Robert, Anna & Robin #8  November 26, 1985 – January 11, 1986 - 8 hr original edit

Robert finally comes out of his secret room with a printout detailing his entire organization. Unfortunately, Robert hasn’t found any clues as to where he might be holding Robin. Robert continues with the information that the black pearls that the Ancient One has can bring down Wu’s organization in Port Charles. They surmise that they have to find the black pearls in order to stop Wu. Anna suggests that the Ancient One knew how much danger he was in and he would have told someone where the pearls are hidden. They start thinking back to who was the last person that had seen the Ancient One and Robert believes it was Olin. Frisco vouches that she is someone that they can trust, that she is on the level. Robert suggests that Frisco goes to the quarter and question Olin about them.

Wu pressures the Ancient One to give over the pearls. Kim wants to use physical force to coerce him into giving up the information they want but Wu restrains him. The Ancient One negotiates that he will give Wu the information only after Robin is released and safely home with her parents.

One of Kim’s guys comes in and says that there is something going on in the quarter, that the people know something but won’t give him the information. Kim determines that he will go into the quarter in disguise to try to find out what the people know. The Council of Six arrive and demand a meeting. They have lost confidence in Wu and his ability to get the pearls back and report that they are all experience unrest in their own communities. Wu assures them that the Ancient One has given up that he has accepted defeat and that he has Robert Scorpio’s child and has beaten him as well. Wu is quite cocky that he will have the pearls back by that very evening!

Frisco goes to see Olin but she can’t help him and won’t give him the information, she can’t help him. He tells her what a great lady she is and that he is jealous of Suki for having her for a grandmother, that he is very lucky. He knows how important the pearls are to her and her people. He knows that the Ancient One doesn’t have the pearls as he and Robin would be free by now if Wu had retrieved them. He warns her about the cocaine that Wu is bringing in and he will use the drug to target the children of the quarter. He warns Olin that it will be like living in hell. He asks her if she knows where the pearls are and she admits the plan of passing the pearls around from one trusted person to the next to keep them safe.

Frisco asks Olin to take her to the quarter and show him how the pass off works. They stand in the quarter and he watches as the pearls change hands. As he sees them lying on a table, Olin tells him that he knows where they are and she understands if he has to take them. He says he can’t that the decision has to be up to the people. He knows the conditions they live, the near slavery and poverty conditions, and he can’t take the dream away from them as he knows what the pearls mean for their future. He asks Olin to make the proposition to the people and let them decide what they want to do.

Robert gets Anna to think of every detail, and she recalls seeing the costumes and as she begins to describe them they all realize that two of the people in costume could have been the Ancient One and Robin. They check the map and narrow it down to the area around the Bamboo Bar. Anna describes the glitter on the costumes and Robert suddenly recalls seeing glitter on the floor of the bar. Robert puts it all together and knows where they are being held and they all head to the bar.

Frisco comes in and urgently asks where Robert and Anna are? He knows where the pearls are and has to talk to Robert. Sean and Felicia tell him that they went to the bar where he believes that Robin is being held. Robert and Anna arrive at the bar and grow frustrated after searching and not finding the hostages. Then Robert notices an air vent going to the secret room and they find the room and find Robin and the Ancient One! Robert  and Anna are two very thrilled parents and smother their daughter with hugs and kisses as she laughingly assures them that she is fine. The Ancient One plays along that the game is over and wasn’t it fun? Robin declares this was the best game yet!

They all arrive back at Robert’s house, and there is a happy reunion all around. Olin arrives with the news that the people agreed to exchange the pearls to free the Ancient One and Robin. She is thrilled to see they are safe. Robert asks the Ancient One to delay following through on the cannery deal to give him time to bust Wu’s cocaine ring. He agrees. In disguise Kim follows the movement of the pearls and is able to pick them up and take possession of the pearls!

The gang celebrates Thanksgiving together. Buzz comes over and gives Cindy new eyes, Robin is very grateful to him for fixing Cindy. When they are alone, Robert and Anna sit Robin down to talk to her. She doesn’t understand why they didn’t tell her they were her mommy and daddy? Did they not want her to know? Were they ashamed of her? They assure her that they love her very much and they are very proud of her. They didn’t want to see her hurt. She tells them but she was hurt, she was hurt very much. They tell her how sorry they are, that they wanted to tell her but they waited too long. She wants to know if Robbie loves Anna? He tells her that he loved her a long time ago and that she is a child created out of love. They promise to love her forever.

Jade runs into Kim and as she tells him she is glad that his plan has failed that Robin and the Ancient One are free and the people have the pearls, he gloats that he has the pearls and he proudly shows them to her. She looks at him in horror, then grabs the pearls, slams her arm through a window and throws them outside. They are immediately picked up and hidden. Kim throws Jade off of him when she tries to stop him from going outside, she falls backwards and hits her head.

Robin wants to know why her parents aren’t still together. They try to explain about them having a dangerous job and the pressure of it caused them to separate. She asks why mommy didn’t tell him about Robin? He explains that mommy was worried that a bad man might try to get to Robert by hurting Robin and mommy did it to keep Robin safe. They talk about the first time they meet and how they both liked each other. He tells her that he would have loved her even if she weren’t his daughter. They talk about him going to Australia to be with Holly and she promises to come and visit him. Robin throws her arms around his neck and declares that she doesn’t want to lose him. Anna agrees that it will be fine for her to visit him.

Jade comes to and calls Yank and tells her that she has been hurt during a confrontation with Kim. He and Buzz take the medical van and arrive at Wu’s office and find her unconscious. As Yank picks her up, Wu and Kim come into the office and demand to know what is going on. Yank reams Wu for all of his dirty deeds, kidnapping an old man and a little girl, selling cocaine, stealing the dream from the people, and now hurting his own granddaughter! After they leave, Wu is furious with Kim for hurting Jade. Kim tries to explain that she was taunting him and he showed her the pearls to prove that the Asian Cooperative hadn’t won and then confesses how she took them from him. He didn’t mean to hurt her but Wu is tired of his excuses and his temper.

Robert visits that Ancient One and then Frisco and Felicia arrive. The Ancient One is being discharged from GH and plans on taking the pearls to NY to be sold and he will then buy the cannery. He thanks Frisco for all of the sacrifices he has made in order to help his people and tells Frisco that he has brought honor on himself and to his family and he is very revered in the quarter. Frisco asks where Yank is and the Ancient One tells him that Kim has hurt Jade and Yank went to treat her. The Ancient One and Olin are taken by police helicopter to NY and sell the pearls for more than was expected. They are both very happy at the success and he declares that the Asian people are in the debt of a very special and very courageous little girl.

Just as Wu is assuring the Council of Six that Robert is no longer a threat and nothing to be worried about, Robert busts in with an old warrant and starts searching each of them. While Robert distracts them, Sean plants a bug. Wu is furious and tells Robert that he won’t get away with this. Robert calls him on kidnapping an old man and a little girl and holding them on his property and warns him he will receive life in prison for it! Robert warns him that if anyone is harmed that Wu will answer for it.

After Robert and Sean leave, the council turn on Wu tired of his inept actions and blame him for lack of results. He tries to rein them in and assures them that it is not over and that the Asian Cooperative will not take over the cannery. As Robert and the boys listen in, they grow concerned over what Wu’s next action will be as he doesn’t sound like a defeated man. Robert and the gang go out to follow Wu and Kim and he declares that they can’t let them out of their sight.

There is a festival planned for the night in the Asian Quarter and Robin is walking in the parade with the Ancient One and everyone is planning on attending. Robert is concerned about the festival but says he can’t stop it as the people are in the mood to celebrate. The Ancient One completes the purchase with Derek and the Asian Coop now owns the cannery.

The parade begins, an outdoor location shot with big dragons and spectators. Meanwhile, Sean follows Mr. Wu to the warehouse and watches as he meets with two guys in diver outfits who have brought I the cocaine. He completes his cocaine buy and then Sean takes Wu into custody. Wu is very eager to get out of the warehouse and Sean comments on his nervousness. Outside, Robert is waiting on a boat with security and they take the two divers into custody. Cute moment as the Green Shirts surprise Suki with a Green Jacket and make him a member.

Frisco heads over the tea room, Suki and one of the Green Shirts come in and tell Frisco that Kim is fishing, sitting in a boat in the middle of the harbor. Frisco heads down there to check it out. He follows Kim in a boat, and watches as Kim plants several explosive devices under the docks. Frisco follows him up to the dock and when Kim sees Frisco, he takes off running. Frisco catches him and they fight, Kim takes a pipe to Frisco and knocks him down. Yang comes up and takes on Kim and knocks him out. Frisco tells Yang about the bombs on the docks, just under where the people have gathered to hear the Ancient One speak. They head off to try to find them all.

The Ancient One goes up to podium and announces that the cannery now belongs to the people. They celebrate and one by one begin signing the deed. Sean brings Wu out to the dock area and Frisco tells him about the explosives. They have found four explosive devices but Frisco believes that Kim had time to plant more. Wu is silent until Sean decides to tie him up and leave him on the dock. They realize Wu’s intention was to blow up the cannery (talk about a sore loser!). Wu finally tells them where the final device is. The Green Shirts arrive and help escort Wu to the waiting police car.

A press conference is held in Robert’s office announcing the two new co-police commissioners, Burt Ramsey and Anna Devane. Robert is given a chance to say his goodbyes to the people of Port Charles. Robert notices that Robin has left the room and realizes she is feeling sad about the goodbyes and him leaving. He goes outside to find a rather sad little girl sitting all alone. He sits next to her and reassures her. She is worried that maybe Holly won’t like her and he tells her that Holly will love her! She seems more cheered Ruby shows up and gives Robert a hard time for daring to try to leave town without saying goodbye to her. Robert swears he would not have left without coming to see Ruby.

Robert heads to the hospital to say goodbye to Sean, Frisco, Buzz and Anna join them. They discuss where Anna and Robin should live and Sean offers his penthouse though that doesn’t seem right for a child. Then Buzz offers up his townhouse as being too large for him but perfect for Robin as there is a nice yard to play in. They all agree that is just right. (Call me crazy but Buzz’s townhouse looks EXACTLY like Sean’s penthouse!) Robin observes that Robbie doesn’t need to worry about her as she will have Buzz, Sean, and Frisco to help take care of her. Anna takes Robin out to get a hot chocolate, and Robert deputizes Buzz, Sean, and Frisco as Robin’s godfathers.

Frisco and Felicia have a final scene with Robert. Frisco is worried about getting into the police academy, Robert has given his recommendation but warns Frisco his influence is apparently limited so there are no guarantees. Frisco questions the need for attending the police academy and Anna points out that while he has had some advanced undercover training, there is a ton of things for him to learn about police work.

Robert has his last scene with Robin and says goodbye to her. He doesn’t want to say any more goodbyes, turning out to be harder than he expected to leave. But he isn’t done yet as Celia and then Burt stops by. Celia isn’t happy about Sean possibly being pardoned as she hasn’t forgotten or forgiven him for kidnapping Holly and leaving her for dead. Robert worries about Sean and whether he will receive the governor’s pardon. He calls Sean one more time before he leaves.

Anna takes Robert to the airport and they say their final goodbye. She tells him not to worry about her as she has Robin to love. They share a last moment and he pulls her into his arms and kisses her, she stands watching him leave with tears in her eyes (as we all do!).

Anna is called down to the police academy for a problem with a new recruit. It’s Frisco who isn’t conforming to the dress code, he still has a beard, long hair, a rainbow scarf. He tells her he didn’t find out he was accepted into the academy until 15 minutes before class started and didn’t know about the dress code. He goes on about the furnace going out at the brownstone. Anna has to restrain her grin and tells Guy that he should just consider this particular recruit could only go up from here!

Anna and Burt meet with a few officers who are concerned about Anna suggesting they don’t use a particular chokehold move as they could get sued if someone was injured. One of the officer’s points out that the use of force is sometimes necessary, thinking that because she is a woman that she wouldn’t appreciate that. Anna decides to show them some moves of her own and instructs the four officers to come at her. They are hesitant but comply with the new boss. She takes them on one by one and earns their respect as well as showing them some different defense moves. After they leave, Burt says that news of this encounter and Anna’s prowess will spread through the PCPD.

Robin, Anna, Frisco and Felicia are all missing Robert. He has just arrived in Australia and checks into Holly’s hotel, he surprises Holly in her bathtub and jumps in! (This is not Emma, but a look alike shown from the back, nice that they took the trouble to show Robert and Holly reunited and off to share their life together).

Anna obsesses about what to wear to work. Philomena assures her that she looks beautiful. Anna and Burt are sharing an office temporarily, Anna assures him her office is almost ready and she will be out soon. She tells him she is very glad to have his expertise in the day to day running of the PD. He offers that he is happy to do anything he can to help her and to just let him know. She says there is something very important she needs to ask him. He takes her request very seriously, sounds important. She questions where her outfit looks all right? Not exactly the advice he expected but assures her she looks fine. She is feeling insecure whether she will be accepted. He continues to assure her that she has already gained the respect of the officers because of her WSB training, and word has spread of her defense demonstration with the officers the other day.

Anna gets an urgent call that the judge is questioning why Sean is still at GH and not in prison where he belongs? A meeting is demanded and they come down on both Anna and Burt for showing Sean favoritism. Anna heads over to GH to get a medical update and when Sean’s condition has stabilized, Rick reports there is no reason to keep him. Anna tells Sean she is sorry but she has to take him into custody. Sean has secretly taken a pill, his heart begins beating erratically and the monitor goes wild. This set back prevents him from being released into Anna’s custody.

Anna and Monica meet with the judge and update him on Sean’s condition. He determines that Sean will receive adequate medical care in the prison jail where he belongs. Monica disputes this and indicates she doesn’t have time to run back and forth the prison on a daily basis to provide the medical attention he requires. The judge intimates that Monica is not unbiased about Sean, Rick enters and vouches that Monica is this passionate about all of her patients.

(There is a buzzing that begins about five hours into this edit and lasts for a couple of hours. The sound is still audible, just a background buzz). There is a murder at the brownstone and Anna and Burt arrive to investigate. Anna begins questioning everyone in the kitchen, first Bobbie, then Jake, followed by Mrs. Talbert, and Tony & Tania. The murder weapon is found, a bloody knife from Bobbie’s kitchen. Terri is not questioned as she was hysterical upon finding the body and Tony gave her a sedative. Burt shows Anna a glass eye that he found on the dead body in the guy’s jacket.

Frisco wants in on the investigation but Burt and Anna tell him to get to the police academy to finish his training. Burt points out that as soon as he is done with that he will then be available to help them. He points out that he knows the people who live in the brownstone are not capable of murder. Anna wants to know about Terri’s sleep walking. Felicia reports that it can be prompted by anxiety.

Buzz brings Robin by the office so she can see Anna. Robin is sad as she misses her mother, almost as much as her father as she hasn’t seen much of her mother since she started the new job. Anna promises that as soon as she gets a hang off the new job she will have more time. Buzz is taking Robin out for lunch and Christmas shopping and he is invited to join them for Christmas dinner. Anna and Robin are both looking forward to spending their first Christmas together as mother and daughter.

Anna tells an annoyed Mrs. Talbert (Teri’s grandmother) that her and Ted and Terri are not allowed to leave town until Anna completes the murder investigation. Anna gets tired of their attitudes and points out this is a murder investigation and she expects full cooperation and no more of their smart remarks. Anna goes upstairs to question Teri. She later tells Burt that she is constantly wondering what Robert would do in this situation. Burt surmises that Robert has left them with a doozy of a murder investigation as everyone in the Brownstone has an alibi but not one of them is airtight.

Anna arrives home in time to light up the newly decorated Christmas tree. Robert calls home to wish his little girl a merry Christmas and tell her how much he misses her (Robert is not seen, we just seen Robin and Anna’s end of the conversation). On Christmas morning, Robin enjoys her presents though she is disappointed that the present from her father hasn’t arrived yet. Frisco and Felicia come over to enjoy Christmas morning with Robin. They give her dangling earrings so she can play “grownup”; she declares they are just like mommies.

Anna and Robin arrive at GH and wish Sean a Merry Christmas and they exchange gifts. Anna takes a moment to squeeze in some work and checks on Kevin and Patrick O’Connor’s background and alibi with Steve Hardy. The GH Christmas party begins as the children do the Christmas caroling through the halls and go in to listen to Steve Hardy tell the annual Christmas story with Robin sitting on his lap. Afterwards, Anna pulls Amy aside and verifies their alibis with her based on the sign in duty roster.

Back at Anna’s, Buzz gives her a gold charm of the hospital van to remind her of the good times they had saving Robin. Anna gives him a shirt and he seems quite thrilled with it (LOL!, sorry but they have absolutely NO chemistry…where is Robert?). A huge box arrives for Robin from her father with a quite large Koala bear. She is thrilled with the present all the way from Australia from her daddy.

Back at the office, Anna is interrupted with an urgent message from Sean, he has called four times. Anna is frustrated that she still hasn’t heard back from the Governor’s office. She declares they might as well close the office down till after New Year’s. Anna questions a doctor about GH and whether someone could commit a murder while sleepwalking, something they would never do while awake (seeming to think that the murderer could be Terri)? The doctor assures that the person would not do something while sleepwalking that they aren’t capable of doing during the day. Anna puzzles to Burt whether or not Terri is capable of murder?

Anna finds an apartment and is quite excited to finally have her own place. Robin comes by to visit Anna at the office, and she is saddened when she sees her father’s computer. Anna recognizes the sadness and promises Robin that she would miss her terribly if she went to Australia. And Robin comments she does have her three godfathers, though she hasn’t seen as much of Frisco while he is in police training, and then she asks about Sean and if she can go see him? Anna says maybe later after she receives a phone call she is waiting for (from the Governor about Sean’s pardon).

Anna receives the phone call though we don’t hear what is said as the scene cuts to Robin reading to Buzz who distracts her from overhearing the call. At GH a police officer is putting handcuffs on Sean and Monica is having a fit going into protective mode and insisting that cuffs aren’t necessary. Monica puts a scarf over Sean’s wrists so that Robin won’t see the handcuffs when she arrives. She runs into his arms but the handcuffs prevent him from hugging her. Robin recoils in shock and Sean plays that he is the bad guy and a relieved Robin says its just another game. Anna asks the officer to remove the handcuffs as Sean has received a full pardon from the Governor!

Anna gets a full report on the identity of the victim and calls a meeting at the Brownstone. She reports the dead man was Neil Johnson. Patrick says he had a cousin by that name but they don’t know if it is him, as they haven’t seen him since they were kids. Jennifer Talbert gives Anna more attitude for calling them all together with such little information and wasting their time. Anna then gathers everyone around and opens the box with the glass eye. Jennifer faints, and Terri is annoyed that Anna would upset her grandmother like this. Patrick says it does look a bit familiar as they had an uncle, Earl Moody, who had a glass eye.

Burt is going back to headquarters to see if there is a connection between the victim and Laurelton. Anna goes into the kitchen to question Patrick about his cousin. Back at the office, Anna is frustrated by how long it takes to get answers on their background searches. Anna does find out that the victim is in fact the O’Connor cousin. Then she learns that Earl Moody’s ophthalmologist has died. They don’t know at this time whether Earl is alive (and evidently walking around without his eye) or dead. Anna tells Burt that she is getting tired of the conspiracy of silences from the “Laurelton group” living at the Brownstone.

There is a New Year’s Eve party at the Brownstone, everyone is dancing. Kevin announces he and Teri are engaged, Patrick is rude and grabs her and tells her suggestively that she is never going to make the marriage work. Frisco grabs his guitar and begins playing and singing and an upset Teri is downing glass after glass of champagne. Teri bursts into song rather drunkenly and disruptively and she is ushered upstairs. Anna finds a hymnbook saying, “What makes you think you can forget the dance?” Anna is curious what that means? Patrick says it must mean the big Valentine’s dance but it has been three years since Terri has been there.

Anna discovers that Earl Moody has been missing for several years and went missing in Laurelton. Anna worries about her job performance to Buzz, and believes if she doesn’t solve this case that she could leave her job. She wants to question Teri further and asks for Buzz’s assistance. She isn’t sure if Teri does remember more from that night and is lying to cover herself or if she really doesn’t remember and if Anna pushes too hard that she could do the girl irreparable harm by trying to force it. Anna doesn’t want to question her about the knife yet as she is afraid the shock of that could push Teri over the edge if she was the murderer or if she did see the murder. Buzz assures he will look after Teri and stop if he thinks it is going too far.

Anna begins questioning Teri about the Valentine’s Dance in Laurelton three years ago. Teri is vague and as Anna continues to push, Teri becomes visibly upset. Anna questions more about the murder victim and Earl Moody and Teri asks if Anna believes she is the murdered? Anna goes back to the dance and Teri finally admits yes she does remember going to a dance but the more she talks about it the more upset she becomes (yep here come her infamous black tears). Kevin walks in and demands they stop. Anna wants to continue to push, realizing she is getting somewhere but Buzz gently suggests that perhaps Teri has had enough.

Since Burt is out of town, Anna has no one else to bounce ideas off from except for Buzz (Sean is off having his affair with Monica, seems like she could use his expertise). Frisco and Felicia arrive and Anna updates them on what she knows so far. Anna surmises that her main objective is to find out more about this dance and plans on concentrating on Kevin and Patrick and requests they come down to the PCPD for further questioning that day.

Patrick and Kevin show up and she questions them together. Anna wants to know the cause of Teri’s nightmares? Neither of them have any information. Anna wants to know if Teri’s mental situation could have anything to do with the murder? They insist that Teri is not capable of murder. Anna points out that Earl disappeared the night of the Valentine’s Dance and starts questioning them about the dance. An officer comes in and lets him know that the eye has been identified as Earl Moody’s. Anna reams them that this situation is very serious and if they don’t cooperate with her that they are putting their careers and their future in jeopardy.

A frustrated Anna decides to go to Laurelton herself to get some answers! Back at her new house, the godfathers have all gathered to help put up wallpaper. Buzz, Sean, Frisco all work hard as Felicia, Robin and Anna all look on in amusement.

Bobbie has arrived in Laurelton and has a taxi driver drop her off at the cemetary. He is hesitant to leaver there alone in the dark but she insists some friends are picking her up there. Bobbie walks through the Talbert graves, commenting, "Oh good, they left room for Jennifer!". She keeps walking and finds the Moody family section. She hears a noise and goes to investigate. She finds a group of men digging up a body! Her foot kicks a can and this draws the grave diggers attention. She is kidnapped and she clearly sees the face of one of the kidnappers, she begins screaming and she is knocked out and taken captive. Sarah arrives after being asked to bring supplies, though she isn't happy to be involved in the kidnapping when she finds Bobbie tied up and blindfolded.

Anna arrives at the brownstone looking for Bobbie. Jake stalls but Anna points how serious this is that she may be investigating two murders not just one since Earl hasn't been seen in 3 years! Anna is sure that the fact that Neil was carrying around his father's glass eye must have some significance. Anna knows that Bobbie has taken time off from work and wants to know where she is and urges Jake to tell her as she believes Bobbie could be in danger. Jake finally tells her that Bobbie has gone to Laurelton to get answers but he doesn't have specifics. Jennifer and Ted stand in the hall listening in.

Jake tells Anna that he believes there is some kind of conspiracy in this town as when he and Bobbie went there to get answers about Teri's past they hit a brick wall, its like the town is filled with zombies. Anna arrives in Laurelton and can't locate Bobbie; she calls Jake and asks if he is sure that Bobbie came to Laurelton. He will double check with the travel agent but he is sure that she is there. Anna says that she may be missing. Jake calls back and tells Anna that Bobbie flew into Medford about an hour away. He wonders why she would have done that? Anna suggests perhaps so that no one in Laurelton would know she was coming.

Buzz questions Teri's doctor about her medical condition, Anna questions the sheriff, then she heads to the newspaper office and finds that the newspaper archive of the date she needs has been stolen! Buzz tells Anna that Teri is in the hospital that she had a seizure when told about Bobbie being missing in Laurelton. Buzz leaves to head back to PC, and Jake his on his way to Laurelton to help search for Bobbie. Over at GH, Robin has requested a meeting of the godfathers and they all arrive to see her. She was visiting the children in the hospital and since some of the children don't have fathers to visit them, she has decided to loan out her godfathers and asks them to each promise to spend time visiting the children.

Jake has arrived and by the next morning is looking a bit haggard. The taxi driver who picked Bobbie up in Medford arrives at Anna's request. He tells her he picked Bobbie up in Medford and drove her to the Laurelton cemetery. This was the last place she was seen. They search the cemetery but can't find any reason for Bobbie to have come there, as there are many 200-year-old graves for the Moody family. They find a piece of torn clothing that Jake identifies could be Bobbie's. Anna reports there is evidence of a struggle and they find a fresh grave. They grab shovels and frantically begin digging. Jake finds Bobbie's keys and he resumes digging even more desperately. They did a huge hole over seven feet deep and finally Anna calls it off telling him that there is nothing in there. Anna believes that Bobbie was looking for Earl Moody's grave and wonders what she saw that night in the cemetery, if she found Earl's body or found someone burying or moving his body.

The sheriff gives them grief and threatens to arrest them. Jake is furious and tells him that he will slap a harassment and obstruction charges against the sheriff and tells the sheriff to go ahead and arrest him. The sheriff backs off evidently realizing Jake isn't going anywhere until he finds her then the sheriff makes a call that they have to make sure that Bobbie didn't see anyone's faces the night they took her before they can release her.

The sheriff shows up and tells Sarah to untie Bobbie while she is sleeping and let her go. He tells her that Anna will come around asking questions and she is to play it cool. Sarah retorts she doesn't want to play at all! He swears that Anna has scratched the tip of the iceberg but that is all she is going to find out. Anna and Jake go back out to the cemetery and Jake finds Bobbie just wandering around. He grabs her and holds onto her.
