DVD #4A 4/15 - 5/25/2005 First two hours. Courtney tells Carly & Jason that AJ’s alive, Jax & Courtney find Alan on the GH roof and she tells Alan about AJ, Jax takes Courtney to the Dominican Republic for a quickie divorce, she becomes jealous of the magistrate’s prior relationship with Jax, Ric calls Courtney & Jax back with the news that AJ is alive and has Michael, AJ is brought into the ER with a broken back, he warns Courtney that he will never let her be happy, Courtney thanks Jason for helping her back when she was married to AJ, AJ’s murder, Jax & Courtney plan to move forward with their wedding, they postpone the wedding for Sonny’s trial, Sonny is exonerated, Courtney finds Rachel sitting with Jax at the Metro Court after Sonny’s trial, Carly & Courtney commiserate over chocolate, Jax & Courtney make up, Carly and Rachel plot to break them up using Jason.  

5/25 - 6/24/2005 Next two hours. Jax visits with Kristina after Alexis and Ric break up, Carly sets Courtney & Jason up, Jax and Courtney turn the tables on her, Courtney is disappointed that her fertility status is unchanged, Courtney invites Sonny & Carly to the wedding, Jane sees Jason with Courtney and tells Jax, Jax decides he loves and trusts Courtney, Carly interrupts the wedding, reception, Courtney gets stuck in the elevator with Coleman, Courtney and Jax realize that they both have been researching baby options, Courtney & Jax meet with Dr. Meadows, Liz tells Jax that she would like to be their gestational host, Courtney’s eggs are not viable, Liz tells Jax and Courtney that Lucky disapproves, Rachel offers her services, Jax & Courtney approach Liz & Lucky about Liz being a surrogate mother for them, Jax & Courtney have trouble obtaining sperm for the insemination.  

Dvd #4B 6/27- 7/26/2005 Next two hours: Jax & Courtney show up at the hospital for Liz’s insemination, Courtney confides her insecurities over the surrogacy to Nikolas on the GH roof, Jax takes Liz to dinner, Jax buys a toy for Cameron, Jax offers Nik, Em, Liz & Lucky a ride to Carly’s party, Lucky punches Jax, the hurricane hits, Courtney is in a car accident, Nik carries her into the stables, Liz & Lucky announce their engagement, Courtney questions Jax’s hesitation over the marriage, Court & Nik drink in the stables and confide in each other, Jax interupts, Courtney tells Jax about her insecurities, Courtney & Jax discuss travel, Liz is pregnant, Jax interrupts Liz & Lucky’s nuptials, Courtney confides in Nik about her fear of losing Jax to Liz, Lucky agrees to postpone the wedding, Courtney & Jax make plans for the nursery, Liz stops by, Courtney confides in Nik, Liz faints, Lucky gets angry when Jax suggests a desk job, Jax asks Courtney to give him a reality check.  

7/27- 8/18/2005 Last two hours. Jax lies to Courtney about his concern for Liz, they run into Lucky & Liz at Kelly’s, Courtney leaves, a drunken Nik kisses her, Courtney meets Nik on the GH roof, they get stuck in the rain, Jax discusses fate with Emily, Jax assumes that Courtney was alone, Courtney later tells Jax that she Nik was there, Jax helps Liz after her car breaks down, Jax saves Liz & Cameron when their apartment catches fire, Courtney tells Lucky that she has misgivings about the surrogacy, they rush to the hospital, Jax invites Liz to stay with them, Liz has a nightmare about giving the baby up, Liz goes missing, Court & Nik agree that they should stay away from each other, they kiss goodbye, Liz sees, Jax & Courtney plan a trip to the Bahamas, Jax is detained, Nik is on the plane, Jax surprises Liz & Lucky by redoing their apartment, Emily finds Nik & Courtney together, Jax arrives, Courtney tells Jax that Emily thinks she & Nik are having an affair, Jax angrily confronts Nikolas.
