Bo & Hope #67 November 17, 2006 - February 27, 2007: 8 hour original edit
DVD #67A 11/17 Bo reluctantly agrees to help Marlena by trying to get John off the EJ case. She notices his suitcase and he happily tells her that he is moving back home!
11/20 John said he'd use any means necessary to get into E.J.'s safe deposit box, but Abe wouldn't let him act as a vigilante. Roman reminded Abe the department was in disarray. Abe gave in; he wanted to hear John's idea for gaining access to E.J.'s bank box. John said all they needed was a death certificate and a probated will. Bo thought Frankie could help them get phony ones. Abe was wary but eventually gave in. Meanwhile, E.J. found a hidden surveillance camera.
11/21 Bo and John faked legal documents with Frankie's help so they could access E.J.'s safe deposit box. Bo and John worked to find out what EJ was hiding at the bank. EJ accuses Abe of PD setting him up after he found the surveillance device. Abe told E.J. they knew he had a connection to the DiMeras. When Abe was called away, E.J. saw that his bank records were being monitored, and he took off for the bank.
Bo and John found Italian tarot cards in the lock box. It was a close call, but they managed to get out before E.J. found them there. Bo, John, and Abe realized they needed to enlist Celeste's help to interpret the hidden meaning of the cards.
Later, Hope met up with Lexie and offered her a job caring for Kayla and Steve. Lexie, touched, gratefully accepted. Hope discovered that Willow was staying with Shawn. She admonished him, but he defended his decisions and argued that Hope was hardly a role model. Her feelings hurt, Hope left.
11/22 Bo told Shawn that EJ was dangerous, and he wanted his son to quit his job. Shawn said he was going to keep working for EJ until Bo had solid proof that the guy was crooked. EJ held a press conference to declare that the Salem police were besmirching his good name, and he planned to sue the department, Bo, Abe, and Roman for $40 million dollars. With no other choice, Abe told Bo their investigation of E.J. was over.
Hope told Billie that Steve only had a few scattered memories of Kayla and that he wasn't emotionally attached to her. Billie was shaken by the news and wondered what would happen when Kayla learned the truth. Hope urged Billie to talk to Steve about it.
11/24 It was Thanksgiving Day in Salem. Caroline, Grandpa Shawn, Bo, and Frankie were at the pub, eagerly awaiting Kayla's homecoming with Steve. Hope arrived with Stephanie, who was excited by the prospect of her parents reuniting. Privately, Hope noted Bo hadn't gone to bed the night before, and she had missed him.
Chelsea arrived uninvited with Nick and saw Bo kissing Hope. Bo offered to throw Chelsea out, but Hope allowed her to stay. Nick told Chelsea that it was her chance to make a good impression on the Brady family, but she remained sullen.
Steve arrived with an emotional Kayla, grateful to be alive to share another holiday with her family. Bo thanked Nick for his role in saving Kayla's life. As the Bradys showed Nick their love, Chelsea fumed. Nick encouraged her to apologize to Hope, which Chelsea did, but the moment was interrupted, and Chelsea felt dismissed. Hope told Steve that Billie still had feelings for him. Frankie bade his family farewell as he leaves town, and the Bradys sat down to a loving family meal.
Later, Chelsea returned, furious at the way she had been treated at the Bradys'. When she found out Billie had plans to see Steve the next day, she lashed out at her mother for blowing her chance to reconcile with Bo. Determined to take action, Chelsea emailed the damning photo of Bo and Billie in bed together to Hope, Steve, and Patrick.
11/27 Bo interrupts an intimate moment between Willow and Shawn. Bo warns his son about E.J., but his warning falls on deaf ears. Shawn kicks Bo out.
Celeste reads the tarot cards for Roman, and Abe. She says the cards tell a story of terrible calamities. He has disrupted marriages, attacked a doctor, the cards predict more danger, terrible danger to come. Bo arrives to listen to the rest of the taro card reading. Celeste explains that the cards were sent as coded instructions were sent concerning who to target next as gloved hand crimes. There is a card missing from the tarot deck, the death card. It could be on it’s way. When it arrives, E.J. will be instructed to kill someone close to them and sadly tells them that the future holds death.
Abe points out that Eve has been killed and suggests that is the death. Celeste says no that she was a stranger, this is DIMera vs. Brady in all out war. Abe asks point blank if E.J. is a DiMera? Celeste swallows her fear and admits he is. After she leaves, Abe laments that the DA isn’t going to bring a case against EJ based on Taro cards as evidence. Abe, Roman and Bo react and they have to find a way to stop this. Bo suggests they get help from John Black. He is a DiMera, after all. Right now John may be their only hope.
11/28 An emotional Hope is reading a card on the flowers Bo sent her. He arrives and she reads the card to him, “Without you life makes no sense. I never want to lose you again, our love is forever!” Crying she goes into his arms as he kisses her oh so happily.
Patrick shows up at Billie’s with a print out of the photo Chelsea sent him. She asks who would do this and he looks pointedly at Chelsea as Billie whirls around to face her. Billie warns her not to even try to deny it. Devious Chelsea tries to cover, but is forced to admit she was responsible. She admits she also sent the photo to Hope and Steve. Billie asks how could she do this to her father and tells her not to be surprised if he disowns her for good.
Bo is having a romantic tryst with Hope. They are finally ready to move on with their life together. They are kissing and becoming intimate but Hope stops him and heads up stairs to put on something more provocative. But before they can make love, Hope comes back downstairs in definitely a NOT provocative outfit. She tells him that her last top was open and she had an anonymous email photo of Bo and Billie.
She asks if he can explain this and holds up the photo she took time to print out. He tells her that nothing happened between them, they are just friends and that is all they are going to be. Bottom line, Bilile knows that she is the only woman he will ever love. He just promised to never lie to her and he meant it. She tells him that she doesn’t know if he can get passed this. She asks who would have taken that photo. Billie calls Bo and rats out Chelsea.
Later, Bo and gives Chelsea hell. He tells her he has given her the benefit of the doubt one too many times and it is over. He tosses out her computer and warns her that this has to stop!
Patrick goes over to see Hope, much to her dismay. He walks in right past her even after she tells him this isn’t a good time. He can’t believe how fast she is moving forward with Bo and is she sure she is making the right decision. Hope firmly tells him that she has NO future with Patrick. She promises he can go to doctor appointments and anything involved with the baby but to stay out of her personal life with Bo.
He sees the picture and whines about her taking Bo back despite the face that he can’t keep his hands off of Billie. Hope and Patrick argue and a vase is accidentally broken. Hope makes Patrick leave. When Bo returns and sees what Patrick has done, he tears out of the house on a mission.
11/29 Patrick calls EJ when he can't get in touch with Shawn. An angry EJ heads to Shawn's and he reveals that Patrick hasn't paid him. EJ gives Shawn the money he's owed.
Bo warns Patrick to stay away from Hope. After Bo leaves, E.J. shows up and is upset with Patrick for putting them both in danger of being discovered. Patrick insists that he needs several thousand dollars. Next we see a very bloody and badly beaten Patrick laying on the floor of the motel room.
Hope finds injured Patrick, who concocts a story saying Bo was the one who assaulted him! Hope stays with Patrick at the hospital while Bo is arrested. Billie apologizes to Hope for the suggestive picture Chelsea sent. Billie promises that nothing happened between her and Bo. Upset Hope doesn't believe anything Billie or Bo have to say.
11/30 Bo tries to convince Abe and Roman that he didn't lay a finger on Patrick, but they say they have to put him in jail to await arraignment. Abe then gives Bo even more bad news; he's no longer suspended, he's fired. Bo is frustrated that he will have to wait for Shawn to get evidence against Patrick and EJ.
Meanwhile, Shawn gives Hope a note from Bo, as Hope laments that Bo is his own worst enemy. The note says, “Dear Hope, you must think I am the lowest form of life right now. I hope you still care enough to listen to what he has to say. From the moment I snatched you from your wedding to Larry Welch and put you on the back of my motorcycle, you and I have been on an adventure. We rode away from the church that day, you wrapped your arms around me and held on.
You put your faith in me from that day forward. I ask you again to put your faith in me and to believe me when I say I never laid a hand on Patrick. I wouldn’t risk our marriage over him, nothing is worth losing you. Hope, you know me. You know what kind of man I am, hot headed and stubborn - yes. But not stupid so give me the benefit of the doubt and help me put this right so you and I can continue on the ride of a lifetime.”
Shawn assures Hope that he thinks Patrick is lying about Bo assaulting him, he believes his father. She reminds him that Patrick is her baby’s father and she can’t be caught between him and Bo for the next 20 years. Shawn reminds her what an honest guy Bo is.
He points out that all the things they thought Bo did, was Chelsea setting him up by sending all of those emails, Kate taking the evidence disk and framing Bo for the theft. He knows his father is innocent and that Patrick is not. She asks if he knows something that she doesn’t? He tries to clue her in that IF Patrick is involved with EJ Wells, then she needs to watch her back.
He asks her again if she thinks his father is some kind of a lying deceiving person? He reminds her that Bo doesn’t try to hurt people on purpose. He can’t believe she thinks Bo is some kind of lying cheating bully that goes around beating people up. He begs her to at least go to Bo and hear him out, she has heard Patrick’s side, doesn’t she owe Bo the same.
Hope talks to Bo at the PD and tells him that Shawn should have gone to law school, that he is quite the litigator and almost convinced her to give him a chance. Then tells him that she just can’t do this anymore, being pulled every which away. He sincerely asks her to just believe him and stand beside him. She declares she has been burned so many times that she is sorry, she just can’t continue on this ride with him any longer.
Abe interrupts them and Bo is taken to jail, Bo warns Abe that if anything else happens to his family that the blood will be on Abe’s head. Roman advises Hope that if she has any love left for Bo, she'll try to persuade Patrick to drop the charges. If she doesn’t, Bo will spend a very long time in jail.
12/1 When John arrives to visit Bo, Bo begs him that he didn’t touch Lcokhart. John knows that EJ is the person who beat up Patrick. John informs Bo that John is headed to Italy to get proof about DiMera’s and find out who the hell EJ really is, what his connection is to the DiMeras and what he is up to.
Bo wants to go with him, but John says he has to stay here to work on his marriage and career. John does want something from Bo, to cover for him with Marlena. She can't find out he has gone to Italy. Bo reluctantly agrees. Later, when Marlena visits him, she forces Bo to tell her the truth. Billie visits Bo, ready to bail him out.
12/4 At the station, Bo, Roman and Billie returned from Bo's arraignment. Bo was bitter that Chelsea meddled again by emailing around the photo of him and Billie together. Roman suggested that going forward the two keep their clothes on when they're around each other. Roman went to retrieve Bo's personal effects, leaving Bo and Billie to talk about Hope and Patrick and their near-sexual encounter. Bo explained that Hope has lost in faith in him since he can't seem to keep his pants on around Billie.
Hope arrived at the hospital and asked Patrick to drop the charges against Bo. Patrick protested. Hope explained that Bo said he didn't beat up Patrick. "So you're saying I'm lying?" Patrick queried. He refused to drop the charges, but did pledge his love to Hope. She said if he really loved her, he would drop the charges.
He gave in and said he'd do it. She thanked him. He said that in exchange, she had to go away with him. She said she couldn't leave town just then, but when they did they would have to have separate rooms. Patrick was dismayed, but reluctantly agreed. Patrick and Hope arrived at the police station, where Patrick revealed he was dropping the charges.
12/5 At the police station, Bo refused to "grovel" in front of Patrick and thank him because he wasn't pressing bogus charges. Hope pulled Bo aside so they could talk privately. He realized that Hope sweet-talked Patrick into getting him to drop the charges. Bo decided to face the charges instead. Roman pulled his little brother into his office and asked what was going on. Bo explained what Hope had done. Roman told him to "Stop being a child and get the hell out of here before he changes his mind."
Billie asked if Patrick dropped the charges as a way to get closer to Hope. Hope turned on Billie; a heated exchange ensued. Bo came out and said he just wanted to go home. Hope asked him to come home with her and told Patrick that she needed to spend time with her husband.
Bo & Hope arrived after baby Claire has gone missing, and Bo promises her they would find Claire. Bo showed a devastated Belle something they found of Claire's in the parking lot.
12/6 The drama continues, as suddenly, the main suspect barges into the diner with a gun drawn! Bo thinks fast and wrestles the guy to the floor. It turns out to be a misunderstanding. Suspicion shifts to the woman who was in the diner earlier. We see that she's indeed the one who has Claire and it seems the child could be in real danger. Bo and Hope leave when he gets a hunch and they confront E.J., who claims total innocence (this being the only thing EJ isn’t involved with!).
Back at the diner, Nancy Everett brings Claire back! She says the child somehow wandered into the back of her car. Everyone is wary about her story, but Belle and Shawn are hugely relieved to have their child back. After Shawn says goodbye to his baby girl, Bo & Hope help gather up her things having a moment alone together. Bo asks her if it is over (meaning their marriage)? Victor pays her off and warns her to get out of town. Alone with Philip, Victor explains this was the first step in getting Claire away from Belle and Shawn.
12/8 E.J. gives Bo information that the woman who "saved" Claire was arrested for a previous kidnapping scam and gives Bo her arrest record and pictures. EJ uses this information to inform Bo that he had nothing to do with Claire’s disappearance. Bo finds the woman flashing her newfound money, but she denies any wrongdoing.
Belle and Claire are at Hope’s and she points out that Shawn has done everything Belle has asked him to do yet she still won’t allow him to spend time with his daughter. Patrick goes to Hope and says he's holding her to her promise to go away with him.
12/11 Cute scene as Hope is dancing around the living room carrying her granddaughter! So sweet! Bo comes downstairs with his bags packed and tells Hope he's moving out. He can't stay in a house with someone who doesn't trust him. Hope stops him from leaving by revealing she does believe he is innocent of Patrick's attack. After Patrick told her about the viciousness of the beating, she knew that Bo couldn’t have done it. He would never have beaten anyone within an inch of their lives no matter how angry he was, that is just not who he is. She tells him she is sorry it took her so long. He is relieved she no longer thinks he is a monster. She assures him that she never did.
He touches the picture of him and Zach and tells her that he never should have given Chelsea permission to drive his car that night. He knows a part of her died that night with their son and he is sorry. She tells him that she is sorry too, that Zach was his son too. He admits that he needed her. She is sorry that she couldn’t be there for him. He says that he would do anything to be able to go back and change that night. She tells him what is important is what they do now. She wants him to take his bags back upstairs. She kisses him and asks him to please stay.
Bo tells her that he believes EJ was behind Claire’s kidnapping, she begs Bo to drop his investigation of Patrick and EJ. He says that if he walks away, he'd be giving them carte blanche to continue hurting people and he can’t just walk away. An upset Belle arrives and talks to Hope about Willow living with Shawn and she can’t have her baby around that woman.
Hope goes upstairs to find Bo singing a song to his granddaughter as she smiles in memory of him singing to their sons. Bo asks Hope to promise that she won't spend time alone with Patrick. Hope fudges the promise, and she and Bo share a warm moment in each other's arms.
12/13 Bo and Hope continue to grow closer. She teases him that she would have made love but he didn't take the hint. They promise things will be different. When Bo leaves to meet Roman, Patrick arrives with tickets for Cabo San Lucas. He is excited, but Hope shuts him down. Patrick is furious that he's been used. Hope swears she'll fulfill her promise to go away with him, but absolutely nothing else. After Patrick leaves, Bo comes home and he and Hope begin to make love.
12/14 Bo is getting champagne and glasses ready. He knocks over Hope’s purse and the envelope with the Cabo reservation falls out of her purse. Bo realizes what Hope had to agree to in order to get the charges against Bo dropped. She admits she was trying to find a way to tell Bo, that Patrick has blackmailed her into going away with him. She promises that she firmly told him that nothing will happen between them ever again.
Bo is frustrated that he can’t protect her from Patrick. She swears that if she didn’t think she could handle him then she would ask Bo for his help. She reminds Bo that she is a trained cop and she will not allow Bo to put himself in the middle of this. Bo says it is a mistake for her to go with him. Hope is still hopeful that the trip will be cancelled when Patrick realizes there is no future for them. Bo is worried that something will happen to her in Cabo and Bo won’t be able to get to her. She begs him to trust that she can deal with Patrick. She tells him they have worked through Billie, and this is their last hurdle.
An upset, Willow goes to Hope and ask her to intercede with Shawn after he broke up with her. Willow claims the only reason Shawn is dumping her is because he thinks it's what his parents want. If Bo and Hope truly had Shawn's happiness in mind, they'd encourage him to follow his heart. Hope tells Willow that Shawn makes his own decisions and that she and Bo will not interfere in their son's life.
12/15 Shawn tells E.J. that he can’t work for him anymore. Shawn admits he's concerned that E.J.'s dealings may not be legal. E.J., who was anticipating this, presents Shawn with "evidence" that makes it seem like the envelopes Shawn has been delivering for E.J. and Patrick are indeed harmless. Nonetheless, Shawn sticks to his guns, and leaves E.J.'s employ. Bo and Shawn reconcile, and he tells a now-homeless Shawn he wants him to move back home.
12/19 The Brady family is keeping vigil, anxiously awaiting word about Max and Mimi's disappearance. Bo learns Steve has his memory back and enlists his old friend's help. The two disable the Kiriakis security system, break into the mansion, and find evidence that Philip was there. Bo and Roman later theorize that Max and Mimi were getting close to blowing Victor's secrets so he had them put on ice somewhere. Meanwhile, we see Max and Mimi tied together, imprisoned in a church basement. Hope asks Steve if he's told Billie and he admits he hasn't. He isn't looking forward to breaking her heart.
EJ meets with Patrick and warns him that John knows he is Elvis DiMera, and that he is behind the black glove crimes, and that Stefano sent him to Salem. Patrick wants to immediately leave the country to save his own skin, but EJ tells him he is going back to Salem and Patrick is coming with him!
12/20 Roman tells to Bo and Hope that John and Marlena discovered that E.J. is Elvis DiMera, Jr., and he's doing Stefano's dirty work in Salem. Bo wants in on the investigation, but Roman is hesitant, until Hope agrees that her husband should be part of it. Roman eventually agrees.

Patrick confronts Hope at the pub and demands she leave town with him. He threatens to have Bo put in jail ASAP if she doesn't. Hope, however, refuses and calls him on his bluff by offering to call the DA for him to press charges. She is adamant that this is her first Christmas without Zach and she is not leaving her family. Back inside, Kayla and Hope share warm moments as they decorate the pub for Christmas.

Kayla feels that her dreams may have some merit, as John and Marlena have a strong connection and how would Marlena know otherwise that Steve had been brainwashed. They chatter back and forth as to what may really be going on. Bo tries to explain to Kayla that Steve is only trying to protect her, but she fears something terrible is going to happen. Kayla receives a call from the hospital informing her that Steve has taken off. Bo feels he knows exactly were Steve is and they leave in a rush.
After Steve confronts EJ, E.J keeps using this tarot card to keep Steve down as we see Bo and Kayla come charging into E.J's office. E.J has his back to Bo and Kayla, so they don't get to see the tarot card that E.J has in his hand. He quickly slips the card back into his pocket as Bo and Kayla directly help Steve up. An exhausted Steve keeps trying to mumble that he seen E.J in the room. That it was him that tortured him. Bo wants to know what E.J did to him. He claims he didn't do anything and that Steve broke out of the hospital and barged in and tried to attack him... Again!
Steve practically begs Bo to take him back to jail. Bo agrees that if that's where he wants to be he will take him back to the station. Bo asks Kayla to take Steve out of the car while he speaks to E.J , she agrees, but before she does, she tells E.J she has something to say to him, and slaps him hard across the face, after, telling him he is going to pay for what he's done to Steve.
Bo tells E.J that they are aware of the reasons that Benjy gave the tarot card to Steve. Bo tries to tell E.J that Steve has been through enough. E.J tells Bo that this is the third time he has tried to attack him and that he won't drop the charges. Bo insults E.J by telling him "he is sick and twisted just like his old man."
E.J says, "I am a DiMera, you are a Brady, why can't we just get along?" E.J goes on to tell Bo that Steve should be locked up, he is dangerous and out of control. Bo calls E.J by his whole name saying, "You, Elvis Junior DiMera, can go to hell!" and storms out, as we then see E.J looking at the tarot card again and saying, "not be fore you Bo, not before you."
2/15 Bo and Hope's Place: Chelsea comes in to see her dad and tells him why she is upset. She tells Bo and Hope about throwing herself at this doctor who didn't even know who she was. Chelsea comments that it must be payback for all the mean things she has done. Chelsea goes on to apologize to Bo and Hope for circulating pictures of Bo and Billie on the internet. She goes on apologizing for everything, and Bo's phone rings right in the middle of it. Its Roman, he tells Bo they have a statement from Patrick and he needs to come down to the station. Bo tells Chelsea he has to go.
Hope suggests Chelsea stays with her and enjoy some ice-cream until Bo comes back. Chelsea tells Hope she doesn't deserve this, and that she hope can forgive her one day. Hope tells Chelsea that she already has, and hopes that Chelsea can forgive her too. Hope goes on to say that she was hurting really bad, but didn't stop and think about how Chelsea felt, and that from now on she wants her and Chelsea to have a fresh start. Baby Girl Brady wakes up and Hope asks Chelsea if she wants to hold her. Chelsea talks to her new little sister and tells her that they will be proud of her one day. Hope talks about the goings on with Nick and her, and says perhaps this is a shy guy's way of revealing his true feelings, and maybe Chelsea shouldn't be too hard on him.
Down at the station, Bo learns that Patrick signed a sworn statement that in no way incriminates E.J. Bo is disappointed that they can't lock him up. He tells Roman that he must be really afraid of E.J. Roman tells Bo that he does incriminate someone and he won't like it. Bo flips through the pages until he finds out what Roman is talking about. Patrick has stated that it was Chelsea helping him. She gave him information as to what goes on with Hope and Bo and that he called on her for help. Bo leaves to go home and confront his daughter.
Chelsea and Hope are still talking when Bo comes in clearly very angry, he tells Chelsea that Patrick signed a confession that she has been helping him. Chelsea denies this; she tries to get her dad to listen. Bo tells her that he is finished, there are no more excuses, he won't do this anymore... she isn't his daughter.
2/16 Bo and Hope's House: Bo is furious about Chelsea helping Patrick. Chelsea denies it, but Bo gives her Patrick's statement, telling her to read it for Hope to hear as well. Chelsea reads out loud all of Patrick's accusations. He states that he got Chelsea to call her dad and tell him that Hope is leaving town for good, and Bo remembers her calling him and that was why John ended up at the boathouse instead of him. She agrees that Patrick did call her and tell her that, but she only called her dad because it seemed suspicious. Chelsea begs Bo to believe her, but Bo insists that she has tried to break their family up too many times, and he does not believe a word she is saying.
Chelsea agrees that at one time she thought she could break up Bo and Hope and hoped he and her mother would get back together, but she does not feel that way now. She tries to convince Bo that she has changed, but Bo insists that she get out of his house and never come back; she is not welcome in their home anymore. She tries to plead with him, but he repeats his demand, telling her if she does not get out, he will throw her out. Chelsea takes a moment to collect her things, and leaves with Bo slamming the door behind her. Hope picks up the phone and makes a call to Billie, telling her what happened and to go find Chelsea.
Hope thinks Bo was too hard on Chelsea, telling him that Chelsea is a Brady and is part of their family too. Bo tells Hope that he is sick of her lies and tired of her trying to manipulate them and that he has decided to turn his back on Chelsea for Hope's sake. Hope tells Bo that is not what she wants. Hope goes on to explain that what happened between her and Bo was just as much their fault. They turned in different directions, when they needed each other most. Hope tells Bo that she and Chelsea talked tonight as they have never talked before, and she believes that Chelsea has changed. Hope also reminds Bo what Chelsea did for Shawn, that she put herself on the line for her brother, and that she is desperately seeking Bo's approval. Bo tells Hope that she has a big heart, but he will not give Chelsea another chance.
2/26 At the hospital, Bo is investigating John's disappearance. Kayla tells Bo she is worried that Steve took John. Kayla tells Bo about Steve's recent behavior, how he tried to choke her, dreaming that he was choking E.J. Now, she tells him, she is afraid, since E.J. tried to kill John before, that he is making Steve carry out all of his dirty work.
Bo tells Kayla he needs to find Steve, and when he does, he has to arrest him. Kayla tells Bo; that is what Steve wanted. Bo puts out an APB on Steve. Kayla wants Bo to bring E.J. in as well. However, Bo tells her he has to be careful with E.J., that they do not have any good evidence to bring him in for questioning. Bo promises Kayla that he will at least, talk to E.J. Kayla leaves to go home, to wait and see if Steve returns. After, Bo calls E.J. and tells him to come to the hospital; he needs to talk to him about John.
E.J. arrives at the hospital, acting concerned about John. Bo sees right through him. Bo demands E.J. tell him what he did with Steve. E.J. reminds Bo of his pending lawsuit against the P.D. Bo informs E.J. that they have a large amount of evidence tying E.J. to the gloved hand case. Bo tells E.J. he is going to bring him down, and leaves.
