Bo & Hope #64 January 16 - April 4th, 2006: 8 hour original edit

DVD #64A Chelsea whines to Billie that Bo won’t help her and she doesn’t want to go to prison. She begs Billie to help her. Billie tells her she will talk to her father and they will figure this out. She promises Chelsea that it will be alright.

Bo regrets not spending more time with his “Tiny Man”, as he lost the first year of his life not knowing he was his son and then he spent most of the past year looking for Chelsea. He worries that if he hadn’t found her that his son would still be alive. He does say that having a daughter is a blessing, he knew it was going to be rough but things were getting better between because of Zach! He loved having a big sister and because of his love and his innocence, he brought their family together.

Bo talks about Hope finding out Chelsea was driving, and Billie realises she doesn’t yet know. Hope was against her driving and Billie asks why she was driving his car? He admits he signed for a temporary license and loaned her his car. He states when Hope finds out, their relationship will never be the same as she will never forgive him. He declares his life will never be the same as he will have to live with the knowledge that because of him, his son is dead. He will know when he looks into Hope’s eyes that she will feel the same every time she looks at him.

Billie points out the cops and shakily asks if they are there for… he says yes the two rookies are heading up the investigation. They know his SUV was responsible and they want to know who was driving it. Billie tells him that he can’t incriminate their daughter. Bo refuses to dishonor his son by lying to the police about who was driving. Billie asks him what is he going to do when his daughter is in jail? He warns her that if he gets busted covering up a hit and run, that it would destroy his family. After Bo walks away, Chelsea approaches and shakily asks her mother what is going on? She tells the girl that Bo won’t lie for her. Billie then brings Chelsea to the police officers and claims to know who hit Zack.

1/17 Bo is with Hope, who's still groggy from a sedative. Bo sits by Hope’s bedside and talks to Hope as she sleeps. He asks himself, how does he tell her that his daughter is the one who hit their son and he is the one who gave her the car. She wakes up and says that isn’t true. He thinks she heard what he said but turns out she is hoping that it was all a bad dream that her son is dead. He caresses her and tries to comfort her. A shocked but silent and grateful Chelsea looks on as Billie confesses to the cops that she was the one who hit and killed Zack. She says she didn’t know what she hit and she is now ready to accept full responsibility for what she has done.

Grief giving way to anger and Hope demands to know who killed their son? She presses Bo about the cops believing his car was involved. Bo avoids answering as she is sure the cops are mistaken. He starts trying to justify how hitting Zack was an unavoidable accident and the driver probably didn’t know what they hit. Hope cries and says what they hit was her child. She yells at him why is he making excuses for the monster who killed their son? Hope sobs and doesn’t understand how the driver wouldn’t know they had hit a child and not go back to check. She screams she wants answers as Bo tries to calm her. She wants answers! The cops come in and tell Bo and Hope the driver of the car confessed. He tells them that “She” made a full confession. Hope jumps out of bed and goes out to see who it is demanding. They point out Billie to her as Hope sobs in grief as Bo looks on in disbelief.

1/18 Bo promises to get her the answers. Lexie and Bo want her to rest and take the sobbing mother back inside. Before she is taken in, Bo asks to speak to Billie. He asks her what the hell she is doing? Billie laments that Chelsea grew up without her mother. Billie determines that from now on, she is the one who killed Zach. Hope cries to Lexie why won’t they tell her what happened? She tells Lexie that Billie knows who killed her son. Lexie grieves with her as she loved Zach as well from raising him the first year of his life as her son.

Billie warns Bo that Chelsea could get 20 years and he will have lost two children. Bo admits that Hope was tough on Chelsea, and if he and Billie had been a little tougher. He continues that they are going to tell the truth. Billie wants to protect her and give her another chance at life. Bo warns her that her story won’t hold up. He starts poking holes in her story. He tells Billie that Chelsea was driving and she will have to face the court. Bo blames himself that he allowed Chelsea behind the wheel of a car before she completed her driving lessons and this is all his fault and his son paid the price.

He knows Hope will never forgive him. Billie points out that they will go easier on Billie than they would on Chelsea and begs him to allow her to do this for all of their sakes. Hope gathers her strength and pushes onward. She will find her son's killer. Billie is telling Bo that if he goes along with her, that he will be able to save her marriage. Bo says that not paying for killing his son, what is that going to teach her? Hope returns just as Billie's ordering Bo to say she killed Zack.

1/19 Hope sobs and screams at Billie as she realises she is the person who killed Zach. Hope lays into Billie as she sobs and screams and collapses in Bo’s arms. As Billie blathers on with her story, Hope cries in disbelief. Bo keeps saying that this is wrong. Max has brought Abby to the hospital to try to talk sense into Chelsea. Abby tells her that she can’t let her mother take the blame for what she did. Hope realises that Bo is trying to protect someone. She whirls around and says it is Chelsea as everyone looks on stunned. She continues that after everything Chelsea has lost, that Bo is protecting her from her mother’s actions. Hope accuses Bo of choosing Billie over Zach, that he is still putting her first. Hope demands the officers arrest Billie. Bo asks for yet another minute with her.

Bo tells Billie that the truth will come out and the longer it takes, the worse it will be for Hope. Billie is determined to cover for Chelsea and warns him if Hope finds out the truth that his marriage will be over. Bo tells her again this is wrong. Billie is led away in handcuffs. Bo realizes he needs to be there for Hope, although that means keeping the truth from her. He goes to Hope and takes her in his arms and tells her how sorry he is. Hope tells him that she is sorry, she knows how much Chelsea has been through this year. She knows he was just trying to protect Chelsea but promises that Billie will pay and justice will be done.

1/20 Hope questions how Billie could hate their family so much? How could she not go back after hitting their son? Roman comes in to comfort Bo and Hope. Hope sobs with grief at the idea of going home to all of Zach’s things, his toys and his blanket. She goes into Roman’s arms as he tells her how sorry he is. Hope asks him to be sure that Billie gets the punishment she deserves for murdering his son. Roman says that it was an accident, not murder, as Billie didn’t know she had hit the child.

Shawn is with Hope, commiserating over Zack's horrible death but also knowing that he didn't die in vain. His transplanted liver saved Philip and Belle's daughter Claire's life. Hope cries as she thinks about Zach’s birthday, and Christmas and then it will be New Year’s again and she will never get to see her baby grow up. Shawn tries to comfort his mother with thoughts of how happy Zach was in their family. She declares she will never be happy again, she just wants Zach back! Shawn tells her that they will get through this, because they love each other and with love they can get through everything.

Bo tells Roman that he has to talk to him as a brother, not as a cop. He tells him that Billie wasn’t driving the car, it was Chelsea! Bo points out that with Chelsea’s driving record that she could be put away for a very long time, while Billie has a clean driving record. Roman tells him that he has to tell Hope the truth, that Bo knows damn well that this isn’t right. Bo is scared to see how Hope is going to get through this. Roman warns him when the truth comes out, he should be worried about what this will do to his marriage.

1/23 Bo and Hope arrived home. Hope went into Zack's room and was overcome with grief as she walks around his room, picking up his clothes and holding them tenderly to her chest in an embrace. Bo looked on helpless from the doorway. Bo tried to comfort Hope and pull her out of the room, but she tells him that she just can't let go of her little boy. She asks how does he know they can get through this? He responds because Zach would want them to. She wants Billie to pay for what she has done. She angrier when Bo used the term accident regarding Zack's death, and tells him it was no accident, Billie murdered her son and destroyed their lives.

1/24 Bo tries in vain to comfort a grieving Hope, to not let the emptiness of Zach’s loss give way to anger and bitterness. He tells her they will get their strength from each other, and Zach wouldn’t want his death to tear them apart. Everywhere Hope looks she sees bittersweet reminders of Zack. She cradles one of his stuffed animals like a baby as she has flashbacks of him. She holds his father t-shirt and again asks how Billie could do this to them. She hopes she rots in prison. Bo tells her that he loves her and somehow they will get through this together. Julie, Maggie and Alice come over and the Horton women rally around Hope. Alice has brought her chicken soup. Seeing his wife is in good hands, Bo goes to visit Billie, although Hope grates at the idea he's going to protect the woman who murdered their son. At the jail, Kate tells Bo that she knows Billie didn’t do this. Kate asks him to talk to her and get her to tell the truth and not let her go through with this.

1/25 Hope hugs Zack's bear as Jennifer arrives to comfort her cousin. Hope cries what does she do with all Zach’s toys? Jennifer says she needn't rush letting go of his things. Hope cries that she misses him so much and how will she let go of her boy? Jennifer is shocked when Hope informs Jenn that Billie was the driver, she confessed! As they talk about the accident, Hope laments if Billie had stopped and called 911 that maybe Zach would still be alive. Jennifer doesn't believe Billie would have left the scene if she had known. Hope's hurt that Bo's civil to Billie. Restless, she goes to the station. Bo and Billie rehash their argument over her confession, that Hope deserves to know the truth. She warns he will kill his daughter and ruin his marriage. He should lie to preserve Hope's sanity for both her and Shawn. Bo cries that he may lose the woman he has loved all his life. Billie heaps on the guilt by reminding him she grieved for Georgia alone. Hope arrives in time to see Bo hug Billie.

1/26 At the police station jail cell, Hope is furious when she finds Bo embracing Billie. Before Bo can tell Hope the truth about Billie's innocence, Billie covers. Bo wasn't holding her, he is as furious as Hope is. Billie was hugging him, asking him to please try to understand what happened. Hope rails at Billie about killing their son and deserves to pay for what she did. Bo is again tempted to tell the truth, but Billie sending a veiled message, tells him nothing is more painful than for a mother to lose her child. Hope leaves and runs into Chelsea. Chelsea, emotional and scared, tells Hope she's so sorry about what happened to Zack. Hope says Chelsea isn't responsible for what her mother (Billie) did. She embraces Chelsea as pained Bo looks on, ready to spill the truth.

1/27 Chelsea breaks down, stopping Bo from telling Hope the truth. Hope misunderstands and thinks Chelsea is upset and worried about Billie. She tells Bo his daughter needs him now. Bo takes Chelsea into Roman's office and is adamant that this has to stop, he has to tell Hope the truth. Chelsea argues that if he does, she'll go to jail and he'll lose a daughter as well as a son. Bo is aware, but also knows that if he doesn't, it could cost him his marriage. Chelsea replies that if he reveals the truth to Hope, he'll lose her just as fast. Hope runs into Patrick, who offers condolences over Zack. Hope continues to be furious with Billie and wants her to get the punishment she deserves. Patrick doesn't defend Billie to Hope, but is more convinced than ever that Billie is innocent and believes he may have found a way to prove it.

1/31 Bo and Hope prepare for the arraignment. Bo sees Chelsea talking to Caroline and it looks like she might confess. Caroline sees Hope breaking down and excuses herself from Chelsea. Caroline asks Bo what's going on? Bo confides in his mom about what Chelsea has done. Caroline tells Bo that he has to tell the truth. Patrick confronts Chelsea outside the courtroom and tells her that he knows she was driving the SUV (he tracked down surveillance video at a convenience store). Patrick warns her that the truth will come out and and she needs to tell the truth and do it right now.

2/1 Patrick warns Chelsea he has proof he'll take to the police unless she confesses. Billie orders him to leave her daughter alone. She thinks Chelsea's guilt is punishment enough. Caroline insists Bo tell Hope; he can't let Billie take the fall. Hope hears her mention "the truth," but Bo resists his wife's demands for it. She cries over Zack's favorite pajamas, which are in an evidence bag. Bo uses that as an excuse to remain silent. Hope faints in his arms! When she wakes, she says she needs Bo in order to endure. He tells her they will always be together.

Privately, Caroline orders him to be the man she raised. He says he was trying to and look at how she fainted. Caroline tells him to suck it up and just do it! Bo wheedles that he is keeping Hope sane. He observes that if he tells Hope that she will never have anything to do with him again. Caroline warns him that if Hope finds out from someone else, that she will never forgive him. He asks how does he tell her now when she is the most vulnerable or does he wait until she is stronger and it hurts her more. Whatever he does, he is going to hurt her more than she is already hurting. Billie is yelling at Patrick to lay off of Chelsea. Bo and Hope walk out into the hallway and Hope demands to know what is going on? When Hope tries to steer her away, she demands to know what is going on? She looks at Bo and demands to know what he isn’t telling her. Chelsea turns and runs out before the truth comes out.

2/2 Hope confronts Billie, Chelsea and Patrick as wary Bo looks on. Hope demands to know the truth. Patrick can't lie for Billie and before Bo can tell Hope himself, Patrick blurts out that Billie has been lying all along. Billie swears that Patrick is lying and tries to plead that she is responsibility. She demands that Patrick tell them he is lying. Bo stops her and tells her that it is over. Billie tries to say that Patrick is lying to try to protect her. Patrick tells Hope that he has proof and Hope demands to see it. Patrick shows her the photo of her driving Bo’s SUV, with a stamped time code. Patrick states that Chelsea was the one responsible for the accident. Hope realises that Billie confessed to protect her daughter and asks how could Billie do this? Billie couldn’t stand the thought of her daughter going to prison. Hope cries that Chelsea killed her son and she deserves to pay for it. If it wasn’t for Patrick, they would never have known the truth about their son’s death.

Hope lashes out at Billie as Billie tries to convince Hope that Patrick is lying. Patrick has proof that it was Chelsea; he shows them the convenience store surveillance photo with Chelsea driving Bo's car. Hope is rocked and Billie is beside herself. Bo drags Patrick off for a private moment and demands to know how could he do this?! Patrick puts it together that Bo knew all along that Chelsea was guilty. Bo admits he signed the form to let Chelsea drive and gave Chelsea his car and feels responsible for the accident. Patrick is reeling that Hope has no idea that Bo was involved in the cover-up. Bo knows Hope will be further destroyed when she learns his involvement. When Chelsea comes back inside, a livid Hope confronts her with one word: murderer!!!

Hope cries about Chelsea driving and as Chelsea is still lying, Hope grabs the photo and shows it to her. Billie tells her it is time for the lies to stop. Chelsea sobbing says she is sorry. Hope can’t believe that she hit Zach and didn’t even stop.

Chelsea tells her that she didn’t know she had hit him, she just felt a little bump. Hope cries that if she had stopped to check, she could have called 911 and saved Zach’s life! Billie defends that blaming Chelsea isn’t going to bring Zach back. Billie declares it was an innocent horrible accident. Hope accuses if it was so innocent then why was she lying for her? She is teaching her lying daughter that she could get away with anything. Hope turns around and tells Bo that they knew the truth and they lied to us. Bo holds her as she sobs, how could anybody be so cruel. Chelsea continues to try to explain that she didn’t know and she loved Zach and was just getting to know him. Chelsea tries to blame the woman that was supposed to be watching him. Chelsea claims this was an accident. Hope accuses her of stealing the car as Chelsea claims she had a license and was driving legally and with permission. Hope rails that no one would have thought she should be driving and accuses her of still lying. Finally, desperate to defend herself, Chelsea reveals that Bo gave her permission to drive his car. She whirls around as her face dissolves into grief and pain.

2/6 Billie, Patrick, and Chelsea watched as Bo and Hope's relationship began to crumble. At first, Hope was in denial and refused to believe that Bo would give Chelsea his car. She continued to believe that Chelsea was lying. Finally, Bo admitted the truth; he had signed for Chelsea to get a temporary license, and he had allowed her to drive his car. Hope was furious with Bo for lying to her and found comfort with Jennifer. Jennifer couldn't believe the lengths Bo had gone to in protecting Chelsea. She tried to get Hope to give Bo the benefit of the doubt, but it fell on deaf ears. Patrick showed up, and Hope stunned them both. She never wanted to see Bo or Chelsea again.

2/8 A.D.A. Brent Weitz told Chelsea that not speeding wasn't enough. He suggested she get an attorney, because a witness had seen her reaching for her phone at the time of the accident. Weitz asked Bo to arrest Chelsea. The D.A. didn't like that she had no remorse. Bo claimed Hope would "come around," but Chelsea said her stepmom would never forgive her. Billie dreaded Hope's vehemence. Kate looked forward to it pushing Bo back to Billie, but she refused to capitalize on the tragedy. Chelsea cried as Bo led her to jail. Alice and Maggie had joined Jennifer to support Hope. She would never forgive Bo; she couldn't even look at him. Alice said she had to, and Jennifer elaborated that Hope needed to save her marriage. After Addie died, Alice and Tom had held on to each other. Jennifer mentioned the difference: Chelsea. Hope declared that if Bo supported his daughter, he would lose his marriage. When Jennifer tried to call him, she activated a saved voicemail of Zack saying it was time for Mommy to pick him up from school. The ladies insisted Hope needed Bo. She agreed to talk to him, but "God help him" if he was with the Reeds. In the courthouse, Hope saw Chelsea hugging Billie goodbye as Billie said she and Bo would be there for her.

2/9 On the morning of Zack's funeral, Bo still couldn't find Hope. Very concerned about her, he went to see Jennifer and Frankie. Jennifer told him that Hope had spent the night, but she had gone to church and didn't want to see Bo. He was heartsick, desperate to be there for his wife at a time of such deep sorrow and grief. Kate urged Chelsea to attend her brother's funeral to make her look more sympathetic in court. Kate's real objective was to drive a further wedge between Bo and Hope so that Billie could be with Bo. Chelsea was torn. Irate, Billie called her mother on what she was doing and tells her this is a new low even for her. Kate played innocent and left. Billie warned Chelsea not to go to the service.

Doug and Julie took Hope to St. Luke's. Needing to check on him, Hope opened his coffin and lovingly combed Zack's hair and gave him his favorites to keep him company. Bo showed up to comfort her, but she rejected him and refused to sit with him at the service. Bo was devastated at the ongoing rift between them. Caroline, Grandpa Shawn, Victor, Kate, Alice, Maggie, Jennifer, Frankie, Shawn, Mimi, Belle, and Philip all arrived for the service. At the funeral, Shawn delivered a deeply moving, tearful tribute to his brother, stressing Zack's honesty. Mimi was profoundly affected, knowing she had to tell Shawn the truth that he is Claire’s father. To everyone's surprise, Chelsea showed up, and Hope went ballistic and slapped her son's killer in front of family and friends.

Billie stops her and tells her that it is time for her to talk responsibility for what she has done and stop blaming everyone else. Bo asks Patrick to have respect for their loss and to leave them alone. Patrick leans around Bo and tells Hope to let him know if she needs anything. Hope calls Bo out on the fact that he has a problem with Patrick as she exposed Bo’s lies. Shawn steps up that even though Chelsea was driving the car, that Bo killed Zach. If Bo hadn’t given her permission and handed over his car keys, that Zach would still be alive.

Patrick's argument escalates and Bo pushes Patrick. He falls into Zach’s photo which falls and the glass shattered as Hope looks on in horror. Hope kneels down and sadly picks up her son’s picture. She tells Bo to get away from her, that her son is dead because of him. She tells him to get out and get away from her, to get away from Zach. As Chelsea and Billie leave, Hope yells that Chelsea will pay for what she did. Everyone arrives for the graveside ceremony. Hope stares at Bo in agony as her and Shawn stand on one side of their son’s coffin and Bo stands with his mother on the other side. Everyone lays a flower on the coffin and says their personal goodbyes, heart breaking scenes. Victor warns Kate not to interfere in Bo and Hope’s marriage. Billie can’t believe that Chelsea wants to break up her father’s marriage. Chelsea determines that has already happened and if they never get back together, that isn’t a bad thing for any of them.

She asks if she hasn’t lost enough, her parents and her little brother. Chelsea complains that Hope was a witch before Zach’s death to both her and Billie and doesn't she think Bo is better off without her? Chelsea encourages her that this time is different as Hope blames Bo for Zach’s death. Billie knows that Bo and Hope are too connected to ever be apart for long. When Bo orders Patrick to get out, Hope defends him and tells Bo to leave. As he tries to win her sympathy because he locked Chelsea up, Bo is then forced to ruin the moment by admitting he convinced the DA to release Chelsea. Bo finally leaves after Hope threatens to move out if he doesn’t leave her alone. Billie later gets a call about Bo fighting at the Cheatin' Heart.

Jennifer tells Hope not to jump to conclusions and persuades Hope to go to the motel and work this out with Bo. Bo and Billie spent the night in a motel room. Bo is sleeping it off in the bed while Billie spent a sleepless night in the chair. Chelsea calls and begs Billie to put the moves on Bo; splitting up Bo and Hope is the only way to keep Chelsea out of jail! Billie is torn. Chelsea eavesdrops on Hope and Jennifer and calls Billie again to tell her this is her chance, as Hope is on her way to the motel. Before Abby leaves, Chelsea innocently suggests that Hope get out of town for a bit so she has time to think and just maybe she would be able to forgive Chelsea. Abby wonders where Hope would go? Chelsea says if it was her, she would go to the very quiet Morgan Island. After Abby leaves, Chelsea can’t believe how easy this was.

Abby arrives to see Hope and she is touched by the flowers until Abby tells her they are from Chelsea. She then throws them in the garbage, that flowers aren’t going to make up for killing her son. Abby is so sweetly concerned about Hope and innocently suggests her getting away. She tells her about the quiet and private Morgan Island. When Abby gets home, Chelsea is thrilled to learn that Hope liked the idea of getting away. Chelsea asks Abby to keep this idea quiet as if Bo finds out, he might try to stop her from leaving.

John is heading out of the pub and overhears Bo leaving a message for Hope. He sits down and tells Bo that he needs his help. He wouldn’t be asking him if it was really important. He needs to clear his name and nail Alex North. As Roman was getting close to the truth, Alex murdered Lois Banks and framed John for it. Bo is sorry he can’t help him, all he can think about is trying to make things right with Hope and putting his family back together. John understands, family first. She appreciates he understands, she can’t stand to be in this house alone another night. He sweetly invites her to stay at with him and Mimi. She is touched by his offer but tells him no. She mentions Morgan Island sounds perfect to her. Patrick privately confirms his reservation on the island and it IS where Hope is headed, too.

She says that she really hopes that he and Hope can work through this, even though Hope really hates her. Bo defends that Hope just wants to see justice done, and surely Chelsea can’t fault her for that. Chelsea tells him again how sorry she is and asks what she can do? He snarks she can spend time in prison. Chelsea falsely laments that she hopes at least that Bo will get there in time at least to stop Hope from leaving town. He snarks good luck, as Hope will be gone by the time Bo gets there. As he turns and leaves, Chelsea has abi Bo finds at home a note from Hope revealing she will be gone for two months. Bo rushes to the airport but fails to see her or Patrick as they are getting ready to board their flight.

2/28 Bo boards a flight calling out for Hope, but she is on a different flight and he doesn’t find her. Hope and Patrick are on the same flight to Morgan Island but are unaware the other is onboard.

3/1 Patrick and Hope arrive on Morgan Island but are unaware the other is there. As a man prepares to take Hope to her beach bungalow, he hands her a flower and predicts that she will find love here. Frustrated that he was unable to find Hope, Bo rides his motorcycle out of town and ends up crashing after swerving to avoid a deer. Billie drives out of town and eventually comes upon his motorcycle. She looks for Bo but is caught off-guard when a shot rings out. It is Bo who is shooting at empty beer bottles and Billie realizes she has been hit.

Hope claims Bo has already move on with someone else, asserting that her marriage ended when Bo chose Billie and Chelsea over her and Zack.

3/8 On Morgan Island, Hope admitted to Patrick that she knew she was eventually going to have to talk with Bo. As she tried to get some sleep, Patrick told her the island story of the flower and the pairing of a special man and woman after death. Meanwhile, Bo woke up shivering and realized the fire had gone out. Billie woke as Bo worked to get the fire going again. He started complaining about their daughter, and when Billie stood up for her, Bo suggested that prison might be good for her. Saying there were repercussions to her actions, Bo also vowed not to lose his wife over it. Billie told herself that she had to get Bo to change his mind to keep Chelsea out of prison.

3/9 Billie and Bo woke from their fretful sleep in his sleeping bag, and Bo was pleased to hear Patrick had left town but became suspicious when he realized he had left the same time Hope had. Billie claimed Patrick had left because he hadn't wanted to get between Bo and Hope. Though Bo claimed he had nothing left in Salem, Billie convinced him to go home, where he found a text message from Hope ordering him not to look for her. Bo elaborated his position about Chelsea to Billie, who told him that if he was going to stand by Hope, he could still stand by their daughter. Billie promised that Chelsea was sorry for killing Zack and had shown remorse. Bo saw the tabloid cover and went berserk. Chelsea arrived home, and Bo let her have it. Bo left, and Billie railed on Chelsea. Chelsea got the upper hand again and played on her mother's emotions and feelings for Bo. Hope couldn't stay with Patrick any longer. He informs Bo that she is at a club called “Dune” and the guy she is getting really friendly with is a real creep. Bo and Billie head out to look for their daughter. Helping Hope cope with her sprained back, Patrick urges her to realize she must go back to work things out with Bo. In the meantime, sexy shirtless Patrick carries Hope around. He takes her to a secluded romantic swimming pond, carrying her of course. Afterwards, he carries her back to bed.

3/16 Bo and Billie stop by Club Dune to look for Chelsea. Inside, Derrick pushes Chelsea to finish her drink (we see a flashback of him spiking her drink). When she refuses, he pressures her and tells her when he says drink, then she drinks. Just then, Bo comes up behind him and tells him to shut it, that is his daughter, and he slugs the creep. They start fighting, and Bo tells him that the girl is underage and he is a cop. Derrick runs off after grabbing his PDA. Bo takes Chelsea outside and lectures her about her antics. Once they're at home, Chelsea admits she feels like she has been drugged. Bo reveals he took the memory stick from the PDA and shows Billie and Chelsea photos of numerous young women Derrick took home and assaulted. While Chelsea goes up to bed, Bo and Billie argue about turning Derrick in because he could help ruin Chelsea's hopes to stay out of prison. Bo eventually deletes the photos he took of Chelsea.

When Hope wants to take a bath, he carries her into the tub and then back to bed. He gently gives her a chaste good night kiss. She grabs his shirt and pulls him back down to her and kisses him.

3/17 As the Brady Pub celebrates St. Patrick's day, Shawn finds Bo stewing outside the Pub, unwilling to join the festivities inside. After telling his father he doesn't want Chelsea in their family, Shawn leaks that Belle has been trying to stop him from marrying Mimi. Bo suggests he take some time if he is having doubts about marrying Mimi. Shawn insists he is marrying Mimi. 3/21 Billie finds Bo at home, rushing to get dressed for Shawn's wedding today. She badmouths Hope for missing her own son's wedding but Bo explains Shawn knows she needed time to herself. Chelsea overhears Billie urging Bo not to give up on his marriage. Chelsea interrupts and tells her parents that she needs both of them to work on her defense right now. Bo ignores her and heads out to the wedding while Billie stays behind to lecture Chelsea.

On Morgan Island, Patrick urges Hope to call Bo. Hope eventually does and when Chelsea answers the phone and says her this is "Chelsea Brady," Hope hangs up on her after Chelsea lies that Bo is working with Billie on her defense.

3/22 Shawn and Mimi’s wedding begins. Shawn and Mimi thank everyone for coming but point out there are some who couldn't make it to the ceremony. Farther Jansen gets no response when he asks if there is anyone who knows why Mimi and Shawn should not be married? As he continues with the ceremony, Belle finally speaks up and yells out "stop."

3/23 Belle claims she stopped the wedding because Chelsea has entered the church and she knows Shawn wouldn’t want her there. Shawn asks Bo to throw her out. Bo says he will walk her out instead. Shawn tells him that this will hurt him if his father doesn’t stay for his wedding. Outside, Bo gives Chelsea the benefit of the doubt that she just wanted to be there for her brother. He still has no clue she is doing her best to sabotage his marriage. As Bo walks away to get the car, Billie applauds her for a performance well done. She knows that Chelsea showed up to drive a further wedge between Bo and Shawn. Chelsea admits she is not going to spend the best years of her life behind bars!

3/27 As Billie, Bo and Chelsea arrive home, Billie pushes Bo to go to his son's reception. Bo doesn’t want to upset Shawn anymore than he already has. He knows that Shawn will see him missing his wedding as choosing Chelsea over Shawn one more time. Chelsea snarks that she can put Bo out of her life if that is what he wants. Billie asks if that is a threat? She then lectures her daughter but Chelsea whines that she's only trying to be supportive of Shawn. Billie finds Bo at Chelsea's computer and reads the girl's diary revealing how much she hurts. Chelsea is upset to find them snooping but Bo hugs her.

3/31 Bo is in the garden planting Hope's favorite flowers, when Jennifer stops by. He tells Jennifer that he plans to get his "honey-do list" done, and will paint the master bedroom. Jennifer says Hope will appreciate it when she gets back, leading Bo to think she has heard from his wife. She says no, but if he wants Hope back, he has to take charge. He replies that his wife does not want to see him, and he is going to give her time to think things through. As they head inside for coffee, Jennifer encourages Bo to fight for Hope, but he sticks to his belief that Hope being gone is best for everyone right now. He tells a disbelieving Jennifer that everything that has happened is his fault, and if he can't forgive himself, then he can't expect Hope to either. After telling Jennifer that he is worried for Chelsea, she warns him that his daughter is a master manipulator, which he finds harsh, claiming Chelsea to be just a scared kid. Jennifer feels Chelsea could benefit from some jail time, and says so.

Frankie tells Chelsea that if they can get Bo to testify on his daughter's behalf, it will help her case. Chelsea says that won't happen if Hope is there. Later, Chelsea hops onto her laptop and sends her poison into cyberspace by writing an email to Hope. He stops by to see Bo and updates him on the case.

On the island, Patrick once again tries to talk Hope into going back to Salem, under the pretense of having her back looked at by a doctor. She sees through it, knowing it's a ploy to get her back with Bo. Patrick tries to convince Hope she needs to work it out with her husband, which she has been thinking about. She tells Patrick she has decided against going back just yet, she's happy right where she is. When Patrick tells her he feels partly responsible for her troubled marriage, because he busted Chelsea, Hope puts it all on Bo. Hope tells him about Chelsea being at her house when she called, and claims that she feels she should not return to Bo. She then sees a couple kissing playfully, and her thoughts turn to Bo, but she shakes it off. As they go back into the bungalow, they hear the new email alert on Hope's laptop, and Hope tells Patrick that Bo sends her email a few times a day. After Patrick convinces her to read it, she opens it and can't believe what it says.

4/3 Chelsea is at her computer continues typing furiously at her keyboard, telling herself that once Hope gets the email with the article about Shawn's wedding in it, and sees the pictures that she will never forgive Bo. She figures Bo and Hope will be over and her father will be on her side. As she gets rid of the evidence, she accidentally accesses Bo's email and realises he hasn’t logged out.

Hope and Patrick her Hope's laptop signal she has new email, then go to check it. Hope is blown away by what is in her inbox, an article from the Salem Chronicle about Shawn's wedding with a picture of two uninvited guests: Billie and Chelsea. As she reads about the events at her son's wedding, she becomes upset and Patrick takes over. Hope becomes angry that Billie and Chelsea crashed her son's wedding, and explains to Patrick that she understands why Shawn did not tell her about the ceremony. Hope is even more enraged to find out that Bo chose to be with Billie and Chelsea instead of staying for his son's vows. She decides she wants a divorce, and sends Bo and email telling him so. Patrick tries to talk her out of it, telling her to think of all the love she has shared with her husband. As "I Can't Live Without Your Love" plays, Hope thinks back on all her years with Bo, from the beginning of their love with flashbacks. As she remembers her wedding, the holidays, the times on the yacht, and all the love they shared, she begins to falter in her choice a bit.

When Hope’s response comes, Chelsea is thrilled to see that Hope is asking for a divorce. She replies as Bo, telling Hope that he agrees they should divorce so he can be there for Chelsea and Billie. As she hits 'send', she looks awfully proud of herself. She waits for Hope to pick up the email, and when she does, Chelsea celebrates her victory. Before Hope can change her mind, she receives Chelsea's fake email as Bo. Hope opens it and is devastated that her husband is giving up on them. She tells Patrick that Bo has given up, then falls apart, thinking her marriage is over as she sobs in grief over yet another loss.

4/4 Billie arrives at Bo’s and he tells her he isn’t up for company right now. She says she is there about Chelsea’s defence, this isn’t a social call. Bo tells her that he has heard from Hope and she wants a divorce. Hope regrets sending the email, that she has made the biggest mistake of her entire life and no her marriage is over. Patrick was right, she shouldn’t have sent it.

Patrick urges her to call Bo. He knows she is angry with Bo for defending Chelsea after she killed her son. Hope proclaims that Billie, Bo and Chelsea sure look like a happy family. Patrick assures her that isn’t the reality. Hope still can’t believe that Bo so quickly agreed to the divorce. He didn’t even ask where she was or want to discuss this with her at all. She surmises that he was just looking for an excuse to get out of their marriage, and Zach’s death gave it to him. Bo doesn’t blame Hope for hating him as Billie assures him that Hope doesn’t hate him. Billie urges Bo to talk to Hope. He thinks the best approach is to give her time, he is so afraid of saying the wrong thing and making this worse. He tells Billie that he can’t loose her! **The End**
