heart in the ladies’ room. Billie couldn't hide her strong feelings for Bo but was committed to leaving Salem and never seeing Bo again. Cops at the station found a secret encrypted file on the DiMera computer disk. The young detective announces that this is going to be BIG news for Bo & Billie. Bo took Shawn aside and tried to get him to reconcile with Belle. Shawn wouldn't listen and reiterated that he was with Jan.

11/22 While at Alice's, Bo got a call from the Salem PD informing him the DiMera disk was decrypted and on its way over. Once off the phone, Bo and Hope learned from Billie that she was leaving town. Celeste bumped into Billie and warned her she would regret it if she left because the person she loved more than anyone in her life was in Salem. Billie agreed but said he belonged with Hope. Smiling, Billie placed Bo's hand on Hope's and went to say goodbye to her family. After she left, Bo received the decryption and was shocked to learn what was in the file.

11/23 Bo and Hope are reeling from the mysterious and shocking news about Billie that was in a hidden file on the DiMera computer disc. Bo and Hope are desperate to stop Billie from leaving Salem to give her the potentially devastating news. They split up to look for her. Hope goes to Jennifer's where Patrick joins the search and hooks up with Bo. He learns the secret they are trying to tell Billie before she leaves. After a series of near misses, Bo and Patrick arrive at the airport just after Billie's plane has left. Bo is devastated. Billie remembers recent times with Bo but renews her conviction to leave Salem. Hope fills Jennifer in on the mysterious information she and Bo discovered. Jennifer is reeling and realizes that Billie, Bo, and Hope's lives will never be the same.

11/24 Billie has missed her flight to London in order to visit Georgia's gravesite. Kate shows up and thinks Billie stayed in town for Bo as well. Billie admits that she still loves Bo but tells her mother that a future with him is simply out of the question. Hope notices the tension between Jennifer and Abby. Hope admits to Jennifer that she is worried about the prospect of Bo and Billie's child, Georgia, being alive. Hope knows she must put her petty differences aside but if Georgia is alive she must help her husband and Billie find their child. Bo is on fire to find Billie. Patrick finds her first and brings her to Jennifer's house where Bo tells her that Georgia might very well still be alive. A joyous Billie runs into Bo’s arms and gives him a big hug that goes on and on as Hope watches.

11/26 Bo and Billie continue to look for evidence that Georgia is alive. Hope tries to be strong and Jennifer offers support. It appears Bo and Billie have something to be thankful for after all, their daughter, Georgia, is alive after all. Patrick calls in a few favors to try to track her down. Billie meets Abby's friend Chelsea.

11/29 Hope visited her son Shawn in the drunk tank at the county jail. The disappointed mother asked Shawn what was wrong but Shawn could not remember the previous night's events. When Hope tried to tell him he was ruining his life, Shawn responded that he wasn't going to law school because he had dropped out of college. Understandably upset, Hope tried to call Bo but he was too busy with Billie to talk. Hope tried to talk sense to her son but he didn't want to hear about Belle when Hope and Bo's relationship was such a poor example for him. Ignoring Shawn's digs, Hope informed Shawn about the possibility that Georgia was alive causing Shawn to speak ill of his half-sister. Having had enough of Shawn's anger, Hope demanded he call Bo.

At the Salem PD, Bo and Billie worked to crack the code on the DiMera disk as they wondered what their teenage daughter would be like. Billie vacillated between joy over being a mother and despair over her daughter learning about her past and that she and Bo were not married. Bo tried to keep her calm. When Bo finally figured out how to crack the code, Shawn called but sensing a break in the case, Bo told the police officer to tell Shawn he would call him back. Finally, Bo discovered a clue involving latitudes and longitudes.

11/30 Bo and Billie continue searching for their missing daughter. They discover the building where their daughter had been held burned to the ground, but no young girl Georgia's age was killed. Hope is frustrated that she can't get through to Bo while their son, Shawn, is about to be arraigned for DUI and resisting arrest. Jennifer arrives to support Hope. Shawn is released on bail and takes off. Hope and Jennifer go back to Hope's house and once again, Hope tries to call Bo to give him the news. And once again, Bo is too busy with Billie. When he hangs up the call does not disconnect and Hope overhears Billie telling Bo how much his support means to her. Hope is cut to the quick and Jennifer knows from painful experience how difficult it is to raise a teenage child without a father. She warns Hope that Billie will want Bo to be a big presence in Georgia's life. Bo comes home and Jennifer leaves. Hope gives Bo the news about Shawn and Bo is stunned; why didn't Hope tell him? A fight ensues and Hope accuses Bo of being there for Billie and his missing daughter, and turning his back on Hope and their sons!

12/2 Bo returns home to Hope who is not happy that he is putting so much time into searching for Georgia. Hope understands his worry about his daughter but she is worried about their son. Bo is caught between a rock and a hard place. Hope apologizes for her insecurities.

12/3 Bo and Hope try to make amends and share a romantic evening at home. Bo gets a call from Billie with news that she has located Georgia.

12/6 At Jennifer's house, Jennifer agreed to babysit Zack so that Hope could have a romantic evening with Bo. The cousins talked about Billie getting between Bo and Hope, but Hope vowed that Billie would lose. "He is coming home to me tonight," Hope said. Hope ran home to prepare for her special evening with Bo.

At the Salem Police Station, Billie planned to leave that night for Europe to find Georgia. Bo tried to talk some sense into her to wait and plan her attack, but Billie refused to wait any longer. When Bo realized he couldn't beat her, he decided to join her. Unhappy about the turn of events, Bo pleaded for some time to go home and explain his leaving to his wife.

At the Brady home, a timid Bo arrived at home and found his home decked out for a romantic evening, including his amorous wife. As Hope began to nuzzle her husband, Bo pulled away. Bo explained they had a lead in Europe on Georgia and that he had to leave that night. Angry, Hope demanded to know if he would talk to their own son before Bo left, but Bo said it would have to wait. As Bo attempted to kiss Hope goodbye, she pulled away from his touch repeatedly.

12/7 Hope reacted when Bo told her he was leaving that night with Billie. Hope wouldn't let him go, and Bo argued that he had no choice. Hope reminded Bo that she and his sons needed him, too. Bo promised he'd be back and said he would always be there for Hope and their kids. They kissed goodbye, and Bo left to meet Billie on the Basic Black jet. After they took off, Bo called Hope to say goodnight, but the call was cut off before Bo heard Hope warn him not to let Billie take advantage. Hope fantasized about Billie getting between her and Bo. On the plane, Billie fell asleep on Bo's shoulder. Hope visited Jennifer, and they consoled each other over ice cream.

12/8 Hope was home alone and still upset that Bo had taken off with Billie. On the plane, Bo and Billie were asleep, Billie's head resting on Bo's shoulder. Billie dreamed of earlier, happy times with Bo.

Dvd #60B Bo, subconsciously reminded by the scent of Billie's perfume, also dreamed and remembered romantic times. Stirred by the memories, Billie kissed Bo in her sleep. He woke and called her on it. Billie said it had been because she'd been dreaming about when they had been together. Bo looked into her eyes and told her he had been having the same dream. The storm knocked out her furnace and the power. Her worry and agitation grew that Bo wasn't there. There was a frantic knocking at the door, and Hope was surprised when she opened it.

12/9 Doug and Julie arrived at Hope's, and she filled them in about Bo, Billie, and the fact that Georgia was alive. Julie was aghast with worry about what it would do to Hope and Bo. Hope tried to convince Doug, Julie, and herself that everything would be fine. Julie said if Hope believed that, she was a fool. On the plane, Bo worried about why Billie had kissed him in her sleep. Billie said she wasn't going after him and blamed Kate for suggesting she use Georgia to get Bo back. Billie swore she wasn't doing that, and Bo believed her. He went to get some coffee, and Billie revealed she'd had her fingers crossed when she'd told Bo she didn't want him.

12/13 Hope tried to reach Bo by satellite phone but he had already turned it off before storming the European castle. Brandon stopped by for a visit and Hope bent his ear about her Billie troubles. When asked whether you ever get over a love that ends unexpectedly, Brandon admitted he still loved Sami but won't pursue it. Hope prayed Billie will be as good as Brandon. Outside the castle walls, Bo and Billie were almost captured but got the drop on two guards, stealing their uniforms. With some quick handiwork on the keypad to the guard gate, Billie and Bo ran into the compound, setting off the alarms as they went.

12/14 Shawn and Belle are rushed to the ER in critical condition after being caught in the burning barn. Shawn and Belle pull through to the relief of worried friends and family. At the castle, Bo and Billie find a storage closet filled with their missing daughter's baby clothes, toys, a baby book, and a photograph. Billie has an emotional reaction and Bo consoles her. They find a clue to Georgia's room and after a close call with a guard, Bo and Billie open the door to the room.

12/15 At the DiMera Castle, Bo and Billie find a room with a nameplate reading "Georgia Reed Brady." As they enter the room Billie calls out to Georgia, and a voice answers "Mama..." but Bo finds that is it only a doll. As they search the room they realize it's furnishings are for a much younger girl, and that Georgia hasn't lived there in a long time. Heartbroken, Billie realizes that though Georgia grew up in the lap of luxury, she was missing the most important thing in her life: her parents and family. Billie fears that Georgia grew up un-loved and lonely. Bo finds a filing cabinet and thinks it might be the key to finding out more answers as to Georgia's whereabouts. Bo warns Billie not to try to open it, as it is probably booby-trapped to destroy its contents. Billie ignores his warning and tries to open the cabinet causing it to explode. As the smoke clears Bo comes to and finds Billie lying unconscious on the floor.

Later, Lexie tells Brandon that she wants him to stay in town. But he explains to her that he has no intention of coming between Sami and Lucas, especially because they share a child. He recounts his conversation with Hope, and tells Lexie how he thinks Bo and Billie will become closer as they bond with their daughter, putting a lot of strain on his marriage to Hope. Unknown to them both, Hope is standing outside the door and has heard every word they said. Shawn angrily tells Hope that he and Belle are finished. He then explains how he and Belle were headed to Kent Island, the details of their accident, and the events that followed. Shawn is tormented, but Hope convinces him that no matter what, he needs to fight for his love for Belle, and that he cannot let her marry Philip.

12/16 In the aftermath of the explosion, Bo has a hard time reviving Billie. Bart and some guards approach with guns drawn. As they try to break down the jammed door, Billie finally comes to, sees the blown apart file cabinet, and frantically tries to retrieve scraps of evidence on the history and whereabouts of their missing daughter. Bo and Billie narrowly escape being caught. They flee via a treacherous snow-covered ledge high above the castle gorge. Billie wants to check out another room they passed to see if Georgia is in there. They knock out a guard, steal his keys and are about to open the door.

Roman and Marlena are chained and shackled. They hear the explosion and wonder if someone is trying to break out of Tony DiMera's prison or maybe a rescue party has arrived. They try to make noise to tip off the rescuers but Bart bursts in and warns them to cut the racket. While they question Bart, Marlena sees a startling reflection in Bart's ski goggles: Bo and Billie creeping by on the ledge outside the window.

Back in Salem, Hope worries about Bo's safety. She goes to Celeste for a reading. Celeste sees Bo and Billie and that they are in danger. She then sees a couple in each other's arms. Hope is dismayed but we see the kissing couple is Roman and Marlena and Bo and Billie are about to walk in on them.

12/17 In the DiMera castle, Bo and Billie are outside the room where Roman and Marlena are being kept prisoner. Before they can enter, Bo and Billie are forced to leave by approaching guards. They hide in an empty room and Billie rests, dreaming of happy memories of her and Bo. Bo and Billie are determined to find their daughter, even if they have to search every room in the castle. Hope is upset about Celeste's premonition that she saw two people kissing. Hope believes it was Bo and Billie. Hope leaves and goes to the pier where she remembers happy times with Bo. She wishes on their star but a cloud obscures her view and Hope is chilled by what appears to be a bad omen.

12/20 In the DiMera European castle, Victor and Caroline were shackled in a room. When Victor tipped over Caroline's bottle of perfume, a passing Bo smelled it from the hallway. Bo attempted to enter the room but was electrocuted by the door knob. Frantic, Billie tried to hide both Bo and her but they were soon discovered, knocked unconscious, and thrown in a pit. 12/21 Bo overcomes the poisonous snakes but falls on to a sharp spike. Billie finds a secret door out and is unaware that Bo has a serious wound. Hope and Doug try to bail Julie out but Bonnie shows up and the accusations fly. Bonnie claims ignorance of the origins of the Christmas trees. Fortunately, the man who sold her the trees is caught and doesn't give her up.

12/22 Bo and Billie continue to make their way through the DiMera castle determined to find Georgia. Unknown to them, Jack is nearby and is sure that someone is trying to break into the castle. He plans to slip a note under the door, but Cassie worries that a guard will find it. Jack assures her that if that doesn't work, they will come up with another plan. A guard bursts in and drags Cassie out of the room, but loses her when she bites him. Cassie manages run away as the guard chases her, calling for other guards.

Down the hall, Bo and Billie over hear the guards talking about "the girl" biting one of them, and Billie is convinced they are speaking of Georgia. After the guards are gone Bo is forced to show Billie his stab wound when the pain becomes too much to bear. Once in a private room Billie examines the wound and finds that a piece of metal is lodged in Bo's side. Though it will be extremely painful, Billie must remove the metal herself. After she's removed the metal, and sewed up the wound, they continue their search for Georgia. They hear guards searching the hallways and Bo pulls Billie in for a kiss. After the guards leave Billie drops the papers she found, and discovers Georgia's adoption papers proving that Georgia hasn't been in the castle for years. Bo reassures her that they will still find her, as they leave, never realizing that they were standing right outside Jack's door.

12/23 Bo is on fire to get home to Hope and his family for Christmas and his wedding anniversary. The Basic Black jet is grounded due to mechanical problems and since it is Christmas Eve, all flights are booked. Billie offers to stay behind but there is not even one seat to be had. Bo calls Hope with the bad news but before she can tell Bo how much she needs him they lines goes dead. Santa surprises Hope, it is Grandpa Shawn. He tries to lift her spirits but we see Hope is very concerned about Bo being with Billie. Hope cries on Jennifer's shoulder about missing Bo. Jennifer has literally lost Jack; he is never coming home. Abby and Jennifer call a truce.

Billie calls Kate to see if another corporate jet can be arranged. Kate thinks Billie is crazy: take advantage of time alone with Bo! Meanwhile, Bo keeps trying to get a flight, but can't. An old man with a white beard sits next to Bo and introduces himself as Wenceslas. The man can't get a flight either and a lot of children could be disappointed. The old man assures Bo he can get them anywhere they want to go and presents Bo with a Christmas compass. When Billie returns, Bo wakes up and realizes he was dreaming. Bo is determined to get home to Hope and his family for Christmas.

12/24 It is Christmas Eve and Bo and Hope's wedding anniversary. Bo surprises Hope and Zack and shows up as Santa Claus! Hope was afraid Bo wouldn't make it home. Bo explains he and Billie hitched a ride on a military flight. Bo is Hope's hero! Bo fills Hope in on the search for his and Billie's missing daughter and that they know Georgia was adopted. Bo covers his injury.

They go to the Horton Christmas party, where Mimi, Rex, Patrick, Jennifer, Alice, Doug, Maggie, Bonnie, Mickey, Julie and even Billie attend... Shawn is there with Jan. A fight erupts between Bo and Shawn. Everyone goes to midnight mass. Billie is there and is stung when she sees Bo and Hope as a family. Billie has a fantasy in which she sees herself with Bo, reunited at Christmas with their daughter. Billie receives a text message from Georgia!

At the Horton holiday party, and later at the reading of the Christmas story at the children's wing of the hospital, one new member of the Horton family makes a big impression: Bonnie as Mrs. Mickey Horton! She hangs a tacky oversized sequined ornament with her name on it, to fit in to the family. It is so heavy that the tree almost tips over. Julie tries to get Maggie to assert herself and fight for Mickey! An emotional Jennifer reads the Christmas story to the children at the hospital and strong Patrick is there for her.

12/27 In the Brady bedroom, Hope happily tickled her husband on Christmas morning and was dismayed to discover his Billie stitched wound. Hope told Bo she didn't want him running off to find Georgia again but Bo insisted he had to find his daughter. Unfortunately, Bo's wound was infected and he began to run a fever. Stopping by to bring presents to Zack, a hungover Shawn got into another fight with Bo. When Bo tried to ask about why Shawn's life had spiraled out of control and whether Jan had his best interests in mind, Shawn ran out screaming about Bo's hypocritical jaunt through Europe with his ex lover. Meanwhile downstairs, Hope tried with no success to get Jan to take back the bike from Shawn. When Billie became confident the message on her PDA from Georgie was real, she arrived to tell Bo. Hope stared after a feverish Bo as he anxiously agreed to help Billie track down Georgia from the message.

12/28 Billie wants to go find Georgia. Bo tells her that despite the PDA message allegedly from Georgia, they have no concrete proof. Hope tells Billie that Bo is not going with her. Billie agrees and assures Hope she wasn't asking. After Billie leaves, it is apparent she's going to go off on her own while Bo thinks otherwise.

12/29 Bo is in bed with a low-grade fever and infection. Hope is upset that he nearly died looking for his daughter Georgia with Billie at the DiMera castle! Jennifer knows they won't give up until they find her. Hope refuses to let Bo run off with Billie again, stating that their sons need him here. Hope also speculates that it's possible this whole thing has been a setup by the DiMeras, including the PDA message. Hope is adamant, there's no way she'll let Bo go running off again with Billie! Bo has a fitful sleep, remembering all the danger he and Billie encountered and overcame together at the castle. Patrick and Billie go to Bo and Hope's to tell them about the new lead. Jennifer worries when Patrick says he's going with Billie. Hope is relieved and says she thinks it is a wonderful idea. Suddenly, Bo appears and says there's no way Patrick is going anywhere with Billie!

12/30 At Bo and Hope's house, the argument continues as Bo forbids Billie to take off to look for Georgia with Patrick Lockhart. Bo doesn't trust him despite Hope, Jennifer and Billie all defending him. Hope accuses Billie of coming here to get Bo to go with her. Billie denies. Hope can't believe Billie's taking off again on another wild goose chase. The argument escalates until Billie gets a one-way call and announces that the Basic Black jet can't take off tonight. Jennifer and Patrick leave for Philip and Belle's wedding. Hope tells Billie she really does want her and Bo to find their daughter but all she asks is that they get more evidence and not run off blindly. Bo agrees, tells Billie they'll involve the ISA, and when they have hard facts, they will go together. Hope agrees, as long as they have hard facts and a specific plan of action. Billie seems to accept their argument but as she leaves she calls to fuel the plane.

12/31 Desperate Jan gives Shawn a drugged drink. The drink knocks Shawn out and he dreams about Belle. When he wakes up, Shawn is convinced Belle should not marry Philip and he decides to go to church to stop the wedding; he warns Jan not to follow him. Groggy Shawn gets on his motorcycle. Hope tends to a sick Bo and is relieved he didn't take off again with Billie. Bo intends to get better and find a solid lead on missing Georgia's whereabouts. He is glad they convinced Billie not to rush off again. Bo convinces Hope to go to Philip's wedding alone. After she leaves Bo calls Billie's cell phone and hears suspicious noise in the background; Bo races out of the house.

1/3 On the jet, Bo stopped Billie from taking off. An outraged Billie told Bo she wasn't his wife and he couldn't order her around. As Billie went to talk to the pilot, Bo found a tape recorder and listened to Billie's message to Georgia. Billie left the message in case of her death and told Georgia that she left behind Bo who was a wonderful father and that Georgia was conceived in love. Touched, Bo told Billie he would go with her and that someday Hope would understand.

In the church, a nervous Belle prepared to walk down the aisle with her father as the various guests questioned whether Belle loved Philip. Celeste was particularly disturbed by bloody wedding visions but Abe told her to think happy thoughts so she kept quiet. John attempted to walk Belle down the aisle but when bumped by the photographer, collapsed. Belle and Philip began their vows. Belle was shaken for a moment when she imagined Shawn in Philip's place but pressed on anyway. Outside, a frustrated Shawn arrived at the church on time but the police officer would not let him inside. After finding every door locked, Shawn hopped on his bike and went to Plan B. Inside the church, Philip said I do and the priest moved on to Belle. Just as Belle began to say her part, Shawn's bike came crashing through the stain glass window, causing it to shatter apart and shower across the wedding crowd.

1/4 Shawn sails through the church. Unfortunately he nearly kills Belle in the process and as confusion and chaos erupt, John and Lexie try to save Belle's life. Philip is hit in the head with a chandelier while Shawn is bruised and wounded. John fights his pain while trying to help Belle; Hope worries about Bo's reaction to Shawn's latest stunt. To make matters worse, Shawn's motorcycle is leaking gas and explodes. Hope thinks everyone has perished in the explosion but Jennifer tells her everyone got out. Shawn and Philip and Belle are taken to the ICU where Lexie runs a tox screen and blood alcohol level on Shawn.

Hope tries Bo's cell but gets a message saying reception is outside the service area. Bo tells Billie he's had a change of heart. Billie protests but Bo says he'll make Hope understand. Billie realizes Bo doesn't think she can handle it and Bo admits this is true. Billie disagrees and wants to know why Bo's so worried about her; she is so angry she wants to stop and let him out of the plane.

1/5 Lexie reveals that Shawn's blood tests and tox screens were positive for alcohol and drugs. Hope goes home and finds Bo is gone. Julie and Maggie arrive with Zack and they speculate that Bo felt better and went to the wedding. Maggie goes to check for Bo at the church. Julie again warns Hope in the strongest possible terms not to let Bo go off again with Billie.

On the plane Billie is sad, still yearning for Bo. He shares that he and Billie will always be connected because of Georgia and he realizes that could be painful. She tells him that finding out Georgia is alive is the best thing that has ever happened to her. She will be her light and her joy, her salvation. She doesn’t need a man, it will be her daughter that will fill her empty spot. **The End**
