He appears behind her and they embrace and he begins kissing her. He says this is it, the perfect moment that he told her would happen when the two of them become one and know each other's deepest secrets, deepest desires. As he kisses her, she begs for more. He tells her to see the real him, and he shows her his fangs. He is pleased when she doesn't recoil in horror.

7/30 Caleb asks her if she still wants him now that she knows who he really is. She says yes, she wants him to make her his. She wants to feel his fangs in her flesh. He flashes back to killing Olivia, screaming why as she died. He tells Livvie they have to wait and she says no, the time is now. She wants to know what he is waiting for, she wants to step into that world for him, to have him drink her blood, has he changed his mind?

He assures her that no he hasn't but he has to tell her something important, that in order for her to be truly his there can be no secrets between them. He tells Livvie about the day Olvia died (at the same time Jack is reading about it in Caleb's diary), that when he showed her his fangs that she pushed him away and never wanted to see him again. He couldn't bear it.

He went back later, and only meant to show her how extraordinary it could be. She pushed him away again, and he lost control and killed her. Livvie thanks him for trusting her enough to tell her everything. He seems surprised that she isn't afraid of him. She tells him she knows exactly what he is and it doesn't matter, she wants the life he has shown her and she can't imagine her life without him. He asks her to marry him. Livvie is dreaming that her and Caleb are married, then Caleb blind folds her and begins kissing her neck. She asks him to drink her blood. As he removes the blindfold it is Jack kissing her not Caleb.

Jack howls in pain to see "Livvie" encased in a coffin. After looking more closely at the young woman in the casket, however, Jack realizes that the corpse resembles his girlfriend but is not Livvie. Jack finds the vampire's diary and reads how Caleb killed his intended bride.

Michael enters the basement, and Jack things he is Caleb and demands to know where Livvie is. He begins strangling Michael demanding to know where she is.

7/31 Ian, Eve, Lucy, and Kevin all burst in and stop Jack and tell him that Michael is Caleb's twin. Later, Michael admits how Caleb killed the first Olivia and is now planning to construct a new family with Eve's baby and Livvie. Jack tells them that Caleb wants Livvie to take Olivia's place. Eve realizes Caleb also wants her baby.

Michael confirms this and that is why he gave her the necklace to protect her. He tells Kevin he is sorry, he thought that Caleb had found someone to take Olivia's place but didn't know who it was. They are angry that Michael didn't tell them about Caleb. He told them there was no point as they couldn't stop Caleb and they would have died trying, that Michael is the only one who can. He swears he will not let Caleb hurt Eve or take her baby and he will die trying. Michael is in the church praying, and realizes that he has fallen in love with another man's wife. Eve has listened in and overhears his declaration to god.

Desperate to save his daughter, Kevin offers his own blood to Jack.

8/1 Kevin tries to persuade Jack to make him a vampire too, thinking that by joining forces with him they could better defeat Caleb. Jack tells him that could not do that to him, and as they talked Lucy walked in and overheard their conversation.

In horror, she pleaded with Kevin not to do it, that they would find another way to get Livvie back. Jack interrupted them and told Kevin that this is something that he needs to do alone, and that it may be the last thing that he can do for Livvie. Kevin admitted to Jack that he had misjudged his character.

Ian confronted Michael and asks him if he had true feelings for Eve. Eve heard Ian's accusations and stopped the conversation. She then defended Michael, and blamed Caleb for all of the evil things that have been happening. Ian questioned Eve's loyalty and tells her that he thought that he knew her better.

Michael knelt to pray in the sanctuary, asking for help with Caleb, and also guidance for himself. He then admitted that he had fallen in love with Eve. Eve pulled open the door just as he was confessing his love for her. She quickly shut the door and went to find Ian.

As Livvie slept, she smiled and called out Jack's name. She awakes to find a love note from Caleb and a red rose. After reading the note, she commented to herself that she will need to say good-bye to Jack. She walks around and then looked at a picture of the villa where she was staying which was hanging on the wall and proclaimed that this is her home now. She then sat down with paper and pen and began to write Jack a good-bye letter.

As she writes she has flashbacks of the tender times that she and Jack shared, and that she knew that she truly loved Jack. She tells him that while she will always love him that her future is with Caleb. By the end of the letter, she is saying again how she loves Jack and always will but seems more lucid.

At the same time Livvie is writing her letter, Jack is sitting on the steps of the Monastery pledging his love to her, and telling her that their love will bring them back together, for it is much stronger than Caleb's spell.

Caleb comes in and as he touches her she gets the dazed look in her eyes, and asks if she found his note. She told him that it was thoughtful of him. He then took the letter that she had written Jack and asked her if she was writing him a love letter. She replied that she guessed she was, she only remembered sitting down, suddenly it is just a blank piece of paper. He asks what she has been doing to keep busy, and she says thinking of you?

Jack told Kevin and Lucy that he was going to stay at the Monastery a little while longer and began searching for more clues to Livvie’s whereabouts. He looked through more of Olivia's things, and then the picture that Kevin had shattered on the floor caught his eye. Under Olivia's picture, he saw another photograph that was identical to the picture of the villa that Livvie had looked at.

8/2 Alison is sitting in her apartment looking on her computer for information on vampires when she hears a noise outside. She is visibly startled and she tries to convince herself it's garbage cans. As she tentatively heads towards the door she hears a very "sick" Jack calling for Jamal.

Alison returns to her apartment with the rest of Jack's blood supply. She tried not to get sick as he's feeding. Jack is now back together and explains to Alison of the search for Livvie and shows her the picture he found. He explains that it was behind the coffin and we see that it's a house with a French saying on it. Alison is looking at the picture as she tells Jack that Jamal is with Gabi. She also tells him that Gabi and Jamal are related and that Gabi is a vampire. Jack becomes worried and reiterates that she can't be trusted.

Livvie is in Caleb's house thinking of her wedding day as Caleb walks in, they talk and end up kissing. She keeps telling him that everything is perfect but finally tells him one thing could make this better. As Caleb is leaving the room Rachel appears. Livvie is greeting her mom telling her she couldn't get married without her. She then asks Rachel if it's right for her to marry Caleb. Rachel convinces Livvie that its right and that Livvie's known it since she met him.

Livvie continues on that she's not sure, that she feels as though she doesn't have a choice, that she's drawn to him. Rachel continues to talk good about Caleb saying that Jack can't give her what Caleb can. Caleb is seen behind the wall listening to the conversation and to himself says, "After tonight it won't matter who came before, once we're married there's no going back for all of time".

Michael is praying for the courage to walk away from Eve as Caleb enters and starts to taunt him. Michael tries to gain any information from Caleb he can and Caleb replies that he hasn't turned her yet and he not about to tell Michael where she is. Michael replies that her family was here and saw Caleb's shrine to his last bride. Caleb is upset and says "They shouldn't have touched her! They'll all die. I'll have to find a new place for her." Michael says he already gave her a proper burial.

Caleb becomes enraged and reams into Michael. Michael talks about how this will happen to Livvie. Caleb tells Michael that Livvie already knows all about him and she's not afraid, she wants this. He then asks Michael to be the best man. Michael unsuccessfully tries to talk him out of it and refuses to be the best man. Caleb reveals to Michael that he's allowing Livvie to believe that her mom is with her. Michael then attempts to attach Caleb and he is overpower. A laughing Caleb lets Michael know that Livvie will never get away.

Jack returns and tells Jamal that Caleb has Livvie. Alison shows Jamal the picture Jack found make Maison de la Noche and Jamal is able to translate the words into the Wedding House. They surmise that Livvie is there and that she is going to marry Caleb soon.

Livvie and Rachael walk into the gathering room dressed for the wedding. As they continue talking about Caleb and the wedding, Rachel continues to talk Caleb up to Livvie.

Caleb tries to convince Michael that this is all over. Michael tells him not to underestimate the other Love for Livvie. Caleb says that after the wedding night, Olivia dies and will become "reborn."

8/3 Alison is on the computer looking for the Maison de la Noche as Jack is starting to go into a rage becoming irritable with Jamal and Alison because he doesn't know where Livvie is and he becomes hungry again. Alison states she isn't having any luck finding anything about the house as Jack stands next to her feeding. Alison becomes visibly disgusted by his feeding and Jamal starts to argue with Jack about the amount of blood he has been consuming.

Jack states that he needs all of his strength to get Livvie back when Alison states she found something on the computer. She found that the house is in the mountains upstate. As they talk about how far that is Jack starts to turn over furniture, wrecking the place scaring Jamal and Alison. Just as Alison states that she can get the plane ready we see Jack vanishing from the room, to both Alison and Jamals astonishment.

Wedding House: Livvie and Rachel are talking about the wedding while Rachel continues to make Livvie completely realize that Caleb is good for her. Rachel then mentions the gift Caleb left for Livvie. Livvie opens the box to see a beautiful necklace and puts it on. Rachel is putting the final touches on Livvie, straitening her veil and commenting on how beautiful the necklace is and how lucky Livvie is to have Caleb.

Caleb is dressed for the wedding as he talks to an off screen character about how he is so please he could make it. We then see Abe dressed for the occasion as he states that with all the weddings he's presided over this will be the best. Rachel and Livvie make their way to the balcony and Rachel and Abe leave.

Caleb is continuing to sweet talk Livvie of the benefits of the afterlife. He tells her that to be his wife she must become as he is and leave her world and enter his, cross over to the other side. He makes her look into his eyes and tells her that unless she is honestly willing, this can't happen. He asks her if she understands and she replies, "I must die".

Caleb continues talking with Livvie and brings up the child he has picked out for them and tells her about how wonderful Livvie's rebirth will be. Livvie begs him to turn her and he reiterates that she will have to leave the mortal life and everything in it. He continues that their child will join them soon. Livvie replies that she wants to spend eternity with him.

The ceremony has already started and as Abe questions, "If there is anyone who knows why they shouldn't be married, speak now or forever hold your peace" Jack breaks through the door screaming for Livvie.

8/6 Abe is in the midst of marrying Livvie and Caleb. When he asks if anyone objects, Jack comes storming in. Caleb tries to banish Livvie from their confrontation and when she asks why, Jack tells her that Caleb can’t kill him in her presence. Livvie convinces Caleb to allow her to talk privately with Jack. Jack finally confides to Livvie that he too, is like Caleb. She tells him that Caleb is her future and he is her past, and speaks of the wonderful life Caleb has promised. Jack tells her it’s more like hell, but she is very angry that he kept his secret from her.

Jack reminds her of how she reacted in disgust when he mentioned the word vampire and didn’t want her to think that way of him. Livvie tells Jack to go, but he still tries to convince her that Caleb just has her under a spell. She insists she has chosen Caleb, but Jack counters that Caleb has chosen her.

Caleb enters and tells Jack if he leaves now, his life will be spared. Jack and Caleb go at each other, Jack is hurt. When Livvie tries to rush to him, Caleb holds her back by saying to look into his eyes and remember her future. When she looks in his eyes, she seems to speak in a dreamy tone.

Before the wedding can continue, Kevin arrives and announces that the nuptials will take place over his dead body (and likely they will). Kevin confronts Caleb and Lucy walks in. With Caleb weakened for a moment, Jack carries Livvie out after protesting to Kevin that if he takes Livvie, Kevin will be killed by Caleb. Caleb informs Kevin that he has messed with the wrong vampire.

8/7 Jack is carrying a kicking and screaming Livvie. Lucy can’t believe they left Kevin alone with Caleb. Jack insists that was what Kevin wanted, but Lucy doesn’t care. They left him with that bloodsucker. She prays to god to protect him.

Caleb explains to Kevin that he is just a guy in love, but Kevin knows what he really is. Kevin is not going to let him get to Livvie. Kevin tells Caleb that Livvie is on a plane away from Caleb, and he will never have her. Knowing that Livvie will return to him, Caleb already has Livvie. That’s why he’s not chasing after her. When Kevin disagrees, Caleb is amused that he disapproves of the wedding. But he’s glad Kevin is there. He asks formally for Livvie’s hand in marriage and wants Kevin to welcome him to the family.

Lucy is freaking out about Kevin. Livvie tries to get Jack and Lucy to let her go back to Caleb. If they do, he’ll let Kevin go. Not only does Lucy not believe that, if she let Livvie go back to Caleb, she knows Kevin would never forgive her. Livvie is sure that Caleb will come for her because he loves her. Disgusted, Lucy tries to convince Livvie that Jack loves her. Caleb is the man Livvie loves. That infuriates Lucy, and she asks if Livvie cares that Caleb might be killing Kevin.

As far as Livvie is concerned, they kidnapped her from that man she loves on her wedding day, and they are responsible for whatever happens to Kevin. Lucy is furious and hysterical. Running away with a vampire is not fine, and Lucy won’t let her become some bride of Dracula. Nothing’s going to happen to Kevin, Lucy decides that she’s going back after him.

Jack wants to know what she’s going to do, but she’ll figure out that when she gets there. As Jack is screaming at Lucy that it’s suicide to try to go back, Livvie tries to go with her. Jack won’t Livvie go back to that freak. If Caleb’s a freak, what does that make Jack. His eyes meet hers as he says ‘Desperate’. She hates Jack, but all that matters to him is saving her life.

If Kevin is willing to give his blessing, Caleb promises he’ll give Livvie a wonderful life. Nightmare is the word Kevin would use. All Caleb can offer her is a world of pain and grief. Still challenging Kevin, Caleb asks what happened to congratulations. Livvie knows what he is, and she still wants him. Kevin’s not impressed that Caleb can mess with a naïve girl. But Caleb denies that she’s a girl. She‘s a woman with an amazing sense of passion. She wants Caleb body and soul.

Kevin threatens Caleb, which amuses him. Calling Kevin Doc, Caleb informs him that he knows all about Ryan. Maybe he should be worried about marrying into Kevin’s family. Smiling, Caleb tells Kevin that what Ryan did is child’s play by his standards. Kevin is in way over his head. As far as Kevin’s concerned, one psychotic is the same as another. Kevin goes on a rant. First Caleb enjoys inflicting pain, then he deludes himself to justify his actions.

Caleb asks if Kevin’s going to charge him for this session. The competition is amusing Caleb, but he will give Olivia all the pleasures of this world and the next. What father wouldn’t want that for his daughter? Kevin is that father. He knows all about his love. He knows about Olivia. Olivia despised him for what he is. He killed her for it. Caleb states that Kevin can’t stop the wedding. Kevin’s already stopped him; the wedding is over.  

Livvie can’t believe Jack is doing this, but he can only hope she’ll understand someday. He wants her to trust him again. All Livvie knows is that Jack took her from the man she loves on her wedding day. Begging, Jack wants her to block out all the lies that Caleb put in her head. What they had was good, and strong. He knows she didn’t forget that. They couldn’t go a day without seeing each other.

When Livvie tells him that she’s marrying Caleb, Jack disagrees. They are soul mates. Now Livvie is begging him to stop saying that, but he won’t. The woman he loves is still there, inside her, waiting for him to find her. Livvie continues to beg him to stop, but he goes on. When they first met, she was scared, but when they kissed for the first time, she came to life. He’s doing this because he loves her.

Caleb is smiling. Keep talking like this, and Caleb will forget he is Livvie’s father. Kevin continues to push Caleb. How does it feel to murder the woman he loved? When Kevin asks how it felt to take her future, Caleb calls out for an all aboard for the guilt trip. Olivia must have been terrified, and Caleb must have enjoyed, it. No longer smiling, Caleb tells Kevin that Olivia was his life and he loved her. Kevin argues that real love is about sacrifice and Jack would lay down his life for Livvie, not kill her.

But Caleb knows Livvie wants him. How long before the spell wears off, and Livvie looks at him with disgust. Kevin asks how long it will be before she remembers Jack. Caleb throws flowers and screams at Kevin that there’s too much talking going on, not enough bleeding. Kevin’s not afraid to die. Go ahead as long as Livvie is okay. Caleb doesn’t intend to kill Kevin as that wouldn’t be any fun. The fun is to turn Kevin and have Kevin bring his daughter to Caleb.

Kevin won’t become one of them, he’ll fight Caleb. Caleb explains to Kevin that he can’t fight it, the hunger always gets to you. Jack’s fighting it and he’s a mess. Caleb bares his fangs and advances on Kevin. Lucy runs in, and seeing this, gets between the men. Lucy shoves Caleb, screaming at him to get away from Kevin. Moving quickly away from her, Caleb actually sucks his thumb and cowers from Lucy. Caleb is trembling. Shocked, Lucy asks if she actually scared a vampire. Kevin tells her to not ask questions, just get out. They leave Caleb against the wall.

Caleb is wandering around the room alone. He didn’t realize Lucy is the one. Using his fingers, he puts out one of the candles.

Jack is watching out the window of the plane as it moves. Remembering Livvie in the woods when Caleb told him she was his. When Caleb informed him he was a vampire, and half way to being immortal. Kissing Livvie when his own fangs appeared. Drinking blood for the first time. He tells Livvie that he had to destroy Caleb. Livvie does not believe in vampires. He continues that Caleb told him to stay away from Livvie, that she is Caleb’s destiny. Right before the wedding, asking Jack to understand she’s not afraid. Livvie angrily telling him that Caleb didn’t lie to her. Livvie repeating that Jack is her past, and Caleb is her future. Jack leans closer to her, asking why this happened to them.

Eve is in the chapel praying to god for an answer. He’s given her a beautiful child, and she needs his help to protect him. Michael enters the chapel. She’s happy to see him. He was seeing someone at the hospital, and sensed she needed him. Eve told Michael that she could not get Caleb's threats out of her mind, and that he had to help her protect her baby. As she began to cry, he hesitated, but then hugged her to try to comfort her.

Michael then apologized to Eve and confessed to her that her was in love with her. He looked up to see Ian standing in the doorway of the chapel. Eve and Michael are surprised when Ian fails to become upset upon hearing Michael confess his love for Eve. What Ian does do is lay into the priest for his inability to keep his brother under control. As Ian skirts the issue, Michael realizes that he wants him to end this threat to Eve and their baby by killing Caleb.

8/8 Jack finally gets Livvie home safely, having rescued her from the arms of the evil Caleb! However, Livvie is...well...livid at Jack, claiming she knew what she was doing and that Caleb is her future. Jamal and Allison try to explain to her that Caleb is evil. Livvie tells them Caleb couldn't be evil, else why would he have brought her Rachel, alive and well. Jack tells Livvie that Caleb brainwashed her. Jack takes Livvie to see Rachel, who, of course, is still in a catatonic state. Livvie is upset and can't understand what has happened.

Eve goes to Michael to appeal for his help with Caleb. She breaks down in tears, telling him she heard his prayer to God of how he had fallen in love with her, and if that were really true, he would get rid of Caleb. Eve tells Michael she can't live like this anymore, as her every moment is spent with horrid thoughts of Caleb. Michael admits he does have feelings for her, that he has fallen in love with her...and he admits ALL this just as Ian walks in the room.

8/9 Michael and Eve are in the chapel and Ian interrupts. Michael apologizes, but Ian can’t blame him for loving Eve. Any man would.  They finally agree on something, Ian points that out to Michael. Ian still doesn’t blame Michael for falling in love with Eve, but don’t think for one minute that he can love her more than Ian does.

Eve needs Michael’s help, and he’s not stopping Caleb. All evil needs is for a few good men to do nothing. Michael doesn’t want Ian to say he’s done nothing. Caleb is out wreaking havoc while Michael prays for guidance. For years Michael has been Caleb’s jailer. Ian’s next question is then why has Michael been stuck with him for so long?

Ian asks Michael if a man can have too much faith in prayer. Michael doesn’t know anymore. Maybe he hasn’t done enough to stop Caleb. Ian is sure that he hasn’t. If anyone can stop him, it’s Michael, but Michael isn’t sure that’s true anymore. Eve asks him to listen to his heart and be honest with himself. He’ll know the right thing to do. Michael doesn’t think they have any idea what they’re asking. The only way to end this is to kill his own brother. Hurting, Michael leaves them in the chapel.

Michael enters the basement of the monastery. Caleb is there and he knows it. Caleb asks him he’s going to slap his wrist and tell him what a bad boy he is. Michael has decided that it’s time to finish this. Only one of them will ever leave that room.

Kevin and Lucy hear Jack and Livvie come through the door to the lighthouse. Kevin hugs Livvie and Lucy tells Jack how glad she is to see him. Jack asks how they got away from Caleb, and Kevin and Lucy sidestep him for the moment. It’s a long and confusing story. Jack admits that he took Livvie to see Rachel to prove that Caleb lied about her. Lucy and Kevin are shocked that Livvie believes she saw Rachel, but they’re glad Jack could prove it to her. Livvie doesn’t say a word, but Kevin tries to approach her. He’s sorry she’s hurting, but he’s glad that at least now she knows the truth.

Livvie believes that Jack made her mother sick again, and she’ll never forgive him for it. Kevin ties to explain to Livvie that Jack had nothing to do with Rachel’s condition. He has a report sent to his office every week regarding Rachel. Livvie insists that she saw Rachel. Jack tells her that Caleb made her believe that Rachel was better. Caleb has lied to her and deceived her. All Caleb’s offering her is a life of drinking blood, not the special gifts that he promised her.

Completely in denial, Livvie refuses to believe any of them. Lucy tries to convince her that Caleb wants to possess her any way he can, including using dark magic. Jack stopped the wedding because he didn’t want Caleb to turn her. Kevin tells her that Jack saved her life, and they’re all telling the truth. Kevin tries to convince her that Jack really loves her and tells her to look at him. She finally looks at him.Livvie loves Jack but she feels that she belongs to Caleb. None of them understand that.

She argues with Kevin’s logic that it’s what Caleb wants her to believe. It’s what she wants, and it’s her life. Lucy asks her what if it’s not her life and tries to explain that Caleb is twisting her mind, and making her believe this. Caleb wants to possess her, and he wants her to believe it’s what she wants. Livvie’s reaction is to get angrier. Every time she thinks they understand her, they do this to her. Livvie can’t stand it anymore, and the first chance she gets she’s going back to him. He’s where she belongs. As Livvie storms up the stairs, Kevin sends Jack after her, telling him to not let Livvie go.

Jack returns and is beginning to wonder if they’ll ever get through to her. Lucy tries to explain what happened at the villa. Jack asks if they found something, but Kevin says it just sort of happened. Lucy just touched Caleb, and Caleb recoiled away from her. Jack thinks it sounds as strange as they do, but the story gets more bizarre. The shock is on his face when Lucy tells him that her family has roots in Transylvania. He doesn’t want to believe she’s related to Caleb any more than Kevin or Lucy want to, but they have to know for sure. They decide to go tonight, but Kevin’s not sure he should leave Livvie. Knowing that they have to make sure it’s over once and for all, Lucy decides to go alone.

Jack and Kevin agree that it’s a bad idea and Kevin has to agree that if Lucy’s the key to stopping Caleb they have to go now. Jack promises to watch over Livvie, but Kevin wants Jamal there, too. Knowing that Kevin has a problem with what he is, Jack acknowledges to Kevin that he has a problem with what he is, too, and he doesn’t blame Kevin for having a problem with it. Kevin hates the idea of leaving Livvie, but if they don’t get some answers, they could lose her forever.

Livvie remembers Caleb asking her to come to him of her own free will. She said yes and told Caleb that he is all of her heart. Hugging herself, she begs Caleb to come get her and take her home. Jack hears her and tries to talk to her. She doesn’t want him there, but he doesn’t believe her. Holding her ears so her can’t hear Jack, she cries to Caleb to save her. As she tries to get away from Jack he grabs her and kisses her. For a second she fights, then grips his arms with her own.

8/10 In the monastery cellar, Michael tells Caleb that only one of them will survive the day. Caleb, laughing at Michael's threats of death, questions Michael if he has come to beg for Eve and her baby again. Caleb says that he is already dead. Caleb tells him to turn and leave. Michael taunts his brother about his wedding. Michael questions why Caleb is hiding in the basement of the church. Did the wedding not take place? Why isn't he with his bride? Caleb says that there was a "temporary interference" but all will be his eventually.

Michael thinks that Caleb looks weak. Has something frightened him? He has seen him this way before and knows he has been weakened. They both agree that only one of them will survive the night. Caleb thinks that Michael doesn't have the guts or the knowledge to destroy him. Michael says that his love for Eve is enough to give him courage to destroy his brother.

At the lighthouse, Jack kisses Livvie and tells her that he loves her. She says she loves him but needs Caleb. Jack asks her to remember what real love feels like. He tells her to let herself feel. She looks deep into his eyes and kisses him. She wants to feel like she belongs with someone. She removes her top. Jack says he can't resist the curve of her neck and mentions blood.

As they become passionate, he pulls away and won't look at Livvie. She insists he share everything with her. Reluctantly, he reveals his fangs. Livvie tells Jack that she loves him. He asks her how they can share the life together that they had planned. Livvie tells Jack that Caleb showed her that they can have anything. Jack insists it was a trick. Livvie asks him to feed on her. Just one bite and they can be together forever.

When Eve is alone at the hospital, we see someone from the waist down approaching her. Eve looks up to find a messy Michael standing beside her bed. Michael looks at Eve and tells her that he chose between her and his brother he has killed Caleb.

8/13 Eve follows Michael out onto the roof of the hospital. He is visibly shaken, and rambles about he wanted to believe that Caleb could be redeemed. But Michael knew that Caleb was beyond anyone’s help. Eve is sorry, but Michael knows that everything Ian and Eve said was true. Caleb had to be stopped. He pleaded with Michael, but Michael wouldn’t listen. As Eve begins to ask questions, Michael interrupts her by saying that he doesn’t want to go into details, but he has killed his own brother. Eve watches him silently, but he tells her that he had to do it for her. 

Michael did what he had to do to keep Eve safe. Caleb would have taken Eve’s child, and he knows that. Michael admits that he loves her, and taking her hand, he explains that no matter how illogical, it feels real. Breaking contact, Michael pulls away, but Eve wants to talk to him. She wants him to understand that she loves him for what he’s done, but Michael knows she’s in love with Ian.

Michael has the church, and Eve has Ian. Michael believes that the truth is his life is unrecognizable. He fought Caleb, and he has these feelings for her. Even with everything that’s happened, Michael has to admit that Eve opened his eyes, made him feel alive, and showed him things he’d never felt before.

Eve’s never known a truer friend, and he’s a wonderful man. She briefly kisses him as Ian joins them on the roof. Eve is thrilled to tell him that Michael killed Caleb for them and their baby.  Ian is puzzled by the fact that Michael killed Caleb, but won’t tell them how. Ian is suspicious of how vague Michael is, he knows that Vampires have a nasty way of not staying dead. Ian tried to convince Eve that they require proof. Michael has been lying to them from the moment he arrived in Port Charles.

Eve is upset, but Ian wants to know that his son is safe. Michael asks him if he wants to see Caleb’s blood and broken body. The brother that he has looked after his entire life, is dead, what more does Ian want? His head on a silver platter? Ian doesn’t think it has to be silver, and Eve is furious. 

Michael knows Ian wants him to leave Port Charles, but Eve doesn’t think it necessary. Michael admits that he is the reason Caleb found out about Eve, and he is the one that brought the danger. She wants to make this easier, but all Michael needs is to know Eve is safe. He’s not sure what to do next, but he tells them that he’ll find his way. As he leaves the roof, Ian asks her if she’s ready to go home. Believing the nightmare is over, Eve goes to Ian and holds him. Michael watches briefly before he leaves.  

Livvie is kissing Jack, and she whispers to him that she wants to know what it feels like. She tells him to drink from her, but Jack doesn’t believe that she knows what she’s saying. Livvie wants him to make her forget everything about Caleb. She knows Jack wants her. Taking her in his arms, Jack rolls over on her on the bed. Kissing him, she tells him to give her what they both want. She wants to be one with him, and she arches her neck to him. His fangs are bared, and he leans closer to her neck. 

Livvie is still telling Jack to bite her. He wants her more than he’s ever wanted anything in his entire life. Livvie promises him that they’ll be together always, but this is the only way. Jack stares at her, then leans closer again. She begs him to take her from Caleb, and he pulls away. Jack knows that if he does this, he will be worse than Caleb. 

Livvie is physically pulling on Jack’s arms, begging him to turn her. Jack can’t let that happen, Livvie is furious. Jack promised her everything and then took it away. She wants to be what he is. Now Jack is angry, and tells her how much he hates what he is, and how much of a curse it is. Livvie thinks it’s mysterious and powerful. He knows she doesn’t want to spend the rest of her life running around feeding on innocent people.

She’s still under Caleb’s spell, and she has to fight it. Going to him, she leans against his chest and agrees to fight Caleb. She begins to cough and pulls away from him to stare in his eyes. They tell each other that they love each other and she begins to cough more. Jack runs to get her water, and Livvie watches him leave before she whispers to herself that if Jack won’t give her what she wants, Caleb will. Pulling a shirt on, she goes out the bedroom door.

Livvie is on the top of the lighthouse, calling for Caleb. Jack finds her and she admits that she’s waiting for Caleb; he promised her he would always come for her. Jack promises to fight Caleb for her because he knows she can’t fight for herself right now, but Livvie can’t go back to who she was, she doesn’t even know who that is anymore. Jack wants to be the person she turns to, and he offers his hand to her to help her and keep her safe. Livvie doesn’t want to be safe. She wants to be with Caleb and holds her arms up, begging him to come for her.

8/14 At General Hospital, Michael tells Ian and Eve that he wants to tell Kevin and Lucy that Livvie is safe from Caleb. They tell him that Kevin and Lucy are not around, but Livvie is safe at the lighthouse. Michael would like to speak to Livvie also. Ian and Eve says they'll go with Michael. As Ian and Michael stare each other down, Eve encourages them to stop this behavior.

Livvie is perched on the railing on top of the lighthouse. Jack tries to approach her, but she tells him to get away. She needs Caleb. As she falls off, Jack does his best Superman impression and flies after her. Down on the ground, Livvie tells Jack that she wants to be just like him and have that kind of power. He tells her it is a living hell. He's constantly hungry for blood and flesh.

Ian and Eve arrive with Michael. Livvie rushes to Michael and embraces him, thinking he is Caleb. Michael tells Livvie that Caleb will never come for her. Caleb is dead. Livvie refuses to believe this. She knows that Caleb will come for her. Eve asks her if Caleb talked about giving her a baby. After Livvie flashes back to Caleb promising her a family, Eve tells her that Caleb was going to take her and Ian's child. Livvie runs into the lighthouse, covers her ears, and collapses on the floor, sobbing.

8/15 Livvie is agonized by the news of Caleb's death. Michael, Ian and Eve came to the lighthouse to deliver the news that Caleb had been killed by Michael and Livvie no longer had to fear for her safety. However, they underestimated the fact that Livvie would be heartbroken. She had been turned down by Jack when she asked him to make her what he is (vampire, of course) so they could have a perfect life together filled with all the things that Caleb had promised her. Jack couldn't do that to her.

When she expressed her desire to have Caleb rescue her because she was so set on the passion and desire of this "spell" Caleb had on her, the trio showed up to deliver the news. It was useless as Jack tried to comfort her. Livvie was furious with Michael for killing his brother, and her lover.

After Livvie leaves the room, Jack questions Michael about his brother. Michael tells Jack that after Olivia's death, Caleb lived in seclusion with Michael. Michael told Jack about Caleb's struggles after Olivia's death, and how he tried hard to control his urges for a long time. He even agreed to live in confinement with Michael at the Monastery until the night he escaped and saw Livvie in the woods. He could no longer control his vampire urges. This confirmed Jack's fear that Livvie would always be in danger if he was around. Jack then asked Michael to watch over Livvie and keep her safe.

Michael counsels Jack on not giving into all his desires as Caleb had, and searching his soul for the answers to living a different life than Caleb had. Jack tells Michael he is grateful for saving Livvie's life, through his killing of Caleb. He asks Michael to pray for Livvie. Michael secretly says he will pray for Livvie, and for Jack.

Jack calls Jamal and tells him that even though Caleb is dead, Livvie is still a danger because of her involvement with him. He tells Jamal that "now is the time".

Livvie falls asleep, and is visited by the ghost of Caleb, who tells her his brother killed him and it's too late for them. He tells her that Michael will kill Livvie next and then Jack as well. Livvie woke up screaming and found Michael at her bedside. and sees Michael at the foot of her bed. Frightened, she asked him if he was going to kill her, and he replied that he was only going to kill the part of Caleb that was still with her. Michael tells Livvie he is not there to hurt her. Livvie responds that Michael will never get her to hate Caleb. She refuses to listen to the man that killed him.

8/16 Back at the lighthouse, Jamal and Jack argue over Jack's wish to be destroyed before he can hurt anyone, especially Livvie. Jamal protests, Eve, Ian and friends are working on an answer and may be able to help. But can Jamal be sure that the cure will work, that the drive for Livvie won't resurface and turn him into what Caleb was. Jamal admit's that he can't make that guarantee, but it's different, because Caleb was a monster.

Jack denies it, Michael told him what it was like for Caleb, that Caleb was committed to fight the darkness, and had succeeded until he saw Livvie. You can't let me down, he tells Jamal. Jamal says he'll stand by him, support him, get him blood, but he can't kill his friend. Jack tells Jamal that he's the best friend he's ever had, and then goes upstairs to find Livvie.

Michael has woken Livvie from a nightmare, and tells her that he has to kill what Caleb has left inside her. He tells Livvie that her life is just beginning, despite her objections to the contrary. She's not going to listen to him, he's a murderer. Livvie didn't know Caleb, Michael says. Livvie claims her love again, Caleb was going to give her life and love eternal.

Michael recites to Livvie all of Caleb's promises, how he was always going to love her, how theirs was a family that would be unbroken. It's the same thing he told Olivia, before he killed her. Those were the same dreams, the same promises he had made to someone else. Livvie was just a substitute. Michael prompts Livvie to think back, to try and find the last thought, the last dream or desire that was her own, and not something that Caleb had tricked her into believing was her idea.

When Livvie realizes how she has been manipulated, she agonizingly question what she has done. Michael understands what she has gone through, understands the temptation, but encourages her to think back, to remember what was important, what she had wanted before Caleb had come into her life. Jack, she says, was what she had wanted. Just then, Jack enters.

Downstairs Michael and Jamal meet for the first time, both siblings of vampires. Michael apologizes for the trouble that has been caused. He tells Jamal that Livvie is going to be okay. Michael can't even imagine the fear that Jack is experiencing, and tells Jamal that Jack does not have many options.

Left alone upstairs Jack and Livvie face one another. She recounts to Jack her conversation with Michael. She knows Jack must hate her, but she knows that Caleb is gone and is ready to move on with her life, the one she had before. She moves into Jack's arms, and they share a brief hug. Jack eases Livvie away, questioning her commitment to him. I'm leaving Port Charles, he announces. Jack can't leave her, Livvie cries, she needs him to break the spell that Caleb has cast, doesn't Jack love her anymore?

After all the things she has said, and her actions over that last few weeks, no, he doesn't love her. Livvie kisses him, and Jack responds, but again pushes her away. He denies again that he loves her. "We're over" Jack announces. Livvie can't believe that it's true, but Jack turns, walks out of the room, and closes the door behind him. With great sadness he quietly wishes Livvie a good life, and says he'll always love her.

8/17 A tearful Livvie tells Jamal and Allison that Jack has left her. She goes to the woods to be alone and mourn the loss of Caleb and Jack. Jamal and Allison find Jack, and Jamal leaves Allison to care for Jack while he goes in search of a fresh supply of red stuff! Allison tearfully tells Jack he is her friend and must not die.

Livvie, leaving the woods, hears a noise, and calls out for Jack. As she turns, she finds a weakened Caleb stumbling through the bushes. He collapses at her feet. He asks why he should be cursed for loving her, for wanting to be with her for all eternity. He tells her she knows what he needs, what will give him life. He asks her to let him in, to let him love her, to make him strong again, to save him.

As the show concludes, the song "Tainted Love" plays and viewers are shown clips of what is taking place with everyone at that exact moment in time. Karen, Frank, Ian and Eve are celebrating as Ian and Eve hold Eve's belly, grateful that their ordeal is finally over. Rafe comes up behind Lucy, and puts his hand over her mouth and pulls her away with him. Alison comforts a dying Jack. Livvie gives in to Caleb and exposes her neck to him. Caleb flashes his fangs and bites into Livvie's flesh. As he does, Jack screams.

8/20 Rafe tells a rather shocked Lucy that she is a vampire slayer and they will kill the vampires.

8/21 Lucy and Rafe going into a "cell" where Kevin is at. Lucy tells doc that she is a slayer and that Rafe is her cousin and that they have many powers. At first if was reluctant to believe her.

Jamal, Alison and Jack looking for Livvie. They all split up and Jamal finds livvie and assumes that she is dead and tells Jake and Alison about it but when they go to where Livvie is supposed to be she is no where to be scene.Jack figures out that she is a vampire and knows that she is trying to find Caleb.

8/22 Caleb tells her it is all waiting for them, a lifetime full of magic and power, that this is their moment and no one can ever take it away from them. He takes her back to the villa, and suddenly she is back in her wedding dress. She doesn't understand, she thought Michael killed him? She tells him she was lost when she thought he was gone.

Caleb and Livvie became one as he slips a wedding band on her finger and they made love. Livvie said she would be Caleb's forever. He tells her it is time for them to finish what they started, for them to embrace their destiny, bound together through the ages, a love beyond death itself, that they are one. She declares she is always and forever his, they make love to a music montage of scenes.

Caleb carries her off and tells her that she has now entered into an eternal life. Caleb carries Livvie to the river. He tells her to cross over and find her way back to him. He lays her down He said that if their love was real she would find her way back to him, and leaves her there. When she wakes she makes her way to the cave.

She flashes back to highlights of Caleb's seduction of her, calling her back to him, thinking of Caleb and all that he promised her. She woke up in the villa where Caleb was standing over her. He caressed her and told her that they were one now and had a bond that could never be broken. She replied that she would do whatever he said. Caleb starts to leave the room to get a surprise for Livvie, and Jack appears in the room. Caleb thinks Jack is there to fight him, but to his surprise, Jack tells Caleb he is there to tell him that he wins, Jack will fight him no longer!

Jack tells Allison and Jamal that now that Caleb has fed off Livvie, she has returned to Caleb. Because Jack pushed her away and told her he didn't love her anymore (he was trying to protect her, he feared he was a danger to her) then Livvie will return to those who love her, which is Caleb, not Jack. Allison and Jamal are determined to help Jack find Livvie to let her know he still loves her. However, Jack says that he is through chasing after Livvie. The only way to protect Livvie now so that she doesn't have to "cross over to vampire-hood" is for Jack to kill someone so that he can protect her.

Jack tells them there is still a chance for Livvie to become a human again, as long as Jack becomes a full vampire and destroys Caleb. As he tells Jamal and Allison that he has had some of his best times with them, he warns them to stay away from him once he is a vampire because he has no idea what it's going to be like.

Dvd #2B 8/23 Jack willed himself to Caleb's villa and was sad to see Livvie there with him. Caleb prepared to fight, but Jack told him that's not what he came for. He had come to tell Caleb that he had won the fight for Livvie. Jack tells Caleb that he has won. Caleb knows this and wants to know what is really behind Jacks admission of defeat. Jack says he is ready to cross over and become one of "them".

Jack says that Caleb wanted him to be a vampire and that is why he is there; it is more torture never seeing Livvie again then it would be to be a vampire. Livvie doesn't care anymore why Jack has come to them she just wants him to leave. Caleb tells her Jack has a "master plan." Jack tells Caleb he has no underlying plan. He knows he can't fight Caleb and he wanted him to turn anyway. Caleb skeptical of Jack asks him why he wants to be with Livvie when she is now married to Caleb.

Livvie and Caleb ask him why he would want to watch the woman he loves with someone else. But Jack says he isn't going anywhere. Caleb tells Livvie that Jack appears to have a secret agenda he may live to regret. Jack says he will do whatever Caleb says as long as he can stay. Caleb tells Jack that he and Livvie are married now. Upset with the news, Jack just looks on in disbelief and Caleb confirms what he said. They are married in all aspects.

Jack admits he still loves Livvie, and can't live without her in his world. However, he has accepted the only way to be near her is to serve Caleb is whatever way he chooses. Caleb tells Jack, GREAT! Caleb tells Jack he must be tested and his first test is to watch Caleb as he makes love to Livvie. Livvie asks Caleb not to do this to Jack.

Livvie tells Caleb she doesn't want to make love in front of Jack. That what they, she and Caleb have, is special and she doesn't want to share it with anyone, not even Jack. Jack assures Livvie that he just wants to be part of her life in a small way. Caleb feels she is still trying to protect Jack. She warns Caleb that the more Jack sees their love, the more determined he will be to get her away from him. Caleb tells Jack that for Livvie to finish crossing over she needs to make her first kill.

Caleb knows that if Jack makes his first kill and crosses over he will continue to get stronger and eventually take on Caleb. So as not to have this problem, he informs Jack the Livvie will make Jack her first kill. Livvie tells herself she can do this but looks to Jack and whispers to him "go". Jack, standing firm, offers Livvie his throat as she approaches. Caleb demands that she do it now, she gets to Jack and then backs off saying she can't do it.

Caleb infuriated with Livvie yells at her she must obey him, he trusted her. Livvie says she would do anything but this, she chose him and she would die for him. She doesn't understand why, she chose Caleb to be with and that's all that matters. Caleb screams, "You swore you would never betray me, you lied" and he disappears.

A crushed Livvie calls for him to come back. Livvie is angry with Jack for coming and ruining everything. As she cries for Caleb she asks Jack why he couldn't stay away. Jack is the reason for Caleb leaving. Jack tells her he didn't leave because of him; he left because of her love for Jack.

8/24 Eve walks in on a praying Michael and goes to see if he is all right. Michael jumps to his feet startled. Eve wonders what is wrong. Michael insists that Eve leave immediately. Eve asks why she can't stay, is it because of his feelings for her. Michael tells her it's because he can't have feelings for her, he's a priest and has devoted himself to God, but because of his thoughts and feelings for her he has begun to question his calling in life.

Eve tells him he should never doubt, he has done wonderful things to help her and the baby. She is glad that he is in her life and that they were both wrong and misunderstood each other. She lets him know that she feels partially to blame for the tension between them. The love she has for Michael isn't the same as for Ian, she fell in love with the goodness in Michael and the person he is.

Michael tells her not to blame herself, she should have been able to come to him for help without him misunderstanding her intentions and falling in love with her. Michael thanks Eve for opening her heart to him. It means everything; no one has ever felt that way about him before. Eve tells him because he devoted his life to protect Caleb he never had the chance for that. Michael insists now that Eve leave, she afraid to leave him alone but he replies "I'm never really alone". Eve assumes he is referring to God. They promise to keep in touch and say their goodbyes.

Michael feeling a presence turns to find Caleb. He thought Caleb had been destroyed, but Caleb tells him he was only weakened never destroyed and that Eve has really twisted his mind if he couldn't tell the difference. Tired of hearing Michael whine about Eve, Caleb taunts him that he will never posses her. Eve may not be "in" love with Michael but she does see him and love him for the person he is. Caleb conjures up illusions and lies and then makes them fit into his own world. Caleb has never been really loved, not like the love Jack has for Livvie or Eve has for Michael.

Michael taunts Caleb saying that he will never have Livvie because she loves Jack. But Caleb yells that she 'will' be back. Michael laughs which infuriates Caleb and he grabs Michael by the throat. Caleb tells Michael it must be hard knowing he will never have Eve, that the only way he will ever have her is to become like him. Michael tells him that knowing Eve sees the good in him is enough. Caleb backs off.

Livvie tells Jack that Caleb will come back for her. Jack says that Caleb realized she still loved him and it drove him away. He tells Livvie that what she experienced with Caleb was all a fantasy. Jack convinces Livvie that what she thinks and feels when Caleb is not around and his voice is not in her head, is what is real. He knows that she loves him.

Jack admits he lied to Livvie when he said he didn't love her. He was trying to protect her. Livvie takes her wedding ring off and they kiss. Jack says that their love can help them against Caleb. Magically, they are transported to a different location where they make love and talk more about their love and facing Caleb's return.

Ian and the priest talk about Michael. Ian comments about how differently Michael approaches things. Would the priest speak to him? His name is Michael Morley. The priest remembers meeting him not so long ago. He was not a priest, but he was anxious to become one right away. He thought that Michael was a troubled man. Ian's face shows that he is trying to make sense of this news.

Kevin, Lucy and Rafe are searching a castle for answers about Caleb. Kevin pushes something and the shelves swing away from the wall. Kevin opens a door to a hidden alcove. They find a book with the Morley family tree. They see Caleb's name, but not Michael's. How could that be if they are twins? It finally dawns on Kevin. Michael and Caleb are the same person.

Caleb and Michael are arguing when Eve walks back in and overhears the yelling. She walks into the room where they are arguing only to have Michael yell at her to leave immediately, Caleb is there. Worried and frightened, she looks around and asks, "Where is he?"

Michael, turning around, says "Right here, Eve. How could you miss me?" Michael has become Caleb.

8/27 Rafe arranges Kevin and Lucy’s departure on the next flight. Lucy assumes that her cousin will be accompanying them back to Port Charles, but Rafe has some mysterious things that need attending to. Before they part, he gives Lucy a gift, a crossbow and tells her that she must use her powers to know when and how to use it to destroy Caleb. She has an emotional goodbye with the only family she has, and looks back as she leaves.

Jack and Livvie at the bike shop and it doesn’t take the semi-vampires long to realize that their friends are afraid. They establish that no one has crossed over, but that Caleb is not destroyed. Jack reminds them all that Caleb will come looking for him and Livvie. Jack is unhappy to hear that Chris has not made any progress in his research and is concerned that Livvie’s cravings will start soon.

Noticing Jack and Livvie’s enjoyment of ginger ale, Jamal asks Jack if this is the first time he’s craved something other than blood since being bitten and Jack says yes. Jack remains doubtful as the others feel certain that Jack and Livvie’s love must have drained Caleb of his strength and he must have given up. Jack thinks they are being too optimistic and of course he is right. Suddenly Livvie doubles over, howling in pain. Looks like Jamal is going to need to make another trip to the blood bank.

Eve is face to face with a vampire in priest’s clothing. She tries to escape but a grinning Caleb grabs the terrified woman and reminds her that her baby is his. Eve and Caleb struggle and she begs for her life and that of her baby. Caleb assures her he will do nothing to harm the baby, HIS baby, his son. He starts choking Eve and she screams for Michael.

As Eve frantically prays for help, Michael comes back into Caleb’s body, sobbing and apologizing. Michael momentarily re-emerges and releases his grip. He tells her to go, get out and hurry but before she can get out the doors, they slam shut and Caleb is once again in control. He tells her Michael is gone and not ever coming back. Eve still doesn’t seem to understand that her friend and his evil twin are two people in one body but she then witnesses Michael and Caleb struggle with himself.

A shivering Eve watches in horror as Caleb and Michael fall into a violent quarrel. Every two words, his head jerks in the other direction and he becomes the alter personality “Let her go!” “No!” “Stop!” “Never!” “You need me!” and so on.

Ian arrives at the burning monastery and smashes MiCaleb on the head. Eve screams for her friend. A fire starts and Ian tries to drag Eve out of the chapel. She refuses to leave her friend but it’s Caleb who regains consciousness. Ian finally gets her out. He locks the door and as they run into the woods, the door explodes and Caleb walks out from the flames screaming “You can’t get away! No one ever gets away! That baby is MINE!”

8/28 Many characters arrive at the on-call room to share what they know about Caleb/Michael. Kevin and Lucy tell all that Caleb and Michael are one and the same. As Frank, Alison and Jamal listen to the story unfold, Livvie and Jack say that they know Caleb is still alive because Livvie feels sick.

Eve and Ian tell how they left Caleb in a fire at the monastery. Eve volunteers to be a decoy so that they can get Caleb. Ian tells his wife that she would be in too much danger. Eve says that Caleb wants their son. She knows Michael has feelings for her and won't let Caleb hurt her. Lucy tells Ian that it will be okay. She wants Eve to attract Caleb and she will do the rest. Ian is skeptical.

With a straight face, Lucy tells them that she's a vampire slayer. Chris tries to find out about Livvie's symptoms. He wants to lock up Livvie and Jack so that he can observe them. They are finally convinced but want to be together. Chris wants them separated. He promises there will be all the security hat is humanly possible. Alison and Jamal smirk at the word "humanly." Ian refuses to believe that Lucy is a vampire slayer. Lucy reminds him that until recently he didn't believe in vampires.

Livvie and Jack thank Alison and Jamal for being such great friends. When they are alone, Livvie tells Jack that she is still hooked on Caleb. She feels like she's addicted. Livvie is brought to a room where she and Jack say their loving goodbyes.

Eve convinces Ian that she will be safer if she wears the necklace that Michael gave her. If the Michael personality comes out, he would never hurt her. Lucy says that she doesn't know how to use the weapon that Rafe gave her, but she's sure she'll come through for Eve and everyone else. Eve, Ian, Lucy, Kevin and Karen are in a labor room. Lucy is dressed as a nurse. Livvie and Jack are in their own separate rooms, talking out loud about being optimistic about their future together. Alison and Jamal are in the on-call room.

Suddenly, the lights dim, and wind is blowing. Everyone is mesmerized. We see the people in the labor room, Alison and Jamal in the on-call room, Jack in his room, and finally Livvie in her room. She says "He's here." We see Caleb's eyes highlighted in red, just like we've been seeing in the Tainted Love logo for months.

8/29 Caleb met Gaby on the roof where she had been calling for him. Instead of going along with the plan, Gabby spilled her guts to Caleb and told him all about the trap the others where trying to set for him. he told Caleb she was sorry to have called for him, but Jamal told her that she needed to lure him to the hospital and tell him that Eve was having her baby, but it was all a trick. He told her that everyone would soon be sorry.

Caleb then began to terrorize the hospital. First he appeared in the room where Livvie and Jack where. He arrogantly taunted them and then told them that no one stands in the way of his destiny, and they where all about to have the longest night of their lives. After the group see that Caleb has not come for Eve's baby or Livvie, Allison tells them Caleb is coming for all of them. When Lucy, Kevin and Jamal find Gabby on the hotel roof, Gabby tells them she couldn't get ahold of Caleb. Lucy tells them Gabby is lying. They know she knows where he is, but Gabby tells them that it's pointless, they can't defeat Caleb. Jamal leaves her with the message that she may have killed them all.

Caleb shows up in Livvie's room and finds her in Jack's arms. Jack vows to defend Livvie. Livvie finds herself still drawn to Caleb, and scared of his presence. Caleb reappeared behind Chris. Fully engrossed in his research, Chris blew off Caleb's first comments, thinking he was another doctor. He was terrified when he realized who it really was. Caleb asked him why he was trying so hard to reverse all of his work. He told Chris that instead of doing all of that research, he could get his information first hand. He then bared his fangs and bit him.

Caleb continued his journey stopping next to see Eve. Ian tells Caleb that he will kill him. Ian quickly came at him but Caleb throws Ian against the wall, rendering him unconscious. Rushing to his side, Eve asked Caleb what he was going to do. Caleb knelt down beside her and touched her stomach. He then asked Eve why she was wearing a hospital gown. She told him that she thought she was in labor, but it was a false alarm.

As Caleb spoke, Eve was able to look him straight in the eye and began calling for Michael. He told her that Michael was gone, and backed away from her, but she continued to call out seeing that Caleb was struggling to stay in control. Once he had the upper hand over Michael, he quickly disappeared. Kevin, Lucy, Ian and Eve decide to get everyone together in one place. Lucy tells Kevin she has something to do first.

Caleb then cornered Jamal and Alison in the stairwell. He continued his callus taunts and threw Jamal down a flight of stair when he came at him. He then grabbed a terrified Alison and prepares to "bite her neck”. Lucy came through the door of the stairwell and confidently ordered Caleb to let Alison go. He released Alison from his hold.

Lucy tells Jamal and Allison to leave and Lucy tells him it's the two of them. Then Caleb remarks "its just her" and disappears. Lucy triumphantly told him that what had happened and she was sure that she could defeat him. She tells Kevin that she knows his weakness, his ego and his arrogance. She then brought her silver bow out from behind her back. Lucy vows to put her steak through the blood sucker’s heart.

Jack tells Livvie she has to trust in their love in order to get over her fascination with Caleb. Jack says they have their whole lifetime to enjoy. Chris enters the room dazed and confused and tells Livvie and Jack that Caleb bit him! Chris collapses and as the others enter, Kevin tells Livvie to get him an orderly, and Livvie has disappeared.

Livvie is on the roof with Caleb and begs him to let her go. Livvie begged Caleb not to harm anyone else, but Caleb told her that just wasn''t possible. Caleb tells Livvie that she betrayed him and everyone is going to pay for the betrayal, especially her.

8/30 The PC crew found out what happened to Chris and went to room that he was in. We go to the room Lucy, Kevin, Jake and Chris are in and Kevin is on the phone calling security trying to find Livvie. Jack runs out of the room to find Livvie.

Security calls Kevin up in a matter of minutes and they found Livvie on the roof, but before they could go the door shuts closed and is jammed. Eve determines to try to reach Caleb and try to bring Michael out. A fire suddenly starts on the bed Chris is laying on and they work frantically to release him. A furious Lucy determines that Caleb will NOT win and she demands the door open immediately and it flies open!

Caleb accuses her of lying to him every second. Livvie tells him she was confused and didn't mean to hurt him. Livvie tries to explain to Caleb that she still does care about him but Caleb says she lied to him the entire time they were together. He gave her everything and all she can say is that she cares for him? Livvie can't explain, she thought she loved him and wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

Caleb wonders where he went wrong, and tries to make her remember them being together. She begins to remember and then remembers her love for Jack and the pain Caleb inflicted upon Jack. He promises to drain the life out of everyone she loves. She bargains with Caleb with her life, that she will go with him and be the family he wants if he lets everyone else go.

Caleb doesn't want her this way, sacrificing her life for her family. He wants her to want him with a hungry that burns, they way he wants her. He wants her heart and soul, to love him like he loves her. Jack bursts in and tells Caleb that Livvie doesn't want him, nobody could ever love a monster like Caleb.

Livvie tells Jack to leave as Caleb holds Livvie. Jack refuses and tells Caleb to let her go but Caleb refuses telling Jack that she is his wife. Jack tells him that Livvie chose him over Caleb and is pathetic that he has to hold on to a woman this way, against her will. Their love is strong enough for them to survive.

Caleb yells that he is in her blood and that Livvie gave herself willingly and continues to taunt Jack of their honeymoon night. This enrages Livvie and she breaks free of Caleb's hold. This gives Jack the opportunity to go after Caleb. He grabs him telling him to shut up about everything and throws Caleb over the hospital roof. As Livvie and Jack try to leave the door to the roof opens and Caleb enters telling them no one leaves.

Caleb pushes Jack away telling him he can't be killed. Livvie begs to Caleb not to hurt Jack anymore. She will go with him but Jack refuses to let her go. Caleb yells that Livvie will do what he wants her to do. He should have killed Jack from the start. Jack tells Caleb nothing will stop their love. Caleb grabs Jack by the throat and starts choking him. Livvie begs one more time for Jacks life. Eve bursts in yelling, "No, Michael will not let you hurt anyone ever again.

8/31 As Caleb is choking Jack, he is being bombarded by Eve begging Michael to come and Livvie telling Caleb that she will go with him. Kevin tells Caleb it's all over but Caleb informs him the fun is just beginning. Livvie is begging Caleb to stop killing Jack as Kevin holds her back telling her that Eve must get through to Michael.

Livvie is calling for Caleb to let Jack go, she promises to be his.  Alison and Jamal arrive, “Well, well, well the gang’s all here,” sneers Caleb, “It’s too late for all of you.”  Caleb threatens Eve and the baby.  Ian is behind Lucy, who is aiming at Caleb with her vampire slayer equipment.  Eve pleads with Michael to remember when they met. Michael starts to come out. She keeps repeating that she believes in Michael, that his heart is pure.

Caleb trying to fight Michael releases Jack and falls to the ground. Michael looks to Eve and tells her he would do anything for her. Gaby runs in calling for Caleb. As Eve yells for Michael and Gaby yells for Caleb, Ian runs in to get Gaby out of the way. All of a sudden Gabby runs out calling for Caleb.  She blocks Lucy’s aim. Ian tells Lucy to shoot as he runs to pull Gabby out of the way. Lucy shoots and hits Ian.

Lucy runs to Ian. Eve finally gets Michael to listen, but Gabby calls to Caleb and his presence is stronger and lets go of Jack to grab Eve.  Livvie begs Caleb to let everyone go.  Eve again pleads for Michael and in a confusion of internal voices Caleb lets go and Michael emerges. 

Michael begs Eve to help him. Gaby continues to yell for Caleb. Jamal grabs Gaby and she passes out, due to a shot of some sedative that Alison stole from downstairs. Eve moves in closer to help Michael only to be grabbed by Caleb. He tells her that Michael is gone and he tries to claim Livvie and Eve's baby. Livvie bargains with Caleb to take her and let the other go, but Caleb doesn't want her that way. He wants her love, unconditionally. Eve yells for Michael to come back and help, remember the love that is there for him.

Caleb is confused and lets Eve go. The voices in his head begin to take over, Michael, Eve, Livvie, Kevin himself are all bombarding his mind. Michael comes out and calls to Eve. Ian tells Lucy that Michael is out and she has to get another shot, he grabs the arrow and throws it to Lucy, but before she gets off another shot. Michael asks God to help him, to end it, to give him peace.

Lucy gets ready to take another shot as Michael begs for god to help him. He asks for peace and an ending to his torment.  With arms stretched out there is a strike of lightening that hits Caleb and he turned into ashes. As they all look on in amazement, the couples embrace and reassure each other. They go to each other and comfort one another only to look back to where Caleb was standing to see a pile of dust blow away in the wind. Caleb is gone, or is he?

“Some vampire slayer I am,” says Lucy with some chagrin to Kevin.  “Hey,” he tells her, “You got us out of the fire, you got us up here to the roof and you were ready to take on as evil a force as any human being ever has.  As far as I’m concerned you are one beautiful, original, the most original vampire slayer of all time.”  She tells him she loves him. They kiss.

Jamal and Alison check on Jack and Livvie. Jack thanks them for being there for him. Jamal goes to check on Gabby. Kevin thanks Jack for taking care of Livvie. Lucy suggests they leave Jack and Livvie alone. Kevin and Lucy go off to the chapel. Jack and Livvie kiss and start making plans for their future.

Jack and Livvie are still up on the roof. Jack suggests they join everyone in the chapel. Livvie asks for a moment alone up there. She says, “Here’s fine. Caleb’s dead, right?”  Jack agrees and waits for her by the door, as Livvie walks to the center of the helicopter pad.

Everyone, including Gabby and her brother, gathers in the chapel. When Father Vincente appears, Ian asks him to say a prayer. Father asks that Caleb Morley find peace and gives a prayer thanking God for the gift of love.

Back in the chapel, Father continues his prayer.  Father finishes and Lucy walks over to Ian to apologize for shooting him and to thank him.  Eve gasps, “The baby it’s coming!” 

Livvie has her arms crossed as she walks across the pad and hears Caleb’s voice, “Olivia, our souls are bound together my love.  It will never be over for us.  Never.”  Livvie uncrosses her arms and opens one of her hands.  She is holding Caleb’s ring.  A voice announces “Port Charles “Tempted” begins Monday.”

9/3 Livvie didn't tell Jack about hearing Michael/Caleb's voice. Jack told her not to worry because nothing or no one would ever come between them. Livvie threw the ring Caleb gave her from the top of the hospital roof. Jamal and Alison and Jack and Livvie went to have a breakfast feast.

Jamal asked Livvie how she is doing through all of this. Jack and Alison went to take the cappuccino machine to the shop but Alison said that a big strong man like Jack shouldn't have any trouble carrying it to the shop. Jack had flashbacks about just how strong he was when he was a vampire.

Jack told Alison that he isn't that strong anymore but he was scared that he would become a vampire once again. Alison tried to reassure him that that won't happen. Jamal told Livvie that Jack loved her deeply and that nothing or no one would come between them.

Livvie planned a romantic evening with Jack and, while turning down the bed, found the ring that she had thrown from the roof of the hospital on the pillow. 

9/4 Livvie was affected by Caleb's ring and told Jack the truth. When she tried to show him the ring, it was gone. As Livvie and Jack made love, an angry wind whipped up. Jack swore he would always take care of Livvie but she was still affected by Caleb.

9/5 Jack came into the bike shop and told Jamal and Alison that he was afraid it would take a while for Livvie's fear to go away. He told them about her seeing Caleb's ring appear on her pillow after she had thrown it away. They tried to reassure Jack that she had been through a lot, and that it would just take some time. As they where talking, Kibble came into the shop looking for Jamal. He was exited about the possibility of vampires in Port Charles, and wanted to know more. Jamal told Kibble that he was busy working but Kibble pursued his quest.

Jack then jumped in and told Kibble to leave them alone. Kibble asked Jack if he was the head bat. Jack was staring to get very upset by Kibble's questions and asked Kibble if he saw any fangs, then picked up a mirror and admired his reflection, and then left the shop in a huff. Kibble continued to talk with Jamal and Alison, asking Jamal about Jack, and if he had succeeded in "icing" the head vampire.

They told him that Jack had been bitten, along with several others in town, but now that Caleb was dead they had all returned to normal just as he said they would. Kibble then warned them that vampires don't just up and die. They always leave behind a "residue" of their being. He explained to them that this "residue" could not kill anyone, but instead attacked people mentally by planting things into peoples mind.

After Kibble had left the shop, Alison told Jamal that she was still very worried. The things that Jack had told them about he and Livvie, and the unrest that they both felt made her believe that Kibble was right about Caleb's spirit still being present among them. Jamal insisted that Caleb was gone and their ordeal was over.

Lucy had dreamt that Livvie was pregnant with Caleb's child. Kevin was paged to the hospital, but as he left he asked her not to share her dream with Livvie. She stood in the dining room alone and sensed that someone else was in the room. She turned around to find Livvie standing there. She had come in through the den and heard all of her and Kevin's conversation. She too was disturbed, and told Lucy that it was really a possibility.

Jack walked in as they where talking and overhear Livvie say that she may be pregnant. Jack was stunned at first, but then realized that it may not be his baby. They both panicked and Lucy tried to assure them that they where all just jumping to conclusions and to be sure Lucy would by Livvie a pregnancy test. Jack hugged Livvie and told her that they would face anything that happens together.

9/6 Livvie and Lucy are relieved when Livvie's home pregnancy test shows that she is not pregnant with Caleb's baby. Later, however, Jack admits how sickened he is by the thought of her in bed with Caleb. He finally confesses that he doesn't blame her and reassures Livvie that he loves her more than ever in spite of everything that has transpired. The two agree to move on with their relationship.

They then pay a visit to Eve and her baby at the hospital. As she stares in awe at the tiny infant, Livvie is frightened when she hears Caleb's voice inside her head reminding her that this should have been their baby.

9/7 Livvie hers Caleb's voice and tells Jack she has a headache and needs to leave. Jack runs into Ian outside the hospital room racing after Livvie. Livvie tells the voice in her head to stop. Jack asks Livvie who she is talking to. She tells him herself. She says the pounding in her head makes her remember everything. Jack offers to take Livvie away for a while. Livvie agrees to go. Jack leaves to make arrangements after which Livvie has an episode.

Livvie is in the catacombs yelling out to Caleb. She wants him to show himself. Livvie tells Caleb she will never love him of her own free will. She wants to know where the voice is coming from if he won't show himself. Looking around she sees a music box. She opens it and Caleb's ring is inside. She tells herself she's not imagining things. From the box, music, a beam of light and a gusting wind escape.

Jack finishes up packing and lifts the suitcase only to find his superhuman powers have returned. Livvie yells for Caleb. 

9/10 Livvie told Caleb that she would never love him of her own free will. She heard strange music coming from a jewelry box and she opened it unleashing some kind of power. Livvie could still hear Caleb's voice and slammed the lid shut on the box.

Jack discovered the strength he thought was gone was back. He was frightened that he was a becoming a vampire again. Jack told Alison that he thought he still might be a vampire. He also told her that Livvie was still feeling the effects of Caleb and could not get him out of her head. Alison tried to help Jack pick up the spilled clothes from the suitcase.

Alison said that Jamal and Jack and Livvie and herself all need to take a trip together but Jack nixed the idea telling her that Livvie can't get Caleb from her head and that they needed this time together. He also told Alison that if Caleb were still alive he'd kill him all over again for what he had done to Livvie. Jack couldn't reach Livvie on her cell phone. Jack worried about Livvie and told Alison that Caleb wouldn't quit tormenting Livvie.

As Livvie ran from the cave she ran into a mysterious stranger who told her that there is an evil man in the area that attacks women. She asked him if this guy had fangs. Livvie told herself that she needed to get a grip on reality. Livvie saw a snake but didn't believe it was real. The snake bit Livvie.

9/17 As Jack and Alison searched for Livvie in the catacombs, they found her bracelet. Alison found the box hidden in some rocks and was nearly bitten by the snake which Jack killed and took back with them without retrieving the box. Livvie made it to the hospital and was delirious, babbling about Caleb. Lucy called Jack and he and Alison rushed to the hospital. Strangely, The snake was from Australia and Chris worked on an antidote from the venom. Jack tried to comfort Livvie, begging her to stay with him. Livvie went into respiratory arrest and Chris fought to save her. 

9/18 As Chris worked on reviving Livvie, she dreamed that Caleb was calling her to the cave and the music box. Eve told Lucy that Caleb was back and out to get all of them. Livvie dreamed of the box opening and, as the anti-venom was ready to be administered, screamed but regained consciousness. Jack told Livvie there was no music box but she insisted. As soon as Livvie was alone, she left her room. Lucy was convinced there is something evil around them. Livvie went to see Daniel and was transfixed by the mobile but the infant was not in his crib. 

9/19 In the hospital nursery, Livvie tells an edgy Ian that Caleb must have snatched the baby out of his crib (Lucy helped Eve take the baby home). Jack tries to convince Livvie that her visions of Caleb are all in her mind. A trembling Livvie begs Kevin to help her regain her sanity. Lucy finds Jack boarding up the entrance to the catacombs. He vows to make sure Livvie never has any thoughts of Caleb again. After the two leave, a strong wind sends the boards falling to the ground, opening the entrance to the cave again. 

9/20 Livvie is afraid she is going crazy. Jack tells her they will get their lives back. It will take time. As she hugs Jack, trying to feel "safe" she stares at the candles that seem to be mysteriously "blown" out. Jack tells Livvie to relax. He takes her in his arms and tries to convince her they will be fine. He falls asleep. Livvie looks at the candles that have been lit again by some strange way and eases out of Jacks embrace. Caleb's voice calls to her to come.

Lucy, with candles blazing and her book open, tries to contact the great beyond. Kevin yells at her to stop for her chant is inviting evil into their home. As she explains this is the only way for this to work she tells Kevin that she feels an evil force all around. Kevin looks up to see a shadow cross in front of the mirror and then break.

Jack is "awakened" by a Livvie dressed in red trying to seduce him. Jack begs for her but she can't be found. She is playing a cat and mouse game with him. It appears that Jack is dreaming. Livvie, back in the catacombs, is looking for the box to prove her sanity. Livvie stops seducing Jack and tells him she's must go back to her husband, Caleb, and leaves a heart broken Jack. As Livvie opens the box, nothing appears, no smoke, no music and no ring. Convinced she is crazy, she turns and walks out only to be called back by a transparent Caleb, telling her she isn't crazy, he's back! 

As Lucy and Kevin clean up the broken mirror, Lucy tells Kevin that evil is in the house. Kevin tells her he did feel the evil but it couldn't harm them for some reason. He leaves to check on Livvie. A knock at the door startles both of them. Lucy, anxious to find out who it is, is stopped by Kevin telling her that he will answer the knock. They open the door.

9/21 Kevin and Lucy open the door to see Rafe. Inviting him in, Rafe tells them that he "felt" they needed his help against evil. Kevin asks Rafe if he senses evil in the house. Lucy explains to Rafe that it couldn't possibly be Caleb because they killed him. Rafe still feels the evil and hunts around the house for clues to where it is. He sees the broken mirror on the wall and asks what happened. Lucy explains that they conjured up the evil forces and Rafe tells her she has no clue as to what she is doing.

A dreaming Jack tells Livvie she can't go back to Caleb. He begs her not to leave him. Jack chases after Livvie in his dream begging her not to go back to Caleb. Livvie thinking she is crazy can't believe Caleb is there. Caleb explains to Livvie that he's not exactly alive but he isn't exactly dead.

Livvie wants to know why he is there. Caleb informs her that because she listened to the music box, and was the only one that heard the music, she is the one that brought him back. Livvie tells Caleb she doesn't want him back. She loves Jack. Caleb laughs it off telling her that she still craves him. Everything they were together. She demands he tell her what he wants. Caleb wants revenge.

Lucy asks Rafe how she is making things worse. He reminds her that she must be very afraid of what she is doing. It's not as simple as she thinks. Just to prove to her that she doesn't know what she is doing, Rafe asks her to tell him where the evil is. Show him. She hunts around the room but cannot tell him the exact area of the evil forces.

Livvie tells Caleb he can't hurt the people she loves. She knows he can feel love because of Michael. Caleb tells her that Michael is no more. She asks him what he is going to do. Caleb responds that he is not going to do anything. That the people she loves are going to destroy themselves. He will plant seeds of doubt in their minds and they will fall apart and as they grow weaker he will become stronger. Livvie warns Caleb that she will tell everyone of his plan but Caleb threatens her with silence.

Watching the storm approach, Lucy is visibly frightened by what Rafe has told them. Lucy asks him how they can get rid of the evil. He tells her to feel the evil. As they stand silent, they feel the evil presence in the room. Lucy and Kevin ask Rafe how to fight it, but Rafe, still in somewhat of a trance travels the room and ends up in front of the broken mirror. He places his hand on it and chants "You have no power here...." The mirror goes back to normal.

Jack desperately searches for Livvie. He comes across a path of rose petals and follows it finding a blood soaked nightgown. Thinking that it is Livvie's he screams, fearing she is gone. Livvie tells Caleb he won't win. That she will warn all. Caleb informs Livvie that she will not remember anything that they have discussed and when he comes back she will return to him. Death will not come between them. They will have the life he wants with their child. It is just a matter of time before they are together again. Livvie screams and wakes up both her and Jack. Jack tries to comfort Livvie telling her they both just had bad nightmares. Livvie knows she has had a bad dream but can't remember anything that happened.

9/24 Rafe told Lucy to focus on the light and love and she'd be safe.

As Ian was investigating a noise, a cabinet fell on him and he found something which upset him. Kevin and Lucy answered Eve's call for help. Kevin helped Ian back to the loft. Ian practically shoved Kevin and Lucy out the door and insisted they'd worked too hard for their family to let anyone take it away.

Rafe inadvertently walked in on Livvie and Jack. Livvie was terribly rude to Rafe. Jack and Rafe talked downstairs as Livvie thought of Caleb.

9/26 At the bike shop, Rafe introduces himself to Alison as Lucy's cousin. Jack arrives and tells Alison that Rafe is a vampire slayer from Transylvania. Alison is afraid that Rafe's presence means vampires still roam Port Charles.

Livvie arrives at Eve and Ian's apartment to find Eve frantically trying to open the door. The baby can be heard crying inside. Livvie offers Eve her cell phone to call 911 and tells Eve to follow her around to the side of the house.
