Matt: Fighting is in Brandon's nature...he'll fight all the way.

Alison: When she figures out what's going on with her. She's buying time.

Matt: Everyone in Salem is a potential love interest.

Alison: I do my best to read it. I have better luck reading my emails through my website.

Alison: They were challenging in different ways. The more I grow as an actor the more difficult it is to perform. It puts the pressure on.

Matt: I got in the business by myself. I decided it was what I wanted to do.

Matt: The first was Adrienne Zucker!

Alison: Hopefully still in Salem! I guess my character has grown and changed. I feel like I get to do a lot of things with Sami. In the next 5 years I hope she finds a true love interest. Maybe Brandon!
Wonder27Woman asks: Matt: What do you think of the rumor that Abe is Brandon's father? Good? Bad? Stupid? Do you enjoy playing a character with a dark side? It must be weird going from a nice pediatrician to a bitter guy.
Matt: Were those my choices?
Matt: That's a pretty stupid rumor.
Matt: As far as playing a dark role...it's nice to have a range!
jay_dool_fan asks: Alison, I have been waiting for a LONG time, for Sami and Lucas to "Kiss and make up?" Do you think this will ever happen? I think after all is said and done, the only man for Sami is Lucas. You guys ROCK together!
Alison: Well.....Hmmm....I don't think there
Alison: is any way for them to make up. There is too much water under the bridge. I have fun working with Brian though.

Alison: I have on my website a lot of the fan mail that I have responded to. We do our best to keep it updated.

Matt: Yes...in Brandon's eyes he thinks Abe deserves everything that's coming to him.

Alison: I love the story line that Sami has finally met a guy that really accepts her for who she is. With Austin right now, it's almost as if she's trying to fill Carrie's shoes. I hope that she can develop more with Brandon.
bigdaysfan_99 asks: What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to both of you on the show
Matt: Probably the only embarrassing thing that has happen so far...was my first day on the set and I had just completed taping another show and I wasn't as prepared as I should have been.
Alison: Actually, it's more funny than embarrassing. My second month on the show. Renee Jones and I were in the background of the scene. It was winter in Salem. Renee was supposed to exit and went to grab her coat from a rack and I turned around when I heard a noise. The whole coat rack had fallen on top of cute little Renee Jones. I went to help her and we both were wrestling with the coat rack for the entire scene. As soon as they directed us to clear, the whole crew began laughing including us!!!

Matt: I'm not sure yet
Alison: We're not sure yet.

Alison: You'll have to watch and find out!!!

Matt: First soap...a couple of other TV projects and a film which is due for release this month on video called the Suburbans. I have a new movie coming out called Victory. I'll be portraying the young Jimmy Smits character.

Alison: Hard to explain. If you want all of the details check out my website. Just basically sticking to a diet and meaning it.

Alison: Definitely, I'll be at the main event. I hope people will come to the breakfast beforehand.

Matt: I'm half Cuban, half Irish and English

Matt: Technically I started acting when I was 22 years old.
Alison: When I first started acting I was four years old. I've been acting ever since. I began Days at 16 yrs.
toutpetite asks: What exactly did Abe do to Brandon's family to make Brandon so mad?
Matt: Haven't established it fully!
Matt: The only thing out on the show is that Abe incarcerated Brandon's father a couple of times. That's the only thing out right now although Brandon knows there's more.

Alison: They are both great guys to work with. I have known them for a long time. They are great guys to work with, I really enjoy it.

Alison: It was very, very challenging, exciting and wonderful. I really enjoyed it.
cantuono asks: Matt did you watch days before you were on it?
Matt: Actually it was the only soap I was familiar with.
Matt: I knew some of the storylines.

Alison: In some ways I feel as though Sami and I have things in common. The loyalty regarding her son. I kind of admire the way she goes about getting what she wants. She is pretty tenacious.

Matt: I haven't so far
Matt: There was one incident with Sami and they had me yell to another table hey guys "she thinks I'm a babe magnet" I would never have said that!
Alison: Yeah. There have been a few incidences where I feel that way. You just suffer through it. I don't remember anything specifically.

Matt: Yes...I date normal women. To me they're normal. It's all about the inside that matters.
cantuono asks: How are your wedding plans coming and when are you getting married?
Alison: We're getting married in July. Our plans are coming along great. It's time consuming, but I have had the help of my mother during the holidays!

Matt: I like an array of foods...Mexican is a favorite. I love Japanese food, tofu, sushi. I like El Compadre for Mexican.
msnystate asks: How do you feel about having Deidre Hall portray your mother and has she changed you in anyway by working with her?
Alison: She taught me so much about working as an actress on the set. I don't think I'd even have a job if it weren't for her. She's taught me about lighting, working with the camera, everything I know about soap acting.
ilovedays4 asks: Matt, I remember that scene, and I felt the same way about the Babe Magnet - you wouldn't have said that. Do you speak up when that happens, or just do as they ask?
Matt: I mentioned it but they wanted it in there.
jethro_128 asks: Alison,Why to you think Days had Sami hating John for being her Father instead of Carrie hating him. I mean after all, Carrie was the one who truly knew her Father. Sami and Eric were babies when Roman disappeared.
Alison: She hates John because he cheated on Marlena.

Matt: In music I like most things...Shania Twain, Dixie Chicks, Lenny Kravitz and so on.
Alison: I love Shania Twain. I'm totally psyched for Santana to be nominated.
maryhtr asks: When is Sami going to get Revenge on Kate for all the nasty things she has done to her?
Alison: Well, Sami's trying to turn a new leaf for Austin. She can't really get revenge on Kate now. If she hooks up with Brandon maybe he can help her out!

Matt: It feels like being a new kid. It's nice everyone has been helpful and supportive.

Alison: Belle and Sami are close.

Alison: It's nerve wracking. I feel so honored that the magazine and fans have nominated me.
tamara_98_99_98 asks: Ali u have worked with Louise Sorel a few years. Isn't it sad that she is gone??? I think before she left Sami should of shared what she had on Kate with Viv that would have made Viv feel happy.
Alison: I really enjoyed working with Louise. I think she's a talented actress. I really miss her. It would have been fun to have her help Sami beat Kate.

Matt: I would like to do something with John Black. He is really cool off the set.

Alison: It's kinda funny to realize how different I looked from 7 years ago to now. It's scary to realize well people know me, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Wonder27Woman asks: Ali: Since Jensen's leaving, do you think they should recast Eric? How do you think Sami's life would change without her twin?
Alison: I'm going to miss working with Jensen.
Alison: Sami's going to definitely miss being with her twin. I don't know if they will recast it. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Matt: Man that's a very difficult question. I work with all actors in different ways...
Alison: In a way I feel like when I work with Deidre, she teaches me something new each time. I really like working with Matt. There is a lot of give and take between us in the scenes.

Alison: I watched Days before I started the show. But I don't watch any anymore.
Matt: No I don't watch other shows. I tried to watch a few to get a feel for soaps but I don't follow any.

Matt: No...I've never been to Australia. I'd love to go to Africa
daysstudio asks: Alison, Do you ever get to keep any of the clothes from the show?
Alison: I get to borrow them. But they hold onto them pretty good. The costumer brings in outfits for us to choose from. He's really good.
snuek7 asks: Is it hard to get into the emotions on television? You make it look so easy!
Alison: It is difficult, but when you're in the moment of the scene you just get into it. It's hard when you try to act, but it's easy when you're in the moment.
Alison: Like those little moments with Wil, I can't help but cry.
Matt: Yes...I found that it hasn't been real difficult

Alison: It's hard to answer. I really enjoy playing the villain. I miss that sometimes.

Matt: I try to take a little time for myself....catch up on my reading, go to movies , spend time with my friends
Alison: Kinda the same. I enjoy hanging out with friends I don't work with. I like to see movies and read and ride horses.

Alison: Absolutely, I think it has always bothered Sami.

Alison: It is my heart necklace. Dave gave it to me.

Alison: We haven't had a chance to go lately. I miss it. Dave's a good dancer, I'd like to.

Alison: Yes, sometimes. But in a good way. It's great to have loyal fans who love me who have been watching for 30 years.
Alison: I never realized when I signed on to this job, so many people watch this show, everyone who recognizes me surprises me!
