Bo & Hope #66 September 13 - November 17, 2006: 8 hour original edit

DVD #66A 9/13 Bo and Kayla go to the waterfront and later to the Cheatin' Heart as she searches for amnesiac Steve and Bo helps her. Bo and Kayla soon arrive to find Billie and Steve dancing. An upset Kayla rushes out, and Bo warns Steve not to hurt his sister. Later, Kayla realizes that Steve is moving on and she's doubtful she'll ever get him back. As Patrick has surprised Hope by taking her to NY on a private jet for dinner. Patrick gives Hope some extravagant baby gifts and we see she is truly torn. Patrick wonders if Hope still plans to go through with her divorce from Bo. Hope confirms that barring any last minute surprises, her marriage to Bo will soon be over.

9/14 Back at the police station, Bo, Abe and Tek scour all of Eve's effects in hopes of finding clues which could lead them to her killer. Bo quickly finds a 9 digit number on a piece of paper which he thinks could be a link. Bo believes that there's a connection between Eve's murder and the personal attacks against his family. He also believes that if they find killer they'll also find the missing evidence disk which will exonerate him in Hope's eyes.

Hope, Maggie and Alice go to the courthouse for Hope's divorce hearing. Maggie and Alice make it known that they don't agree with what Hope's doing. Much to her family's dismay, Patrick joins Hope. Later, the hearing starts and all wonder where Bo is. Abby and Frankie realize that Jack and Jennifer are missing, so they go to Bo for help. Bo calls The Spectator and learns that the two were working on a story about Eve's murder before they disappeared. Bo puts an APB out on Jack and Jennifer.

9/15 Bo races the clock to solve Eve Michaels' murder case. He believes the killer may also have the stolen evidence disk; if Bo can find the disk and prove he didn't steal it, then he can convince Hope to stop the divorce proceedings.

Meanwhile at the courthouse, since Bo is absent, Billie says she'll speak on his behalf. In a stirring tour de force, Billie pleads with Hope not to go through with the divorce. In a huge moment, Billie confesses that she made Hope think that Bo had slept with her when he really hadn't. She tricked Bo to get closer to him, and she's truly sorry. Billie makes a stirring case saying that Bo loves Hope more than any man has ever loved a woman. He deserves another chance. Hope is blown away. The judge asks if Hope wants to continue the divorce proceedings. She's torn, but before she can answer, the judge gets a message and mysteriously postpones the hearing. In counterpoint, Bo works tirelessly to solve the case. He gets a breakthrough and calls for a search warrant.

Later, at the Lockhart house, Bo finds incriminating evidence in a closet safe, including the murder weapon and evidence disk! Patrick and Hope enter, shocked to see Bo there with another cop. Bo drops a bombshell: Patrick is under arrest for Eve's murder!

9/18 Hope is stunned when Bo arrests Patrick for Eve's murder. Bo reveals he has all the evidence he needs. Patrick protests his innocence, claiming he didn't even know Eve, and he had no motive to replace the video from Chelsea's case. Bo shows Hope the printout he got from Jack and Jennifer's editor which names Patrick as the owner of the murder weapon. Hope is faced with a huge dilemma. Is Patrick telling her the truth? Or is Bo?

9/19 Bo shows Hope all the evidence they have against Patrick. It's finally clear to her that Bo didn't steal the disk containing evidence against Chelsea. Hope apologizes for not believing him. Bo is heartened, certain this discovery will bring them together, but Hope is still a bit wary and unsure of their future. Later, Bo leaves Hope and says he'll await her decision. Hope goes to Zack's grave, grieving and praying for answers. Meanwhile, Bo heads to the pier where he is inundated with a montage of bittersweet memories of his life with Hope and their family.

9/21 Bo and Kayla catch up. She asks how things are going with him and Hope and celebrates that the divorce didn’t go through. He observes they have a lot to work out. Hope remembers every single thing he has ever done. Kayla suggests that he just needs to be patient. The Hortons are having a going away party for Jack & Jenn now that he is in remission and back with Jennifer. Bo has to convince Kayla to attend the party. She admits she's still upset after seeing Steve dancing with Billie at the Cheatin' Heart. Bo determines he is not giving up on being with Hope and Kayla can't give up on Steve.

Hope confides in Maggie; she's torn about her future with Bo. When Bo arrives at the party, he urges Hope not to over-think her decision. They're the loves of each other's lives, just like Jack and Jennifer, and true love like that can't be denied. We see Hope is deeply affected. Jack and Jennifer share very emotional goodbyes with their family and friends. Alice won't say goodbye, only "bon voyage," as Jack and Jennifer set off on a new adventure, and an exciting new phase of their lives.

9/25 At the police station, Abe is investigating Lexie. Tek overhears this and goes ballistic. He knew Abe was up to no good. Abe, Roman and Bo defend their strategy. They have to find out if Lexie is part of the plot against the Brady family. Bo finds out the results of the DNA test that Shawn is indeed Claire's biological father. Bo and Hope have a granddaughter! And Chelsea didn't alter the DNA report after all. Bo goes to tell Chelsea she is innocent, and that he believes in her again. Billie is proud, as Chelsea and Bo share a bonding moment. Roman gets a call and finds out Patrick's phone records show that he called Sami's apartment around the time she got the threatening call about Will's kidnapping. When Bo gets wind of this, he is on fire, sure that Patrick is the one behind Will's abduction!

9/26 Hope visits Patrick to allow him to explain all the evidence against him. He swears he didn't do anything he's been accused of. He's never threatened the Bradys, he knows nothing about Will Roberts' disappearance, and he didn't kill Eve Michaels. Patrick blames Bo for setting him up, but Hope defends Bo; he'd never frame anyone. At the same time, Bo and Roman receive the final forensics report, as well as phone records stating that Patrick called Sami the day Will disappeared. Bo interrupts Hope and Patrick, and shows her the evidence.

9/28 Hope joins Bo at the diner. Bo tells her that Baby Claire is Shawn's son. Hope is blown away by the news. She is thrilled to have a grandchild, but her heart also goes out to Philip. She can imagine how tough this is for him. Says it seems like just yesterday that they were holding him in their arms as they prepared to sail off around the world. Flashback of Steve and Kayla saying their goodbyes to Bo and Hope as they take off on their adventure. Later, Bo and Hope show up to talk to Belle about Marlena's disappearance.

9/29 Bo, Hope and Philip rush a stressed-out Belle to the hospital. She's having severe cramps and fears for her baby. Bo interrupts Shawn and Mimi's lovemaking to alert his son about Belle. Shawn and Philip almost come to blows as they argue about Claire. Philip thinks Shawn's the reason Belle is having problems as Bo and Hope intervene to calm the flared tempers. Much to everyone's relief, Belle's condition stabilizes. Later, Philip tells Bo that nothing will break his family apart.

10/2 Bo comforts an exhausted Hope in the waiting area. Kate soon arrives, and Bo and Hope filled her in on the news about Belle's near miscarriage. They also informed her that Shawn was Claire's biological father. Kate had to cover, since she'd known the truth all along but couldn't let on, and Bo and Hope noted her odd reaction. Hope visited with Belle. Hope thought Belle needed to reevaluate her future and consider if she really belonged with Shawn. Later, Chelsea gave Bo a heads-up that Billie might be getting closer to Steve. Bo was not happy about that. However, if Chelsea was simply trying to push Bo back with Billie, the answer was still no.

10/3 Bo and Hope went out for coffee after a hard day. Bo couldn't get over the fact that Hope was a grandmother. She was still so young and beautiful. Their deep connection was obvious as they took a stroll on the docks and soon found themselves at the Fancy Face. An emotional Hope confided her feelings of responsibility for Zack's death. Bo wished she wouldn't blame herself. She'd been a perfect mother to their little boy. Heartfelt emotion led to romance. Bo and Hope kissed, and he carried her onto the boat. They were finally reunited, and they made heart-stopping love.

10/4 Bo and Hope woke up in each other's arms, having spent a romantic night on the boat. Hope learned that it was the day of Patrick's hearing, and she wanted to attend. Bo hoped to convince her to stay with him and urged her not to go. It was obvious how much he loved her and wanted to make things right, but Hope wanted to take things slowly. At the courthouse, Bo arrived to testify at Patrick’s hearing and saw Hope. She explained that she'd had to go if not for Patrick, then for the baby she was carrying. Patrick and Hope reunited, against Bo's wishes. There was almost a scuffle, but Bonnie and Hope stopped the two. Also, Mimi informed Bo and Hope that Shawn had left her.

10/5 Hope arrived at the hospital. She was concerned about Belle and the baby. She talked to Shawn about his split with Mimi. Shawn was resolved, his marriage was over. Hope told Shawn to be with the one he loved. Shawn felt his mom should take her own advice. Hope, however, was still conflicted about Bo. Bo waited at the courthouse to testify against Patrick. The judge convened the hearing, and asked Patrick how he intended to plead. Patrick swore he was innocent. Bo took the stand and presented the evidence. Cameron Reese, Patrick's attorney, strenuously objected and insisted they would prove Bo had reason to deliberately railroad Patrick. Hope walked in on that tense moment.

10/6 Bo swore he'd arrested Patrick because of evidence, not jealousy. Roman chastised Bo and warned him to back off Lockhart or lose his badge.

10/10 Bo & Hope at dinner. Bo gets a call and ominously tells Hope that it is about Shawn.

10/11 Bo and Hope show up at Victor’s house to find his living room in shambles after Shawn drove his car into the house. Shawn informs Bo and Hope that Victor and Kate both knew all along that he was Claire’s father. While Bo lays into his father, Hope talks to Shawn. She feels partly responsible and vows to be there for him from now on. Shawn asks if she's going to reconcile with Bo, but Hope doesn't know. Later, Victor offers an apology to Shawn for keeping the truth about Claire from him. Victor also says that despite what he said earlier, he would like to fund Shawn's engine. Shawn doesn't accept his apology or his handouts.

10/13 Bo and Hope meet to discuss what they're going to do about Shawn. Patrick soon arrives and he and Bo exchange angry words. Hope asks Bo to leave so she can speak with Patrick alone. Bo reluctantly agrees and goes to look for Shawn, only to find him with Willow. She politely excuses herself, and Shawn and Bo discuss how messed up Shawn's life is. Bo gives Shawn the keys to the Fancy Face and Shawn agrees to live there while he tries to get his life back in order.

Meanwhile, Patrick makes a plea for Hope to go out of town with him so they can discuss how they're going to raise their child. Hope doesn't think that is such a good idea. Later, Hope privately asks Abe what he thinks about Patrick. Abe skirts the question, but tells Hope to trust her instincts. Meantime, we learn that Patrick has paid off Dr. Bader to alter Hope's paternity tests.

10/16 Abe works the case involving the gloved figure. Bo is convinced their culprit is Patrick, but Abe warns Bo to calm down or he will lose his job and Hope. Abe resets his conversation with Hope. She still hasn't made up her mind about Patrick. Bo realizes he still has a good chance with Hope. Later, Mimi goes to the Salem PD and tells Bo that Shawn took a hooker out on the boat. Bo is concerned about his son, but has no luck tracking him down. He calls the Harbor Master and learns the Fancy Face III is not in it’s slip. He urges Bo to recall the boat ASAP as a squall line has been spotted. Bo ask the Harbor Master to radio the boat, he's on his way. However, Bo gets sidetracked when he learns Chelsea has been arrested for prostitution.

10/17 Hope takes Belle to dinner at the Penthouse Grill. Belle admits she's feeling very alone. Hope is sure Shawn will want to be a part of Claire's life, but Belle thinks otherwise. After all, he dropped the custody suit. Hope assumes her son was just trying to give Belle space and a chance for things to work out between her and Philip. Hope asks Belle point blank if she still loves Shawn. Belle admits she does, but she's afraid he's moved on. Bo and Billie deal with Chelsea who has been arrested for prostitution. No charges are pressed but Billie and Bo rip into her, realizing she was only acting out to get them together. Bo and Billie decide the three of them need to see Marlena to discuss these problems.

Dvd #66B As Hope is leaving, she receives a call from Mimi about Shawn's boating mishap. Shawn and Willow are headed into the direct path of a cluster of storms. Hope meets Miimi down on the pier and Mimi informs her that she tried to tell Bo but he was too busy with Chelsea being arrested. Billie apologizes again to Bo. Bo accuses Billie of going after another married man now that she has given up on him. She promises she has learned her lesson and has no desire to stand between true love. She admits though that she doesn’t know what Steve and Kayla are to each other.

Hope calls Bo and tells him she is at the Harbor Master’s office. She informs him that Shawn has taken the boat out and is heading into a storm. She orders him to get there now! Hope is informed that the two passengers were rescued by helicopter and are headed in now. Hope is very grateful to Mimi for notifying the authorities and getting them aid. When they arrive, Hope is thankful he is alive. She has a million questions about why he was on the boat and why he headed into the storm. She knows his father wouldn’t have given the keys. He says dad did give him the keys and told him he could take the boat out anytime. She is furious that Bo gave Shawn the keys to the boat.

10/18 When Bo arrives, a furious Hope blames him for once again putting their child in danger and not being there for his family. She asks him what kind of father is he to just give his son unlimited access to the boat. He points out their son has grown up on a boat. Shawn steps in and tells Hope that it wasn’t Bo’s fault, that Shawn didn’t follow his instructions to stay in the harbor. Hope doesn’t understand why Bo wasn’t here? He tells her he was at the PD. This triggers her anger towards losing their baby, and tells him she knows he was at the PD with Chelsea who had been arrested on prostitution charges. Bo declares that he believed Shawn would have followed his rules and been safe in the harbor even with the storm. Had he known that he was at risk out in open water, then of course he would have been there. (After being told about the accident by a devious Chelsea), Patrick arrives in the middle of Bo and Hope's argument, making the situation worse. Later, Hope leaves Bo to clean up his mess and agrees to go away with Patrick for a weekend in Chicago.

10/19 Bo tracks down Hope and Patrick at Chez Rouge, he wants to talk to his wife privately. Patrick is aggressive in trying to keep him away from her, but Hope says she will talk to Bo. When they are alone, Bo admits that Hope was right about everything. He closed down after Zack died and made all the wrong choices. Bo sadly says that his little boy trusted him to keep him safe and he let him down. Hope listens as her eyes fill with tears. He shares that he wasn’t ignoring her and Shawn after Zach’s death. He acknowledges that Chelsea was his mistake and he is trying to take care of that. Hope advises him to allow her to take the consequences for her actions, the way the rest of them have had to. He tells her if he had to do tonight over again, that he would let Chelsea go to jail for solicitation. He would choose to be there for her and mistakenly says Zach, instead of Shawn. Tearfully she points out how many times he hasn’t been there for her, and she can’t need him again and have him let her down.

Bo promises he'll let Hope go if that's what she wants, but only if Patrick walks away too as he is dangerous. Hope insists she can handle Patrick. Bo admits that he is worried that she is fragile and Patrick will play on that and suck her in. He doesn’t blame her for not trusting him as a father but begs her to trust his cop instincts which are screaming. Hope says she is a cop too and and her instincts say that this is personal for Bo. He is just trying to protect her. She says she is trying to protect her baby and she has to give the baby’s father a chance, she has to. Patrick approaches and accuses Bo of being obsessed and accuses him of planting evidence. He warns him to never lay a hand on Hope again. Bo explodes and decks Patrick. Hope says that Bo is the one who is scaring her. Patrick swears he'll file assault charges against Bo. Roman reads Bo his rights and leads him off in handcuffs.

10/20 Bo is brought in for assaulting Patrick. He says it is a misunderstanding but Abe lays into him. He warned Bo to stay away from Patrick. Bo insists Patrick coerced him. Having witnessed it all, Hope says Bo was the one doing the coercing. Later, Hope confides in Abe, saying she doesn't know what's going on with Bo. Abe says he'll find out. Patrick arrives and Hope cleans his wound. She apologizes for Bo's behavior but Patrick plays it cool. In private, he makes a furtive one-way call to someone, saying they need to meet. When Patrick goes to leave, Bo sees him with his arm around Hope and goes ballistic. Abe restrains him and takes away his gun and his badge. Patrick later meets with this mystery person, its E.J.!

10/23 Hope arrives and tells Maggie her troubles. Maggie observes that she needs a hug. Hope complains that she needs a Chocolate Souffle! Later, upset Mimi blurts to Hope that Shawn is dating a hooker. Hope flies off the handle and confronts Shawn. Now that Bo's been suspended from the force, he can't officially investigate Patrick. But he's convinced Lockhart is a criminal and he tells John that needs him to help him prove it!

Patrick meets secretly with EJ, he is the famous gloved hand. Patrick is worried about Bo, but EJ discounts his fear that Bo is a fool and clueless. They will never know that it is them terrorizing the good people of Salem. Patrick complains that EJ only talked about scaring some people, he never said anything about killing a cop (Eve). EJ calls Patrick out, he knows he enjoyed setting a trap for Detective Brady by planting the incriminating evidence in his own locker. EJ brags that now Bo is under investigation. Patrick warns EJ that Brady is out of his mind and will never give up. Patrick also mentions that EJ was behind the explosion that could have killed Max and Stephanie. EJ promises that he will make the Brady’s lives a living hell. EJ gave Patrick money to pay off Hope's doctor to lie about her pregnancy test. She is really carrying Bo's baby! EJ warns Patrick that if he doesn't want Bo and Hope to find out the truth about who the baby’s father really and who faked the results, then Patrick had better toe the line.

10/25 At the hospital, we see Kayla get trapped in an exam room and Steve comes to the rescue, breaking down the door. They go to investigate the air vent that Kayla reported hearing a voice calling her name, when suddenly lethal-looking smoke explodes from the vent, suffocating Kayla and Steve!

10/26 Steve and Kayla are now unconscious in a quarantined area of the hospital. They were exposed to an unspecified bio-toxin. Stephanie tells Bo that it is all her fault, that she knew her mother was walking into a trap and tells him what happened. It is her fault that Steve went to try to help her after Stephanie called him. The antidote arrives and it's given to Steve and Kayla to combat the deadly toxin, but we're left to wonder if they received it in time. Doctor reports they will know in 24 hours if it will work. Bo confronts Abe and asks him what the hell is going on? Someone is attacking his family and his sister may die. Bo wants to be reinstated but Abe questions his actions towards Patrick. Abe warns Bo to stay away from Patrick and stay away from this case. Abe warns him if he doesn’t that he will be off the police force permanently! Later, John tells Bo about E.J. and Patrick's connection. Bo is encouraged by the development.

10/27 John and Bo now suspect E.J. is in cahoots with Patrick. John thinks they need to go to Abe, but Bo is reluctant. Later, Bo talks to Grandpa Shawn who offers words of wisdom to his son. He encourages Bo to do the right thing. Bo arrives at the station and Abe goes ballistic when he hears that John and Bo are investigating Patrick. They start to tell Abe about E.J., but he says before they give him the suspect's name he wants some proof. Bo guesses this means Abe is okay with their private investigation. Abe agrees but only if John keeps Bo on a short leash. Later, Bo has a revelation that could further indict E.J.

10/30 At the pub, the Bradys try to brainstorm ideas to find an antidote to save Kayla and Steve. A nervous Lexie makes a sincere apology to the Bradys for what she did to Carrie once she enters the pub. She then helps with medical research and finds an experimental drug that could save Steve and Kayla. The Bradys are deeply grateful and take the info to the hospital. Dr. Myers is skeptical since the drug is untested. If it's not a cure, it could kill them. Caroline says they have to take the risk. It's their only hope! Bo stops by to question Sami about the envelope she brought to the police station to have fingerprinted. E.J.'s prints were on it. Sami defends E.J., but Bo says the Brady family has been attacked again. Sami can't believe it, but says E.J. had nothing to do with it. After warning his niece to steer clear of E.J., Bo storms out. We see E.J. watching, unnoticed.

10/31 The Bradys anxiously wait for an experimental antidote to arrive to treat Steve and Kayla. Bo calls Billie with an update and realizes she isn't at the hospital because she feels like an intruder.

At the hospital, Bo tells Hope they're on the trail of whoever did this to Kayla and Steve. Hope says he can't blame Patrick, because he was with her. Bo backs off and later reveals that Billie is uncomfortable being at the hospital because she doesn't want to intrude. Hope goes to Billie's to tell her she is welcome at the hospital to keep vigil for Steve. Chelsea visits Bo and offers her moral support. Bo is wary at first, but soon accepts it. Shawn shows up, spoiling the moment for Chelsea. Shawn wonders what he should do about Belle and Claire. Bo is pleased his son came to him for advice. Much to Chelsea's upset it looks as though their relationship is on the mend. Later, Bo alerts everyone that the new drug has arrived. But will it work a miracle?

11/1 Billie joins the Bradys at the hospital, where they are waiting for the experimental drug to work on Steve and Kayla. Dr. Myers gives the Bradys good news that the medication seems to have had some effect but she Kayla has had a relapse. Her fever has spiked, and her breathing is shallow. Dr. Myers proposes upping Kayla's dosage which is a risky procedure, but Grandpa Shawn tells him to go ahead with it. Anything to save his daughter! E.J. meets Patrick in an alley to tell him that Bo and the police are on to them. They can no longer meet in person, so E.J. is going to hire a courier to relay their messages.

11/2 It's touch and go for Kayla as she goes into cardiac arrest. Helpless Steve, Billie and the Bradys look on, fearing the worst. Because of her adverse reaction to the anti-toxin, the doctor says they have less than 48 hours to find a suitable antidote. Bo thinks everyone needs a break and should go home. After Billie leaves, Steve asks Hope to buy a necklace he can give to Billie. He wants to show her how he really feels. Hope isn't sure this is a good idea, but ultimately agrees.

E.J. offers Shawn a top secret job as a messenger for a huge business deal as none of the competition can know about this. He is to deliver envelopes to Patrick Lockhart and he can’t tell his family or anyone else what he is doing. Shawn is hesitant, but agrees to the gig when he learns it pays five hundred dollars a pop. He has Claire to think about, and this money will definitely help him provide for her. Later, Shawn tells Bo that he took a job with E.J., but lies saying he'll be working on cars. This doesn't sit well with Bo, who is privately suspicious. But at this point all Bo can do is make Shawn promise to be careful.

11/3 Shawn delivers his first envelope from E.J. to Patrick. At first, Patrick is suspicious. He privately wonders why E.J. would employ Bo Brady's kid as their courier. Hope tells Bo about Steve's request for her to buy Billie a necklace. To Hope's surprise, Bo encourages her to help Steve. Hope returns to the hospital where Steve asks for her and Bo to compile a list of memories of his life with Kayla. A tearful Hope gladly agrees. John is helping Bo and they are doing surveillance on Sami and EJ. Bo can’t believe that Sami tells EJ that Bo has it in for him!

Hope arrives at the pub and tells Bo that she had a great talk with Steve and he is determined to do whatever it takes to get through to Kayla. He asked Hope to compile a list of memories of them together and she tells Bo that they have to help him. She is also pleased to report that all Steve cares about is getting through to Kayla, that he barely even looked at the necklace she got for him for Billie. Hope is optimistic that maybe this will reach Kayla and help her, and perhaps in the process Steve will remember something too. Bo would do anything to help his sister. Bo and Hope reminisce on times past and Hope remembers Stockholm which they figure was the beginning for Steve and Kayla but it was a horrible time for her and Bo as she had the miscarriage. Hope tells Bo how Steve was there for her after she lost the baby and then Hope went on to play matchmaker for Steve and Kayla as she tells Kayla that Steve is just a little boy inside and encourages her to give him a chance as he is just beginning to learn to trust her.

11/6 Bo and Hope re-establish a sense of intimacy after reliving their memories in order to try to help Steve regain his. They're interrupted when Patrick comes looking for Hope. Bo backs off, not wanting to add to Hope's stress. Hope returns to the hospital with a list she thinks might jog Steve's memory. She runs into Billie and accidentally reveals that Steve bought her a necklace. Billie is thrilled with the news. Later, an upset Billie goes straight to Bo after she thinks Steve has remembered and is reuniting with Kayla. Meanwhile, Patrick pampers Hope by making her lunch and being very concerned with her well being. He has the ulterior motive of convincing her to leave town with him. She agrees, but she won't leave until Kayla is well. Billie and Bo commiserate, and start to make love.

11/7 Billie and Bo almost make love, but stop short. Little do they know, Chelsea has snapped a picture of them in bed. Hope gets a call and learns that Kayla is awake. She rushes over to tell Bo, but finds him (now fully dressed) with Billie. Bo and Hope give Caroline the news that Kayla is awake, and they rush to the hospital where an emotional family reunion ensues. Hope is wary, as angry Patrick searches for his missing cash. Patrick has to give Hope a cover story about the money. It's obvious he's trying to impress her, to show her he can provide for their baby. He still wants a future with Hope, but she's still torn between him and Bo.

11/10 John and Bo are in the surveliiance van watching the action at EJ’s place. Kate tells E.J. that John warned her about him. Bo groans that John trusted Kate and now she is blowing it already! John calls and asks E.J. to meet him at the Penthouse Grill to get him out of the apartment. John tells Bo this is all part of his plan, and now Kate can search it while he is gone. John calls Bo to let him know that EJ is headed back and Bo tells him that Kate is still in there. There’s a close call when we see E.J. returning as an unsuspecting Kate continues her search. Bo figures out the significance of the mysterious set of numbers they found with Eve Michael's possessions. It's the numbers on Patrick's police ID card. Bo tries to call Hope to warn her about Patrick, but learns they are together at the hospital for her prenatal exam. Hope and the baby get a clean bill of health, though Dr. Bader suggests she have an amniocentesis. Patrick tries to dissuade Hope, but she insists and sets up an appointment. In a private moment, Patrick tells Dr. Bader that she has to oversee the test because no one can learn the baby's true paternity.

11/13 Kate is nearly caught red-handed in E.J.'s apartment, but Bo calls in her arch nemesis to save the day, Sami. As Sami flirts with E.J., John rescues Kate. In the surveillance truck, Kate shows the men what she found in the apartment: an onyx ring that resembles the one Stefano used to wear. At the hospital, Hope tells Steve she ran into Billie and that he's making the right decision sticking it out with Kayla. Steve nearly confesses the truth to Hope but decides against it. After Sami and Bo arrive, he tells Roman that Sami helped out with the E.J. surveillance. After receiving a note from E.J., Patrick arrives at the hospital to keep tabs on John and Bo, but Hope asks him to leave. Before he goes, Bo drops the bomb that Eve Michaels scratched his police ID number on a piece of paper. Patrick is obviously rattled by this information.

At the hospital, Nick (a long lost Horton cousin) arrives with good news regarding the serum to save Kayla's life. He tells them about one of his mentors who specialised in bio-toxin antidotes that are hypoallergenic! Just what Kayla needs! When they are alone, Hope tells Steve she ran into Billie and that he is making the right decision sticking it out with Kayla. Steve nearly confesses the truth to Hope but decides against it.

11/14 Kayla continues to get worse. Hope sees Patrick still hanging around the hospital. She tells him that she is going to the Bradys' Pub with Bo. He tells her that Bo still has it out for him and still thinks he is responsible for Eve's murder. Hope talks to Kayla while she is asleep and tells her that he doesn't remember her and that he's only telling her that to keep her alive. Hope asks Bo if he is investigating Patrick and he tells her he is. She wants to know more so Bo tells her. She is happy that he shared this with her and hopes it isn't true. She is ready for good times!

11/15 Steve asks Bo to bring Billie to him so he can explain his plan to her. Later, Kayla again has difficulty breathing, and at best has only hours to live. Bo and Hope convince Stephanie that she should heed the doctor's advice, and go home with Hope. Stephanie asks if her uncle Bo will be there as well? To Bo's surprise, Hope asks him to move back in. Bo agrees, even though they both realize it could be a bumpy road back for them.

Patrick tries to reach Hope again and can't. He heads to the hospital to confront her. She takes him outside and and she tells him Bo is moving home as he will be helping her with Stephanie who has just been released from the hospital. He declares that Bo has falsified evidence against him, assaulted him and he is trying to ruin his life. He demands that Hope tell him what is going on? Patrick claims the whole police force is against him. He asks her why would that be unless he was guilty. She slept with him but that doesn’t mean she knows him. She has no idea if he is guilty or not. She says there are too many coincidences that are piling up. She reminds him that she warned him if he lied to her that she couldn’t be with him. She informs him that she can’t trust him and she can’t live with that, she won’t live with that. Patrick pleads they have a baby on the way and she can’t cut him out of her life like this. She promises that she won’t cut him out of his child’s life but she can’t be with him. He asks all because of some numbers scratched on a piece of paper? She says yes because he can’t explain that. She says that while he may not be lying outright, he is hiding things from her and she is done with him. She tells him to please just leave her alone.

Bo tells Billie that Steve wants to talk to her, but she's not interested. She wishes the best for Steve and Kayla, but doesn't want to be heartbroken again.

11/16 Suddenly Kayla flatlines. The medical team tries to revive her, but they finally pronounce her dead. The Brady clan, watching outside the quarantine unit, are devastated. Bo races in with the medication, but Caroline sadly tells him that it is too late! Steve refuses to accept defeat and places a deep kiss on her lips which revives her! The drug is administered to Kayla and everyone is buoyed by Kayla's miraculous recovery and the fact that she doesn't reject the new drug.

11/17 Bo arrives at his house with a suitcase. He's moving back in after Hope agreed that they should give their relationship another try. Cute scene after Hope leaves, and Bo kicks back on the couch in his living room with a huge smile on his face. Marlena arrives to see Bo in hopes that he will convince John to opt out of the investigation. She tells him how important this is to her as she doesn’t want to lose John. She observes that now this investigation involves EJ and the DiMeras, it is a lot more dangerous. Bo reluctantly agrees to help Marlena.

Kayla is much improved and up and walking around. Once she is back in bed, Steve quietly confides in Hope that while he regained a couple of memories but he doesn’t have the feelings that are connected to those memories. He wanted to give Kayla the will to live. He wants to help Kayla, but Billie is the one he has feelings for. **The End**
