Georgie & Dillon #4  July 30th, 2004 - Feb 11, 2005 - 8 hour original edit

Dillon was not thrilled to learn that he needed to dress up again for the competition, but Georgie talked him into it and then helped him with his makeup and clothes. Sage told her uncle about the competition, and he went straight to Lois at the studio to discuss the situation. Lois got him out of the building before he could get a look at Dillon. Brook Lynn fought with Sage about her "gangster" uncle spending time with Lois. Simon, the competition's judge, arrived and wanted to interview the girls, starting with Dillon. He escorted her to the Cellar, and the other girls in the group secretly followed. Brook was unhappy to spot her mother there with Sage's uncle, and Georgie was worried that Simon was attracted to Dillon. Dillon spoke of a love for movies, and, when Simon asked about some favorites, he stated that "Some Like It Hot" and "Tootsie" came to mind.  Simon thinks it's a great idea for Dillon to dress as a woman for the all-girl band and encourage him to continue with the ruse. Lois and Alcazar are talking about the girl band, and he asks if that is why Dillon is dressed as a girl? Lorenzo looked past Lois and remarked that he believed Dillon was there, in drag, trying to pick up another man!

Dillon's views on how he thinks women want to be treated leaves Georgie more than a little angry. She decides to teach Dillon lesson by enlisting Lucas to hit on him while he's dressed as "Astrid." Brook Lynn learns of Georgie and Lucas's practical jokes and heads off to L&B. Once there, she rescues "Astrid" from Lucas's amorous pursuit. Georgie hopes that Dillon learned his lesson about what women do and don't want from a man. Ned walks in on his daughter and the rest of the "girl band" doing a lousy lip-synch to their new song. Lois follows him in, and he grows enraged with her the stupidity of the girl band idea. Lois defends it, as do Dillon and the girls, for various reasons. Ned continues to take Lois to task and asks her to speak with him privately at Kelly's. The two continue to disagree, chasing off Brooke.

Georgie allows Lucas to continue their charade with Dillon in drag, but Dillon is finally fed up with Lucas's come-ons. He punches Lucas and pulls of his wig. Lucas laughs and lets Dillon know that he always knew it was him, he just felt that Dillon needed a lesson in gender sensitivity. Dillon realizes that Georgie put Lucas up to the act, and grows angry. Georgie arrives at the studio later, and Dillon lets her know that he's had it with her. Georgie tries to explain, but the two begin to fight about the many ways they've wronged each other. Dillon finally throws in the towel and calls it quits, leaving Georgie in tears. Back at Kelly's, Brooke chastises Lucas for his role in faking out Dillon, but Lucas defends his actions. Brooke tells him that Dillon is family, but Lucas manages to calm her down when he flirts with her.  While Brook Lynn pushes Dillon to make up with Georgie, Lucas urges Georgie to apologize to Dillon. But when Dillon takes the initiative to do just that, he instead finds Georgie in a platonic embrace with Lucas.  Georgie's attempt to make Dillon jealous with Lucas's assistance blows up in her face.

At Kelly's, Georgie tries to apologize to Brook and asks Brook for her help in explaining things to Dillon. However, Brook blasts Georgie for making moves on Lucas as well as humiliating Dillon. Then Brook storms away. When Dillon arrives, Georgie tries to apologize to Dillon but Dillon reminds Georgie that, instead of just coming to him and discussing her feelings, Georgie keeps trying to set up manipulative situations, even though Georgie knows that what Dillon hates most about being in the Quartermaine family is the family's excessive use of manipulation in relationships. When Dillon refuses to listen to Georgie's apology, Georgie storms away. Lucas later makes an attempt to explain things to Dillon but Dillon is not impressed by Lucas's arguments either. Lucas warns Dillon to be careful with Georgie's feelings, and then storms away.

Later, Lucas finds Brook on the docks and tries to apologize for his part in Georgie's scheme, but Brook brushes Lucas off, then storms away. Later, Brook arrives at Kelly's just as Georgie storms away from Dillon. Brook Lynn offers Dillon her sympathy and Dillon confides his frustrations to Brook Lynn. Brook urges Dillon to pretend that Brook is Georgie and tell Brook everything that is in Dillon's heart that he would like to say to Georgie. However, Georgie returns just as Dillon is arriving at his emotional conclusion. Georgie overhears Dillon's impassioned defense and leaps to the conclusion that Dillon is directing his impassioned plea to Brook Lynn!

Sage and Trent approached Kelly's, discussing the girl-band competition. Jealous of Brook Lynn, Sage swore she was going to blow the whole thing sky high. Lucas, Brook, Georgie, and Dillon soon joined them. Dillon told them what Edward had been hearing, and Brook suggested holding a séance by using a Channeling Board. They decided to meet back at the mansion. Sage swore to Trent that it was a night that none of them would forget. Once all of them arrived at the mansion, they heard strange moaning sounds through the ductwork (unaware that it was Faith and Justus in the freezer). Using the board, Brook asked for a visit by a spirit. The marker on the Channeling Board started to move, and Dillon asked if it was his grandmother. The reply was "yes". Georgie asked the spirit what it wanted, and they were given a warning that something bad was going to happen that night. The board spelled out the word "die". Sage remarked that somebody was going to die overnight, and suddenly the French doors blew open during the storm!

The teens sensed someone in the room during the séance. The channeling board warned them that someone would die that night. The doors sprung open and Heather, who sat outside, was almost struck by lightning. Edward came into the room and admitted he believed that Lila was back to stop him from cheating on her with Heather. Trent and Sage left the room and she tried to convince him that she was not responsible for what happened. Brooke did not believe that Lila would come back as a vengeful spirit. Georgie told everyone that she was frightened and wanted to leave. Brooke tried to convince them that it might not be Lila, but rather an evil spirit that was masquerading as her great-grandmother. Lucas tried to be very logical, finding a rational excuse for everything that had occurred up to that point. He told Brooke that maybe she was influencing the board subconsciously. A wheelchair came flying down the stairs, and everyone screamed. Monica and Alan passed by and believed this was a prank by the teens. Alan warned them not play with his mother's things.

Georgie continued to tell everyone she wanted to go home. Alice declared there had been an accident and no one could leave because the road was blocked all night. Brooke tried to convince them to start the séance again, in order to find out who the spirit was. She argued that it was a good way to clear Lila's name and to kick the bad spirit back to the afterworld. Sage and Trent backed out of the séance. Dillon wanted to figure out what was happening, and Lucas teased him about hurting Georgie until Dillon finally admitted that he was still in love with Georgie. He apologized to her again, they made up and both decided to rejoin the séance. Outside the room, Sage and Trent discussed that they sent the wheelchair down the stairs. They discussed their plans on how to scare Georgie some more. In the living room, the Ouija board told the teens that there was jealousy in the house.

Sage accused Georgie that she was jealous of her, but Brooke insisted that the spirit was saying it was Lila who was jealous of Heather. Sage then accused both Georgie and Sage of being jealous of her, Georgie because of Dillon and Brooke because of her singing. She teased Georgie about sex and Georgie stormed out. Dillon followed her. Brooke was upset that Georgie and Dillon walked out on the séance. She convinced Lucas to start over. Meanwhile, Sage complained to Trent about what Dillon did to her and that she wanted to traumatize both Georgie and Dillon for life. In the boathouse, Georgie admitted she was jealous of Sage and that was why she had done the things she had. Dillon told her she was the most important thing to him. They kissed. He told her she was never the problem, and that he regretted sleeping with Sage more than anything else in his life. Sage listened. Crying, she told Trent to scare them to death. Trent made noises outside the boathouse and Dillon and Georgie got scared and ran to the house.

Brooke insisted she wanted to talk to Lila. Lucas once again tried to be the voice of reason, but after some convincing, he agreed to start the séance again. Sage asked the spirit different obvious questions. Lucas was shocked to see that it seemed to be working and that Brooke was not controlling it. When Brooke asked who her father was, the answer was "N-E-D." As Lucas was about to say that just about anyone knew the answer to that question, the board continued with the letters "N-O-T." She took that to mean that Ned was not in danger. Georgie and Dillon ran into the house. Sage came in a little later and Georgie accused Sage of staging the whole thing in order to scare them. Sage left, upset. Trent defended her in front of the teens. He told them she was misunderstood. He left, looking for Sage. They all followed, feeling bad. Reaching the boathouse, they called for Sage to forgive them. They opened the door to the boathouse to find Sage on the ground, stabbed in the stomach.

Lucas, Dillon, Georgie, Brook Lynn and Trent go to the Boat house, searching for Sage. The teens are spooked when they believe that they have discovered Sage's dead body, but Sage gleefully reveals that she was playing a practical joke. Sage later admits that it was Sage who pushed Lila's wheelchair down the back stairs in order to spook the other teens. However, when Trent congratulates Sage for her 'crazy woman act' in the hallway, Sage suddenly insists that it was not Sage whom Trent saw in the hallway! The teens are unimpressed by Sage's sudden protest of 'innocence' and they all accuse Sage of playing another prank on them. As the others leave the boat house, Brook Lynn warns Sage that her pranks may have caused a REAL evil presence to gravitate toward Sage!

After the rest of the teens leave, Sage again insists to Trent that it was not Sage whom Trent saw, dressed all in black, in the hallway. Sage and Trent finally follow the rest of the teens back to the house, but they are all shocked when they discover that a large knife has been planted in the middle of the Ouija Board! Trent and Sage accuse the other teens of knifing the Board to get even with Sage and Trent. However, the other teens accuse Sage and Trent of being responsible for the sinister-looking board. Georgie accuses Sage of calling Felicia in the hope that Georgie's mother would catch Georgie and Dillon in a romantic moment at the boathouse, but Sage denies the charge. The teens decide to lock Sage in the freezer.

When Trent insists that he should accompany Sage, Georgie has a melt-down and blasts Dillon for always trying to defend Sage. Even after the rest of the teens have changed their mind about Sage, Georgie grabs Sage and hustles her unwilling 'prisoner' away toward the freezer. Later, Trent tries to convince Dillon to check on Sage and Georgie, but Dillon refuses, insisting that Georgie and Sage need to settle their differences alone.

Felicia discovers Dillon, Trent, Brook Lynn and Lucas gathered around the Ouija Board. The teens quickly explain to an appalled Felicia that Georgie took Sage to the freezer to lock Sage in. Georgie arrives at the freezer with Sage in tow and locks her nemesis in! In the meantime, the black-clad intruder arrives in Emily's room and grabs the gun that Faith left lying on Emily's bed. When Georgie returns to her assembled friends, and confirms that Sage has been locked in the freezer, Felicia insists that ALL of the teens go with her to liberate Sage! Felicia, Dillon, Georgie, Brook Lynn, and Trent head down to the basement walk-in freezer to let Sage out.

Brook Lynn sees Sage lying on the floor face down and thinks Sage is playing around like she did before. She tells Sage that they aren't going to buy her playing dead and tells her to get up. Felicia notices the blood first and leans down to check her pulse. She turns to Georgie and tells her that Sage is really dead. Georgie screams and cries in horror and blames herself for locking Sage in the freezer alone. Felicia tries to comfort her and reassure her that Sage's murder isn't her fault. Georgie feels responsible for Sage's death anyway and tells everyone she basically killed her.

Tracy walks in with a candle and overhears Georgie’s confession. Tracy tells Georgie that she heard her confess to killing Sage as well as the other witnesses to her "confession." Dillon tells his mother to leave Georgie alone and leave them alone. Tracy refuses to leave and tells them that the cops will be arriving soon. Felicia tells Tracy to leave Georgie alone and tells her she didn't do it. They all go upstairs to the atrium.

Tracy continues to harass Georgie and accuse her of killing Sage out of jealousy and hatred because Sage slept with Dillon. Felicia tells Tracey to leave Georgie alone. Brook Lynn tells Tracey off for accusing Georgie of cold-blooded murder. Mac shows up and goes over to Georgie to comfort her. Tracy is disgusted when Mac insists on seeing Sage's body and the murder scene and being comforting to Georgie. Mac tells Tracy to leave Georgie alone. He checks Sage over and the crime scene with Felicia there with him. He tells Felicia there is no way Georgie would kill Sage but needs to question her about what she may have seen after locking Sage up in the room.

Dillon, Lucas, Brook Lynn, and Trent are told by Mac not to leave the premises. Trent gets upset with Lucas, Brook Lynn, and Dillon for defending Georgie. Trent thinks Georgie could have lost it and accidentally killed Sage. Dillon refuses to believe it and tells Trent to leave her alone. Mac brings Georgie into the other room to question her about what happened. Georgie tells him that she got so fed up with Sage for scheming with Trent and playing games to scare all of them that she dragged her down to the freezer room and locked her in there to teach her a lesson and then went upstairs. Tracy listens at the door to try and overhear what Mac is saying to Georgie. She accuses Mac and Felicia of tampering with the evidence and manufacturing an alibi to help get their daughter off. Edward, Alan, and Monica tell Tracy to back off and stop berating an innocent young girl like Georgie.

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn thinks the teens should try to bring up Lila's spirit again with the Ouija board and ask her who killed Sage. Dillon, Trent, and Lucas reluctantly agree and use it. The Ouija board starts to spell out Emily's name. Trent starts to interrupt their little séance and go off about how they don't want to believe anyone could have killed Sage even someone like Emily because she is Dillon and Brook Lynn's cousin. Brook Lynn notices the board is moving again with their fingers on it and they spell out the rest, "EMILY WARN." Brook Lynn and Dillon believe that Lila is trying to reach out to them to help warn Emily of danger.

Upstairs the real killer, dressed in black clothes and wearing a Halloween mask enters Emily's room and tears a picture of Emily and Nikolas in half and smashes the frame. The killer hears a noise outside the room. Brook Lynn heads upstairs toward Emily's bedroom to find her to warn her. The killer readies his/her to strike if someone comes inside the room. Everyone downstairs hears someone scream bloody murder. Justus recognizes Faith's scream. Justus goes upstairs and finds Faith bleeding from being attacked by the killer, but not dead. He carries her downstairs so either Alan or Monica can check her. Everyone wonders where Brook Lynn went and worries she will be the next victim.

Brook Lynn was upstairs, being watched by the killer, when Trent, Lucas and Dillon arrived to take her downstairs. Dillon stayed behind a moment and was attacked; he was not injured, and the killer fled. Dillon returned downstairs and announced the incident. Mac told Felicia to keep everybody in one room while he searched the mansion. Felicia begged him to let her help him as backup, but he insisted that she stay. She gave him a kiss before he left the scene.

Dillon continued to comfort Georgie. Tracy and Felicia argued about Georgie and Dillon. Tracy even tried to blackmail Felicia, saying she wouldn't tell Alcazar that Georgie had locked Sage in the freezer prior to the murder, if Felicia would award Lila's inheritance money to her. This caused the family to turn on Tracy. Felicia swore to Tracy that if another threat against Georgie was made that she herself would dig up something so horrible out of Tracy's past that it would send Tracy to prison. When Edward mentioned that Tracy had dumped Dillon on the family, Tracy threw Felicia's year-long absence into her face. The killer overheard Mac calling for backup, as soon as weather would allow.

A little later, Alice was startled to find a bloodied badge outside the front door. Felicia realized it was Mac's! Everybody decided to grab something to use as a weapon; Heather's choice was an ice pick, and the group broke up. Brook Lynn and Lucas searched a room and had Trent stand guard in the corridor. Brook and Lucas were bonding when Trent stumbled into the room, with the gardening claw in his back. He fell to the floor, dead! Felicia showed up, followed by Mac, who had not been hurt at all. Mac guessed that the killer had placed the badge outside as a trick to scare and divide the group. With the weapon in Trent's back, Brook wondered if the killer was now weaponless. In her room, Emily came face to face with the masked killer. They fought, with the killer trying to stab Emily. Finally, Emily was able to grab the mask and pull it off the killer's face. It was Mary (she killed Sage thinking she was Emily)!

The teens were racked with guilt. Each had individual memories of the events leading up to the murders. Lucas reassured Georgie that the killer would be found. Brooke admitted to feeling responsible. Out while searching the boathouse, Dillon drew attention to the fact the killer was still in the house and that they should all concentrate on that. They all got back to the house and stood in the hallway bickering. Georgie and Brooke asked the channeling board who the killer was and it spelt out "widow". Dillon joined them, and he and Georgie worried about Alcazar's reaction to his niece's death. Brooke thought that Lois telling Alcazar would be a better idea than him hearing it from someone else, and just then Mary appeared at the window, smiling. They ran to the others and told them about seeing Mary.

Lucas consoled Brooke by telling her she handled the situation with strength and courage. She told him that she did not think he was as much of an idiot as she had originally thought. Georgie and Dillon discussed their feelings of guilt and how they would handle Alcazar. Tracy walked in and just as she dialed Alcazar's number, Dillon grabbed the phone and hung up. He called his mother heartless and he warned her that he and Georgie were together and that she should stay out of their lives. Dillon called Jason to meet him at Kelly's. Dillon asked Jason for help regarding the backlash of Alcazar when he discovered what happened to Sage. Jason told Dillon and Brooke to stay away from Alcazar, but that it was unlikely that he would go after them.

Lois told Alcazar about Sage' death. Alcazar cried at the news and was angered when Lois told him it was Mary who killed her. Lois told him that it was a teenage prank that led Sage to be locked in a freezer. He told her he understood and told Lois he would take care of things his way. Lois met with Brooke and Dillon at the pier. She told them she did not have a good feeling about Alcazar's reaction to Sage's death.

Brooke listens to one of the tracks they recorded of Sage singing at the studio. Georgie runs into the studio in a panic and turns off the music. Brooke asks her what is wrong. Georgie tells her that Dillon is on his way over to see Alcazar and take the blame for what ended up happening to Sage. Brooke leaves a message for Lois to come to the studio immediately. Lois comes right over when she gets Brooke's message. Brooke and Georgie ask Lois to go over to Alcazar's and use the fact that he likes her to persuade him not to hurt Dillon to avenge Sage's murder. Lois defends Alcazar to them but they make a case for Alcazar wanting any kind of revenge on anyone who had anything to do with what happened to Sage.

Dillon does go over to see Alcazar and tells him it was his fault for what eventually led to Sage's murder. He explains to Alcazar that he was a friend to Sage but admits he used her a bit to make Georgie jealous after she dumped him. He also lies to Alcazar and tells him he was the one who locked Sage in the former freezer room to keep her away from Georgie after the pranks she pulled on them all earlier. Alcazar listens to Dillon then tells him that he doesn't believe Dillon would lock Sage in the freezer and doesn't blame him for Sage's murder. Alcazar goes over to his desk. Dillon tells Alcazar to use him as a target if he wants to avenge Sage's murder. Alcazar takes out an envelope from the desk drawer and hands it to Dillon. He explains that he found the letter in Sage's bedroom last night and that she never mailed it. He tells Dillon the letter is addressed to him and asks him to read it. He tells Dillon that he already read it.

Dillon returns to the studio. Georgie, Brooke, and Lucas are there and are relieved to see Dillon in one piece. Georgie asks him if Alcazar hurt him in anyway but Dillon tells her he didn't hurt him at all but instead shook his hand and thanked him for being a good friend to Sage. The other teens are surprised by Alcazar's behavior. Dillon explains about the letter Sage wrote for him but never mailed or gave him. Dillon tells them that he can't believe he didn't really see through Sage's attitude and bravado before now. He reads the letter Sage wrote him which tells him how insecure Sage felt about herself and how she would hide it by acting like she was better than anyone and that she would test people as well.

Sage thanks Dillon for being her one true friend and how he was the only person who tried to be a friend to her and that she planned to invite him on her birthday and let him invite his friends as well and that she would be her real self to them. The letter makes the others feel really sad that Sage was never allowed to show her true self to them and will never get that chance now. Dillon tells her that Sage put a used birthday candle in the envelope for him to remind him about the day he had pancakes made for her on her birthday as a surprise. Brooke reads the poem Sage wrote. Georgie and Brooke cry after the poem is read.

Brook, Lucas, Dillon and Georgie met at L&B. Brook confides to Dillon, Lucas, and Georgie that she believes they all misjudged Sage. Brook suggests that they turn Sage's poem into a song. After Brook Lynn sings the song that Brook composed, using Sage's poem, Simon arrives and declares that Brook Lynn and the song will soon be a national hit.  When Lois arrives, Lois is thrilled by Simon's plans to market Brook Lynn as a solo act, but Brook is less than enthused by Simon's plan. He told her that Brook was the real deal and that with her they would have platinum hit on their hands.

After Simon leaves, Lois is shocked when she learns that the lyrics of the song came from Sage's poem and that Lorenzo would own the rights to Sage's lyrics! She met with Alcazar at the pier again to apologize to him and to ask him for the song. Brook felt guilty about leaving the others to pursue her own career. They all encouraged her. After Lois leaves, Brook Lynn confides to her friends that she is reluctant to perform as a solo act, but the other teens urge Brook to take advantage of the opportunity that Simon is offering.

Lois meets up with Alcazar on the docks. She tells him that Brook wrote a song using the poem that Sage wrote for Dillon and asks him for the rights to the poem to use as a song to launch as a potential hit single for Brook. Alcazar accuses Lois of using the tragedy of his niece's death to help launch her daughter's career and accuses her of never wanting to help Sage become a star but used her to get Brook to sing. Lois denies using Sage to get Brook to sing and that she had every intention of helping Sage become a singing star. Alcazar refuses to give his permission and takes off.

Lois shows up at the record studio where Simon and Ned are with the teens. Ned is not pleased that Alcazar is again connected in any way to the record label and especially tied in anyway to Lois. Lois explained to Ned that Sage wrote a poem that Brook turned into a wonderful song that could be a big hit for their daughter. Lois tells Simon and Ned that she pushed too hard and Alcazar got upset with her and took off. Brook tells Ned that she needs to sing the song again anyway and asks him to listen to it before making a decision about it.

Ned listens as Brook sings the song. Ned likes it a lot. Alcazar shows up and hears Brook sing the song based on Sage's poem. He starts to cry and is deeply affected by the song. Brook tells him that she won't record the song if he doesn't want her to or feels it insults Sage's memory in anyway. Alcazar tells her the poem was written by Sage for Dillon and that Dillon owns the poem and that they have his blessing about making it a record.

Brook and Dillon talk at the studio. Brook is torn about whether she wants to be a music star or not. Dillon tells her that the real world is full of conflicts like that and she needs to get use to it. A happy Brooke has just finished telling Dillon that her parents are reuniting. Later, Brooke tells Dillon that her parents aren't reuniting and he tries to offer comfort. The two compare dysfunctional parents making Georgie feel left out because he family is once again normal and happy. Dillon admits that he overheard part of a conversation between Lois and Alcazar and observes that Lois seems to be really hung up on Lorenzo.

Dillon tries to convince Lorenzo that Sage would want her uncle to be happy, and that would include developing a relationship with Lois. Later, Simon drops by with a copy of Brook's contracts. When Lois learns that Simon has the contracts, Lois rushes to sign, but Dillon puts on the brakes and urges Lois and Brook to wait until a lawyer has looked over the contracts. Dillon strongly advises Lois and Brook to get a lawyer to read over Brook's record contract with Simon before signing anything. Lois thinks that hiring a lawyer isn't necessary because she trusts Simon and the contract includes everything they agreed upon already. Simon asks Dillon if he is trying to screw up this deal on purpose. Dillon continues to think that a lawyer should read over the contract.

Ned shows up and Dillon tells him that Lois wants Brook to sign the contract without getting a lawyer to read it over first. Ned agrees with Dillon about getting a lawyer to read it over first. Lois accuses Ned of being a typical business shark like all the other Quartermaines. Ned and Lois start fighting about the contract. This upsets Brook enough to make her cry. She walks over and signs the contract and asks them to stop fighting over it. Lois signs it as well as Ned. Simon is pleased and leaves them alone. Ned asks Brook and Dillon to leave him alone to talk to Lois. Brook asks them not to fight with each other anymore. Dillon gets her to leave the room with him.

Brook tells Dillon that she doesn't think she can stand to hear her parents fight like this anymore and wishes they could just be together as a couple again. Dillon comforts Brook. Georgie shows up and tries to relate to what Brook is going through and tells her she knows what it is like to have divorced parents. Brook tells her that she doesn't know what she is really going through. Georgie tells her that her dad left her. Dillon disagrees with Georgie and tells her that Mac is really her dad now and Brook agrees with him that Georgie's parents get along really well for a divorced couple. This makes Georgie feel even more left out.

As Brook Lynn practices at L&B, she admits to Dillon that she really does want to go on with her music career. Lucas and Georgie listen in from a store room. As Lucas and Georgie rush forward to congratulate Brook for her decision to try to make the most of her opportunity for a music career, Simon suddenly arrives and grandly announces that he is ready to work on Brook's 'extreme' video beginning with a make-over for Brook. Simon argues that Brook needs a complete make-over so Simon will be able to sell a 'whole' package to the music public. Dillon, Georgie and Lucas try to convince Simon that Brook needs no help from Simon at looking better and, besides, since Brook is a teen, Brook should be going to the football game with her friends.

When Brook gives in to Simon's pressure, Dillon and Georgie decide to stay with Brook for moral support, but Lucas heads on out to the game. Later, when Simon begins explaining how he plans to make Brook over into a teen-age fashion symbol, Dillon, Georgie and Brook cringe at the collection of tight-fitting clothes that Simon produces for Brook's 'new' look. Lois suddenly arrives and assures Simon that Lois will be able to work out some stunning outfits for Brook that will dazzle an audience while allowing Brook to remain comfortable with her own self-image. A triumphant Lois returns later with a sparkling Brook, but Dillon and Brook turn thumbs down on Lois's 'creation.' Brook cries that she feels like a freak and storms out the door.

Simon wants to race after Brook, but Lois advises Simon if they let Brook walk around town with her 'new' look for a little while, Brook will soon come to appreciate the approving looks Brook will be collecting from boys her own age, and will soon change her mind. Dillon warns Lois that she is headed for disaster if she tries to change her daughter into someone that Brook is not. Simon is shocked when Dillon suddenly reminds Simon that it is Dillon who owns the rights to Sage's poem and Dillon will refuse to let Simon use the poem if Simon continues to insist on making Brook over.

Dillon goes head to head with Simon at L&B. Dillon tells Simon that he needs to let Brook be herself and not some pop diva image he wants her to be to sell records. Dillon refuses to sell the rights to Sage's poem for the hit song if Simon makes Brooke be someone she isn't. Ned shows up and asks what they are arguing about. Simon asks Dillon if Lois knows what kind of power play he is up regarding Brook's career. Ned asks to speak to Dillon alone. He tells Dillon to cool it right now until he gets back and tells Dillon he is going to find Lois and talk to her about the situation.

Meanwhile, Simon asks Georgie what Dillon's problem is all of a sudden. Georgie tells him that Dillon is Brook's uncle and he is very overprotective of her like the rest of the Quartermaines. Brook and Lucas show up at the studio. Simon is pleased to see Brook wearing the red dress he brought to the studio. He tells her she looks perfect. Dillon starts up again about Brook needs to tell Simon this isn't the image she wants to project. Brook surprises Dillon by agreeing to wear the dress and update her image. Dillon is incredulous. He tells Brook to stop listening to Simon or Lucas and follow her own heart. Brook lays into Dillon and tells him that he can't control her by telling her what to do anymore than her mother can. Dillon's feelings are hurt and he tells Brook he will drop the issue now. He walks off. Georgie tells Brook that Dillon may have worded things wrong but he was only trying to protect her.

Georgie catches up with Dillon at Kelly's. She surprises him when she asks him why he is acting more like a jealous boyfriend than Brook's uncle all of a sudden when he complains about Brook's sudden change of heart about her image and career. Brook and Lucas listen to the song she sang based on Sage's poem. Lucas asks her to dance. She doesn't want to dance with him at first but persuades her to. They dance slowly to the song and Lucas kisses her. Georgie and Dillon are at GH. Lucas and Brook show up as she twisted her ankle wearing her new high heeled shoes. Georgie is dismayed when Dillon gets protective over Brook and insists on staying there until Brook is okay to go home.

Dillon, Brooke, and Lucas discuss their latest poor performances on a history test, and all predict Georgie aced it as usual. She shocks them when she announces that she failed, and no one can figure out her lack of concern. Mac arrives, having been notified of the failing grade by the school, and Georgie immediately grows defensive. While her dad simply tries to understand what is wrong, Georgie informs him that she doesn't care if her grade is bad, and she also doesn't care how he chooses to punish her. Dillon gets to the bottom of her behavior by discovering that she's simply feeling continued conflict over the death of Sage. Georgie admits that if she knew it was her last year alive, good grades would be the last thing of importance. Dillon tries to sympathize with Georgie, and makes a date with her for the following evening. Pleased, Georgie agrees, but lets him know that she's ready to finally make love to him.

Dillon and Georgie happily plan their evening together, and both come to the conclusion that they enjoy having fun together and whether they make love or not, they want to have a good time without pressure. Dillon heads for the Haunted Star, and begins to set up the ballroom as a movie set, creating the mood for the night. Mac briefly interrupts him to inquire about Luke and Skye, but by the time Georgie arrives, the two are all alone. They dance and bask in their happiness together, apologizing to each other for their misdeeds in the previous year. Just as their kiss threatens to move to more, however, they are interrupted by Skye and Luke who are fleeing from the police.

They beg the teens to help the two fugitives hide out. Before the teens can agree, they are interrupted again when Mac and his fellow officers from the Port Charles Police Department begin knocking persistently and demanding to search the place for Skye and Luke. Thinking fast, Dillon and Georgie muss themselves up and pretend to be making out on the pool table, while Luke and Skye scamper into hiding. When the police break in, Mac is so outraged at the sight of his half-dressed daughter on the pool table that he forgets to search for Luke and Skye. As Mac hustles his defiant daughter out of the casino, Georgie dramatically protests her undying love for Dillon. After Mac leaves, Luke and Skye are elated by Dillon's quick thinking.

However, Dillon is devastated that Georgie's father once again hates him. Skye and Luke try to convince Dillon to help them, but learn that Dillon only has $4 left after his spending spree to create the right mood for Dillon's big evening of romance. Dillon makes the mistake of jokingly suggesting that he pawn some of the Quartermaine family knick-knacks for some quick cash and Luke seizes on that as an excellent idea.

Mac and Georgie arrive at home and argue about Georgie's plans for a romp in the hay with Dillon. After Mac leaves, Georgie is cheered when Dillon sneaks into her room through the window. Dillon explains that Skye and Luke believe that, once the REAL killer of Detective Duncan is captured, Mac will be so happy that he will be eager to change his opinion about Dillon's romantic interests in Mac's daughter.

Luke and Skye are relieved when Dillon shows up at the casino. He is carrying a duffle bag. He tells Skye that he brought her some of her favorite clothes. Luke is disappointed that he didn't steal something more valuable than Skye's clothes. Skye goes off to take a shower and change into her favorite clothes. Luke tells Dillon they need to go back to the Quartermaine mansion and steal some valuables that they can pawn off or resell for money.

Dillon is reluctant to help Luke since he doesn't want to get caught by Mac and get into any more trouble. Luke tells him that he is helping him and will be a hero when they clear Skye of murder charges. Dillon doesn't buy that and tries to get out of it. Luke pushes him out the door and makes him break into the mansion with him and steal valuables. When they get there, Dillon tries to talk Luke out of stealing things that will be missed. Luke doesn't care about the risk and wants big money items. They hear a noise and hide in the closet.

Luke wants to continue stealing more valuables but Dillon doesn't. Luke tells him to go back to the casino and he will go check out the attic himself. Meanwhile, Georgie shows up at the casino and hands Skye a stack of police files pertaining to the Duncan murder case. Skye asks her where she got them. Georgie tells her that she stole them from her father's desk. Skye worries about her going on a limb for her and risking being caught. Georgie tells her she likes the idea of doing something dangerous and thinks that Dillon will be even more impressed with her when he finds out what she did. Dillon shows up at the casino again. Skye tells him what Georgie did and warns him that Georgie stole police files to try and impress him. Dillon really starts to worry about what foolish risks Georgie is willing to take for him. Luke goes up into the attic. He starts putting antiques into his bag and hears a creak suddenly. He goes over to investigate the sound and is thisclose to seeing Laura in the rocking chair.  Luke returned to the ship. They gave Dillon the items taken from the mansion to fence.

Monica finds Georgie and Dillon and informs Dillon that Tracy believes that Dillon or Brook Lynn has taken the trinkets missing from the Quartermaine Mansion. Dillon protests that he knows nothing about the missing items. After Monica leaves, Georgie warns Dillon that he has taken too many items from the mansion to help pay for Luke and Skye's hideout. But Dillon assures Georgie that Luke will soon have all the money he needs and the pilfering can end. Brook Lynn meets with Dillon and Georgie at the hospital and complains about her arguments with Diego. All of the teens are disappointed when Monica informs them that none of them are matches to donate bone marrow for Kristina.

Dillon and Georgie hang out at Kelly's. Georgie is worried about Brook Lynn since she never came home last night. Dillon guesses she was out with Diego. Diego and Brook Lynn show up after spending the night talking. Brook Lynn thanks him for listening to her. Georgie and Dillon spot them outside of Kelly's. Georgie comes out and asks Brook Lynn what she is doing hanging out with a loser like Diego. Brook Lynn defends Diego to them.

Heather accused Dillon of helping Luke steal items out of the house. Tracy accused Heather of having more to her plan than simply getting Edward's money. Heather snapped and nearly choked Tracy, but Dillon stopped her. Tracy urged Dillon to keep an eye on Heather to figure out what she was up to. Finally, Dillon agreed. Dillon learned from Alice that Heather had double-bolted the door to the attic. Suspicious of Heather's actions, Dillon was able to pick the lock and gain entry into the Quartermaine attic. He was spooked when he heard a noise from inside, the woman rocking in the chair. He's stunned to find a catatonic woman in a rocking chair, sitting all alone in the attic. He noticed that she was wearing a hospital patient ID tag and read the name: Laura Spencer!

Dillon rushes to the Haunted Star where he bursts into the room, but is able to quickly cover when he sees Heather. He makes up a story, and Heather leaves to secure the funding for Luke. Dillon then drops the bomb on him that he found Laura. Luke is stunned to hear Dillon describe how she was in the Quartermaine attic, and the three of them set out to rescue her. They arrive back at the mansion to find her gone and Skye questions whether or not Laura is really catatonic or behind the plan herself. Luke assures her that Laura is innocent, and he begins to realize who might be behind it all. Meanwhile, having somehow figured out that Dillon got into the attic, Heather arranges to have Laura flown out of Port Charles to a "safe place."

Brook is disgusted and shocked to find her naked mother in Alcazar's living room and runs off. Dillon and Georgie arrive at the Quartermaine mansion, and having been tipped off by Lois, ask Brook how she's doing. They're upset to see that she's packing a bag, and they try to keep her from running off with Diego. Brook begs them to let her do what she needs to do for herself, and tells them that if they care about her they will. Dillon tries his hardest to talk Brook out of it, but she takes her stuff and leaves.

Dillon and Georgie meet with Brook Lynn in the park. She tells Dillon and Georgie that she didn't run away yet because she needs there help. Diego shows up behind her. Diego explains that he needs to get something from his social worker's apartment and then he will explain. He tells them Grace, his social worker, gave him a key to her place in case of an emergency. Dillon doubts what Diego plans to do would be considered an emergency. They go into Grace's apartment. Suddenly they hear a noise. Brook Lynn and Georgie hide in the coat closet while Diego and Dillon hide in the other room. Grace shows up to find some file. She opens the coat closet but doesn't see Georgie and Brook Lynn hiding behind the coats. She gets a call on her cell phone and tells her friend she found her file and is on her way to meet her. The four kids come out of hiding.

Diego is looking for money when he finds a bundle of letters addressed to him and takes them and tells the others that the letters are from his sister. They leave the apartment. Dillon asks him why he isn't with his sister now since he has no other family. He explains that his sister was born in Mexico and he wasn't and that the government deported her before she could get to him to take care of him. He refers to his sister as Maria. He tells them that there is money inside the letters she wrote him and he is going to use the money to get to Mexico.

Diego, Brook, Dillon, and Georgie come upon Diego's sister's new home in Mexico, and they are stunned to find her standing inside in a wedding gown. Maria rushes to Diego and hugs him, but tells him that he must leave. Dillon spies a necklace that reminds him of something he can't remember, so he snatches it and pockets it before anyone notices. Diego wants to know what is going on with her, but Maria continues to try and rush the teens out of her house. Suddenly, her fiancé enters the room and demands to know who the people are. Maria pretends to have no idea, so Eduardo has the four of them arrested and thrown in a Mexican jail.

As Dillon and Georgie blast Diego for getting them into the situation, Maria shows up at the jailhouse and tries to explain to Diego. She tells him she's marrying an honorable man, but she can't tell him about her past and her brother until after they are wed. She promises Diego to help him once her marriage is finalized, but she warns him to not return to Port Charles. Diego wants to know why, but Maria refuses to tell him and simply insists he stay away from Port Charles. Later, after having Diego and his friends released from jail, Maria searches her room for her necklace, but is unable to find it.

At the Port Charles Police Department, Courtney, Ned and Lois blast Diego, Brook and Dillon for their recent escapade in Mexico. Diego spots his social worker, Grace, and demands to know why Grace failed to tell Diego that Grace was in contact with Diego's sister. Grace reports that it was Maria's choice to keep Diego in the dark. When Diego demands to know WHY he needs to leave Port Charles, Grace will only tell Diego that he is at risk and she is working on a transfer to keep him safe. However, Courtney insists that Diego can remain with her. Ned and Lois inform Brook that she will need to stay with one of them from now on. Mac orders a protesting Dillon to stay away from Georgie.

Nikolas and Emily have their wedding reception at the Quartermaine estate. Tracy drags Dillon on the dance floor and demands to know what he knows about Heather and Luke and wonders if he knows where Luke, Skye, and Heather disappeared to. Dillon insists he doesn't know anymore than she knows but she doesn't believe him. Jax sees how distressed Dillon is while dancing with his mother that he decides to cut in on their dance. Courtney grabs Dillon to dance and he is grateful and relieved to get a reprieve from his mother. Tracy isn't happy with Jax and calls him a snake. Jax is pleased with himself for some reason. Courtney asks Dillon where Georgie is. Dillon tells her that he can't see Georgie or Mac will probably shoot him full of bullets.

Dillon continues to find Maria's necklace familiar, and he realizes he's seen the same symbol on faxed documents at the Haunted Star. He and Georgie try to figure out the origin of the documents, but have no idea who sent them to Luke. Meanwhile, Diego finds them and tells them he thinks Sonny is the man in Port Charles that Maria wants to keep him away from, and he guesses that perhaps Sonny killed his dad. Dillon doesn't think that Sonny is the man who Diego is supposed to stay away from, so in order to figure out who it is, he faxes a letter to the fax number on Luke's documents, and waits for the person to meet him on the docks. As he and Georgie hide at the docks, they are shocked to find Lorenzo Alcazar show up.

Dillon and Georgie try to get info from Alcazar to help them figure out the charm on Maria's necklace. Alcazar admits he sent Luke the fax, and they apologize-pretending they misinterpreted it and were only trying to help Luke out with the Haunted Star. When Alcazar forgives them for dragging him down to the docks, Dillon innocently asks about the design at the top of Alcazar's letterhead. Lorenzo explains it's his family's corporate logo, and Georgie and Dillon realize that Alcazar must have something to do with Diego's past.

Dillon and Georgie meet secretly on the Docks and Dillon explains that the pendent that he discovered in the apartment of Diego's sister is the same as the Alcazar family's corporate logo. As they talk about the pendent, someone eavesdrops from a hidden corner. Later, Lorenzo joins Georgie and Dillon and Dillon hands the pendent over to Lorenzo. Lorenzo is immediately surprised to see the pendent and demands to know where Dillon got the pendent.

Dillon tries to convince Lorenzo that he found the pendent at a flea market, and then beats a hasty retreat. Dillon confides to Georgie that he believes that perhaps it is Lorenzo who is the Port Charles resident that Diego's sister believes is dangerous to Diego just as Diego arrives to meet with Dillon and Georgie. Choosing NOT to announce himself, Diego tracks Lorenzo down at Kelly's. The shadowy figure who has been eavesdropping on the docks steps out of the shadows to follow Diego and is revealed to be Maria. However, when Diego checks over his should, Marie ducks back into the shadows.

Maria arrives in town to protect Diego. Georgie and Dillon find her eavesdropping on Diego and Brooklyn. Maria wants Diego to go with her to Mexico as he is in danger in Port Charles. Diego thinks it is Sonny Corinthos and Dillon says it’s not from Sonny that the connection is from Lorenzo. He tells Diego about the crest on Maria's necklace is the same as Lorenzo's one of a kind corporate logo. Dillon's questions cause Diego to pause and wonder if his sister is lying to him. Maria is angry with Dillon for stealing her necklace and discovering that Alcazar is the man she fears, but Diego refuses to listen to her and he decides to stay in Port Charles and go after Alcazar himself.

Before he can make a grave mistake, Dillon and Georgie warn Courtney of Diego's plans.  (Note: this is the end of GQ's involvement in Diego's storyline, for anyone who is interested in what happens with his separate storyline I can email you descriptions for Dec, 2004 time frame. I decided not to include it as it didn't involve GQ).

Georgie and Dillon show up at the casino to wait out the storm. They are surprised to see Luke sitting in the dark drinking. They ask him what else is wrong other than what is going on with Laura. (Not shown, Luke has found out that Laura is really alive and Bobbie knew and allowed him to think that Laura was dead rather than tell him about her comatose condition). Dillon comments that it couldn't be worse than what is already going on. Luke tells him that things eventually get worse than you think they will.

Dillon and Georgie dance to Christmas music in front of the tree at the casino. Georgie sees Dillon is holding a envelope in his back pocket and she grabs it to read it. Dillon tries to stop her from reading it but she opens the envelope and reads it. Her face falls in disappointment and worry and asks him how long he was going to keep the news that he was leaving from her. He tells her that he didn't want to put a damper on the holidays. She tells him that he got accepted into USC film school and that he will be going there to follow his dream to be a director. He tells her that he wouldn't be going to film school until at least next September and that they can worry about that then. Georgie accepts that and they continue to dance.

Dillon and Georgie tried to steal some moments alone by going to his room at the Haunted Star. They are surprised to see that Luke is in his room. Luke asks them to be quiet so he can hear what is going on his radio device. It turns out that Luke had a listening device inserted into a flower that Skye is wearing in front of her blouse while she talks to Tracy in the casino. Skye tries to find out if Tracy may know where Helena could be hiding. Tracy doesn't tell Skye anything important about Helena. She makes Skye nervous at first when she mentions the flower she is wearing near the opening of her blouse. Skye asks her what is wrong with it. Tracy tells her that every man in town as seen her chest so she doesn't need to hide it with a flower. Tracy leaves the bar and dismisses Skye. Skye tells Luke she is sorry she couldn't get anything out of Tracy.

Dillon asks Luke why Skye was talking to Tracy. Luke tells him that Tracy may know where Helena is hiding. Dillon and Georgie have a hard time believing Helena could really be alive since Nikolas threw her off a cliff. Luke explains that anything is possible with Helena. Skye comes into Dillon's room to join them. Luke tells Skye that Tracy doesn't really trust anyone and that they need to find someone who Tracy trusts. Skye and Luke turn around and look at Dillon as the person to help them. Georgie doesn't like the idea of Dillon helping them since Helena is a dangerous person to cross and she is afraid that Dillon will get in trouble and she doesn't want Mac to find out they are sneaking around to see each other. Dillon agrees to help them.

Later in the casino, Luke and Dillon stage a scene for Tracy's benefit. Luke accuses Dillon of stealing money from him and hiding it in his mattress in his room. Luke makes an act of searching Dillon's pant pockets and finds casino chips inside. Luke fires Dillon on the spot. Skye asks Luke to give Dillon another chance and not to call the cops on him. Luke agrees not to call the cops but makes him move out of his room. Tracy tells Dillon she misses not talking to him and that is why she comes to the casino all the time, hoping to see him more and talk to him. She suggests he move back in with her at the mansion. Dillon tells her he doesn't want to do that but agrees to move back in with her. He gives Luke and the others the thumbs up when he leaves the casino with Tracy. Dillon and Tracy end up at Kelly's having dinner. Dillon hints to Tracy that he heard that Nikolas really isn't in prison but that his look-a-like Connor felt so guilty he agreed to change places with Nikolas and pretend to be him in prison so Emily and Nikolas could be together. He suggests that they will probably show up at the masquerade ball at the new hotel incognito.

Dillon leaves Kelly's. He watches from outside while Tracy makes a mysterious phone call to someone. She tells the person on the other line about Nikolas and the masquerade ball. Luke hears from Dillon who tells him that Tracy made a phone call, possibly to Helena and that they will have to watch at the masquerade ball to see if the bait worked. Jax hosts a lavish masquerade ball with most of Port Charles' movers and shakers as his guests. He shows off his newly renovated Metro Court Hotel, which stands on the site where the Port Charles Hotel stood before the tragic fire the year before. Guests are decked out in flashy costumes. Emily, Connor, Luke, Skye, Lucky, Liz, Dillon and Georgie hope their plan to unmask Helena at the ball works as planned. Unfortunately, Helena is a step ahead of them and the woman Luke unmasks only resembles Helena.

At Kelly's, Dillon tells Georgie, Skye and Luke that he is finished with spying on his mother for them. However, Luke insists that they need Tracy's cell phone records if they hope to flush Helena out of hiding. But Dillon argues that Tracy NO longer has a reason to be helping Helena. After Dillon and Georgie leave, Luke admits that, perhaps, they have been looking for Helena in all the wrong places. Connor and Emily are surprised when Dillon appears to be about ready to confess their scam to his mother.

However, Lucky arrives immediately and congratulates Dillon for thinking of bringing Tracy 'on board.' Connor and Emily breathe a sigh of relief when they hear Lucky explain that they called Tracy to the Haunted Star to encourage Tracy to get the Quartermaines to quit fighting with each other for Emily's sake. Tracy insists that she has never wished for any harm to come to Emily and Tracy storms away. After Tracy leaves, Emily and Connor come out of hiding and are soon joined by Luke and Skye. Luke suggests that Tracy may be cooperating with Helena because Helena has threatened Dillon and he is the one thing Tracy loves in this world besides money and power. Luke suggests that it is now more important than ever for Connor and Emily to continue their charade.

Tracy is dismayed to find Luke and Skye waiting for her in the living room. They confront her about working for Helena. She denies it when she sees that Dillon is in the room. Luke and Skye tell her they have written proof that she called Helena from her cell phone. Tracy admits to helping Helena only because she needed the money that Helena promised to help bail out ELQ. Luke forces her to call Helena and help them with their plan. Tracy calls Helena on her cell phone. Helena tells her the plan is in motion but Tracy informs her that Emily is pregnant with Nikolas' child. Helena doesn't tell her anything over the phone.

Tracy tells them she doesn't know where Helena is hiding right now. Tracy storms off in a huff. Skye comforts Dillon when she sees how upset he is with Tracy. He tells her that despite how angry and disappointed he is with his mother right now, he doesn't want to see Helena kill her either. Skye and Luke try to assure him that Tracy will come out of this fine. Skye comes up with a better plan than the original and tells them. Luke gives Dillon the keys to his office and tells him to bring something to Lucky to use.

Georgie pretends to be Brook Lynn for a college interview that Brook was going to flake on. When the recruiter asks to hear her sing, Dillon has to step in and rescues her from embarrassment. Later, Brook tells Georgie and Dillon that she is passing on going to college and, instead, is planning on going to Mexico to be with Diego. Bridget shows up at the hospital to ask if her baby, Hope has an appointment with the pediatrician so she can go with her baby. Georgie is working at the nurse’s station and asks Bridget who the baby's doctor is and what time the appointment is. Bridget doesn't know what time or who the baby's doctor is. Georgie gets suspicious and asks Bridget why she doesn't know that information when she claims to be the baby's mother. Bridget gets upset when Georgie refuses to give out information. Bridget tries to explain that Hope/Alexandria is her baby and that her grandmother got custody of the baby after she was taken from Jason and Sam. Georgie realizes who she is but tells Bridget that maybe the baby is better off being cared for by her grandmother. Bridget storms off to the elevator.

Diego shows up with his hand bandaged. He tells Georgie and Dillon about Kristina being kidnapped and how Brook Lynn feels responsible for what happened since she was babysitting her at the time. She tells them that Ned showed up to take her home and that Alcazar came to get him out of there after Sonny suspected him of being in on the kidnapping. Diego tells Dillon that he doesn't know if his father was just trying to stick it to Sonny or if he really cares about him and came to get him out for that reason only.

Dillon, Tracy, Edward, Ned and Lois sit around and talk in the aftermath of the news of AJ's death. Courtney arrives and Tracy lashes at her that she deliberately killed AJ while Courtney tries to explain the events on the night of AJ's death and how he deliberately provoked her. She thinks to get her to assault him so that he could use it against her in divorce court as he wanted half of the money she received after the hotel fire.
